| 1 | Green tea polyphenols protect spinal cord neurons against hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress显示文摘Green tea polyphenols are strong antioxidants and can reduce free radical damage. To investigate their neuroprotective potential, we induced oxidative damage in spinal cord neurons using hydrogen peroxide, and applied different concentrations(50–200 μg/mL) of green tea polyphenol to the cell medium for 24 hours. Measurements of superoxide dismutase activity, malondialdehyde content, and expression of apoptosis-related genes and proteins revealed that green tea polyphenol effectively alleviated oxidative stress. | 2 | Lamellar hafnium ditelluride as an ultrasensitive surface-enhanced Raman scattering platform for label-free detection of uric acid显示文摘The development of two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides has been in a rapid growth phase for the utilization in surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)analysis.Here,we report a promising 2D transition metal tellurides(TMTs)material,hafnium ditelluride(HfTe2),as an ultrasensitive platform for Raman identification of trace molecules,which demonstrates extraordinary SERS activity in sensitivity,uniformity,and reproducibility.The highest Raman enhancement factor of 2.32×10^(6)is attained for a rhodamine 6G molecule through the highly efficient charge transfer process at the interface between the HfTe2 layered structure and the adsorbed molecules.At the same time,we provide an effective route for large-scale preparation of SERS substrates in practical applications via a facile stripping strategy.Further application of the nanosheets for reliable,rapid,and label-free SERS fingerprint analysis of uric acid molecules,one of the biomarkers associated with gout disease,is performed,which indicates arresting SERS signals with the limits of detection as low as 0.1 mmol/L.The study based on this type of 2D SERS substrate not only reveals the feasibility of applying TMTs to SERS analysis,but also paves the way for nanodiagnostics,especially early marker detection. | YANG LI HAOLIN CHEN YANXIAN GUO KANGKANG WANG YUE ZHANG PEILIN LAN JINHAO GUO WEN ZHANG HUIQING ZHONG ZHOUYI GUO ZHENGFEI ZHUANG ZHIMING LIU | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,6: | 2 |
| 3 | Protein hairy enhancer of split-1 expression during differentiation of muscle-derived stem cells into neuron-like cells显示文摘Muscle-derived stem cells were isolated from the skeletal muscle of Sprague-Dawley neonatal rats aged 3 days old. Cells at passage 5 were incubated in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium supplemented with 10% (v/v) fetal bovine serum, 20 μg/L nerve growth factor, 20 μg/L basic fibroblast growth factor and 1% (v/v) penicillin for 6 days. Cells presented with long processes, similar to nerve cells. Connections were formed between cell processes. Immunocytochemical staining with neuron specific enolase verified that cells differentiated into neuron-like cells. Immunofluorescence cytochemistry and western blot results revealed that the expression of protein hairy enhancer of split-1 was significantly reduced. | 7 | Effects of Nd-Ga intergranular addition on microstructure and magnetic properties of heavy-rare-earth-free Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets显示文摘In this study,we propose an approach of grain boundary modification that can significantly increase the coercivity of the B-lean Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets by intergranular addition of Nd-Ga.The coercivity is substantially enhanced from 1.51 to 2.04 T through optimizing the microstructure and adjusting the phase composition for the grain boundary phase in the annealed magnets.The matrix grains are covered by a continuous thin grain boundary phase accompanying the formation of intermetallic Nd_(6)Fe_(13)Ga phases.The analysis of magnetic behaviors above Curie temperature confirms that the grain boundary phase of annealed Nd-Ga doped magnets appears to be non-ferromagnetic,facilitating the intergrain exchange decoupling.Microstructure observation in grain boundary area indicates that some surface of the matrix grain is dissolved in the formation process of the Nd_(6)Fe_(13)Ga phase.It gives rise to a decrease in the proportion of matrix grains and saturation magnetization of the magnet.The detailed relationship between magnetic properties and microstructure is discussed based on these results. | Jinhao Zhu Guangfei Ding Lei Jin Zhehuan Jin Bo Zheng Shuai Guo Renjie Chen Aru Yan | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,6: | 1 |

