1Progress and challenges of carbon-fueled solid oxide fuel cells anode显示文摘Carbon-fueled solid oxide fuel cells(CF-SOFCs)can electrochemically convert the chemical energy in carbon into electricity,which demonstrate both superior electrical efficiency and fuel utilisation compared to all other types of fuel cells.However,using solid carbon as the fuel of SOFCs also faces some challenges,the fluid mobility and reactive activity of carbon-based fuels are much lower than those of gaseous fuels.Therefore,the anode reaction kinetics plays a crucial role in determining the electrochemical performance of CF-SOFCs.Herein,the progress of various anodes in CF-SOFCs is reviewed from the perspective of material compositions,electrochemical performance and microstructures.Challenges faced in developing high performance anodes for CF-SOFCs are also discussed.Minjian Ma Xiaoxia Yang Jinshuo Qiao Wang Sun Zhenhua Wang Kening Sun 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5:8
2Computational investigation of hydrodynamics,coal combustion and NOx emissions in a tangentially fired pulverized coal boiler at various loads显示文摘This work presents a computational investigation of hydrodynamics,coal combustion and NOx emissions in a tangentially fired pulverized coal boiler at different loads(630,440 and 300 MW;relative loads of 100%,70%and 48%)to clarify the effect of load change on the furnace processes.A computational fluids dynamics model was established;the flow field,temperature profile,species concentration and NOx emissions were predicted numerically;and the influence of burner tilt angles was evaluated.Simulation results indicate that a decrease in boiler load decreases the gas velocity,attenuates the airflow rotations,and increases the tangent circle size.The high-temperature zone and flame moved toward the side walls.Such behaviors impair air-fuel mixing,heat transfer and steady combustion in the furnace.In terms of species concentrations,a decrease in boiler load increased the O2 content,decreased the CO content,and decreased the char burnout rates only slightly.A change in boiler load from 630 to 440 and 300 MW increased the NOx emissions from 202 to 234 and 247 mg/m^(3),respectively.Burner tilt angles are important in coal combustion and NOx emissions.A burner angle of-15°favors heat transfer and low NOx emissions(<185 mg/m^(3))for the current tangentially fired boiler.Jian Chang Zhijian Zhou Xinrui Ma Jinshuo Liu 2022Particuology2022,20,6:5
3The roles of exosomal miRNAs and lncRNAs in lung diseases显示文摘An increasing number of studies have reported that exosomes released from various cells can serve as mediators of information exchange between different cells.With further exploration of exosome content,a more accurate molecular mechanism involved in the process of cell-to-cell communication has been revealed;specifically,microRNAs(miRNAs)and long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are shuttled by exosomes.In addition,exosomal miRNAs and lncRNAs may play vital roles in the pathogenesis of several respiratory diseases,such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),lung cancer,and asthma.Consequently,exosomal miRNAs and lncRNAs show promise as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets in several lung diseases.This review will summarize recent knowledge about the roles of exosomal miRNAs and lncRNAs in lung diseases,which has shed light on the discovery of novel diagnostic methods and treatments for these disorders.Because there is almost no published literature about exosomal lncRNAs in COPD,asthma,interstitial lung disease,or tuberculosis,we summarize the roles of exosomal lncRNAs only in lung cancer in the second section.This may inspire some new ideas for researchers who are interested in whether lncRNAs shuttled by exosomes may play roles in other lung diseases.Yang Li Zhengrong Yin Jinshuo Fan Siyu Zhang Weibing Yang 2019Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1:2
4Flower Opening Simulation Based on Key Lines Using WebGL显示文摘A flower opening simulation based on key lines model is proposed. First, this model generates several petals with b-spline surfaces based on key lines. Second, a flower bud is constructed according to layers of the bud and petal numbers in each layer. Then, flower opening process is simulated with Logistic function. At last, flowers opening simulations of seven types are carried out with Web GL. The results show that, using this model, the average rendering time of these 7 flowers is 195.84 s, the minimum rendering time is only 12.23 s in gardenia flower opening simulation. 5Addressing the strength-ductility trade-off in a cast Al-Li-Cu alloy—Synergistic effect of Sc-alloying and optimized artificial ageing scheme显示文摘A dramatic improvement of strength and ductility of cast Al-2.5Li-1.5Cu-1Zn-0.5Mg-0.15 Zr alloy was obtained by the collaboration of Sc-alloying and optimized ageing scheme.Joint and independent influence of Sc-alloying and different ageing temperatures were investigated.The results revealed that a substantial increase was realized in the hardness of Sc-containing alloy,and the ageing response time was only influenced by ageing temperature.Coarse and heterogeneousδ'(Al_(3)Li),wideδ'-precipitation free zones(δ'-PFZs),and a large amount of T_(1)(Al_(2)CuLi)precipitates were observed in Sc-containing alloy aged at 175℃,which resulted in superior yield strength and poor elongation.The Sc-containing alloy obtained an excellent combination of ductility(elongation=8.2%)and tensile strength(ultimate strength=565 MPa)suffered to 150℃ ageing for 64 h.The increase in the elongation was mainly due to the combined effect of grain refining,much finerδ',and extremely narrowδ'-PFZs(<10 nm),while the higher strength was mainly attributed to the formation of Al_(3)(Sc,Zr,Li)composite particles and a large amount of S'(Al_(2)CuMg)phase.However,the enhancement of the different ageing temperature(150℃ and 175℃)on the mechanical properties of the alloys without Sc addition was not obvious.Jinshuo Zhang Guohua Wu Liang Zhang Xiaolong Zhang Chunchang Shi Xin Tong 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,1:2
