1Optimal Scheduling for Combined District Heating and Power Systems Using Subsidy Strategies显示文摘The ongoing development of cogeneration technology has promoted public awareness on the integration of different types of energy systems.Integration of power and heating systems is the most common approach for energy transmission.The heat and power coupling of combined heat and power(CHP)units constrains the improvement of flexibility to accommodate more wind power,especially in winter.To address this problem,electrical boilers(EBs)are utilized as independent heat sources in one heat station to enhance their flexibility.This paper proposes a subsidy based bi-level optimal model.The objective of the upper problem is to minimize the operating cost,while the lower problem is to maximize the benefits of CHP and EBs based on the subsidy signals sent by the power system operator(PSO).The bi-level model is reformulated as a single-level linear problem by Karush Kuhn Turck(KKT)conditions and recast to a mix integer quadratic program using strong duality theory.Numerical results performed on an IEEE six-bus system with a eight-node district heating system validate the proposed model.The results demonstrate that the subsidy strategies can make the EB and CHP units operate according to the system operators’preferences to accommodate more wind power.Bofu Deng Jiakun Fang Qian Hui Tieyan Zhang Zhe Chen Yun Teng Xiao Xi 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,3:3
2Review on bio-inspired flight systems and bionic aerodynamics显示文摘Humans’initial desire for flight stems from the imitation of flying creatures in nature.The excellent flight performance of flying animals will inevitably become a source of inspiration for researchers.Bio-inspired flight systems have become one of the most exciting disruptive aviation technologies.This review is focused on the recent progresses in bio-inspired flight systems and bionic aerodynamics.First,the development path of Biomimetic Air Vehicles(BAVs)for bio-inspired flight systems and the latest mimetic progress are summarized.The advances of the flight principles of several natural creatures are then introduced,from the perspective of bionic aerodynamics.Finally,several new challenges of bionic aerodynamics are proposed for the autonomy and intelligent development trend of the bio-inspired smart aircraft.This review will provide an important insight in designing new biomimetic air vehicles.Jiakun HAN Zhe HUI Fangbao TIAN Gang CHEN 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,7:3
3The different root apex zones contribute to drought priming induced tolerance to a reoccurring drought stress in wheat显示文摘Drought priming is a promising approach to improve tolerance to further drought in wheat.The root apex plays important roles in drought however,its contribution to drought priming remains unknown.To provide mechanistic insights into this process,the transcriptomes and proteomes at three different zones along the root axis under drought stress were analyzed.Physiological assessment of root growth indicated that priming augmented roots growth in response to drought and also the levels of protective proline and glycine betaine.Scanning across the proximal to the distal zones of the root apex indicated increases the transcription of genes involved in primary and secondary metabolism.Conversely,genes related to translation,transcription,folding,sorting and degradation,replication and repair were increased in the apex compared to the proximal zone.A single drought episode suppressed their expression but prior drought priming served to maintain expression with recurrent drought stress.The differentially primed responses genes were mainly involved in the pathways related to plant hormone signaling,stress defense and cell wall modification.The prediction of regulatory hubs using Cytoscape implicated signaling components such as the ABA receptor PYL4 as influencing antioxidant status and the cell cycle.Based our integrative transcriptomic-proteomic assessments we present a model for drought priming protected plant hormone signaling transduction pathways to drive the cell cycle and cell wall loosening to confer beneficial effects on roots to counter the effects of drought.This model provides a theoretical basis for improvement of drought tolerance in wheat,via an increased understanding of drought priming induced drought tolerance.Xiao Wang Jing Chen Jiakun Ge Mei Huang Jian Cai Qin Zhou Tingbo Dai Luis Alejandro Jose Mur Dong Jiang 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,5:2