| 10 | Understanding the mechanism of capacity increase during early cycling of commercial NMC/graphite lithium-ion batteries显示文摘A capacity increase is often observed in the early stage of Li-ion battery cycling.This study explores the phenomena involved in the capacity increase from the full cell,electrodes,and materials perspective through a combination of non-destructive diagnostic methods in a full cell and post-mortem analysis in a coin cell.The results show an increase of 1%initial capacity for the battery aged at 100%depth of discharge(DOD)and 45℃.Furthermore,large DODs or high temperatures accelerate the capacity increase.From the incremental capacity and differential voltage(IC-DV)analysis,we concluded that the increased capacity in a full cell originates from the graphite anode.Furthermore,graphite/Li coin cells show an increased capacity for larger DODs and a decreased capacity for lower DODs,thus in agreement with the full cell results.Post-mortem analysis results show that a larger DOD enlarges the graphite dspace and separates the graphite layer structure,facilitating the Li+diffusion,hence increasing the battery capacity. | Jia Guo Yaqi Li Jinhao Meng Kjeld Pedersen Leonid Gurevich Daniel-Ioan Stroe | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,11: | 0 |

| 12 | Weipixiao ameliorates gastric precancerous lesions in a rat's model by regulating GSK3β and C-myc显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism underlying the action of Weipixiao(WPX) in a rat's model with ameliorating gastric precancerous lesions(GPL).METHODS: HPLC analysis was performed to identify the chemical constituents of WPX preparation.Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned into control group, model group, vitacoenzyme group,high-dose WPX group(H-WPX), medium-dose WPX group(M-WPX) and low-dose WPX group(L-WPX).After modeling, the treated rats were administrated WPX or vitacoenzyme intragastrically for consecutive 10 weeks. Gene and protein expressions ofGSK3β, C-myc, Cylin E were evaluated by quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR) and immunohistochemistry, respectively.RESULTS: WPX could efficiently attenuate the pathological alterations of 'non-progressive GPL' in rats.As expected, mRNA and protein levels of C-myc and Cylin E were up-regulated in model rats, while GSK3β expression down-regulated(P < 0.01). WPX treatment, especially at low dose, could significantly down-regulate the m RNA as well as protein levels of C-myc, and could lead to remarkable up-regulation of mRNA and protein levels of GSK3β in GPL rats(P < 0.05). User sentiments about propagation information play an important role in propagation speed, which receive more and more attention from data mining field. In this paper, we propose an sentiment-based hot topics prediction model called PHT-US. PHT-US firstly classifies a large amount of text data in Weibo into different topics, then converts user sentiments and time factors into embedding vectors that are input into recurrent neural networks (both LSTM and GRU), and predicts whether the target topic could be a hot spot. Experiments on Sina Weibo show that PHT-US can effectively predict the hot topics in the future. | 14 | Effects of Pr-Cu-Ti intergranular addition on microstructure and magnetic properties of heavy-rare-earth-free Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets显示文摘By intergranular addition of Pr-Cu-Ti alloy powders in the Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets with the normal B component,we propose an approach to the optimization of grain boundary and local Nd-Fe-B composition system.The coercivity is enhanced from 1.42 to 1.86 T,while further addition leads to a reduction in remanence and coercivity.The analyses of phase composition reveal that Ti mainly exists in the form of metallic Ti alloy,and part of Ti combines with B to form the TiB2 phase after the liquid phase sintering process.This process results in a consumption of B in the local Nd-Fe-B composition system and a change of the grain boundary component,which contributes to the formation process of the RE_(6)(Fe,M)_(14) phase after the annealing process.Therefore,with the modification of grain boundary and composition system,the intergranular addition of Pr-Cu-Ti induces the generation of continuous thin grain boundary phases.It promotes the intergrain exchange decoupling,increasing the coercivity in the annealed magnet.While the excess addition results in the segregation of TiB_(2),as well as the precipitation of TiB_(2) into the Nd-Fe-B phase,which leads to structural defects.Thus,the further effort for the addition alloy with Ti to reduce the deterioration of the microstructure will lead to further improvement in magnetic properties. | Jinhao Zhu Guangfei Ding Bo Zheng Haichen Wu Lei Jin Zhehuan Jin Shuai Guo Renjie Chen Aru Yan | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,5: | 0 |
