1Vision,application scenarios,and key technology trends for 6G mobile communications显示文摘With the global commercialization of the fifth-generation(5G)network,many countries,including China,USA,European countries,Japan,and Korea,have started exploring 6G mobile communication network,following the tradition of“planning the next while commercializing one generation”.Currently,studies on 6G networks are at the infancy stage.Research on the vision and requirements for 6G is still ongoing,and the industry is yet to clarify the key enabling technologies for 6G.However,6G will certainly build on the success of 5G.Therefore,developing high-quality 5G networks and seamlessly integrating 5G with verticals are the priorities before 2030,when 6G is projected to be commercialized.Also,global 5G standards will keep evolving to better support vertical applications.As a milestone,the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)published Release 16 in July 2020,which continuously enhanced the capabilities of mobile broadband service based on Release 15 and realized the support for low-delay and high-reliability applications,such as Internet of Vehicles and industrial Internet.Currently,3GPP is working on Releases 17 and 18,focusing on meeting the demands of medium-and high-data-rate machine communication with low-cost and high-precision positioning,which will be published in June 2022.Thus,6G networks will further expand the application fields and scope of the Internet of Things to accommodate those services and applications that are beyond the capabilities of 5G networks.Herein,we present our vision,application scenarios,and key technological trends for 6G networks.Furthermore,we propose several future research opportunities in 6G networks with regard to industrialization and standardization.Zhiqin WANG Ying DU Kejun WEI Kaifeng HAN Xiaoyan XU Guiming WEI Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Jianglei MA Jun WANG Guangjian WANG Xueqiang YAN Jiying XIANG He HUANG Ruyue LI Xinhui WANG Yingmin WANG Shaohui SUN Shiqiang SUO Qiubin GAO Xin SU 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,5:17
2LMM5.1 and LMM5.4,two eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1Alike gene family members,negatively affect cell death and disease resistance in rice显示文摘Lesion mimic mutant(LMM) genes, stimulating lesion formation in the absence of pathogens, play significant roles in immune response. In this study, we characterized a rice lesion mimic mutant, lmm5,which displayed light-dependent spontaneous lesions. Additionally, lmm5 plants exhibited enhanced resistance to all of the tested races of Magnaporthe oryzae and Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae(Xoo) by increasing the expression of defense-related genes and the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide. Genetic analysis showed that the lesion mimic phenotype of lmm5 was controlled by two genes, lmm5.1 and lmm5.4, which were isolated with a map-based cloning strategy. Remarkably, LMM5.1 and LMM5.4 share a 97.4% amino acid sequence identity, and they each encode a eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1A(e EF1A)-like protein. Besides, LMM5.1 and LMM5.4 were expressed in a tissue-specific and an indicaspecific manner, respectively. In addition, high-throughput m RNA sequencing analysis confirmed that the basal immunity was constitutively activated in the lmm5 mutant. 3Antigenicity of tissues and organs from GGTA1/CMAH/β4GalNT2 triple gene knockout pigs显示文摘Clinical xenotransplantations have been hampered by human preformed antibody-mediated damage of the xenografts.To overcome biological incompatibility between pigs and humans,one strategy is to remove the major antigens[Gal,Neu5 Gc,and Sd(a)]present on pig cells and tissues.Triple gene(GGTAI,CMAH,and β4 GalNT2)knockout(TKO)pigs were produced in our laboratory by CRISPR-Cas9 targeting.To investigate the antigenicity reduction in the TKO pigs,the expression levels of these three xenoantigens in the cornea,heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,and pancreas tissues were examined.The level of human IgG/IgM binding to those tissues was also investigated,with wildtype pig tissues as control.The results showed that aGal,Neu5 Gc,and Sd(a)were markedly positive in all the examined tissues in wildtype pigs but barely detected in TKO pigs.Compared to wildtype pigs,the liver,spleen,and pancreas of TKO pigs showed comparable levels of human IgG and IgM binding,whereas corneas,heart,lung,and kidney of TKO pigs exhibited significantly reduced human IgG and IgM binding.These results indicate that the antigenicity of TKO pig is significantly reduced and the remaining xenoantigens on porcine tissues can be eliminated via a gene targeting approach.Ronggen Wang Miaomiao Ruan Runjie Zhang Lei Chen Xiaoxue Li Bin Fang Chu Li Xueyang Ren Jiying Liu Qiang Xiong Lining Zhang Yong Jin Lin Li Rongfeng Li Ying Wang Haiyuan Yang Yifan Dai 2019The Journal of Biomedical Research2019,33,4:3
