2Production of aryl oxygen-containing compounds by catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin over LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3 prepared by different methods显示文摘To realize the resource and high-value utilization,a new approach,named bagasse lignin(BL) used to produce aryl oxygen-containing compounds by catalytic pyrolysis over perovskite,was proposed,LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3(LTF) samples prepared by the sol-gel method(SG) and the solid-state reaction method(SS)were characterized.The catalytic action on BL pyrolysis was performed by the test of TG-DTG and the evaluation of the fixed bed micro-reactor,the components and contents of the products were determined.The results show that LTF samples have cubic perovskite phase,LTF prepared by SG(LTF-SG) is porous with larger specific surface area than LTF prepared by SS(LTF-SS).During the pyrolysis of BL,the addition of LTF lowers the pyrolysis temperature and the activation energy,the contents of CO2 and CO in gaseous products reduce by 4.6%-8.0% and 30.7%-34.3%,respectively,the total content of aryl oxygencontaining compounds(including phenolics,guaiacols,syringols and phenylates) in liquid products increases from 62 wt% to more than 72 wt%,and LTF-SG shows better catalytic performance.LTF samples have nice phase and catalytic stabilities for BL pyrolysis after five successive redox cycles.Haiying Wang Hongjing Han Enhao Sun Yanan Zhang Jinxin Li Yanguang Chen Hua Song Hongzhi Zhao Yue Kang 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,1:5
3Production of aryl oxygen-containing compounds from catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin over LaTixFe1xO3显示文摘A new approach,named production of aryl oxygen-containing compounds from the catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin(BL) over perovskite oxide,was proposed,A series of LaTixFe1-xO3(LTF-x) samples were prepared by the solid state reaction method.The crystal phase and morphology of LTF-x were characterized by XRD and SEM respectively.Catalytic pyrolysis performance of LTF-x was performed by TG-DTG and the distribution patterns of gaseous,liquid and solid products from BL was investigated using a fixed-bed micro-reactor.The optimal reaction conditions were determined:the pyrolysis temperature was 600℃,the mass ratio of mBL:mLTF-0.2 was 3:1,the veloeity of earrier gas was 100 ml·min-1.The gaseous produets were mainly eomposed of CO2,CO,CH4 and CnHm(n=2-4,m=2 n+2 or m=2 n),The main aryl oxygen-containing compounds in liquid products were phenolics,guaiacols,syringols and phenylates,the rest were benzenes,furans,esters and carboxylic acid.The total contents of aryl oxygencontaining compounds were from 62% up to more than 72% under the action of the perovskite.Moreover,the LTF-0.2 sample had nice regenerability.Haiying Wang Hongjing Han Enhao Sun Yanan Zhang Jinxin Li Yanguang Chen Hua Song Hongzhi Zhao 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,8:4
4Enormous enhancement in electrical performance of few-layered MoTe2 due to Schottky barrier reduction induced by ultraviolet ozone treatment显示文摘Doping can improve the band alignment at the metal-semiconductor interface to modify the corresponding Schottky barrier,which is crucial for the realization of high-performance logic components.Here,we systematically investigated a convenient and effective method,ultraviolet ozone treatment,for p-type doping of MoTe2 field-effect transistors to enormously enhance the corresponding electrical performance.The resulted hole concentration and mobility are near 100 times enhanced to be〜1.0×10^13 cm^-2 and 101.4 cm^2/(V·s),respectively,and the conductivity is improved by 5 orders of magnitude.These values are comparable to the highest ones ever obtained via annealing doping or non-lithographic fabrication methods at room temperature.Compared with the pristine one,the photoresponsivity(522 mA/W)is enhanced approximately 100 times.Such excellent performances can be attributed to the sharply reduced Schottky barrier because of the surface charge transfer from MoTe2 to MoOx(x<3),as proved by photoemission spectroscopy.Additionally,the p-doped devices exhibit excellent stability in ambient air.Our findings show significant potential in future nanoelectronic and optoelectronic applications.Xiaoming Zheng Xueao Zhang Yuehua Wei Jinxin Liu Hang Yang Xiangzhe Zhang Shitan Wang Haipeng Xie Chuyun Deng Yongli Gao Han Huang 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:3