6Balancing particle properties for practical lithium-ion batteries显示文摘As a state-of-the-art secondary battery,lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have dominated the consumer electronics market since Sony unveiled the commercial secondary battery with LiCoO_(2) as the negative electrode material in the early 1990s.The key to the efficient operation of LIBs lies in the effective contact between the Li-ion-rich electrolyte and the active material particles in the electrode.The particle properties of the electrode materials affect the lithium ion diffusion path,diffusion resistance,contact area with the active material,the electrochemical performance and the energy density of batteries.To achieve satisfied comprehensive performance and of LIBs,it is not only necessary to focus on the modification of materials,but also to balance the properties of electrode material particles.Therefore,in this review,we analyze the influence of particle properties on the battery performance from three perspectives:particle size,particle size distribution,and particle shape.A deep understanding of the effect and mechanism of particles on electrodes and batteries will help develop and manufacture practical LIBs.Jing Zhang Jinshuo Qiao Kening Sun Zhenhua Wang 2022Particuology2022,20,2:2

12A Realization of Yangian and Its Applications to the Bi—spin System in an External Magnetic Field显示文摘Yangian Y(sl(2)) is realized in the bi-spin system coupled with a time-dependent external magnetic field. It is shown that Y(sl(2)) generators can describe the transitions between the 'spin triplet' and the 'spin singlet' that evolve with time. 16Chemical Components of Achyranthes bidentata Leaves by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry显示文摘[Objectives] To study the chemical components and relative content of Achyranthes bidentata leaves and provide a scientific basis for further development and utilization of A. bidentata leaves.[Methods] The chemical components of A. bidentata leaves were rapidly analyzed using the ultra high performance liquid chromatography-time of flight-high resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-TOF-MS).[Results] Thirty eight chemical compounds were identified in samples of A. bidentata leaves collected from Wen County of Henan Province, in which seven chemical compounds had the relative content higher than 5%, linoleic acid reached 25.7% and inokosterone A reached 13.8%.[Conclusions] A. bidentata leaves contain many kinds of chemical compounds. 19Electrochemical and microstructural characterization of cyclic redox behaviour of SOFC anodes显示文摘The oxidation of Ni to NiO in solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) anode will result in large bulk volume change, which may change the interfaces of the two phases in the anode cermet and thus may cause significant performance degradation. The reduction and oxidation (redox) of the Ni/YSZ cermet were studied at 800 ℃. Anodic polarization measurements were performed before and after redox cycles. The anode current density at an overpotential of 100 mV kept decreasing during the whole redox treatment. It decreased from 19.11 to 7.95 mA·cm-2 after two redox cycles. Anode supported unit cell was assembled for cell′s discharge measurements. Cell performance declined after each redox cycle. The maximum power density decreased from 126.28 to 40.32 mW·cm-2. The microstructural changes after redox cycling were recorded using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). 20Spinel-type bimetal sulfides derived from Prussian blue analogues as efficient polysulfides mediators for lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘More and more attentions have been attracted by lithium-sulfur batteries(Li-S), owing to the high energy density for the increasingly advanced energy storage system. While the poor cycling stability, due to the inherent polysulfide shuttle, seriously hampered their practical application. Recently, some polar hosts,like single metal oxides and sulfides, have been employed as hosts to interact with polysulfide intermediates. However, due to the inherent poor electrical conductivity of these polar hosts, a relatively low specific capacity is obtained. Herein, a spinel-type bimetal sulfide NiCo_(2)S_(4)through a Prussian blue analogue derived methodology is reported as the novel host of polysulfide, which enables highperformance sulfur cathode with high Coulombic efficiency and low capacity decay. Notably, the Li-S battery with NiCo_(2)S_(4)-S composites cathode still maintains a capacity of 667 m Ah/g at 0.5 Cafter 300 cycles, and 399 m Ah/g at 1 C after 300 cycles. Even after 300 cycles at the current density of 0.5C, the capacity decays by 0.138% per cycle at high sulfur loading about 3 mg/cm;. And the capacity decays by0.026% per cycle after 1000 cycles, when the rate is 1C.