4A simple daily dynamic feeding regimen for reducing phosphorus consumption and excretion in laying hens显示文摘Phosphorus metabolism in laying hens is a highly dynamic process over the course of the 24 h egg-laying cycle.Adjusting the phosphorus feeding regimen according to the daily egg-laying cycle may help to improve phosphorus utilization efficiency.Hy-Line Brown layers(n=120;70 wk old)were offered 4different phosphorus daily regimens:(1)RR,fed regular phosphorus at both 09:00 and 17:00;(2)RL,fed regular phosphorus at 09:00 and low phosphorus at 17:00;(3)LR,fed low phosphorus at 09:00 and regular phosphorus at 17:00;(4)LL,fed low phosphorus at both 09:00 and 17:00.The regular and low phosphorus diets contained 0.32% and 0.14% non-phytate phosphorus,respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 12 wk.As a result,layers on the RL regimen had decreased laying rate(P<0.05;5 to 8,9 to 12,and 1 to 12 wk)when compared to all other regimens.Layers on the LL regimen had decreased eggshell thickness and specific gravity(P<0.05;wk 8)when compared to all other regimens,and had decreased egg shell strength(P<0.05;wk 8)when compared to RL and LR regimens.When compared to the RR regimen(a common practice in the industry),layers on the LR regimen had:(1)identical laying performance and egg quality(P>0.05);(2)decreased phosphorus excretion(P<0.05)during the period of09:00 to 17:00;(3)increased jejunal calbindin D28k protein expression(P<0.05)2 h after feeding in the morning;(4)decreased serum fibroblast growth factor 23 and calcitriol levels(P<0.05),decreased jejunal type Ⅲ sodium-phosphate cotransporter 2 gene and protein expression(P<0.05),and decreased renal type Ⅲ sodium-phosphate cotransporter 1 protein expression(P<0.05),2 h after feeding in the afternoon.In summary,when dietary phosphorus was supplemented in accordance with daily serum phosphorus rhythms(i.e.,the LR regimen),laying performance and egg quality were well supported whilst significantly decreasing phosphorus consumption and excretion.Thus,serum phosphorus rhythms will need to be carefully maintained when developing dietary phosphorus-reduction strategies in laying hens.Xujie Liao Jiakun Yan Jionghao Chen Zhenyu Huang Tianshuai Xiao Changqing Li Chong Pan Xin Yang Yanli Liu Thomas D.Crenshaw Xiaojun Yang Zhouzheng Ren 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,4:2
5Poly-β-hydroxybutyrate alleviated diarrhea and colitis via Lactobacillus johnsonii biofilm-mediated maturation of sulfomucin显示文摘Maintainance of sulfomucin is a key end point in the treatment of diarrhea and inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).However,the mechanisms underlying the microbial sense to sulfomucin are poorly understood,and to date,there are no therapies targeting the secretion and maturation of sulfomucin in IBD.Herein,we biosynthesized poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB)and found that PHB could alleviate inflammation caused by diarrhea and colitis by enhancing the differentiation of sulfomucin.Microbiota transplantation and clearance together demonstrate that PHB promoting sulfomucin is mediated by Lactobacillus johnsonii(L.johnsonii).Further studies revealed that PHB provides a favorable niche for L.johnsonii biofilm formation to resist disturbance and support its growth.L.johnsonii-biofilm alleviates colitis by regulating fucose residues to promote goblet cell differentiation and subsequent sulfomucin maturation.Importantly,PHB alleviates colitis by enhancing sulfomucin secretion and maturation in a L.johnsonii-dependent manner.PHB represents a class of guardians,acting as a safe probiotic-biofilm delivery system that significantly promotes probiotic proliferation.Altogether,this study adds weight to the possible role of probiotics and functional materials in the treatment of intestinal inflammation.The application of PHB and biofilm self-coating L.johnsonii carries high translational potential and may be of clinical relevance.Ning Ma Pingting Guo Jingyu Chen Zengkai Qi Chunchen Liu Jiakun Shen Yiwei Sun Xiyue Chen Guo-Qiang Chen Xi Ma 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,7:2