5Influence of calcination temperature for LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3 on catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin显示文摘LaTi(0.2)Fe(0.8)O3(LTF)was prepared by the sol-gel method,and the effects of calcination temperature on the structure and properties were investigated,A new method of preparing aryl oxygen-containing compounds from bagasse lignin(BL)by the catalytic pyrolysis over LTF was proposed.The results show that LTF has cubic crystal phase and porous structure and its optimal calcination temperature is 800℃(LTF-800).In the test for catalytic pyrolysis of BL,with the addition of LTF-800,the yield of liquid product reaches the maximum;the contents of phenolics,guaiacols,syringols,phenylates and furans increase obviously,while those of benzenes,esters and carboxylic acid decrease.The total content of aryl oxygencompounds(including phenolics,guaiacols,syringols and phenylates)in liquid product is more than 74 wt%with the addition of LTF-800,larger than that obtained by single BL pyrolysis(62 wt%).LTF could avoid oxygen-containing functional groups from being excessively destroyed.It has nice regeneration performance by controlled combustion of char even after 5 cycles.Haiying Wang Hongjing Han Yanan Zhang Jinxin Li Yanguang Chen Hua Song Enhao Sun Hongzhi Zhao Mei Zhang Dandan Yuan 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,8:3
6Catalytic depolymerization of calcium lignosulfonate by NiMgFeO_x derived from sub-micron sized NiMgFe hydrotalcite prepared by introducing hydroxyl compounds显示文摘A new method for regulating the synthesis of Ni Mg Fe hydrotalcites(NMF LDHs) with the addition of hydroxyl compounds was proposed. A series of NMF LDHs were prepared by the above method, and then were calcined to obtain the Ni Mg FeOx(NMFOx) samples. The NMFOxsamples were characterized by XRD,SEM, TG-DTG, XPS and CO2-TPD, respectively. The catalytic performance of NMFOxfor depolymerizing calcium lignosulfonate(CLS) was evaluated by hydrothermal reaction. The results showed that the addition of hydroxyl compounds favored reducing the particle sizes of NMF LDHs. For the depolymerization of CSL, the yield of liquid product increased from 45% to 75.8% with the addition of NMFOx-ethanol(NMFOxET). The liquid products were mainly phenolics, aromatics, ketones and esters. The total selectivity of oxy-containing compounds was over 90.6%, among them, the phenolics were approximately 35.2%. The valence of Ni and Fe, crystalline phase and basicity almost remained unchanged. 8Anisotropic in-plane thermal conductivity for multi-layer WTe_(2)显示文摘Improving thermal transport between substrate and transistors has become a vital solution to the thermal challenge in nanoelectronics.Recently 2D WTe_(2) has sparked extensive interest because of heavy atomic mass and low Debye temperature.Here,the thermal transport of supported WTe_(2) was studied via Raman thermometry with electrical heating.The supported 30 nm WTe2 encased with 70 nm Al_(2)O_(3) delivered 4.8 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)in-plane thermal conductivity along zigzag direction at room temperature,which was almost 1.6 times larger than that along armchair direction(3.0 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)).Interestingly,the superior and inferior directions for thermal transport are just opposite of those for electrical transport.Hence,a heat manipulation model in WTe_(2) FET device was proposed.Within the designed configuration,waste heat in WTe_(2) would be mostly dissipated to metal contacts located along zigzag,relieving the local temperature discrepancy in the channel effectively and preventing degradation or breakdown.Our study provides new insight into thermal transport of anisotropic 2D materials,which might inspire energy-efficient nanodevices in the future.Yuehua Wei Chuyun Deng Xiaoming Zheng Yangbo Chen Xiangzhe Zhang Wei Luo Yi Zhang Gang Peng Jinxin Liu Han Huang Weiwei Cai Qi Ge Renyan Zhang Xueao Zhang Shiqiao Qin 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:1
9Highly in-plane anisotropy of thermal transport in suspended ternary chalcogenide Ta_(2)NiS_(5)显示文摘Energy dissipation has always been an attention-getting issue in modern electronics and the emerging low-symmetry two-dimensional(2D)materials are considered to have broad prospects in solving the energy dissipation problem.Herein the thermal transport of a typical 2D ternary chalcogenide Ta_(2)NiS_(5) is investigated.For the first time we have observed strongly anisotropic in-plane thermal conductivity towards armchair and zigzag axes of suspended few-layer Ta_(2)NiS_(5) flakes through Raman thermometry.For 7-nm-thick Ta_(2)NiS_(5) flakes,theκz i g z a g is 4.76 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) andκa r m c h a i r is 7.79 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1),with a large anisotropic ratio(κa r m c h a i r/κz i g z a g)of 1.64 mainly ascribed to different