1美国湿地保护制度变迁研究显示文摘本文提出了分析湿地保护制度变迁的理论框架,使不同国家的湿地保护制度研究能在统一语境下比较。首先基于科学计量学和系统研究方法筛选出公众、科学、政府和法律为影响湿地保护制度变迁的四个关键要素,并依赖博弈论工具建立了分析美国湿地保护制度的理论架构。基于这一架构,本文对包括关键利益相关者、政策执行路径、政策工具和管理挑战等内容的美国湿地政策史进行了讨论。对美国湿地保护制度的演化进行了四阶断之划分:'西进运动'与全民开垦(1900年之前)、'水鸟保护'与公众参与(1900-1970年)、核心法律与科学研究(1971-1980年)和完善制度与新的挑战(1980年至今)。分析得出如下结论:在湿地保护制度中,公众是源头、科学是前提、有效的政府管治和将湿地保护的规则和与政策制度化是关键。通过借鉴美国湿地保护制度变迁研究,本文构建了湿地保护制度变迁的'竹节模式'经验性模型,揭示了各动因之间的作用机理。虽然美国湿地保护制度也面临着公众教育、科学定义和政府管辖权等挑战,但中国的湿地管理者与政策制定者仍可从美国湿地政策执行的历史背景中吸取经验。同时本文的理论分析结构也可为自然资源及管理策略的研究提供参考。陈溪 Magdeline Laba Robertson Morgan Barbara Cosens 王子彦 陈雪 James Anderson Marinus Otte Christopher Craft David Feldman 李杨帆 刘晶岚 Patrick Sullivan 吕宪国 2016资源科学2016,38,4:13

4Characterization of the Expression of the ATP-Gated P2X7 Receptor Following Status Epilepticus and during Epilepsy Using a P2X7-EGFP Reporter Mouse显示文摘Mounting evidence suggests that the ATP-gated P2X7 receptor contributes to increased hyperexcitability in the brain.While increased expression of P2X7 in the hippocampus and cortex following status epilepticus and during epilepsy has been repeatedly demonstrated,the cell type-specific expression of P2X7 and its expression in extra-hippocampal brain structures remains incompletely explored.In this study,P2X7 expression was visualized by using a transgenic mouse model overexpressing P2X7 fused to the fluorescent protein EGFP.The results showed increased P2X7-EGFP expression after status epilepticus induced by intra-amygdala kainic acid and during epilepsy in different brain regions including the hippocampus,cortex,striatum,thalamus and cerebellum,and this was most evident in microglia and oligodendrocytes.Colocalization of P2X7-EGFP with cell type-specific markers was not detected in neurons or astrocytes.These data suggest that P2X7 activation is a common pathological hallmark across different brain structures,possibly contributing to brain inflammation and neurodegeneration following acute seizures and during epilepsy.James Morgan Mariana Alves Giorgia Conte Aida Menendez-Mendez Laura de Diego-Garcia Gioacchino de Leo Edward Beamer Jonathon Smith Annette Nicke Tobias Engel 2020Neuroscience Bulletin2020,36,11:3

9Transepithelial leak in Barrett's esophagus patients: The role of proton pump inhibitors显示文摘AIM: To determine if the observed paracellular sucrose leak in Barrett's esophagus patients is due to their proton pump inhibitor (PPI) use. METHODS: The in vivo sucrose permeability test was administered to healthy controls, to Barrett's patients and to non-Barrett's patients on continuous PPI therapy. Degree of leak was tested for correlation with presence of Barrett's, use of PPIs, and length of Barrett's segment and duration of PPI use. RESULTS: Barrett's patients manifested a near 3-fold greater, upper gastrointestinal sucrose leak than healthy controls. A decrease of sucrose leak was observed in Barrett's patients who ceased PPI use for 7 d.Although initial introduction of PPI use (in a PPI-na ve population) results in dramatic increase in sucrose leak, long-term, continuous PPI use manifested a slow spontaneous decline in leak. The sucrose leak observed in Barrett's patients showed no correlation to the amount of Barrett's tissue present in the esophagus.