6Inhibiting manganese(Ⅱ)from catalyzing electrolyte decomposition in lithium-ion batteries显示文摘A once overlooked source of electrolyte degradation incurred by dissolved manganese(Ⅱ)species in lithium-ion batteries has been identified recently.In order to deactivate the catalytic activity of such manganese(II)ion,1-aza-12-crown-4-ether(A12C4)with cavity size well matched manganese(Ⅱ)ion is used in this work as electrolyte additive.Theoretical and experimental results show that stable complex forms between A12C4 and manganese(II)ions in the electrolyte,which does not affect the solvation of Li ions.The strong binding effect of A12C4 additive reduces the charge density of manganese(II)ion and inhibits its destruction of the PF_(6)^(-)structure in the electrolyte,leading to greatly improved thermal stability of manganese(II)ions-containing electrolyte.In addition to bulk electrolyte,A12C4 additive also shows capability in preventing Mn^(2+) from degrading SEI on graphite surface.Such bulk and interphasial stability introduced by A12C4 leads to significantly improved cycling performance of LIBs.Xuehuan Luo Lidan Xing Jenel Vatamanu Jiawei Chen Jiakun Chen Mingzhu Liu Cun Wang Kang Xu Weishan Li 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2:2

8Fecal microbiota dynamics and its relationship to diarrhea and health in dairy calves显示文摘Background:Diarrhea is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in young calves,resulting in considerable economic loss for dairy farms.To determine if some gut microbes might have resistance to dysbiotic process with calf diarrhea by dictating the microbial co-occurrence patterns from birth to post-weaning,we examined the dynamic development of the gut microbiota and diarrhea status using two animal trials,with the first trial having 14 Holstein dairy calves whose fecal samples were collected 18 times over 78 d from birth to 15 d post-weaning and the second trial having 43 Holstein dairy calves whose fecal samples were collected daily from 8 to 18 days of age corresponding to the first diarrhea peak of trial 1.Results:Metataxonomic analysis of the fecal microbiota showed that the development of gut microbiota had three age periods with birth and weaning as the separatrices.Two diarrhea peaks were observed during the transition of the three age periods.Fusobacteriaceae was identified as a diarrhea-associated taxon both in the early stage and during weaning,and Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1 was another increased genus among diarrheic calves in the early stage.In the neonatal calves,Prevotella_2(ASV4 and ASV26),Prevotella_9(ASV43),and Alloprevotella(ASV14)were negatively associated with Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1(ASV48),the keystone taxa of the diarrhea-phase module.During weaning,unclassified Muribaculaceae(ASV28 and ASV44),UBA1819(ASV151),Barnesiella(ASV497),and Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005(ASV254)were identified being associated with non-diarrheic status,and they aggregated in the non-diarrhea module of co-occurrence patterns wherein unclassified Muribaculaceae(ASV28)and Barnesiella(ASV497)had a direct negative relationship with the members of the diarrhea module.Conclusions:Taken together,our results suggest that the dynamic successions of calf gut microbiota and the interactions among some bacteria could influence calf diarrhea,and some species of Prevotella might be the core microbiota in both neonatal and weaning calves,while species of Muribaculaceae might be the core microbiota in weaning calves for preventing calf diarrhea.Some ASVs affiliated with Prevotella_2(ASV4 and ASV26),Prevotella_9(ASV43),Alloprevotella(AVS14),unclassified Muribaculaceae(ASV28 and ASV44),UBA1819(ASV151),Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005(ASV254),and Barnesiella(ASV497)might be proper probiotics for preventing calf diarrhea whereas Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1(ASV48)might be the biomarker for diarrhea risk in specific commercial farms.Hongwei Chen Yalu Liu Kailang Huang Bin Yang Yuanyuan Zhang Zhongtang Yu Jiakun Wang 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,1:1
