1Simulation of electro-slag re-melting process of 120t large ingot for nuclear power station and its application显示文摘Further research on metallic materials for the super critical rotator and the main pipe line of a nuclear power station is very important for developing the nuclear power industry. In this study, the mathematical model for 120 t large ingot was established, and the computer program ESR3D was developed to simulate the whole electro-slag re-melting (ESR) process. This includes the electrode melting, metallic droplet falling, metal pool forming, metal pool and slag pool rising and moving, installation of top crystallizer, ingot solidifying, etc. The simulated average melting rate of the electrode was in good agreement with that in practical production. 2Metal-organic frameworks nanoswitch:Toward photo-controllable endo/lysosomal rupture and release for enhanced cancer RNA interference显示文摘Endo/lysosomal escape and gene release are two critical bottlenecks in gene delivery.Herein,a novel photo-controllable metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)nanoswitch is rationally designed for enhancing small interfering RNA(siRNA)delivery.One single laser triggers the“off-to-on”switching of MOFs nanocomplexes,inducing significant siRNA release accompanied by rapid MOFs dissociation into protonatable 2-methylimidazalo and osmotic rupturing Zn2+ions,which cooperatively contribute to remarkable endo/lysosomal rupture(∼90%).The simultaneous endo/lysosomal rupture and release enable a high spatio-temporal control on RNA interference for effective cancer therapy.Notably,the“off-to-on”switching also activates fluorescence recovery for real-time monitoring siRNA delivery.The nanoswitch could easily be extended to deliver other therapeutic agents(e.g.,DNA,protein,anticancer drug)for overcoming endo/lysosomal entrapment.Gan Lin Yang Zhang Long Zhang Junqing Wang Ye Tian Wen Cai Shangui Tang Chengchao Chu JiaJing Zhou Peng Mi Xiaoyuan Chen Gang Liu 2020Nano Research2020,13,1:5
3Tunable and switchable harmonic h-shaped pulse generation in a 3.03 km ultralong mode-locked thulium-doped fiber laser显示文摘We experimentally demonstrated a type of tunable and switchable harmonic h-shaped pulse generation in a thulium-doped fiber(TDF) laser passively mode locked by using an ultralong nonlinear optical loop mirror.The total cavity length was ~3.03 km, the longest ever built for a TDF laser to our best knowledge, which resulted in an ultralarge anomalous dispersion over -200 ps^2 around the emission wavelength. The produced h-shaped pulse can operate either in a fundamental or in a high-order harmonic mode-locking(HML) state depending on pump power and intra-cavity polarization state(PS). The pulse duration, no matter of the operation state, was tunable with pump power. However, pulse breaking and self-organizing occurred, resulting in high-order HML,when the pump power increased above a threshold. At a fixed pump power, the order of HML was switchable from one to another by manipulating the PS. Switching from the 8 th up to the 48 th order of HML was achieved with a fixed pump power of ~4.15 W. Our results revealed the detailed evolution and switching characteristics of the HML and individual pulse envelope with respect to both the pump power and PS. We have also discussed in detail the mechanisms of both the h-shaped pulse generation and the switching of its HML. 6Switching emissions of two tetraphenylethene derivatives with solvent vapor, mechanical, and thermal stimuli显示文摘Two derivatives of tetraphenylethene (TPE) were synthesized through one step cross McMurry coupling reaction. Both luminogens exhibit aggregation-induced emission (AIE) and crystallization induced emission enhancement (CIEE). The emissions of both luminogens could be switched between blue and green through reversible modulation of morphology with thermal, organic solvent fuming and mechanical stimuli. 12Clinical observation of Qushi Xiezhuo formula in reducing monosodium urate crystal deposition in patients with axial spondyloarthritis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate effect of Qushi Xiezhuo formula (QSXZF) on axial spondyloarthritis (AxSpA) with a high incidence of monosodium serum urate (MSU) crystal deposition.METHODS: In this prospective cohort study, 62 Ax- SpA patients diagnosed with MSU crystal deposition from October 2012 to July 2015 were recruited for follow-up observation for 1 year after discharge from the hospital. Patients were divided into a case group with QSXZF treatment and a control group without any interventions. X-ray and dual-energy computed tomography were used to assess structural damage in the pelvis and sacroiliac joint and the volume of the MSU crystals. The Wilcoxon rank-sum test and Fisher's exact test were used to compare the proportion and distribution between the groups. RESULTS: A decrease in C-reactive protein (CRP) level, relief from back pain, and an increase in MSU crystal depositions were found in control patients. Compared with the control group, QSXZF reduced CRP levels and back pain to a greater extent, as well as reduced erythrocyte sedimentation rate levels, serum uric acid levels, Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score, morning stiffness and MSU crystal deposition. CONCLUSION: QSXZF can lower progress of radiogrphaic grade at sacroiliac joint in AxSpA/AS patients with MSU crystal deposition by decreasing the inflammation response and reducing the serum uric acid and volume of MSU crystal deposition in sacroiliac joint. 