phonon mean-free-paths along armchair and zigzag axes.Moreover,the thickness dependence of thermal anisotropy is also discussed.As the flake thickness increases,theκa r m c h a i r/κz i g z a g reduces sharply from 1.64 to 1.07.This could be attributed to the diversity in phonon boundary scattering,which decreases faster in zigzag direction than in armchair direction.Such anisotropic property enables heat flow manipulation in Ta_(2)NiS_(5) based devices to improve thermal management and device performance.Our work helps reveal the anisotropy physics of ternary transition metal chalcogenides,along with significant guidance to develop energy-efficient next generation nanodevices.Yue Su Chuyun Deng Jinxin Liu Xiaoming Zheng Yuehua Wei Yangbo Chen Wei Yu Xiao Guo Weiwei Cai Gang Peng Han Huang Xueao Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:1
10Highly anisotropic thermal conductivity of few-layer CrOCl for efficient heat dissipation in graphene device显示文摘With the packing density growing continuously in integrated electronic devices,sufficient heat dissipation becomes a serious challenge.Recently,dielectric materials with high thermal conductivity have brought insight into effective dissipation of waste heat in electronic devices to prevent them from overheating and guarantee the performance stability.Layered CrOCl,an antiferromagnetic insulator with low-symmetry crystal structure and atomic level flatness,might be a promising solution to the thermal challenge.Herein,we have systematically studied the thermal transport of suspended few-layer CrOCl flakes by microRaman thermometry.The CrOCl flakes exhibit high thermal conductivities along zigzag direction,from~392±33 to~1,017±46 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) with flake thickness from 2 to 50 nm.Besides,pronounced thickness-dependent thermal conductivity ratio(/from~2.8±0.24 to~4.3±0.25)has been observed in the CrOCl flakes,attributed to the discrepancy of phonon dispersion and phonon surface scattering.As a demonstration to the heat sink application of layered CrOCl,we then investigate the energy dissipation in graphene devices on CrOCl,SiO_(2) and hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)substrates,respectively.The graphene device temperature rise on CrOCl is only 15.4%of that on SiO_(2) and 30%on h-BN upon the same electric power density,indicating the efficient heat dissipation of graphene device on CrOCl.Our study provides new insights into two-dimentional(2D)dielectric material with high thermal conductivity and strong anisotropy for the application of thermal management in electronic devices.Xiaoming Zheng Yuehua Wei Zhenhua Wei Wei Luo Xiao Guo Xiangzhe Zhang Jinxin Liu Yangbo Chen Gang Peng Weiwei Cai Shiqiao Qin Han Huang Chuyun Deng Xueao Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:1
11Design and Wave Propagation Characterization of Starchiral Metamaterials显示文摘Metamaterials with simple artificial topological properties made from industrially produced single-phase materials have extraordinary innovation and challenge.In this paper,we investigated wave propagation characteristics of a hexastarchiral lattice metamaterial with periodic assemblies and used the finite element(FE)method to study the band gap properties.Then,in order to understand the mechanism of band gaps,we discussed the mode shapes of unit cells and found that the bending of the ligament and the overall rotation have a high correlation with the generation of omnidirectional band gaps.The relationships bet ween geometric parameters and band gap properties have also been systematically studied,which demonstrated that the band gaps of the proposed metamaterial could be reasonably predicted through the evolution of geometric parameters.Finally,the transmission characteristics of finite sandwich panel structures composed of periodic unit cells were calculated to verify the correctness of the band gap simulation results,which proved that the proposed artificial metastructure has potential application value in vibration and noise reduction projects.Yajun Xin Han Wang Cong Wang Jinxin Yao Qian Ding Haoqiang Gao Shuliang Cheng Yongtao Sun 2022Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2022,35,2:0