4Acetytation of ACAP4 regutates CCL18-elicited breast cancer cell migration and invasion显示文摘Tumor metastasis represents the main causes of cancer-related death.Our recent study showed that chemokine CCL18 secreted from tumor-associated macrophages regulates breast tumor metastasis,but the underlying mechanisms remain less clear.Here, we show that ARF6 GTPase-activating protein ACAP4 regulates CCL18-elicited breast cancer cell migration via the acetyltransferase PCAF-mediated acetylation.CCL18 stimulation elicited breast cancer cell migration and invasion via PCAF-dependent acetylation.ACAP4 physically interacts with PCAF and is a cognate substrate of PCAF during CCL18 stimulation.The acetylation site of ACAP4 by PCAF was mapped to Lys311 by mass spectrometric analyses.Importantly,dynamic acetylation of ACAP4 is essential for CCL18-induced breast cancer cell migration and invasion,as overexpression of the persistent acetylation-mimicking or nonacetylatable ACAP4 mutant blocked CCL18-elicited cell migration and invasion.Mechanistically,the acetylation of ACAP4 at Lys311 reduced the lipid-binding activity of ACAP4 to ensure a robust and dynamic cycling of ARF6-ACAP4 complex with plasma membrane in response to CCL18 stimulation.Thus,these results present a previously undefined mechanism by which CCL18-elicited acetylation of the PH domain controls dynamic interaction between ACAP4 and plasma membrane during breast cancer cell migration and invasion.Xiaoyu Song Wei Liu Xiao Yuan Jiying Jiang Wanjuan Wang McKay Mullen Xuannv Zhao Yin Zhang Fusheng Liu Shihao Du Adeel Rehman Ruijun Tian Jian Li Andra Frost Zhenwei Song Hadiyah-Nicole Green Calmour Henry Xing Liu Xia Ding Dongmei Wang Xuebiao Yao 2018Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2018,10,6:3

7A Bama miniature pig model of monoallelic TSC1 mutation for human tuberous sclerosis complex显示文摘Tuberous sclerosis complex(TSC)is a dominant genetic neurocutaneous syndrome characterized by multiple organ hamartomas.Although rodent models bearing a germline mutation in either TSC1 or TSC2 gene have been generated,they do not develop pathogenic lesions matching those seen in patients with TSC because of the significant differences between mice and humans,highlighting the need for an improved large animal model of TSC.Here,we successfully generate monoallelic TSC1-modified Bama miniature pigs using the CRISPR/Cas9 system along with somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT)technology.The expression of phosphorylated target ribosomal protein S6 is significantly enhanced in the piglets,indicating that disruption of a TSC1 allele activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin(mTOR)signaling pathway.Notably,differing from the mouse TSC models reported previously,the TSC1^(+/−)Bama miniature pig developed cardiac rhabdomyoma and subependymal nodules,resembling the major clinical features that occur in patients with TSC.These TSC1^(+/−)Bama miniature pigs could serve as valuable large animal models for further elucidation of the pathogenesis of TSC and the development of therapeutic strategies for TSC disease.Xiaoxue Li Tingdong Hu Jiying Liu Bin Fang Xue Geng Qiang Xiong Lining Zhang Yong Jin Xiaorui Liu Lin Li Ying Wang Rongfeng Li Xiaochun Bai Haiyuan Yang Yifan Dai 2020Journal of Genetics and Genomics2020,47,12:2
8Strong Seedlings of Improved Varieties and High-efficiency Cultivation of Artificial Forests Promotes the Early Realization of'Carbon Neutrality'显示文摘China is striving to achieve'carbon dioxide peaking'in 2030 and'carbon neutrality'in 2060.In addition to optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure and increasing industrial emission reduction,afforestation is an important way to increase forest carbon sinks and achieve carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality.Improved seedlings are significantly better than general seedlings in terms of afforestation adaptability,growth and stress resistance.The use of improved varieties for afforestation can improve the quality of afforestation from the source.Although the growth cycle of economical tree species is short,and the carbon storage does not increase after directional cultivation,they significantly improve the quality and yield,and indirectly reduce carbon emissions compared with ordinary seedlings.Therefore,in agricultural and forestry production,the transformation and utilization efficiency of improved varieties should be improved and the planting structure should be optimized to improve the quality and efficiency and significantly improve the yield and carbon storage,and the management of plantations should be strengthened to help achieve the goal of'carbon neutrality'as soon as possible.This paper analyzed the current situation of improved varieties and plantation management in China,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Menghong HU Jiying LI Man SUN 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,4:2

13Mathematical Model of Decarburization of Ultra Low Carbon Steel during RH Treatment显示文摘According to the balance of carbon and oxygen, a decarburization model for the RH treatment has been developed. in which the influence of the mass transfer of carbon and oxygen in the liquid steel and the stirring energy (ε) in the vacuum vessel on decarburization rate has been considered. The conclusion that the volumetric coefficients of the mass transfer of carbon is proportional to ε(1.5) is drawn. Industrical experiment proves this model is reliable. The influence of some factors on decarburization rate has been obtained. which can provide directions for RH treatment The decarburization behavior of steel with RH-OB treatment is also studied.
