5A new bone repair scaffold combined with chitosan/ hydroxyapatite and sustained releasing icariin显示文摘Icariin, a plant-derived flavonol glycoside, has been proved as an osteoinductive agent for bone tissue engineering. A new bone repair scaffold was generated by thorough mixing of icariin and chitosan/ hydroxyapatite (icariin-CS/HA) using freeze-drying technigue. Characteristics of morphology, mechanical properties, biocompatibility, drug release behavior and bone repair abilities in vivo were evaluated. The results show that drug loading process of icariin did not affect physical structure of CS/HA composite significantly but decreased mechanical properies of CS/HA composite, which happened with a high dosage; icariin-CS/HA had favorable cell compatibility and promoted osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs; the controlled release of icariin was satisfactory and the release retained after 90 d in vitro. In addition, icariin-CS/HA scaffolds had favorable osteoconduction and osteoinduction in vivo, and could fill bone defect sites and stimulate newborn bone tissues formation at early stage. 6黔西南卡林型金矿床与区域古油藏的关系:来自流体包裹体气相组成和沥青拉曼光谱特征的证据显示文摘黔西南地区是世界第二大卡林型金矿床集中区,同时也发育有大量古油藏,二者空间关系密切,但是否具有成因联系目前尚不清楚且存在较大争议。本文报道该区典型金矿床与成矿有关的热液矿物中流体包裹体的气相组成和高品位金矿石中沥青的激光拉曼光谱分析结果,以探讨含有机质流体与金成矿作用之间的关系。研究表明,虽然含砷富金黄铁矿、石英、方解石、萤石和雄黄等热液矿物形成于不同的成矿阶段,但其中流体包裹体的有机气相组分种类、含量及相对比例整体较为一致,表明成矿流体中的有机络离子团在成矿作用过程中没有发生明显的分解或重组,进而说明黔西南卡林型金矿成矿作用过程中有机质并未以有机络离子团的形式对金进行有效搬运或其搬运金的能力非常有限。在N2/Ar—CO2/CH4流体来源判别图解中,各蚀变矿物中的流体包裹体气相组成主要落在循环的大气降水区域,经大气水区域向岩浆流体区域延伸,整体上构成一条非常好的线性分布趋势,暗示成矿流体可能起源于深部岩浆但在演化过程中有大量循环大气水的加入。水银洞金矿床的1件石英样品偏离上述趋势线并向有机流体方向偏移,可能反映了流体迁移过程中有机质的加入。该区金矿床的矿石中均不同程度地发育浸染状沥青,不同矿床中沥青的激光拉曼光谱特征基本一致,说明该区金矿床中的沥青具有相同成因。根据沥青激光拉曼光谱特征地质温度计反演计算的成矿早阶段流体温度为317~336℃,明显高于区域古地温温度(160~250℃)以及区域古油藏的流体包裹体均一温度(73~175℃),说明该区卡林型金矿床的成矿热源与区域古地温无关。对区域地质及近年来地球物理与地球化学最新成果的综合分析表明,该区卡林型金矿床可能是叠加在区域古地温场之上的深部岩浆活动远端低温热液成矿作用的产物,与金矿床空间关系密切的有机质可能为来自先存古油藏并沿控矿构造发生逃逸的油气物质裂解产物,金成矿与区域古油藏之间不存在成因联系。靳晓野 李建威 HOFSTRA Albert MARSH Erin 刘建中 杨梧 JIN XiaoYe LI JianWei LIU JianZhong YANG Wu 2016岩石学报2016,32,11:11
7Bifurcation analyses and hardware experiments for bursting dynamics in non-autonomous memristive FitzHugh-Nagumo circuit显示文摘In this paper,a non-autonomous memristive Fitz Hugh-Nagumo(FHN)circuit is constructed using a second-order memristive diode bridge with LC network.For convenience of circuit implementation,an AC voltage source is adopted to substitute the original AC current stimulus.Stimulated by the slowly varying AC voltage source,the number,locations and stabilities of the equilibrium points slowly evolve with the time,which are thus indicated as the AC equilibrium points.Different sequences of fold and/or Hopf bifurcations are encountered in a full period of time series evolutions,leading to various kinds of chaotic or periodic bursting activities.To figure out the related bifurcation mechanisms,the fold and Hopf bifurcation sets are mathematically formulated to locate the critical bifurcation points.On this basis,the transitions between the resting and repetitive spiking states are clearly illustrated by the time series of the AC equilibrium points and state variables,from which Hopf/sub Hopf,Hopf/Hopf,and Hopf/fold bursting oscillations are identified in the specified parameter regions.Finally,based on a fabricated hardware circuit,the experimental measurements are executed.The results verify that the presented memristive FHN circuit indeed exhibits complex bursting activities,which enriches the family of memristor-based FHN circuits with bursting dynamics.CHEN Mo QI JianWei WU HuaGan XU Quan BAO BoCheng 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,6:9
8Chemical characteristics of size-resolved aerosols in winter in Beijing显示文摘Size-resolved aerosols were continuously collected by a Nano Sampler for 13 days at an urban site in Beijing during winter 2012 to measure the chemical composition of ambient aerosol particles. Data collected by the Nano Sampler and an ACSM(Aerodyne Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitor) were compared. Between the data sets,similar trends and strong correlations were observed,demonstrating the validity of the Nano Sampler. PM10 and PM2.5concentrations during the measurement were 150.5 ± 96.0 μg/m3(mean ± standard variation)and 106.9 ± 71.6 μg/m3,respectively. The PM2.5/PM10 ratio was 0.70 ± 0.10,indicating that PM2.5dominated PM10. The aerosol size distributions showed that three size bins of 0.5–1,1–2.5 and 2.5–10 μm contributed 21.8%,23.3% and 26.0% to the total mass concentration(TMC),respectively. OM(organic matter) and SIA(secondary ionic aerosol,mainly SO42-,NO3-and NH4+) were major components of PM2.5. Secondary compounds(SIA and secondary organic carbon) accounted for half of TMC(about 49.8%) in PM2.5,and suggested that secondary aerosols significantly contributed to the serious particulate matter pollution observed in winter. Coal burning,biomass combustion,vehicle emissions and SIA were found to be the main sources of PM2.5. 