12Induction of Calcium Carbonate by Pseudomonas Putida显示文摘The purpose of this research is to study how the bacteria Pseudomonas putida (DCB13) utilises calcium ions in a culture medium with carbon dioxide (CO2) to yield calcium carbonate (CaCO3). The bacteria strain P. putida is a dominant strain isolated from the dolomitic surfaces in areas of Karst topographies, Guizhou Province. The experimental method was as follows: a modified beef extract-peptone medium (beef extract 3.0 g, peptone 10 g, NaCl 5.0 g, CaCl2 2.0 g, glass powder 2.0 g, distilled water 1 L and a pH between 6.5 and 7.5) was inoculated with P. putida in order to attempt to induce the synthesis of CaCO3. The sample was then processed by centrifugation every 24 hours during the 7-day cultivation period. The pH, carbonic anhydrase (CA) activity, and the concentrations of both HCO3- and Ca2+ of the supernatant fluid were measured. Subsequently, precipitation in the culture medium was analyzed to confirm, or otherwise, the presence and if present, the formation of CaCO3. Methods used included X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS). Results showed that P. putida can improve its pH value in this culture medium; concentrations of HCO3- and Ca2+ showed a significant decline over the duration of the cultivation period. CA activity reached its maximum during the second day; XRD, SEM and TEM all revealed the presence of CaCO3 as a precipitate. Additionally, these results did not occur in an aseptic control group: no detectable level of CaCO3 was yielded therein. 15Research on Multi-Objective Optimization Model of Industrial Microgrid Considering Demand Response Technology and User Satisfaction显示文摘In the process of wind power,coal power,and energy storage equipment participating in the operation of industrial microgrids,the stable operation of wind-storage industrial microgrids is guaranteed by considering demand response technology and user satisfaction.This paper firstly sorts out the status quo of microgrid operation optimization,and determines themain requirements for user satisfaction considering three types of load characteristics,demand response technology,power consumption benefit loss,user balance power purchase price and wind power consumption evaluation indicators in the system.Secondly,the operation architecture of the windstorage industrialmicrogrid is designed,and themulti-objective optimizationmodel of the wind-storage industrial microgrid is established with the comprehensive operating cost and user satisfaction as the target variables,and the corresponding solution method is mentioned.Finally,a typical wind-storage industrial microgrid is selected for simulation analysis,and the results showthat,(1)Considering the demand response technology,the comprehensive operating cost of the wind-storage industrial microgrid per day is 5292.63 yuan,the user satisfaction index is 0.953,and the wind power consumption rate reaches 100%.(2)By setting four scenarios,it highlights that the grid-connected operation mode is superior to the off-grid operation mode.Considering the demand response technology,the load curve can be optimized,and the time-of-use electricity price can be fully used to coordinate the operation of each unit,which enhances the wind power consumption capacity.The compromise solution of the system comprehensive operating cost and user satisfaction under the confidence level of 0.95 is obtained,namely(5343.22,0.94).(3)The frontier curve shows that in the process of model solving,it is impossible to optimize any sub-objective by changing the control variables,which proves that there is a close relationship between the comprehensive operating cost of the system and the confidence level,which can provide effective guidance for the optimal operation of industrial microgrids.Junhui Li Jinxin Zhong Kailiang Wang Yu Luo Qian Han Jieren Tan 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,4:0
16Simulation of pore space production law and capacity expansion mechanism of underground gas storage显示文摘One-dimensional gas injection storage building and one-cycle injection-production modeling experiment,and two-dimensional flat core storage building and multi-cycle injection-production modeling experiment were carried out using one-dimensional long core and large two-dimensional flat physical models to find out the effects of reservoir physical properties and injection-production balance time on reservoir pore utilization efficiency,effective reservoir capacity formation and capacity-reaching cycle.The results show that reservoir physical properties and formation water saturation are the main factors affecting the construction and operation of gas-reservoir type underground gas storage.During the construction and operation of gas-reservoir type gas storage,the reservoir space can be divided into three types of working zones:high efficiency,low efficiency and ineffective ones.The higher the reservoir permeability,the higher the pore utilization efficiency is,the smaller the ineffective working zone is,or there is no ineffective working zone;the smaller the loss of injected gas is,and the higher the utilization rate of pores is.The better the reservoir physical properties,the larger the reservoir space and