1Does conflict matter in the success of mass collaboration? Investigating antecedents and consequence of conflict in Wikipedia显示文摘Purpose: Web2.0 has facilitated the emergence of mass collaboration. Being a new model of virtual collaboration, mass collaboration has distinct characteristics such as self-organized voluntary participation and many-to-many communications mechanism. Behind the sparking achievements, mass collaboration systems are suffering from high coordination cost, reflecting intense conflict among the participants. This study explains how conflict interacts with its antecedents(participation and task complexity) and decedent(group performance) related to the mass collaboration process.Design/methodology/approach: Theoretical model is built upon literatures. Twenty-six measurable items, including social network indices used to reflect conflicts(e.g., density and degree), are extracted from Wikipedia database. The structural equation modeling is used to validate the proposed model.Findings: Participation increases task complexity, conflict and performance; task complexity and conflict increase group performance, but task complexity decreases conflict.Research limitations: This study is limited to one mass collaboration platform, other contexts can cause variance in the result. More characteristics of conflict network(e.g., self-loop)should be taken into consideration in future studies.Practical implications: Conflict management is critical to mass collaboration, and functions that increase the awareness of conflict may motivate users to participant, resulting better group performance.Originality/value: Few studies have investigated the consequences of conflict in mass collaboration context. Meanwhile, limited number of social network studies build network based on negative link. Moreover, most of extant studies on Wiki are descriptive researches without theoretical model. 2Association between AKT1 gene polymorphisms and depressive symptoms in the Chinese Han population with major depressive disorder显示文摘For this study, 461 Chinese Han patients with depressive disorder were recruited. The AKT1 genotype and allele distribution were determined by PCR amplification and direct sequencing. UNPHASED software was used to analyze associations between the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, total score, four factors and the AKT1 rs2494746 and rs3001371 polymorphisms. The results indicate that there is a significant association between suicidal ideation and anxiety symptoms in depressed patients and the rs2494746 polymorphism. The other AKT1 polymorphism, rs3001371, was significantly associated with work and activities. Patients with the rs3001371-A allele had a significantly more severe illness compared to patients with the rs3001371-G allele. 4Generalized Switched-Capacitor Step-up Multilevel Inverter Employing Single DC Source显示文摘In this paper,a new generalized step-up multilevel DC-AC converter is proposed,which is suitable for applications with low-voltage input sources,such as photovoltaic power generation and electric vehicles.This inverter can achieve a high voltage gain by controlling the series-parallel conversion of the DC power supply and capacitors.Only one DC voltage source and a few power devices are employed.The maximum output voltage and the number of output levels can be further increased through the switched-capacitor unit’s extension and the submodule cascaded extension.Moreover,the capacitor voltages are self-balanced without complicated voltage control circuits.The complementary operating mechanism between each pair of switches simplifies the modulation algorithm.The inductiveload ability is fully taken into account in the proposed inverter.Additionally,a remarkable characteristic of the inverter is that the charging and discharging states among different capacitors are synchronous,which reduces the voltage ripple of the frontend capacitors.The circuit structure,the working principle,the modulation strategy,the capacitors and losses analysis are presented in detail.Afterwards,the advantages of the proposed inverter are analyzed by comparing with other recently proposed inverters.Finally,the steady-state and dynamic performance of the proposed inverter is verified and validated by simulation and experiment.Yaoqiang Wang Kaige Wang Gen Li Fengjiang Wu Kewen Wang Jun Liang 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,2:2

6Evaluations on social network analysis (SNA) research in China's Mainland:A critical assessment of journal literatures显示文摘Social network analysis(SNA)has been introduced to China's Mainland since the end of last century.It is often stated that SNA research has experienced rapid growth in China over these years,but few studies have been conducted to prove the statement.This paper aims at exploring the research status and development of SNA in China by a critical assessment of journal articles.Our findings show that SNA is an evolving and diversified research area which has rich themes and topics,and can be applied to those studies on different levels,context and disciplines,and attract researchers and scholars from various fields and domains.In addition,the information community(Library&Information Science and Information Systems)plays a leading role in the SNA related researches.The paper also points out the research on SNA in China has some limitations,so it proposes several implications for the future development of SNA research from perspectives of information science.ZHAO Yuxiang Wu Kewen ZHU Qinghua 2010Chinese Journal of Library and Information Science2010,,4:1