10Hierarchical Bayesian Calibration and On-line Updating Method for Influence Coefficient of Automatic Dynamic Balancing Machine显示文摘Measurement error of unbalance's vibration response plays a crucial role in calibration and on-line updating of influence coefficient(IC). Focusing on the two problems that the moment estimator of data used in calibration process cannot fulfill the accuracy requirement under small sample and the disturbance of measurement error cannot be effectively suppressed in updating process, an IC calibration and on-line updating method based on hierarchical Bayesian method for automatic dynamic balancing machine was proposed. During calibration process, for the repeatedly-measured data obtained from experiments with different trial weights, according to the fact that measurement error of each sensor had the same statistical characteristics, the joint posterior distribution model for the true values of the vibration response under all trial weights and measurement error was established. During the updating process, information obtained from calibration was regarded as prior information, which was utilized to update the posterior distribution of IC combined with the real-time reference information to implement online updating. Moreover, Gibbs sampling method of Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) was adopted to obtain the maximum posterior estimation of parameters to be estimated. On the independent developed dynamic balancing testbed, prediction was carried out for multiple groups of data through the proposed method and the traditional method respectively, the result indicated that estimator of influence coefficient obtained through the proposed method had higher accuracy; the proposed updating method more effectively guaranteed the measurement accuracy during the whole producing process, and meantime more reasonably compromised between the sensitivity of IC change and suppression of randomness of vibration response.ZHANG Jian WU Jianwei MA Zhiyong 2009Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,6:7

12A public key cryptosystem based on data complexity under quantum environment显示文摘Since the Shor algorithm showed that a quantum algorithm can efficiently calculate discrete logarithms and factorize integers, it has been used to break the RSA, EIGamal, and ECC classical public key cryptosystems. This is therefore a significant issue in the context of ensuring communication security over insecure channels. In this paper, we prove that there are no polynomial-size quantum circuits that can compute all Boolean functions(of which there are 22ncases) in the standard quantum oracle model. Based on this,we propose the notion of data complexity under a quantum environment and suggest that it can be used as a condition for post-quantum computation. It is generally believed that NP-complete problems cannot be solved in polynomial time even with quantum computers. Therefore, a public key cryptosystem and signature scheme based on the difficulty of NP-complete problems and the notion of data complexity are presented here. 17Diagnosis and surgical treatment of intraveneous leiomyomatosis extending into the heart:two cases report and review of the literature显示文摘Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and surgical treatment of intravenous leiomyomatosis(IVL),and outline the differences between Chinese and overseas cases.Methods:Clinical data of two IVL cases,treated in our hospital,were analyzed retrospectively and the related literature was also reviewed.The data of preoperative diagnostic rate,surgical procedures,and postoperative recurrence between patients in China and other countries were compared.Results:The first stage operation was performed successfully in 2 patients.However,they refused subsequent therapies,including a second stage operation to excise the remnants of the tumor,uterus,bilateral oviducts and ovaries,and anti-estrogen therapy.Both suffered from IVL recurrence,one at 6-month and the other at 9-month,and died at 16-month and 12-month respectively after the first stage surgery.Worldwide reports of 110 IVL cases were reviewed,which included 28 cases in China and 82 cases in other countries.In the majority of the Chinese patients,tumors only extended into the right atrium rather than the right ventricle(RA 22 cases vs RV 4 cases).However,among the overseas patients,the rate of extension into the right atrium was similar to that of extension into the right ventricle(RA 41 cases vs RV 38 cases).The rate of hysterectomies was not significantly different between Chinese and overseas patients(67.86% vs 55.9%,P=0.278).The rate of correct preoperative diagnosis in the Chinese patients was significantly lower than that in the overseas patients(32.14% vs 80%,P=0.000002),as well as the rate of complete excision of the tumor(22.7% vs 75.5%,P=0.000001).The proportion of patients who undergoing a single-stage or a two-stage operation was similar in Chinese and overseas patients.The recurrence rate was significantly higher in the Chinese patients than in the overseas patients(36.8% vs 9.1%,P=0.0055),and the patients with tumor recurrence were partial tumor excision patients.Conclusion:The possibility of IVL should be considered if echocardiography in female patients demonstrates a tumor in the right heart and a mass in the inferior vena cava(IVC).Further imaging should be performed to confirm the diagnosis.The correct diagnosis and accurate preoperative delineation of tumor extension are essential for an optimal surgical outcome.The key point in IVL treatment is the complete excision of tumors(single-stage or two-stage surgical procedure).Xiaowei Wang Lin Zhang Yijiang Chen Shijiang Zhang Jianwei Qin Yanhu Wu Jinhua Luo 2009Journal of Nanjing Medical University2009,23,5:5

20Formation and migration of space charge packet in low density polyethylene显示文摘Pressure wave propagation (PWP) method was utilized to observe the space charges packet-like behavior in sheet samples of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) under the relative low electric field. The experimental results show that space charge packets are always generated at the anode and move across the sample to the cathode regard- less of the polarity of DC voltage.
