| 1 | Hierarchical method of task assignment for multiple cooperating UAV teams显示文摘The problem of task assignment for multiple cooperating unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) teams is considered. Multiple UAVs forming several small teams are needed to perform attack tasks on a set of predetermined ground targets. A hierarchical task assignment method is presented to address the problem. It breaks the original problem down to three levels of sub-problems: target clustering, cluster allocation and target assignment. The first two sub-problems are centrally solved by using clustering algorithms and integer linear programming, respectively, and the third sub-problem is solved in a distributed and parallel manner, using a mixed integer linear programming model and an improved ant colony algorithm. The proposed hierarchical method can reduce the computational complexity of the task assignment problem considerably, especially when the number of tasks or the number of UAVs is large. | 7 | Epitaxial van der Waals contacts for low schottky barrier MoS_(2) field effect transistors显示文摘Small contact resistance and low Schottky barrier height(SBH)are the keys to energy-efficient electronics and optoelectronics.Two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors-based field effect transistors(FETs),holding great promise for next-generation information circuits,still suffer from poor contact quality at the metal–semiconductor junction interface,which severely hinders their further applications.Here,a novel contact strategy is proposed,where Bi_(2)Te_(3)nanosheets with high conductivity were in-situ epitaxially grown on MoS_(2)as van der Waals contacts,which can effectively avoid the damage to MoS_(2)caused during the device manufacturing process,leading to a high-performance MoS_(2)FET.Moreover,the small work function difference between Bi_(2)Te_(3)and MoS_(2)(Bi_(2)Te_(3):4.31 eV,MoS_(2):4.37 eV,measured by Kelvin probe force microscopy(KPFM)),enables small band bending and Ohmic contact at the junction interface.Electrical characterizations indicate that the MoS_(2)FET device with Bi_(2)Te_(3)contacts possesses a high current on/off ratio(5×107),large effective carrier mobility(90 cm^(2)/(V·s)),and low flat-band SBH(60 meV),which is favorable as compared with MoS_(2)FET with traditional Cr/Au electrodes contacts,and superior to the vast majority of the reported chemical vapor deposition(CVD)MoS_(2)-based FET device.The demonstration of epitaxial van der Waals Bi_(2)Te_(3)contacts will facilitate the application of 2D MoS_(2)nanosheet in next-generation low-power consumption electronics and optoelectronics. | Huawei Liu Lizhen Fang Xiaoli Zhu Chenguang Zhu Xingxia Sun Gengzhao Xu Biyuan Zheng Ying Liu Ziyu Luo Hui Wang Chengdong Yao Dong Li Anlian Pan | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,9: | 0 |

| 10 | Over 18% binary organic solar cells enabled by isomerization of non-fullerene acceptors with alkylthiophene side chains显示文摘Side-chain engineering has been demonstrated as an effective method for fine-tuning the optical,electrical,and morphological properties of organic semiconductors toward efficient organic solar cells(OSCs).In this work,three isomeric non-fullerene small molecule acceptors(SMAs),named as BTP-4F-T2C8,BTP-4F-T2EH and BTP-4F-T3EH,with linear and branched alkyl chains substituted on the α or β positions of thiophene as the side chains,were synthesized and systematically investigated.The results demonstrate that the size and substitution position of alkyl side chains can greatly affect the electronic properties,molecular packing as well as crystallinity of the SMAs.After blending with donor polymer D18-Cl,the prominent device performance of 18.25% was achieved by the BTP-4F-T3EH-based solar cells,which is higher than those of the BTP-4F-T2EH-based(17.41%)and BTP-4F-T2C8-based(15.92%)ones.The enhanced performance of the BTP-4F-T3EH-based devices is attributed to its stronger crystallinity,higher electron mobility,suppressed bimolecular recombination,and the appropriate intermolecular interaction with the donor polymer.This work reveals that the side chain isomerization strategy can be a practical way in tuning the molecular packing and blend morphology for improving the performance of organic solar cells. | Ao Shang Siwei Luo Jianquan Zhang Heng Zhao Xinxin Xia Mingao Pan Chao Li Yuzhong Chen Jicheng Yi Xinhui Lu Wei Ma He Yan Huawei Hu | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,9: | 0 |
| 11 | Remuneration Difference between Migrant Workers and Non-migrant Workers显示文摘Through the survey of direct economic remuneration, indirect economic remuneration and non-economic remuneration of employees in flat panel furniture enterprises in Chengdu City, we conduct a comparative analysis of the problems and causes of remuneration difference between migrant workers and non-migrant workers. The results show that the wage difference between migrant workers and non-migrant workers is the biggest, and there is little difference in terms of interests safeguarding and non-economic factors. The reason for the above results lies in the difference of education level; gender, region, household registration and other issues have little impact on the above results. The following recommendations are put forward to improve the remuneration of migrant workers: increasing government's policy advocacy efforts and eliminating subjective offense; establishing the administrative oversight bodies and effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers; strengthening vocational training for migrant workers, so that workers have more choices on positions; improving the working environment and developing good working atmosphere. | Changlin DUAN Huawei LUO | 2013 | Asian Agricultural Research2013,5,4: | 0 |
