1Highly expressed BMP9/GDF2 in postnatal mouse liver and lungs may account for its pleiotropic effects on stem cell differentiation,angiogenesis,tumor growth and metabolism显示文摘Bone morphogenetic protein 9(BMP9)(or GDF2)was originally identified from fetal mouse liver cDNA libraries.Emerging evidence indicates BMP9 exerts diverse and pleiotropic functions during postnatal development and in maintaining tissue homeostasis.However,the expression landscape of BMP9 signaling during development and/or in adult tissues remains to be analyzed.Here,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the expression landscape of BMP9 and its signaling mediators in postnatal mice.By analyzing mouse ENCODE transcriptome datasets we found Bmp9 was highly expressed in the liver and detectable in embryonic brain,adult lungs and adult placenta.We next conducted a comprehensive qPCR analysis of RNAs isolated from major mouse tissues/organs at various ages.We found that Bmp9 was highly expressed in the liver and lung tissues of young adult mice,but decreased in older mice.Interestingly,Bmp9 was only expressed at low to modest levels in developing bones.BMP9-associated TGFβ/BMPR type I receptor Alk1 was highly expressed in the adult lungs.Furthermore,the feedback inhibitor Smads Smad6 and Smad7 were widely expressed in mouse postnatal tissues.However,the BMP signaling antagonist noggin was highly expressed in fat and heart in the older age groups,as well as in kidney,liver and lungs in a biphasic fashion.Thus,our findings indicate that the circulating BMP9 produced in liver and lungs may account for its pleiotropic effects on postnatal tissues/organs although possible roles of BMP9 signaling in liver and lungs remain to be fully understood.Wei Liu Zhongliang Deng Zongyue Zeng Jiaming Fan Yixiao Feng Xi Wang Daigui Cao Bo Zhang Lijuan Yang Bin Liu Mikhail Pakvasa William Wagstaff Xiaoxing Wu Huaxiu Luo Jing Zhang Meng Zhang Fang He Yukun Mao Huiming Ding Yongtao Zhang Changchun Niu Rex C.Haydon Hue H.Luu Jennifer Moriatis Wolf Michael J.Lee Wei Huang Tong-Chuan He Yulong Zou 2020Genes & Diseases2020,7,2:9
2A THEORETICAL SOLUTION OF CYLINDRICALLY ISOTROPIC CYLINDRICAL TUBE FOR AXISYMMETRIC PLANE STRAIN DYNAMIC THERMOELASTIC PROBLEM显示文摘A dynamic thermoelastic solution of a cylindrically isotropic cylindrical tube or solid cylinderwith axisymmetric plane deformations is developed.Since there exist thermal boundary conditions and trac-tions on the two surfaces of a cylindrical tube,the problem under consideration is with inhomogeneous bound-ary conditions.Therefore we introduce a special function to transform the inhomogeneous boundary conditionsto homogeneous ones for an unknown function.Then by using the method of separation of variables,the un-known function can be expressed as the multiplication series of Bessel functions and unknown time functions.Thirdly,by virtue of the orthogonal properties of Bessel functions,the equations about these unknown timefunctions are derived and the solutions are obtained.Finally,the displacement is obtained by adding the twoparts mentioned above.By means of the present method,integral transform can be avoided.It is suitable forarbitrary thermal loads and mechanical loads.Numerical results are also presented for thermal shocked,cy-lindrically isotropic cylindrical tube and solid cylinder.Ding Haojiang Wang Huiming Chen Weiqiu 2001Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2001,14,4:3
3Economic dispatch constrained by central multi-period security for Global Energy Interconnection and its application in the Northeast Asia显示文摘In recent years, the global energy interconnection(GEI) has more and more profound influence around the world, which is a highly practical way for humans to handle the energy crisis. In the studies of GEI, the economic dispatch(ED) is a basic and important content. In this paper, a model of dynamic economic dispatch(DED) of GEI is presented, which include the renewable energy generation. The objective function of this model is composed of the operating costs and the renewable energy curtailment. 4Ultrathin nanoporous metal electrodes facilitate high proton conduction for low-Pt PEMFCs显示文摘Design of catalyst layers(CLs)with high proton conductivity in membrane electrode assemblies(MEAs)is an important issue for proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).Herein,an ultrathin catalyst layer was constructed based on Pt-decorated nanoporous gold(NPG-Pt)with sub-Debye-length thickness for proton transfer.In the absence of ionomer incorporation in the CLs,these integrated carbon-free electrodes can deliver maximum mass-specific power density of 198.21 and 25.91 kW·gPt^(-1) when serving individually as the anode and cathode,at a Pt loading of 5.6 and 22.0 pg·cm^(-2),respectively,comparable to the best reported nano-catalysts for PEMFCs.In-depth quantitative experimental measurements and finite-element analyses indicate that improved proton conduction plays a critical role in activation,ohmic and mass transfer polarizations.Shuai Shi Xianglong Wen Qinqin Sang Shuai Yin Kaili Wang Jian Zhang Min Hu Huiming Yin Jia He Yi Ding 2021Nano Research2021,14,8:2
