5Development and application of state-dependent fractional plasticity in modeling the non-associated behavior of granular aggregates显示文摘To characterize the constitutive behavior of granular aggregates,a non-associated plasticity model with two different yield and plastic potential surfaces was usually used.However,in this paper,a state-dependent fractional elastoplastic model is proposed by only performing the first-and fractional-order differentiations of the yield function.The non-associated plastic flow is obtained without using any plastic potential functions.The state dependence is considered by correlating the fractional order with a state parameter.The model is then validated by simulating a series of test results of different granular aggregates,including sand,ballast and rockfill,under a variety of loading conditions.Yifei Sun Shunxiang Song Yang Xiao Jiancheng Zhang 2017Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2017,30,5:1
6Genetic dissection of the powdery mildew resistance in wheat breeding line LS5082 using BSR-Seq显示文摘Powdery mildew of wheat is a destructive disease seriously threatening yield and quality worldwide.Comprehensive dissection of new resistance-related loci/genes is necessary to control this disease.LS5082 is a Chinese wheat breeding line with resistance to powdery mildew.Genetic analysis,using the populations of LS5082 and three susceptible parents(Shannong 29,Shimai 22 and Huixianhong),indicated that a single dominant gene,tentatively designated PmLS5082,conferred seedling resistance to different Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici(Bgt)isolates.Bulked segregant RNA-Seq was carried out to map PmLS5082 and to profile differentially expressed genes associated with PmLS5082.PmLS5082 was mapped to a 0.7 cM genetic interval on chromosome arm 2BL,which was aligned to a 0.7 Mb physical interval of 710.3–711.0 Mb.PmLS5082 differs from the known powdery mildew(Pm)resistance genes on chromosome arm 2BL based on their origin,chromosome positions and/or resistance spectrum,suggesting PmLS5082 is most likely a new Pm gene/allele.Through clusters of orthologous groups and kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes analyses,differentially expressed genes(DEGs)associated with PmLS5082 were profiled.Six DEGs in the PmLS5082 interval were confirmed to be associated with PmLS5082 via qPCR analysis,using an additional set of wheat samples and time-course analysis postinoculation with Bgt isolate E09.Ten closely linked markers,including two kompetitive allele-specific PCR markers,were confirmed to be suitable for marker-assisted selection of PmLS5082 in different genetic backgrounds,thus can be used to detect PmLS5082 and pyramid it with other genes in breeding programs.Liru Wu Tong Zhu Huagang He Xinyou Cao Haosheng Li Hongxing Xu Mengshu Jia Lipei Zhang Jiancheng Song Ghader Mirzaghaderi Cheng Liu Pengtao Ma 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,4:1
7Arachis species:High-quality forage crops—nutritional properties and breeding strategies to expand their utilization and feeding value显示文摘Plants of the genus Arachis originated from South America and are cultivated worldwide.The genus Arachis contains 83 species and nine intrageneric taxonomic sections.The cultivated peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)belongs to the Arachis section,the forage peanut(Arachis pintoi Krapov.&W.C.Greg.)belongs to the Caulorrhizae section,and the perennial peanut(Arachis glabrata Benth.)belongs to the Rhizomatosae section.These three peanut species have been developed for use as fodder crops.This review summarizes the forage value of Arachis species.Forage and perennial peanuts can be intercropped with forage species to feed livestock.The cultivated peanut vines and peanut by-products,such as peanut skins and peanut meal,are also high-quality fodder used to feed sheep,cattle,and poultry.A major limiting factor in terms of adopting forage and perennial peanuts as forage crops is their limited resistance to frosts,resulting from their low winter hardiness.Therefore,the feeding value of cultivated peanuts is higher compared to forage and perennial peanuts.This review suggests that Arachis is a suitable forage crop,focusing on their nutritional properties and breeding to increase their performance under cultivation and feeding value.Hui Song Yafeng Huang Lanlan Ding Zhenquan Duan Jiancheng Zhang 2023Grassland Research2023,2,3:0
8Effects of ambient humidity and thermal aging on properties of Nomex insulation in mining dry‐type transformer显示文摘Temperature and humidity are the main factors that cause the decomposition of Nomex paper widely used as turn‐to‐turn insulation material of mining dry‐type transformers. In this study, for understanding the effect of ambient humidity and thermal aging on the properties of Nomex paper, specimens with the initial moisture content of 7% were aged in the oven for 168, 504, 672 h at 180°C, respectively. After thermal aging, corona discharge experiments of unaged and aged specimens with different aging degrees were carried out at different relative humidity (RH) levels from 10 to 70%. The characteristic parameters of corona discharge, such as the average discharge amplitude and the number of discharges, were measured. Then, the surface conductivity and the surface potential decay rate were measured. The morphology and attenuated total internal reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were also analysed for explaining the difference of properties be-tween unaged and aged specimens. The experiment results indicate that the average discharge amplitude decreases with the increase of RH or the deepening of the aging degree of specimens, but the number of discharges shows the reversal tendency. 