2Mushroom Poisoning Outbreaks—China,2010–2020显示文摘ABSTRACT Introduction:Mushroom poisoning was the leading cause of foodborne disease outbreaks and outbreak-associated deaths in China.Mushroom poisoning outbreak surveillance can provide insight into the epidemiological characteristics of mushroom poisonings and guide policymaking and health education to reduce illnesses and deaths.Methods:Foodborne Disease Outbreak Surveillance System was upgraded in 2011 to collect foodborne disease outbreaks in China.Mushroom poisoning outbreaks during 2010–2020 were selected to analyze geographical distribution,seasonal distribution,and setting of food preparation.Results:A total of 10,036 outbreaks,which resulted in 38,676 illnesses and 788 deaths,were reported in this period.Mushroom poisonings occurred all over the country,but with highest incidence in the southwest and central China.Weiwei Li Sara M.Pires Zhitao Liu Jinjun Liang Yafang Wang Wen Chen Chengwei Liu Jikai Liu Haihong Han Ping Fu Yunchang Guo 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,24:18
3Characteristics of Settings and Etiologic Agents of Foodborne Disease Outbreaks—China,2020显示文摘Introduction:Foodborne diseases are a growing public health problem and have caused a large burden of disease in China.This study analyzed epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in China in 2020 to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control measures.Methods:Data were collected from 30 of 31 provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)in the mainland of China,excluding Xizang(Tibet)Autonomous Region,via the National Foodborne Disease Outbreaks Surveillance System・The number and proportion of outbreaks,illnesses,hospitalizations,deaths by setting,pathogen-food category pairs and etiology were calculated.Results:In 2020,7,073 foodborne disease outbreaks were reported,resulting in 37,454 illnesses and 143 deaths.Among the identified pathogens,microbial pathogens were the most common confirmed etiology,accounting for 41.7%of illnesses.Poisonous mushrooms caused the largest proportion of outbreaks(58.0%)and deaths(57.6%).For venues where foodborne disease outbreaks occur,household had the highest number of outbreaks(4,140)and deaths(128),and catering service locations caused the largest proportion of illnesses(59.9%).Outbreaks occurring between June and September accounted for 62.8%of total outbreaks.Conclusions:Foodborne disease outbreaks mainly occurred in households・Microbial pathogens remained the top cause of outbreak-associated illnesses.Poisonous mushrooms were ranked the top cause of deaths in private homes in China.The supervision and management of food safety and health education should be strengthened to reduce the burden of foodborne diseases・Publicity should be increased to reduce the incidence of mushroom poisonings in families,and supervision and management of food should be strengthened to reduce microbial contamination.Hongqiu Li Weiwei Li Yue Dai Yuyan Jiang Junhua Liang Santao Wang Maoqiang Zhuang Zheng Huang Lizi Xu Bo Xue Jikai Liu Haihong Han Sara M.Pires Ping Fu Yunchang Guo 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,42:14
4Tomato SlAN11 regulates flavonoid biosynthesis and seed dormancy by interaction with bHLH proteins but not with MYB proteins显示文摘The flavonoid compounds are important secondary metabolites with versatile human nutritive benefits and fulfill a multitude of functions during plant growth and development.The abundance of different flavonoid compounds are finely tuned with species-specific pattern by a ternary MBW complex,which consists of a MYB,a bHLH,and a WD40 protein,but the essential role of SlAN11,which is a WD40 protein,is not fully understood in tomato until now.In this study,a tomato WD40 protein named as SlAN11 was characterized as an effective transcription regulator to promote plant anthocyanin and seed proanthocyanidin(PA)contents,with late flavonoid biosynthetic genes activated in 35S::SlAN11 transgenic lines,while the dihydroflavonol flow to the accumulation of flavonols or their glycosylated derivatives was reduced by repressing the expression of SlFLS in this SlAN11-overexpressed lines.The above changes were reversed in 35S::SlAN11-RNAi transgenic lines except remained levels of flavonol compounds and SlFLS expression.Interestingly,our data revealed that SlAN11 gene could affect seed dormancy by regulating the expressions of abscisic acid(ABA)signaling-related genes SlABI3 and SlABI5,and the sensitivity to ABA treatment in seed germination is conversely changed by SlAN11-overexpressed or-downregulated lines.Yeast two-hybrid assays demonstrated that SlAN11 interacted with bHLH but not with MYB proteins in the ternary MBW complex,whereas bHLH interacted with MYB in tomato.Our results indicated that low level of anthocyanins in tomato fruits,with low expression of bHLH(SlTT8)and MYB(SlANT1 and SlAN2)genes,remain unchanged upon modification of SlAN11 gene alone in the transgenic lines.These results suggest that the tomato WD40 protein SlAN11,coordinating with bHLH and MYB proteins,plays a crucial role in the fine adjustment of the flavonoid biosynthesis and seed dormancy in tomato.Yongfeng Gao Jikai Liu Yongfu Chen Hai Tang Yang Wang Yongmei He Yongbin Ou Xiaochun Sun Songhu Wang Yinan Yao 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:13