9Purification and Characterization of a Novel Lipase from Antarctic Krill显示文摘Lipase from Antarctic krill,with a molecular weight of 71.27kDa,was purified with ammonium sulfate precipitation and a series of chromatographic separations over ion exchange(DEAE)and gel filtration columns(Sephacryl S-100),resulting in 5.2%recovery with a 22.4-fold purification ratio.The optimal pH and temperature for enzyme activity were 8.0 and 45℃,respectively.Purified lipase had Km and Vmax values of 3.27mmolL−1 and 2.4Umg−1,respectively,using p-nitrophenyl laurate as the substrate.Lipase activity was enhanced by adding Ca2+and Mg2+ions in the concentration ranges of 0–0.5mmolL−1 and 0–0.3mmolL−1,respectively,while the activity was inhibited by a further increase in these ion concentrations.Fe3+and Cu2+ions showed obvious inhibitory effects on enzyme activity,and the inhibition rates were 71.8%and 53.3%when the ion concentrations were 0.5mmolL−1.CHEN Xin WANG Chunlan XU Jiakun WANG Fang JIANG Yihui CHEN Yixuan and ZHAO Xianyong 2020Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,1:1
10Characterization,Removal and Evaluation of Oxide Film in the Diffusion Bonding of Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Ni_5Al_(10) Bulk Metallic Glass显示文摘The composition of oxide film of Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Ni_5Al_(10) bulk metallic glass was identified by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.In addition,the relatively sound joints of bulk metallic glass without macroscopic deformation were obtained by removing the oxide film before diffusion bonding.The joint interfaces were observed by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy.The hardness of joints near the interface was higher than that far away from the interface,which is attributed to the difference of structural relaxation.According to the result of micro-focused X-ray diffractometry and transmission electron microscopy,the joints retained the amorphous structure when the holding time is less than 20 min.The surface area fraction of oxide film on the interface of joints was detected by ultrasonic inspection.Moreover,the surface area fraction of oxide film is in excellent agreement with the theoretical value calculated by shear strength.The result indicated that surface oxide film is the dominant barrier on the diffusion bonding of bulk metallic glass rather than low atomic diffusion coefficient.Haiyan Chen Jian Cao Xiaoguo Song Jiakun Liu Jicai Feng 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,7:1

12Study of the Relationship Between New Ionic Interaction Parameters and Salt Solubility in Electrolyte Solutions Based on Molecular Dynamics Simulation显示文摘Studying the relationship between ionic interactions and salt solubility in seawater has implications for seawater desalination and mineral extraction.In this paper,a new method of expressing ion-to-ion interaction is proposed by using molecular dynamics simulation,and the relationship between ion-to-ion interaction and salt solubility in a simulated seawater water-salt system is investigated.By analyzing the variation of distance and contact time between ions in an electrolyte solution,from both spatial and temporal perspectives,new parameters were proposed to describe the interaction between ions:interaction distance(ID),and interaction time ratio(ITR).The best correlation between characteristic time ratio and solubility was found for a molar ratio of salt-to-water of 10:100 with a correlation coefficient of 0.96.For the same salt,a positive correlation was found between CTR and the molar ratio of salt and water.For type 1-1,type 2-1,type 1-2,and type 2-2 salts,the correlation coefficients between CTR and solubility were 0.93,0.96,0.92,and 0.98 for a salt-to-water molar ratio of 10:100,respectively.The solubility of multiple salts was predicted by simulations and compared with experimental values,yielding an average relative deviation of 12.4%.The new ion-interaction parameters offer significant advantages in describing strongly correlated and strongly hydrated electrolyte solutions.SUN Wenting HU Yangdong ZHENG Jiahuan SUN Qichao Chen Xia DING Jiakun ZHANG Weitao WU Lianying 2024Journal of Ocean University of China2024,23,2:0
