| 1 | Effect of chiropractic manipulation on disrupted epithelium barrier and its mechanism of specialized pro-resolving mediators in a spleen-deficiency murine model显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influence of spleen deficiency on the epithelial barrier of jejunum and lungs in a rat model of spleen-deficiency and the effect and potential specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) mechanism of chiropractic manipulation. METHODS: Three-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into normal control group (n = 6), spleen-deficiency group (n = 5) and chiropractic group (n = 6). Spleen-deficiency model was induced in spleen-deficiency group and chiropractic group. Moreover, chiropractic manipulation was performed in chiropractic group. Four weeks later, systemic Th1/Th2 balance was evaluated by the ratio of plasma interferon (IFN)-γ/interleukin (IL)-4 levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Epithelial barrier integrity were assessed by the observation of morphological changes by hematoxylin-eosin staining and zonula occludens (ZO)-1 gene expressions by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction in jejunum and lungs. Plasma resolvin D1 (RvD1) and lipoxin A4 (LXA4) levels were measures by ELISA for endogenous SPMs production. The levels of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (AA) in jejunum and lungs were also measured by HPLC-MS/ MS. RESULTS: Comparing with normal control group, spleen-deficiency group showed disrupted mucosa in jejunum, inflammatory condition in lungs, significantly decreased ratio of plasma IFN-γ/IL-4 levels and lower expressions of ZO-1 mRNA in both jejunum and lung tissues. Comparing with spleen-deficiency group, chiropractic group had less disrupted mucosa in jejunum and inflammatory condition in lungs, significantly increased systemic ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 and expressions of ZO-1 mRNA in both jejunum and lung tissues. Chiropractic group had significantly enhanced plasma levels of RvD1 and LXA4, but had no significantly higher levels of DHA and AA in jejunum and lungs when comparing with spleen-deficiency group. CONCLUSION: Spleen deficiency caused systemic Th1/Th2 imbalance towards Th2 polarization and epithelial barrier disruption in jejunum and lungs.Chiropractic manipulation helped enhance endogenous SPMs production, which might be one of the action mechanism of chiropractic manipulation on the improvement of epithelial barrier disruption. | Xiong Ying Song Zhixiu Gu Yun Qin Yuhang Wei Jiangfei Lu Jinlu Zhu Y | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,5: | 4 |
| 2 | Effects of hydrogenation temperature on room-temperature compressive properties of CMHT-treated Ti6Al4V alloy显示文摘Compression tests were performed at room temperature to investigate the effects of hydrogenation temperature on compressive properties of Ti6 Al4 V alloy treated by continuous multistep hydrogenation treatment(CMHT).Pressure-composition isotherms and micro structures were also studied.Results showed that the equilibrium hydrogen pressure increased,and the hydrogen absorption rate decreased with the increase of hydrogenation temperature.The amounts ofβphase andα'martensite increased first and then decreased when Ti6 Al4 V alloy was treated by four times CMHT with the increase of hydrogenation temperature.Hydrogenation temperature played a different role on the compressive properties of CMHT-treated Ti6 Al4 V alloy.The ultimate compression of Ti6 Al4 V alloy treated by 11 times CMHT at850℃increased by 83.3%as compared to the as-received Ti6 Al4 V alloy.The compressive properties of Ti6 Al4 V alloy were dependent on the amounts of different phases and microstructures when Ti6 Al4 V alloy was treated by CMHT at different temperatures. | Baoguo Yuan Xing Liu Jiangfei Du Qiang Chen Yuanyuan Wan Yunliang Xiang Yan Tang Xiaoxue Zhang Zhongyue Huang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,13: | 3 |
| 3 | Measurement and simulation of the suspension velocity of flax threshing material using CFD-DEM显示文摘In order to explore the aerodynamics characteristics of flax threshing material,and accurately obtain the movement trajectory of the material of each component in air-screen cleaning,the suspension velocities of flax grains,capsules,short stalks and capsule husks at different stages were measured by means of the suspension velocity device.The experimental results showed that the suspension velocity range was 4.55-8.64 m/s for flax grains,6.46-10.90 m/s for flax capsules,3.23-7.75 m/s for flax short stalks,and 1.06-4.21 m/s for flax capsule shells.Based on the experimental results,the overall interval distribution of each component of flax threshing material and the separation characteristics were discussed and the discrete element model of each component of the flax threshing material was established.Through simulation measurement of angle of repose of the material and the sliding friction angle with steel,the reliability of the established model was verified.The gas-solid coupling method was used to simulate the suspension velocity of each component of the flax threshing material,and the suspension velocity of the four components of flax threshing material was obtained.The simulation measurement results were within the actual measurement range,showing that the test results were basically in line with the simulation results.The simulation on the suspension velocity of different components of flax threshing material based on gas-solid coupling had high precision degree.Therefore,the feasibility of the suspension velocity of the flax threshing material measured in the simulation test based on CFD-DEM coupling was verified. | Fei Dai Wenjuan Guo Xuefeng Song Ruijie Shi Jiangfei Qu Wuyun Zhao | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5: | 2 |