the larger the final gas storage capacity is.The higher the water saturation of the reservoir,the more the gas loss during gas storage capacity building and operation is.Optimizing injection-production regime to discharge water and reduce water saturation is an effective way to reduce gas loss in gas storage.In the process of multiple cycles of injection and production,there is a reasonable injection-production balance time,further extending the injection-production balance period after reaching the reasonable time has little contribution to the expansion of gas storage capacity.LIU Tao LI Yiqiang DING Guosheng WANG Zhengmao SHI Lei LIU Zheyu TANG Xiang CAO Han CAO Jinxin HUANG Youqing 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,6:0
17Mechanical behaviours of bedded sandstone under hydromechanical coupling显示文摘The combination of the dipping effect and hydromechanical(H-M)coupling effect can easily lead to water inrush disasters in water-rich roadways with different dip angles in coal mines.Therefore,H-M coupling tests of bedded sandstones under identical osmotic pressure and various confining pressures were conducted.Then,the evolution curves of stress-strain,permeability and damage,macro-and mesoscopic failure characteristics were obtained.Subsequently,the mechanical behaviour was characterized,and finally the failure mechanism was revealed.The results showed that:(1)The failure of the sandstone with the bedding angle of 45°or 60°was the structure-dominant type,while that with the bedding angle of 0°,30°or 90°was the force-dominant type.(2)When the bedding angle was in the range of(0°,30°)or(45°,90°),the confining pressure played a dominant role in influencing the peak strength.However,withinβ∈(30°,45°),the bedding effect played a dominant role in the peak strength.(3)With the increase in bedding angle,the cohesion increased first,then decreased and finally increased,while the internal friction angle was the opposite.(4)When the bedding angle was 0°or 30°,the“water wedging”effect and the“bedding buckling”effect would lead to the forking or converging shear failure.When the bedding angle was 45°or 60°,the sliding friction effect would lead to the shear slipping failure.When the bedding angle was 90°,the combination of the“bedding buckling”effect and shear effect would lead to the mixed tension-shear failure.The above conclusions obtained are helpful for the prevention of water inrush disasters in water-rich roadways with different dips in coal mines.Junwen Zhang Zhixiang Song Lichao Zhang Shaokang Wu Shanyong Wang Yang Zhang Xukai Dong Jinxin Wang Yanbo Han Baohua Kan 2024Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2024,16,4:0
18Investigation of anisotropic strength criteria for layered rock mass显示文摘Layered rock mass is a type of engineering rock mass with sound mechanical anisotropy,which is generally unfavorable to the stability of underground works.To investigate the strength anisotropy of layered rock,the Mohr-Coulomb and Hoek-Brown criteria are introduced to establish the two transverse isotropic strength criteria based on Jaeger's single weak plane theory and maximum axial strain theory,and parameter determination methods.Furthermore,the sensitivity of strength parameters(K 1,K 2,and K 3)that are used to characterize the anisotropy strength of non-sliding failure involved in the strength criteria and confining pressure are investigated.The results demonstrate that strength parameters K 1 and K 2 affect the strength of layered rock samples at all bedding angles except for the bedding angle of 90°and the angle range that can cause the shear sliding failure along the bedding plane.The strength of samples at any bedding angle decreases with increasing K 1,whereas the opposite is for K 2.Except for bedding angles of 0°and 90°and the bedding angle range that can cause the shear sliding along the bedding plane,K 3 has an impact on the strength of rock samples with other bedding angles that the specimens'strength increases with increase of K 3.In addition,the strength of the rock sample increases as confining pressure rises.Furthermore,the uniaxial and triaxial tests of chlorite schist samples were carried out to verify and evaluate the strength criteria proposed in the paper.It shows that the predicted strength is in good agreement with the experimental results.To test the applicability of the strength criterion,the strength data of several types of rock in the literature are compared.Finally,a comparison is made between the fitting effects of the two strength criteria and other available criteria for layered rocks.Shuling Huang Jinxin Zhang Xiuli Ding Chuanqing Zhang Gang Han Guoqi Yu Lulu Qu 2024Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2024,16,4:0