5An Identity-Based Group Key Agreement Protocol for Low-Power Mobile Devices显示文摘In wireless mobile networks,group members join and leave the group frequently,a dynamic group key agreement protocol is required to provide a group of users with a shared secret key to achieve cryptographic goal.Most of previous group key agreement protocols for wireless mobile networks are static and employ traditional PKI.This paper presents an ID-based dynamic authenticated group key agreement protocol for wireless mobile networks.In Setup and Join algorithms,the protocol requires two rounds and each low-power node transmits constant size of messages.Furthermore,in Leave algorithm,only one round is required and none of low-power nodes is required to transmit any message,which improves the efficiency of the entire protocol.The protocol's AKE-security with forward secrecy is proved under Decisional bilinear inverse Diffie-Hellman(DBIDH) assumption.It is additionally proved to be contributory.TENG Jikai WU Chuankun 2016Chinese Journal of Electronics2016,25,4:11
6Multi-Objective Optimization of Surface-Mounted and Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Taguchi Method and Response Surface Method显示文摘The surface-mounted and interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(SIPMSM)has the characteristics of multiple variables,strong coupling and nonlinearity.In order to improve the performance of SIPMSM,this paper presents a multi-objective optimal design process using Taguchi and response surface methodology(RSM).The peak value of cogging torque(PVCT),ratio value of average torque and permanent magnet weight(RTW),torque ripple and back-EMF total harmonics distortion(ETHD)are selected as optimization goals.The experiment matrix is established by Taguchi method,and analyzed the tendency and proportion of the effect of the optimization parameters on SIPMSM performance.The rules of choosing multi-objective optimization parameters are obtained.The least-squares method is used to establish the optimal objective function,and RSM is used to obtain the resolutions of the optimization objective function.Comparing the initial performance with optimized performance verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.Jikai Si Suzhen Zhao Haichao Feng Ruiwu Cao Yihua Hu 2018Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,1:11
7An ID-based authenticated dynamic group key agreement with optimal round显示文摘Group key agreement protocols are crucial for achieving secure group communications.They are designed to provide a set of users with a shared secret key to achieve cryptographic goal over a public network.When group membership changes,the session key should be refreshed efficiently and securely.Most previous group key agreement protocols need at least two rounds to establish or refresh session keys.In this paper,a dynamic authenticated group key agreement(DAGKA) protocol based on identity-based cryptography is presented.By making use of the members' values stored in previous sessions,our Join and Leave algorithms reduce the computation and communication costs of members.In the proposed protocol,Setup and Join algorithms need one round.The session key can be refreshed without message exchange among remaining users in Leave algorithm,which makes the protocol more practical.Its security is proved under decisional bilinear Diffie-Hellman(DBDH) assumption in random oracle model.TENG JiKai WU ChuanKun TANG ChunMing 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,11:7

