| 1 | Recent advances in organic-based materials for resistive memory applications显示文摘With the rapid development of data-driven human interaction,advanced datastorage technologies with lower power consumption,larger storage capacity,faster switching speed,and higher integration density have become the goals of future memory electronics.Nevertheless,the physical limitations of conventional Si-based binary storage systems lag far behind the ultrahigh-density requirements of post-Moore information storage.In this regard,the pursuit of alternatives and/or supplements to the existing storage technology has come to the forefront.Recently,organic-based resistive memory materials have emerged as promising candidates for next-generation information storage applications,which provide new possibilities of realizing high-performance organic electronics.Herein,the memory device structure,switching types,mechanisms,and recent advances in organic resistive memory materials are reviewed.In particular,their potential of fulfilling multilevel storage is summarized.Besides,the present challenges and future prospects confronted by organic resistive memory materials and devices are discussed. | Yang Li Qingyun Qian Xiaolin Zhu Yujia Li Mayue Zhang Jingni Li Chunlan Ma Hua Li Jianmei Lu Qichun Zhang | 2020 | InfoMat2020,2,6: | 7 |
| 2 | A Rapid and Simple Approach to Preparation of Monoclonal Antibody Based on DNA Immunization显示文摘Inoculation with purified specific protein is usually the first step for preparation of monoclonal antibody (mAb).But it is quite difficult to obtain pure proteins especially with natural structures. Here we attempt to replace the protein inoculation with DNA immunization in the preparation of mAb. The eukaryotic expression vectors pcDNA3-PreS2/S and pVAX-PreS2/S encoding the HBV M protein were constructed and prepared for DNA immunization. Female BALB/c mice developed a well antibody response to the target antigen after muscle injection with corresponding plasmids. The mice with effective antibodies induced were used for preparation of mAb. We found the mice immunized with three administrations of pcDNA3-PreS2/S and boosted by intrasplenic injection with the same plasmid could be exploited for preparation of mAb. And positive hybridoma cell 2D3 that can secrete specific mAb was cloned and analyzed. | 12 | Effect of cluster needling at scalp acupoints on differential protein expression in rat brain tissue after acute focal cerebral ischemia显示文摘Objective:To explore the function of cluster needling at scalp points therapy on regulating differential protein's expression at different time points in middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model rats.Methods:Fifty-four rats were divided into three groups randomly and 18 rats in each group.The groups respectively were the model group(group M,n=18),cluster needling at scalp points group(group C,n=18),false operation group(group F,n=18).Each group was then assigned in three subgroups,including 24-h,7-day,and 14-day subgroups.Six rats in each subgroup.Acupuncture at Baihui(GV20)and 2 points beside Baihui,which was 3 e4 mm away from the midline.Longa score was used to evaluated neurological effects.Proteomics methods were used to identify differentially expression proteins with a standard of fold change greater than 1.5 and P<.05 at different times.Results:1.Nerve function scoring:The nerve function scores at 7 and 14 days decreased in group C,which showed better neural function than group M(P<.05).2.Fold change in proteins:Group M showed932 differentially expressed proteins compared with group F,and among them,414 proteins showed significant changes in expression after acupuncture.The expression levels of Cdc42 and GFAP were increased,and Mag,Shank2,and MBP levels were decreased.In the Gene Ontology analysis,the cellular component consisted of the terms cytoplasm,cytoskeleton,lysosome,and plasma membrane.The main related biological processes were cellecell signaling,protein transport,aging,and cell adhesion.Many synaptic and metabolic pathways were found by KEGG analysis.Conclusion:Cluster needling at scalp acupoints can improve the nerve function score and improve dyskinesia in MCAO model rats.Cluster needling at scalp acupoints can regulate the expression of 414 proteins,including Cdc42,GFAP,Mag,Shank2,and MBP,which are related to cerebral ischemia.The differential proteins are major concentration in cytoplasm,cytoskeleton,lysosomes,and plasma membrane,participate in cellecell signaling,protein transport,aging,and cell adhesion,and act through multiple synaptic and metabolic pathways to exert their biological functions. | Xiaona Wu Jinxia Ni Huiyan An Yintong Gao Miaomiao Li Zhenzhen Huang Jingni Xu | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,3: | 1 |

| 20 | Molecular characterization and expression of HSP70, HSF and HSBP genes in Octopus vulgaris during thermal stress显示文摘Temperature is an important environmental factor that affects the growth and survival of Octopus vulgaris, the common octopus. To understand the protective mechanism that O. vulgaris exhibits under heat stress, we used rapid amplification of c DNA ends(RACE) to obtain full-length sequences of three heat stress response related genes:(1) the heat shock protein 70(OvHSP70),(2) the heat shock transcription factor(OvHSF), and(3) the heat shock factor-binding protein(OvHSBP) of O. vulgaris. The OvHSP70, OvHSF, and OvHSBP proteins contained2 222 bp, 2 264 bp, 841 bp that encoded for 635, 458 and 90 amino acids, respectively. The results of multiple sequence alignment showed that the amino acid sequences of OvHSP70 were highly conserved with respect to other species. Similarly, the DNA binding domain, the trimerization domain of OvHSF, and the coiled coil region of OvHSBP also had highly conserved regions. The real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) results indicated that OvHSP70 was temperature-dependent and time-dependent, showing a positive response to heat stress. On exposure to 28°C and to 30°C, the m RNA expression levels of OvHSF and OvHSBP were higher than those in the control group at 24°C. The m RNA expression of OvHSBP significantly increased with heat treatment at 26°C, while the m RNA expression of OvHSF decreased. The experimental results indicated that the expression of OvHSP70,OvHSF and OvHSBP were all sensitive to heat stress, which suggests that these three genes may play an important role for O. vulgaris in responding to environmental stress.