15Resilience patterns of human mobility in response to extreme urban floods显示文摘Large-scale disasters can disproportionately impact different population groups,causing prominent disparity and inequality,especially for the vulnerable and marginalized.Here,we investigate the resilience of human mobility under the disturbance of the unprecedented‘720’Zhengzhou flood in China in 2021 using records of 1.32 billion mobile phone signaling generated by 4.35 million people.We find that although pluvial floods can trigger mobility reductions,the overall structural dynamics of mobility networks remain relatively stable.We also find that the low levels of mobility resilience in female,adolescent and older adult groups are mainly due to their insufficient capabilities to maintain business-as-usual travel frequency during the flood.Most importantly,we reveal three types of counter-intuitive,yet widely existing,resilience patterns of human mobility(namely,‘reverse bathtub’,‘ever-increasing’and‘ever-decreasing’patterns),and demonstrate a universal mechanism of disaster-avoidance response by further corroborating that those abnormal resilience patterns are not associated with people’s gender or age.In view of the common association between travel behaviors and travelers’socio-demographic characteristics,our findings provide a caveat for scholars when disclosing disparities in human travel behaviors during flood-induced emergencies.Junqing Tang Pengjun Zhao Zhaoya Gong Hongbo Zhao Fengjue Huang Jiaying Li Zhihe Chen Ling Yu Jun Chen 2023National Science Review2023,10,8:1

19Development of a vivo rabbit ligated intestinal Loop Model for HCMV infection显示文摘Background: Human Cytomegalovirus(HCMV) infections can be found throughout the body, especially in epithelial tissue. Animal model was established by inoculation of HCMV(strain AD-169) or coinoculation with Hepatitis E virus(HEV) into the ligated sacculus rotundus and vermiform appendix in living rabbits. The specimens were collected from animals sacrificed 1 and a half hours after infection.Results: The virus was found to be capable of reproducing in these specimens through RT-PCR and Western-blot.Severe inflammation damage was found in HCMV-infected tissue. The viral protein could be detected in high amounts in the mucosal epithelium and lamina propria by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescense.Moreover, there are strong positive signals in lymphocytes, macrophages, and lymphoid follicles. Quantitative statistics indicate that lymphocytes among epithlium cells increased significantly in viral infection groups.Conclusions: The results showed that HCMV or HEV + HCMV can efficiently infect in rabbits by vivo ligated intestine loop inoculation. The present study successfully developed an infective model in vivo rabbit ligated intestinal Loop for HCMV pathogenesis study. 20Road traffic anomaly monitoring and warning based on DeepWalk algorithm显示文摘In the complex urban road traffic network,a sudden accident leads to rapid congestion in the nearby traffic region,which even makes the local traffic network capacity quickly reduce.Therefore,an efficient monitoring system for abnormal conditions of the urban road network plays a crucial role in the tolerance of the urban road network.The traditional traffic monitoring system not only costs a lot in construction and maintenance,but also may not cover the road network comprehensively,which could not meet the basic needs of traffic management.Only a more comprehensive and intelligent monitoring method is able to identify traffic anomalies more effectively and quickly,so that it can provide more effective support for traffic management decisions.The extensive use of positioning equipment made us able to obtain accurate trajectory data.This paper presents a traffic anomaly monitoring and prediction method based on vehicle trajectory data.This model uses deep learning to detect abnormal trajectory on the traffic road network.The method effectively analyses the abnormal source and potential anomaly to judge the abnormal region,which provides an important reference for the traffic department to take effective traffic control measures.Finally,the paper uses Internet vehicle trajectory data from Chengdu(China)to test and obtains an accurate result.Zihe Wang Junqing Ye Jinjun Tang 2023Transportation Safety and Environment2023,5,2:0