13The early life immune dynamics and cellular drivers at single-cell resolution in lamb forestomachs and abomasum显示文摘Background Four-chambered stomach including the forestomachs(rumen,reticulum,and omasum)and abomasum allows ruminants convert plant fiber into high-quality animal products.The early development of this four-chambered stomach is crucial for the health and well-being of young ruminants,especially the immune development.However,the dynamics of immune development are poorly understood.Results We investigated the early gene expression patterns across the four-chambered stomach in Hu sheep,at 5,10,15,and 25 days of age.We found that forestomachs share similar gene expression patterns,all four stomachs underwent widespread activation of both innate and adaptive immune responses from d 5 to 25,whereas the metabolic function were significantly downregulated with age.We constructed a cell landscape of the four-chambered stomach using single-cell sequencing.Integrating transcriptomic and single-cell transcriptomic analyses revealed that the immune-associated module hub genes were highly expressed in T cells,monocytes and macrophages,as well as the defense-associated module hub genes were highly expressed in endothelial cells in the four-stomach tissues.Moreover,the non-immune cells such as epithelial cells play key roles in immune maturation.Cell communication analysis predicted that in addition to immune cells,non-immune cells recruit immune cells through macrophage migration inhibitory factor signaling in the forestomachs.Conclusions Our results demonstrate that the immune and defense responses of four stomachs are quickly developing with age in lamb's early life.We also identified the gene expression patterns and functional cells associated with immune development.Additionally,we identified some key receptors and signaling involved in immune regulation.These results help to understand the early life immune development at single-cell resolution,which has implications to develop nutritional manipulation and health management strategies based on specific targets including key receptors and signaling pathways.Kailang Huang Bin Yang Zebang Xu Hongwei Chen Jiakun Wang 2024Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2024,15,1:0

15An extended analysis of cardiovascular benefits of indoor air filtration intervention among elderly:a randomized crossover trial(Beijing indoor air purifier study,BIAPSY)显示文摘Objective Evidence on potential cardiovascular benefits of personal-level intervention among the elderly exposed to high levels of particulate matter(PM)remains limited.We aimed to assess improvements in surrogate markers of cardiovascular injury in vulnerable populations at risks by using indoor air filtration units.Methods We conducted a randomized crossover trial for 2 separate 2-week air filtration interventions in 20 households of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their partners in the winter of 2013,with concurrent measurements of indoor PM.The changes in biomarkers indicative of cardiac injury,atherosclerosis progression and systemic inflammation following intervention were evaluated using linear mixed-effect models.Results In the analysis,average levels of indoor PM with aerodynamic diameters<2.5µm(PM2.5)decreased significantly by 59.2%(from 59.6 to 24.3µg/m3,P<0.001)during the active air filtration.The reduction was accompanied by improvements in levels of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I by−84.6%(95%confidence interval[CI]:−90.7 to−78.6),growth differentiation factor-15 by−48.1%(95%CI:−31.2 to−25.6),osteoprotegerin by−65.4%(95%CI:−56.5 to−18.7),interleukin-4 by−46.6%(95%CI:−62.3 to−31.0)and myeloperoxidase by−60.3%(95%CI:−83.7 to−3.0),respectively.Conclusion Indoor air filtration intervention may provide potential cardiovascular benefits in vulnerable populations at risks.Jie Chen Tong Wang Hongbing Xu Yutong Zhu Yipeng Du Beibei Liu Qian Zhao Yi Zhang Lingyan Liu Ningman Yuan Jiakun Fang Yunfei Xie Shuo Liu Rongshan Wu Danqing Shao Xiaoming Song Bei He Bert Brunekreef Wei Huang 2022Global Health Journal2022,6,1:0