5Highly coordinated Pd overlayers on nanoporous gold for efficient formic acid electro-oxidation显示文摘Design and fabrication of highly efficient and stable electrocatalysts remain key challenges in green energy technologies such as low-temperature direct liquid fuel cells.Based on in-depth theoretical calculations,here we demonstrate that surface Pd atoms with high coordination numbers(HCNs)can effectively modulate their adsorption energies for CO and OH,and thus achieve very high performance for formic acid electro-oxidation reaction(FAOR).Based on epitaxial coating Pd atomic layers onto nanoporous gold(NPG)thin membranes and a slight further decoration of Au clusters on top,the resulted core-shell structured NPG-Pd-Au electrocatalyst can demonstrate Pd intrinsic and mass activities of 8.62 mA·cm^(-2)and 27.25 A·mg^(-1)respectively at the peak potential around 0.33 V versus saturated calomel electrode toward FAOR,which are far better than those of commercial Pd/C catalysts(1.09 mA·cm^(-2)and 0.32 A·mg^(-1))tested under the same conditions.Moreover,the membrane electrode assemblies based on these low precious metal loading electrodes can achieve an anode Pd power efficiency over 10 W·mg^(-1)in a direct formic acid fuel cell,which is two orders of magnitude higher than that of the commercial Pd/C.These results provide new inspirations for the development of revolutionary electrodes for energy technologies in a rational manner.Qinqin Sang Shuai Yin Feng Liu Huiming Yin Jia He Yi Ding 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:2

15Field Efficacy of 33.5% Oxine-copper SC against Leaf Spot Disease on Waxberry显示文摘Leaf spot disease seriously affects the yield and quality of waxberry, but there is no registration agent for prevention and control of the disease. 16Efficacy Evaluation of 25% Abamectin·Etoxazole SC against Red Spider (Tetranychus cinnbarinus ) in Ornamental Rose显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to understand the control effect and the optimum dosage of 25% abamectin·etoxazole SC for controlling red spider in ornamental rose. [Method] Using stem-leaf spraying method,the control effect of 25% abamectin·etoxazole SC against red spider was determined. Significance of difference was examined by Duncan's new multiple range test( DMRT). [Result] The control effect of 25% abamectin · etoxazole SC sprayed at the dose of25-31. 25 mg a. i./kg on red spider was over 82. 0% at 21 d post spraying,higher than that of 110 g/L etoxazole SC sprayed at the dose of 27. 5 mg a. i./kg and1. 8% abamectin EC sprayed at the dose of 9 mg a. i./kg. 17Expression of renal cubilin and its potential role in tubulointerstitial inflammation induced by albumin overload显示文摘Sustained proteinuria is an independent risk factor leading to kidney fibrosis and end-stage renal fail-ure.Over-reabsorption of filtered proteins,notably albu-min,has been proved to trigger interstitial inflammation and fibrosis in proteinuric renal disease.Cubilin,an endo-cytic receptor expressed on the renal tubular brush bor-der,is responsible for albumin reabsorption in physiologic condition.However,little is known about whether it is required for activation of tubular cells induced by albu-min overload.In this work,we investigated the change of cubilin expression and its potential role in albumin-induced up-regulation of chemokines synthesis in vivo and in vitro.Twenty-six patients with nephrotic syndrome were enrolled in this study.Proximal tubule uptake of albumin,expression of apical membrane cubilin and infiltrating cells in kidney interstitium were determined by immunocytochemistry.In vitro,the transcription of cubilin in HK2 cells after exposure to albumin was ana-lyzed by real-time PCR.Endocytosis of albumin in HK2 cells was examined by fluorescent microscope.The influ-ence of inhibition of cubilin on albumin-induced expres-sions of monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1)and regulated upon activation normal T-cell expressed and secreted(RANTES)was investigated by Western blot.The intensity of luminal cubilin and tubular accu-mulation of albumin were significantly increased in nephrotic kidneys.The expression of MCP-1 and RANTES was up-regulated,and there were spatial rela-tionships in localization between these chemokines and cubilin as well as intracellular albumin in kidney tissues.Infiltration of CD-3 and ED-1-positive cells was predom-inant in tubulointerstitial areas displaying signs of increases of cubilin expression and albumin accumula-tion.In vitro,the transcription of cubilin mRNA in HK2 cells was enhanced after 24 h exposure to albumin in a dose-dependent manner.Inhibition of endocytosis of albumin by antisense cubilin nucleotide markedly reduced expression of MCP-1 and RANTES.Cubilin was required for handling a greater amount of protein in nephrotic status and albumin-induced production of MCP-1 and RANTES by renal tubular cells,which further initiated tubulointerstitial inflammation in proteinuric disease.Jurong YANG Yani HE Haiying SHEN Hanlu DING Kailong LI Huiming WANG 2008Frontiers of Medicine2008,2,1:0
18Efficacy Evaluation of 16% Validamycin·thifluzamide SC against Selerotium rolfsii in Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to understand the control efficacy and the optimal dosage of 16% validamycin·thifluzamide SC on controlling Selerotium rolfsii in Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo. [Method] The control efficacy of 16% validamycin·thifluzamide SC against S. rolfsii was determined by spraying agents on the whole plant of D. officinale. The significance of differences was analyzed by Duncans new multiple range test(DMRT). [Result] The control efficacy of 16% validamycin·thifluzamide SC sprayed at the doses of 80-160 mg a.i./kg was 85.33% at 14 d post spraying, higher than that of control agent 4% validamycin AS sprayed at the dose of 80 mg a.i./kg(78.36%), and equivalent to that of control agent240 g/L thifluzamide SC sprayed at the dose of 120 mg a.i./kg(90.60%). 20Identification of Lablab Semen Album by DNA Barcode Technology显示文摘[Objectives] To identify ITS2 barcode of Lablab Semen Album and its adulterants,and provide a new method for the identification of Lablab Semen Album. [Methods] The ITS2 sequence was amplified by PCR and sequenced bi-directionally. After splicing by Codon Code Aligner,the data were processed with the aid MEGA software to construct the cluster dendrogram( neighbor-joining,NJ tree). [Results]The ITS2 sequence of Lablab Semen Album had length of 218 bp; the constructed cluster dendrogram indicated that all species were monophyletic and could be distinguished from other species.
