1Sensitivity analysis of dimensionless parameters for physical simulation of water-flooding reservoir显示文摘A numerical approach to optimize dimensionless parameters of water-flooding porous media flows is proposed based on the analysis of the sensitivity factor defined as the variation ration of a target function with respect to the variation of dimensionless parameters. A complete set of scaling criteria for water-flooding reservoir of five-spot well pattern case is derived from the 3-D governing equations, involving the gravitational force, the capillary force and the compressibility of water, oil and rock. 2A new free-hand pedicle screw placement technique with reference to the supraspinal ligament显示文摘We sought to compare the safety and accuracy of a new free-hand pedicle screw placement technique to that of the conventional technique.One hundred fifty-three consecutive adult patients with simple fracture in the thoracic or/and lumbar spine were alternately assigned to either the new free-hand or the conventional group.In the new free-hand technique group,preoperative computerized tomography(CT) images were used to calculate the targeted medial-lateral angle of each pedicle trajectory and the pedicle screw was inserted perpendicular to the corresponding supraspinal ligament.In the conventional technique group,the medial-lateral and cranial-caudal angle of each pedicle trajectory was determined by intraoperatively under fluoroscopic guidance.The accuracy rate of pedicle screw placement,the time of intraoperative fluoroscopy,the operating time and the amount of blood loss during operation were respectively compared.All screws were analyzed by using intraoperative radiographs,intraoperative triggered electromyography(EMG) monitoring data,postoperative CT data and clinical outcomes.The accuracy rate of pedicle screw placement in the new free-hand technique group and the conventional technique group was 96.3% and 94.2%(P < 0.05),respectively.The intraoperative fluoroscopy time of the new technique group was less than that of the conventional technique group(5.37 seconds vs.8.79 seconds,P < 0.05).However,there was no statistical difference in the operating time and the amount of blood loss during operation(P > 0.05).Pedicle screw placement with the free-hand technique which keeps the screw perpendicular to the supraspinal ligament is an accurate,reliable and safe technique to treat simple fracture in the thoracic or lumbar spine.Juming Li Hong Zhao Hao Xie Lipeng Yu Jifu Wei Min Zong Feng Chen Ziqiang Zhu Ning Zhang Xiaojian Cao 2014The Journal of Biomedical Research2014,28,1:7

4High-temperature oxidation behavior and analysis of impedance spectroscopy of 7YSZ thermal barrier coating prepared by plasma spray-physical vapor deposition显示文摘Quasi-columnar structure 7YSZ(yttria stabilized zirconia) thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) are prepared by plasma spray-physical vapor deposition(PS-PVD) onto pretreated and un-pretreated bond coating, respectively. An isothermal oxidation experiment of 7YSZ TBCs is carried out in the atmosphere of 950 °C in order to simulate the high-temperature oxidation process of engine blades. The isothermal oxidation process of 7YSZ thermal barrier coatings is investigated systematically by impedance spectroscopy. The electrochemical physical model and equivalent circuit of columnar 7YSZ coatings are established. Results show that the isothermal oxidation kinetic curve of columnar 7YSZ thermal barrier coatings appears to follow the parabolic law. A pretreatment of bond coating can reduce the growth rate of the thermally grown oxide(TGO) layer, restraining the initiation and propagation of microcracks between YSZ and TGO layers. The oxidation rate constants of 7YSZ coatings with pretreated and un-pretreated bond coating are 0.101×10^(-12) cm^2·s^(-1) and 0.115 × 10^(-13) cm^2 ·s^(-1), respectively. Impedance analysis shows that the content of oxygen vacancies decreases and the density increases after the TGO layer is oxidized for 150 h. 5Fluid Inclusion Geochemistry of Metallic Ore Deposits in the South- Central Sector of theDa Hinggan Mountains in China显示文摘Physicochemical parameters of mineralization such as temperature, pressure, salinity, density, composition and boiling of ore fluids as well as pH, Eh, fo2 and reducing parameter in theprocess of mineralization of major ore deposits in the study district have been obtained by the authors through systematic observation and determination of characteristics and phase changes of fluid inclusions at different temperatures and analysis of gaseous and liquid phase compositions of the inclusions, thus providing a scientific basis for the division of mineralization-alteration stages, types of mineral deposits and minerogenetic series and the deepening of the knowledge about the ore-forming processes and mechanisms of mineral deposits. 6A Preliminary Review of Metallogenic Regularity of Tungsten Deposits in China显示文摘Tungsten ore resources are abundant in China with relatively complete types of deposits. Skarn type and quartz vein type deposits are dominated in the tungsten resources, whereas quartz vein type wolframite deposits are most important in terms of exploitation and utilization. Skarn type tungsten deposits are concentratedly distributed in the central Nanling region, such as South Hunan, South Anhui and the eastern Qinling region, while quartz vein type tungsten deposits occur mainly in South China, such as West Fujian, South Jiangxi, North Guangdong and South Hunan. The most important metallogenic epoch of tungsten is the Mesozoic, while the metallogenic tectonic setting is featured by an intracontinental environment after orogeny with sever tectonic movements, deep-seated faults and frequent magmatic activities, especially Mesozoic granitoids closely related to tungsten-tin mineralization. 