17Alterations in nutrient digestion and utilization associated with different residual feed intake in Hu sheep显示文摘Improving feed efficiency is crucial to the animal industry.Residual feed intake(RFI)is now regarded as an index of feed efficiency evaluation and is independent of growth characteristics.Our study aims to explore the alterations in growth performance and nutrient digestion in Hu sheep with different RFI phenotypes.Sixty-four male Hu sheep(body weight=24.39±1.12 kg;postnatal days=90±7.9)were selected for the study.After an evaluation period of 56 days and power analysis,samples were collected from 14 low RFI(L-RFI group,power=0.95)and 14 high RFI sheep(H-RFI group,power=0.95).The L-RFI sheep yielded a lower(P<0.05)feed conversion ratio and dry matter intake;however,both groups exhibited similar average daily gain(P>0.05).The acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber,organic matter,and crude protein apparent digestibility were higher(P<0.05)in L-RFI sheep.N intake and fecal N output(%of N intake)were lower(P<0.05)and N retention(%of N intake)was higher(P<0.05)in L-RFI sheep,whereas no difference(P>0.05)was found in urine N output(%of N intake)between the 2 groups.Furthermore,L-RFI sheep gave lower(P<0.05)serum glucose concentrations and higher(P<0.05)non-esterified fatty acid concentrations.Meanwhile,a lower ruminal acetate molar proportion(P<0.05)and higher propionate molar proportion(P<0.05)were observed in L-RFI sheep.In summary,these results revealed that despite having lower dry matter intake,L-RFI sheep possess higher nutrient digestibility,N retention,ruminal propionate production and serum glucose utilization,in order to meet energy demands.Selection for low RFI sheep could reduce feed costs,which in turn provides economic benefits to the sheep industry.Hongbo Zeng Yuyang Yin Lingxi Chen Zhuoxin Xu Yang Luo Qian Wang Bin Yang Jiakun Wang 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,2:0
18Adjusting phosphate feeding regimen according to daily rhythm increases eggshell quality via enhancing medullary bone remodeling in laying hens显示文摘Background Body phosphorus metabolism exhibits a circadian rhythm over the 24-h daily cycle.The egg laying behavior makes laying hens a very special model for investigating phosphorus circadian rhythms.There is lack of information about the impact of adjusting phosphate feeding regimen according to daily rhythm on the phosphorus homeostasis and bone remodeling of laying hens.Methods and results Two experiments were conducted.In Exp.1,Hy-Line Brown laying hens(n=45)were sampled according the oviposition cycle(at 0,6,12,and 18 h post-oviposition,and at the next oviposition,respectively;n=9 at each time point).Diurnal rhythms of body calcium/phosphorus ingestions and excretions,serum calcium/phosphorus levels,oviduct uterus calcium transporter expressions,and medullary bone(MB)remodeling were illustrated.In Exp.2,two diets with different phosphorus levels(0.32%and 0.14%non-phytate phosphorus(NPP),respectively)were alternately presented to the laying hens.Briefly,four phosphorus feeding regimens in total(each included 6 replicates of 5 hens):(1)fed 0.32%NPP at both 09:00 and 17:00;(2)fed 0.32%NPP at 09:00 and 0.14%NPP at 17:00;(3)fed 0.14%NPP at 09:00 and 0.32%NPP at 17:00;(4)fed 0.14%NPP at both 09:00 and 17:00.As a result,the regimen fed 0.14%NPP at 09:00 and 0.32%NPP at 17:00,which was designed to strengthen intrinsic phosphate circadian rhythms according to the findings in Exp.1,enhanced(P<0.05)MB remodeling(indicated by histological images,serum markers and bone mineralization gene expressions),elevated(P<0.05)oviduct uterus calcium transportation(indicated by transient receptor potential vanilloid 6 protein expression),and subsequently increased(P<0.05)eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,egg specific gravity and eggshell index in laying hens.Conclusions These results underscore the importance of manipulating the sequence of daily phosphorus ingestion,instead of simply controlling dietary phosphate concentrations,in modifying the bone remodeling process.Body phosphorus rhythms will need to be maintained during the daily eggshell calcification cycle.Jiakun Yan Jiajie Wang Jie Chen Hao Shi Xujie Liao Chong Pan Yanli Liu Xin Yang Zhouzheng Ren Xiaojun Yang 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,3:0