9Identification of the target genes of AhTWRKY24 and AhTWRKY106 transcription factors reveals their regulatory network in Arachis hypogaea cv.Tifrunner using DAP-seq显示文摘WRKY transcription factors(TFs)have been identified as important core regulators in the responses of plants to biotic and abiotic stresses.Cultivated peanut(Arachis hypogaea)is an important oil and protein crop.Previous studies have identified hundreds of WRKY TFs in peanut.However,their functions and regulatory networks remain unclear.Simultaneously,the AdWRKY40 TF is involved in drought tolerance in Arachis duranensis and has an orthologous relationship with the AhTWRKY24 TF,which has a homoeologous relationship with AhTWRKY106 TF in A.hypogaea cv.Tifrunner.To reveal how the homoeologous AhTWRKY24 and AhTWRKY106 TFs regulate the downstream genes,DNA affinity purification sequencing(DAP-seq)was performed to detect the binding sites of TFs at the genome-wide level.A total of 3486 downstream genes were identified that were collectively regulated by the AhTWRKY24 and AhTWRKY106 TFs.The results revealed that W-box elements were the binding sites for regulation of the downstream genes by AhTWRKY24 and AhTWRKY106 TFs.A gene ontology enrichment analysis indicated that these downstream genes were enriched in protein modification and reproduction in the biological process.In addition,RNA-seq data showed that the AhTWRKY24 and AhTWRKY106 TFs regulate differentially expressed genes involved in the response to drought stress.The AhTWRKY24 and AhTWRKY106 TFs can specifically regulate downstream genes,and they nearly equal the numbers of downstream genes from the two A.hypogaea cv.Tifrunner subgenomes.These results provide a theoretical basis to study the functions and regulatory networks of AhTWRKY24 and AhTWRKY106 TFs.Meiran Li Mingwei Chen Yongli Zhang Longgang Zhao Jiancheng Zhang Hui Song 2023Oil Crop Science2023,8,2:0
10Fungal community structure analysis of peanut pod rot in soil in Hebei Province,China显示文摘In recent years,peanut yield and quality are more seriously affected by pod rot disease in China.However,managing this disease has proven challenging due to the wide host range of its pathogens.In this study,four soil samples were collected from fields with pod rot disease in Hebei Province,and 454 pyrosequencing was used to analyze the fungal communities structure within them.All 38490 ITS high-quality sequences were grouped into 1203 operational taxonomic units,the fungal community diversity of four soil samples was evaluated and compared using Shannon index and Simpson index.The results showed that members of Ascomycota were dominant,followed by Basidiomycota.According to the BLAST results at the species level,Guehomyces had the highest abundance,accounting for about 7.27%,followed by Alternaria,Fusarium,and Davidiella.The relative abundance of Fusarium oxysporum isolated from rotting peanuts in soil with peanut rot was higher than that in the control,indicating that Fusarium oxysporum might be one of the main pathogenic fungus of peanut rot in this area.This study delved into the broader fungal community associated with peanut pod rot,providing a theoretical foundation for preventing and treating this disease in agriculture.Lifei Zhu Chushu Zhang Yueyi Tang Haixiang Zhou Wenting Wang Mian Wang Qiang Yu Furong Song Jiancheng Zhang 2023Oil Crop Science2023,8,2:0

14Development and pattern identification of end-winding discharge under effect of relative humidity and temperature for HV motors显示文摘During operation of high voltage(HV)motors,different types of discharges,e.g.surface discharge,corona discharge and bar-to-bar discharge can occur at the same time,increasing the difficulty of partial discharge(PD)sources determination and PDs pattern identification.In this study,the end-winding of a 10 kV motor coil was artificially aged and the related PD was measured.The initiation and variation of different PDs under multi-factor stresses were studied.The localised fingerprints coexisting with multiple PDs were identified and analysed.The results confirm that the end-winding discharge process was significantly influenced by the experiment relative humidity(RH)and temperature.The bar-to-bar discharge was easily recognised at a lower voltage since the identification of bar-to-bar discharge pattern would be affected by the corona discharge pattern at a higher voltage.It is shown that it is more difficult for the corona discharge to be detected when RH exceeded 80%,while the surface discharge dominated at the higher RH.In addition,the PDs were more easily identified with the rise of the temperature.This study can provide a reference in PD identification test and be useful for the PD online monitoring of HV motors.Ailiang Kang Muqin Tian Chuanyang Li Jiancheng Song Simone Vincenzo Suraci Wei Li Lingyan Lin Zhipeng Lei Davide Fabiani 2020High Voltage2020,5,4:0
