| 5 | STRUCTURE DESIGN OF THE BEIJING SPECTROMETERⅢBEAM PIPE显示文摘The Beijing spectrometerⅢ(BESⅢ)beam pipe is in the center of the BESⅢ,which is the detector of the upgrade project of Beijing electron and positron collider(BEPCⅡ).Electrons and positrons collide in the BESⅢbeam pipe.According to the demands of the BEPCⅡ,a key program of Chinese Academy of Sciences,the BESⅢbeam pipe is designed based on the finite elements analysis.The BESⅢbeam pipe is installed in the inner cylinder of the BESⅢdrift chamber.As a vacuum tube,the BESⅢbeam pipe is designed as 1000 mm in length,63 mm in inner diameter and 114 mm in outer diameter,respectively.The BESⅢbeam pipe consists of a central beryllium pipe cooled by EDM-1,the oil No.1 for electric discharge machining,and two extended copper pipes cooled by deionized water(DW).The three parts are jointed by vacuum welding.Factors taken into account in the design are as follows.①The wall thickness of the central beryllium pipe should be designed as small as possible to reduce the multi-scattering and improve the particle momentum resolution.And the wall thickness of the extended copper pipe should be designed as large as possible to protect the detectors from the backgrounds.②The BESⅢbeam pipe must be sufficiently cooled to avoid the damage and prevents its influence to the BESⅢdrift chamber(DC)operation.The inner surface temperature of the DC inner cylinder must be maintained at 293±2 K.③The magnetic permeability of the materials used in the BESⅢbeam pipe must be less than 1.05 H/m to avoid large magnetic field distortions.④The static pressure of the vacuum chamber of the BESⅢbeam pipe must be less than 800μPa.The simulating results show that the designed structure oftbe BESⅢbeam pipe satisfies the requirements mentioned above.The structure design scheme is evaluated and adopted by the headquarters of BEPCⅡ. | ZHENG Lifang JI Quan WANG Li LI xunfeng XU Shaowang DONG Sujun ZHAO Libin LIU Jianping | 2008 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,3: | 3 |

| 9 | Genome-wide association analysis reveals genetic loci and candidate genes associated with intramuscular fat in Duroc pigs显示文摘Intramuscular fat(IMF) is a major meat-quality trait in pigs. The content of IMF is directly associated with the taste and flavor of pork. As a complex trait, there could be multiple genes affecting IMF content in pork. Genomewide association study is a powerful tool to detect genomic regions associated with phenotypic variations. The objectives of the present study were to identify or refine the positions of genomic regions affecting IMF, and to characterize candidate genes and pathways that may influence this trait. Of note, we identified a significant region in longissium dorsi muscle in a Duroc pig population for IMF content with Porcine SNP60 v2 Bead Chip. This region spans 1.24 Mb on chromosome 8 and had been identified as a quantitative trait locus for IMF in Pietrain, Large White, Landrace, and Leicoma pigs. In this region, eight SNPs were significantly associated with IMF content. Three genes proximal to these significant SNPs were considered candidate genes, including ZDHHC16, LOC102162218 and PCDH7. | 10 | Microsurgical treatment of posterior inferior cerebellar aneurysms based on angioarchitecture supplemented by high-resolution vessel wall MRI:a case series report显示文摘Background Surgical treatment of posterior inferior cerebellar artery(PICA)aneurysms is challenging because many are nonsaccular and atherosclerotic.We report our tailored approach to PICA aneurysms,which is based on angioarchitecture supplemented by high-resolution vessel wall MRI(HR-VW MRI)findings.Methods From March 2010 to September 2020,27 patients with 29 PICA aneurysms underwent surgical treatment in our institution.Since October 2016,HR-VW MRI has been used for aneurysmal wall assessment.Clinical characteristics,radiological data and surgical outcomes were analysed.Results Nineteen proximal PICA aneurysms(vertebral artery(VA),P1,P2 and P3)were treated using the far-lateral approach.Ten distal PICA aneurysms(P4,P5)were treated using the suboccipital midline approach.Direct clipping or clip reconstruction was achieved in 19 aneurysms.Ten were trapped in conjunction with extracranial-intracranial or intracranial-intracranial bypass,including three occipital artery-PICA reimplantations,three PICA-VA reimplantations,two PICA-PICA side-to side anastomoses,one PICA-PICA reimplantation and one PICA-PICA reanastomosis.All aneurysms were eventually completely obliterated and all bypasses remained patent.At the last follow-up,26 patients(96.2%)achieved a good outcome(modified Rankin Scale score<3).Eight patients underwent HR-VW MRI.Among these,the six aneurysms with focal wall enhancement required bypass and the two with negative enhancement were successfully clipped.Conclusion PICA aneurysms have a higher frequency of complex features such as large or giant size and fusiform or dissecting morphology.Favourable outcomes were achieved with individualised microsurgical strategies based on angioarchitecture.HR-VW MRI may be used as a promising technique to predict aneurysmal atherosclerosis. | Zixiao Yang Jianping Song Kai Quan Peiliang Li Qingzhu An Yuan Shi Peixi Liu Guo Yu Yanlong Tian Liangfu Zhou Wei Zhu | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4: | 1 |