19Dietary vitamin D_(3) deprivation suppresses fibroblast growth factor 23 signals by reducing serum phosphorus levels in laying hens显示文摘The present study was carried out to evaluate the effect of dietary supplemental vitamin D_(3) on fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF23)signals as well as phosphorus homeostasis and metabolism in laying hens.Fourteen 40-week-old Hy-Line Brown layers were randomly assigned into 2 treatments:1)vitamin D_(3) restriction group(n=7)fed 0 IU/kg vitamin D_(3) diet,and 2)regular vitamin D_(3) group(n=7)fed 1,600 IU/kg vitamin D_(3) diet.The study lasted for 21 d.Serum parameters,phosphorus and calcium excretion status,and tissue expressions of type II sodium-phosphate co-transporters(NPt2),FGF23 signals and vitamin D_(3) metabolic regulators were determined.Hens fed the vitamin D_(3) restricted diet had decreased serum phosphorus levels(by 31.3%,P=0.028)when compared to those fed regular vitamin D_(3) diet.In response to the decreased serum phosphorus,the vitamin D_(3) restricted laying hens exhibited:1)suppressed kidney expressions of 25-hydroxyvitamin D 1-a-hydroxylase(CYP27B1,by 52.8%,P=0.036)and 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D 24-hydroxylase(CYP24A1,by 99.4%,P=0.032);2)suppressed serum levels of FGF23(by 14.6%,P=0.048)and increased serum alkaline phosphatase level(by 414.1%,P=0.012);3)decreased calvaria mRNA expressions of fibroblast growth factor receptors(FGFR1,by 85.2%,P=0.003,FGFR2,by 89.4%,P=0.014,FGFR3,by 88.8%,P=0.017,FGFR4,by 89.6%,P=0.030);4)decreased kidney mRNA expressions of FGFR1(by 65.5%,P=0.021),FGFR4(by 66.0%,P=0.050)and KLOTHO(by 68.8%,P=0.038);5)decreased kidney protein expression of type 2a sodium-phosphorus co-transporters(by 54.3%,P=0.039);and 6)increased percent excreta calcium(by 26.9%,P=0.002).In conclusion,the deprivation of dietary vitamin D_(3) decreased FGF23 signals in laying hens by reducing serum FGF23 level and suppressing calvaria and kidney mRNA expressions of FGF23 receptors.Jiakun Yan Chong Pan Yanli Liu Xujie Liao Jionghao Chen Yufei Zhu Xinhuo Huang Xiaojun Yang Zhouzheng Ren 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,2:0
20An Abrasion Resistant TPU/SH-SiO_(2) Superhydrophobic Coating for Anti-Icing and Anti-Corrosion Applications显示文摘As a passive anti-icing strategy,properly designed superhydrophobic coatings can demonstrate outstanding performances.However,common preparation strategies for superhydrophobic coatings often lead to environmental pollution,high energy-consumption,high-cost and other undesirable issues.Besides,the durability of superhydrophobic coating also plagues its commercial application.In this paper,we introduced a facile and environment-friendly technique for fabricating abrasion-resistant superhydrophobic surfaces using thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)and modified SiO_(2)particles(SH-SiO_(2)).Both materials are non-toxicity,low-cost,and commercial available.Our methodology has the following advantages:use of minimal amounts of formulation,take the most streamlined technical route,and no waste material.These advantages make it attractive for industrial applications,and its usage sustainability can be promised.In this study,the mechanical stability of the superhydrophobic surface was evaluated by linear wear test.It is found that the excellent wear resistance of the superhydrophobic coating benefits from the characteristics of raw materials,the preparation strategy,and the special structure.In anti-icing properties test,the TPU/SH-SiO_(2)coating exhibits the repellency to the cold droplets and the ability to extend the freezing time.The electrochemical corrosion measurement shows that the asprepared superhydrophobic surface has excellent corrosion resistance that can provide effective protection for the bare Q235 substrates.These results indicate that the TPU/SH-SiO_(2)coating possesses good abrasion resistance and has great potential in anti-corrosion and anti-icing applications.Jiakun Shi Bizhu Zhang Xin Zhou Runxian Liu Jun Hu Huaan Zheng Zhong Chen 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,5:0
