| 1 | Mechanism of vertical crack formation in Yb_(2)SiO_(5) coatings deposited via plasma spray-physical vapor deposition显示文摘Plasma spray-physical vapor deposition(i.e.,PS-PVD)is a promising method for obtaining advanced environmental barrier coatings(EBCs).The EBCs must meet some requirements in the application,in which the thermal cycle performance affects the service lifetime.The preparation of artificial vertical cracks in Yb_(2)SiO_(5) coatings is an effective approach for meeting the requirements above because vertical cracks provide a strain tolerance.To clarify the formation mechanism of vertical cracks during the PSPVD,the effects of coating thickness and substrate temperature on the formation of vertical cracks were investigated.In addition,the interactions of spray powder and plasma flame during coating deposition were also characterized by optical spectroscopy.It is indicated that vertical cracks are formed due to a thermal expansion mismatch between Yb_(2)SiO_(5) and mullite coating,transient cooling after deposition and the nucleation of evaporated Yb_(2)SiO_(5) as well. | Xiaofeng Zhang Chao Wang Ruijun Ye Chunming Deng Xinghua Liang Ziqian Deng Shaopeng Niu Jinbing Song Guo Liu Min Liu Kesong Zhou Jian Lu Junli Feng | 2020 | Journal of Materiomics2020,6,1: | 6 |
| 2 | Reaction Mechanism and Thermal Insulation Property of Al-deposited 7YSZ Thermal Barrier Coating显示文摘To increase the performance and efficiency of thermal barrier coating(TBC), it is important to improve the thermal insulation property. In this work, a columnar Al film was deposited at the top of 7 wt% yttriastabilized zirconia(7YSZ) TBC by magnetron sputtering. A vacuum heat treatment was then carried out to improve the insulation property of Al-deposited TBC. Reaction mechanism of Al-Zr O2 system in Aldeposited TBC was studied by differential thermal analysis(DTA). The phase structures of the assprayed TBC, the Al-deposited and vacuum-treated TBC were characterized. The microstructure evolution of Al-deposited TBC was illustrated after vacuum heat treatment. And the insulation property of the assprayed TBC and treated TBC was compared. The results show that a multi-scaled layer, consisting of micron/nano structured α-Al2O3 and Al3 Zr grain was in situ synthesized at the top of 7YSZ coating via vacuum heat treatment. | 3 | UV illumination enhanced desorption of oxygen molecules from monolayer MoS2 surface显示文摘The oxygen adsorption can drastically alter the electronic properties of the two-dimensional(2D)materials,which is usually dificult to be removed.In this work,we report the ultraviolet(UV)ilumination induced desorption of the O2 molecules from the monolayer MoS2 surface by using the atmosphere dependent transport measurement,Kelvin probe microscopy,photoluminescence spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Obvious increasing of the conductivity,rising of the Fermi level,and red shift of the photoluminescence peaks of the MoS2 were observed after the UV ilumination in vacuum,indicating the elimination of the depletion effect from the oxygen adsorption.Such parameter changes can be reversibly recovered by the subsequent O2 exposure.Furthermore,obvious decreasing of the oxygen concentration after the UV ilumination was also observed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Thus the UV induced O2 photodesorption effect is evidenced.The photo-excited charge transfer mechanism is proposed to account for the photodesorption effect.These results provide a nondestructive way to clean the MoS2 surface and manipulate the performance of the MoS2 based devices. | Yuhang Wang Zhiquan He Jinbing Zhang Hao Liu Xubo Lai Boyang Liu Yibao Chen Fengping Wang Liuwan Zhang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,2: | 3 |
| 4 | Efficacy of Rebixiao Chinese herbal tablets and Chinese formula granules in acute gout arthritis patients:a randomized,multicenter,double-blind,controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Rebixiao(RBX)Chinese herbal tablets(CHT)and Chinese formula granules(CFG)in the treatment of acute gout arthritis(AGA).METHODS:This randomized,multicenter,double-blind,controlled trial included 165 AGA patients with the damp-heat symptom pattern who were randomly divided into an RBX CHT group and an RBX CFG group and treated for 7 d at three centers.The total effective rates of the joint symptom score,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptoms score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Safety assessments were also performed.RESULTS:Of the 165 enrolled patients,147 completed the clinical observation.There was no difference in baseline between the two groups.The total effective rates of the joint symptom score were 94.36%and 97.36%,and the total effective rates of the TCM symptoms score were 95.77%and 97.36%in the CFG group and CHT group,respectively.No statistical difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Additionally,ESR and CRP were similar in both groups(P>0.05).Furthermore,treatment efficacy regarding TCM and joint symptoms,the ESR,and CRP were consistent within each center and among the different centers(P>0.05).In addition,the incidence of adverse events was 4.22%and 2.63%in the CFG group and CHT group,respectively,and no difference was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:RBX CFG and CHT have significant and similar efficacy in the treatment of AGA,and CFG did not increase adverse side effects. | Wang Shasha Zhang Ying Dai Min Yang Min Leng Wenfei Peng Xiufeng Li Guojun Yang Jinbing Gan Jianping Zhu Fenglin Li Yanping Wu Bin | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4: | 3 |

| 10 | Gd_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles modified g-C_(3)N_(4) with enhanced photocatalysis activity for degradation of organic pollutants显示文摘Gd_(2) O_(3) nanoparticles modified g-C_(3) N_(4) photocatalytic composites were synthesized by a simple one-step hydrothermal method.The structure,morphology,optical properties of the prepared photocatalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),field emission transmission electron microscopy(FETEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The result demonstrates that gadolinium is mainly dispersed on the surface of g-C_(3) N_(4) in the form of Gd_(2) O_(3),and does not destroy the lattice structure of g-C_(3) N_(4).Besides,the gadolinium can cause the red shift of the absorption edge of light,narrow the band gap,and increase the separation efficiency of the photogenerated electron and hole of g-C_(3) N_(4).Especially,the specific surface area of g-C_(3) N_(4) can be significantly increased.Furthermore,g-C_(3) N_(4)/Gd-0.05 displays the highest photodegradation performance when it is used for degradation of methyl orange(MO),methylene blue(MB) and Rhodamine B(RhB).The photodegradation rate of g-C_(3) N_(4)/Gd-0.05 composites is 72.4% for MO,95.5% for RhB,100% for MB after120 min under visible light(λ> 420 nm) irradiation.Narrow band gap promotes the separation of photogenerated electron and hole,which enhances the photocatalytic activity of g-C_(3) N_(4).It is noted that g-C_(3) N_(4)/Gd-0.05 exhibits excellent photocatalytic stability by the photocurrent and the cyclic photodegradation of MO. | Yipeng Zhou Fanshan Zeng Chaoyang Sun Jun Wu Yu Xie Fayun Zhang Senlin Rao Fahui Wang Jinbing Zhang Jinsheng Zhao Shiqian Li | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,11: | 1 |