9The Characteristics Analysis and Cogging Torque Optimization of a Surface-Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor显示文摘This paper proposes optimal stator skewed slot analytical method for cogging torque reduction in surface-interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(SIPMSM)and analyzes the characteristics of SIPMSM.The series-parallel equivalent magnetic circuit models(EMCMs)of SIPMSM is built based on the characteristics of magnetic circuits,which is used to design the basic electromagnetic parameters of SIPMSM.Analytical expressions of cogging torque are derived from applying analytical techniques.Stator skewed slot for cogging torque minimum is adopted,and the stator skewed slot pitch is confirmed based on the analytical expressions of the resultant cogging torque.The cogging torque,torque ripple,back electromotive force(back-EMF),power-angle characteristics,efficiency and power factor of SIPMSM are analyzed by establishing 3-dimensional finite element model(3-D-FED)of SIPMSM with stator skewed slot and straight slot.It is shown that the comprehensive performance of optimized SIPMSM is improved as confirmed by finite element analysis and analytical calculation results.Jikai Si Suzhen Zhao Lufeng Zhang Ruiwu Cao Wenping Cao 2018Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,4:3

11Dynamic tree-based authenticated group key exchange protocol显示文摘Authenticated group key exchange protocols allow a group of users over a public network to establish a shared secret key for the subsequent cryptographic goals. In this paper, we extend BD-II scheme into a dynamic setting, and propose a tree-based authenticated key exchange protocol which is more suitable for dynamic groups in such as ad hoc networks. 12A strongly secure identity-based authenticated group key exchange protocol显示文摘In group key exchange(GKE) protocols, a shared secret key is established among a group of members for cryptographic use over a public network. An identity-based protocol is preferred to that under the employment of traditional public key infrastructure(PKI), since identity-based cryptosystem can simplify public key management procedure. In ASIACCS 2011, a security model for GKE protocol called EGBG model was proposed. The EGBG model takes ephemeral secret key leakage attack into consideration. Until now, there is no ID-based GKE protocol secure in the EGBG model. In this paper, we propose an identity-based GKE protocol. Its AKE-security with KCIR and full forward secrecy, MA-security with KCIR and its contributiveness are proven in the EGBG model. The proposed protocol does not involve NAXOS trick, which does not resist side channel attack and thus it provides stronger security guarantee. 13Analysis of temperature field for a surface-mounted and interior permanent magnet synchronous motor adopting magnetic-thermal coupling method显示文摘Aiming at obtaining high power density of surface-mounted and interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(SIPMSM),it is important to accurately calculate the temperature field distribution of SIPMSM,and a magnetic-thermal coupling method is proposed.The magnetic-thermal coupling mechanism is analyzed.The thermal network model and finite element model are built by this method,respectively.The effects of power frequency on iron losses and temperature fields are analyzed by the magnetic-thermal coupling finite element model under the condition of rated load,and the relationship between the load and temperature field is researched under the condition of the synchronous speed.In addition,the equivalent thermal network model is used to verify the magnetic-thermal coupling method.Then the temperatures of various nodes are obtained.The results show that there are advantages in both computational efficiency and accuracy for the proposed coupling method,which can be applied to other permanent magnet motors with complex structures.Jikai Si Suzhen Zhao Haichao Feng Yihua Hu Wenping Cao 2018CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2018,2,1:2

20Dual-conductive metal-organic framework@MXene heterogeneity stabilizes lithium-ion storage显示文摘Although a few pristine metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) of graphene analogue topology exhibit high intrinsic electrical conductivity, their use in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) is still hampered by unfavorable Li+adsorption energy(ΔEa). In this paper, an electroconductive ferrocene-based MOF@MXene heterostructure is built to provide stable anodes for Li+storage. Charge density difference and planar average potential charge density show substantial redistribution of charges at the interfaces, transferring from MXene to MOF layers. Moreover, density functional theory(DFT) calculations reveal that the interaction between MXene and MOF significantly increases the ΔEa. As a result, the heterostructure anode exhibits high capacities and outstanding cycling stability with a capacity retention of 80% after 5000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1), outperforming mono-component MXene and MOF. Furthermore, the heterostructure anode is built into a full cell with a commercial NCM 532 cathode, delivering a high energy density of 611 Wh kg^(-1)and power density of 7600 W kg^(-1).