22 metallogenic series of ore deposits characterized by or significantly related to tungsten were defined based on precise statistic information of 1199 tungsten mining areas and thorough the summary of metallogenic regularities. 7Combined effects of topography and bottom friction on shoaling internal solitary waves in the South China Sea显示文摘A numerical study to a generalized Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation is adopted to model the propagation and disintegration of large-amplitude internal solitary waves (ISWs) in the South China Sea (SCS). Based on theoretical analysis and in situ measurements, the drag coefficient of the Chezy friction is regarded as inversely proportional to the initial amplitude of an ISW, rather than a constant as assumed in the previous studies. Numerical simulations of ISWs propagating from a deep basin to a continental shelf are performed with the generalized KdV model. It is found that the depression waves are disintegrated into several solitons on the continental shelf due to the variable topography. 9Ni_(1-x)Pt_(x) (x=00.08) Films as the Photocathode of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells with High Effi ciency显示文摘Films of Ni_(1-x)Pt_(x)(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,and 0.08)have been prepared on fluorine-doped tin oxide-coated(FTO)glass substrates by a chemical plating method and used as the photocathode for dye-sensitized solar cells(DSCs).The Ni_(0.94)Pt_(0.06 )film consisted of nanoparticles with a size of 46 nm and a Pt loading of 5.13μg/cm^(2).The Ni_(0.94)Pt_(0.06) photocathode exhibited high catalytic performance toward triiodide reduction,high light refl ectance,and low charge-transfer resistance.The DSC assembled with the Ni_(0.94)Pt_(0.06) photocathode gave a short-circuit photocurrent density(Jsc)of 16.79 mA/cm^(2),an open-circuit photovoltage(Voc)of 736 mV,and a fi ll factor(FF)of 66.4%,corresponding to an overall conversion effi ciency of 8.21%under standard AM 1.5 irradiation(100 mW/cm^(2)),which is higher than that for the DSC with a pure Pt photocathode obtained by conventional thermal decomposition.Furthermore,the DSC based on the Ni0.94Pt0.06 photocathode showed good stability.The results indicate that Ni0.94Pt0.06 fi lms are promising low-cost and high-performance photocathodes for use in DSCs.Shengjie Peng Jifu Shi Juan Pei Yanliang Liang Fangyi Cheng Jing Liang Jun Chen 2009Nano Research2009,2,6:2
10Effects of flavonoids derived from Taxus yunnanensis on p-glycoprotein and cytochrome P450 3A4显示文摘The intestinal uptake of paclitaxel is hampered by trans-membrane efflux transporters such as P-glycoprotein(P-gp),and paclitaxel is mainly metabolized by cytochrome P4503A4(CYP3A4)presented in the liver.Our previous results demonstrated that flavonoids extracted from Taxus yunnanensis could improve the oral absorption of paclitaxel.The current study was purposed to investigate the effects of the flavonoid extracts on P-gp and CYP3A4 in vitro.The expression and activity of P-gp were detected by western blotting and intracellular rhodamine 123 accumulation assay in Caco-2 cells treated with the flavonoids extract.The expression of CYP3A4 was investigated by western blotting in mouse primary hepatocytes and the activity of CYP3A4 was detected by LC-MS/MS method using rat liver microsomes.Our results showed that the flavonoid extracts from T.yunnanensis could inhibit P-gp activity and concurrently decrease the expression and activity of CYP3A4.In conclusion,activity of P-gp and CYP3A4 could be inhibited by flavonoids extracted from T.yunnanensis which might be potential candidates for development of oral formulation of paclitaxel.Jifu Li Dake Cai Huichang Bi Jing Jin Min Huang 2013Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2013,8,3:2

13A Preliminary Review of Metallogenic Regularity of Tin Deposits in China显示文摘China is rich in tin resources,and contains many types of tin deposits.Among the tin deposit types,the cassiterite-sulfide type,skarn type and quartz vein type occupy a large proportion of tin resources and reserves.From the aspect of exploitation and utilization,the most important types are cassiterite-sulfide type and quartz vein type.The cassiterite-sulfide type tin deposits are mainly located in Northern Guangxi and Eastern Yunnan,skarn type deposits are mainly distributed in the ore-concentration areas of South Hunan in Middle Nanling,and the quartz vein type tin deposits are mainly distributed in South China,such as Western Fujian,Middle Jiangxi,Northern Guangzhou and Southern Hunan.The most important metallogenic epoch for tin deposits is the Mesozoic era.The metallogenic geotectonic background is mainly continental environments after orogeny process,with strong tectonic changes,interlaced deep fracture and frequent magmatism.And the most distinctive feature is the well developed Mesozoic granites,which have a close relationship with tin mineralization.Based on the detailed study of the data from 873 tin deposits in China,this paper summarized the metallogenic regularity of tin deposits,classified 20 important metallogenic series of tin or tin-associated deposits,and inferred that the cassiterite-sulfide type,skarn type,quartz vein type and greisen type are the main prediction types of tin resources.Forty-four tin-mineralization belts were divided,among which,19 belts are the most important.In addition,a series of maps about tin metallogenic belts and tin metallogenic regularity were compiled,aiming to provide theoretical basis for potential estimation and prediction of tin mineral resources.CHEN Zhenghui SHENG Jifu LIU Lijun WANG Denghong LIANG Ting WANG Chenghui 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3:1