10Ecological wetland paradigm drives water source improvement in the stream network of Yangtze River Delta显示文摘Jiaxing created a precedent using bypass riparian marshes to purify micro-polluted water sources in China.Pond-wetland complex with constructed root channel technology becomes a paradigm which can be analogized as'human-body wetland model'based on bionics or biomimetics.Heterogeneous plant-bed/ditch system with highly active land/water ecotone interfaces,especially meandering boundaries,breeds many biochemical reactions'living areas'.Optimization of hydraulic regulation promotes redox environment alternations and wetland treatment efficiency.Here we reported a series of upgrades and performances in Guanjinggang wetland after the Shijiuyang prototype.Morphological reform of plant-bed/ditch system played a vital role.Spatially root channel zone was main force of wetland purification,and temporally the treatment effect was higher in low-temperature seasons indicating non-temperature dependent mechanisms worked.Water pollution comprehensive index improved steadily from IV to III,and comprehensive pollution load was reduced by ca.40%–60%.Comprehensive evaluation function value further showed the gradients purification effect of the upgraded wetland.Ecological wetlands ameliorated source water quality,and reduced drinking water treatment reagents,thereby bringing about economic benefits.Through wetlands operation,people can see how the micro-polluted surface water becomes clear and clean,so promoting a significant social benefit.As a viable component of urban green space,wetlands could beautify regional eco-environment,freshen the air,increase urban ecological taste,and enhance the eco-environmental protection publicity.Thus,the multifunctional service values and indirect benefits are substantial.Jiaxing ecological wetlands provide a typical paradigm for water pollution remediation in developing countries and plays a leading role in technology engineering radiation effect.Weidong Wang Ting Yang Weibing Guan Weixi Peng Ping Wu Bin Zhong Chundong Zhou Qinghua Chen Rongbin Zhang Kewen Xu Chengqing Yin 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,12:1

12Comparative metabolomics analysis in the clean label ingredient of NFC spine grape juice processed by mild heating vs high pressure processing显示文摘Not from concentrate(NFC)fruit juice is the crucial clean label ingredient for new-style tea-making due to its pleasant color and fresh aroma.Here,we compared the effects of mild heating(MH)and high pressure processing(HPP)on physicochemical characters and phytochemicals in NFC spine grape juice based on metabolomics analysis.Similar compound profiles were observed between HPP-treated and fresh juices.The richer phytochemical compounds comprised malvidin-3-O-glucoside,malvidin-3,5-di-O-glucoside,quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside,quercetin-3-Oglucuronide,catechin,caffeic acid,ferulic acid,procyanidin B1,procyanidin B2 were obtained after MH treatment.Nine marker phenolics and two marker tripeptides(i.e.,Glu-Val-Phe and Leu-Leu-Tyr)were identified to differentiate MH from HPP treatment,of which higher contents occurred in the MH group.Storage time experiments showed that the Glu-Val-Phe could serve as potential markers for monitoring storage of spine grape juice.These results provide new insights into the effects of processing on individual phytochemical changes and the guide for commercial application of production of spine grape NFC juice.Shini Yang Lu Mi Kewen Wang Xue Wang Jihong Wu Meijun Wang Zhenzhen Xu 2023Food Innovation and Advances2023,2,2:0
13Experimental study on attenuation of Stoneley wave under different fracture factors显示文摘To quantitatively determine the effect of different factors such as fracture width,dip angle,extension and filling material on Stoneley wave amplitude decreasing,the shock tube experiment method was changed from fixing the sample and vertically moving the sensor in the borehole to fixing the sensors along the shock tube wall and vertically moving the sample without drilling the borehole in it.The measurement accuracy and the signal-to-noise ratio of the first Stoneley wave were improved by the time corrections and amplitude corrections of Stoneley wave signals.At the same time,21 sets of core models with different fracture parameters were processed for this measurement method by using full-diameter carbonate core,and relative amplitudes were defined to characterize Stoneley wave amplitude decreasing.The experimental results show that the relative amplitude of Stoneley wave exponentially decreases with increasing fracture width.The relative amplitude of Stoneley wave linearly decreases with increasing fracture dip angle.The relative amplitude of Stoneley wave exponentially decreases with increasing fracture extension.The relative amplitude of Stoneley wave decreases with increasing the permeability of filling material in the fracture.Under the above four conditions,the fracture width has the greatest effect on the decreasing of Stoneley wave amplitude,followed by the fracture extension and the permeability of filling material,and finally the fracture dip angle.LI Ning WANG Kewen LIU Peng WU Hongliang FENG Zhou FAN Huajun SMEULDERS David 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,2:0
14Gas hydrate saturation model and equation for logging interpretation显示文摘Since gas hydrate exists in three different forms at the same time such as pore filling,particle support and separate stratification,the calculation method of hydrate saturation using traditional shaly sand formation interpretation models is equivalent to considering only the simple case that hydrate exists as pore filling,and does not consider other complex states.Based on the analysis of hydrate resistivity experimental data and the general form of the resistivity-oil(gas)saturation relationship,the best simplified formula of hydrate saturation calculation is derived,then the physical meaning of the three items are clarified:they respectively represent the resistivity index-saturation relationship when hydrate particles are completely distributed in the pores of formation rocks,supported in the form of particles,and exist in layers,corresponding quantitative evaluation method of hydrate saturation is built.The field application shows that the hydrate saturation calculated by this method is closer to that obtained by sampling analysis.At the same time,it also provides a logging analysis basis for the effective development after hydrate exploration.LI Ning SUN Wenjie LI Xintong FENG Zhou WU Hongliang WANG Kewen 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,6:0
