1Mapping wetland changes in China between 1978 and 2008显示文摘Four wetland maps for all China have been produced,based on Landsat and CBERS-02B remote sensing data between 1978 and 2008 (1978,1990,2000 and 2008).These maps were mainly developed by manual interpretation and validated by substantial field investigation in 2009.Based on these maps,we analyzed the 2008 wetland distribution in China and discussed wetland changes and their drivers over the past 30 years.(i) There were about 324097 km 2 of wetlands in 2008,for which inland marshes or swamps were the most common wetland type (35%),with lakes (26%) second.Most of the wetlands were in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet,occupying about 55% of the national wetland area.(ii) From 1978 to 2008,China's wetland area continually and significantly decreased,by about 33% based on changes in the wetland map.This was in sharp contrast to the increase in artificial wetlands,which increased by about 122%.Inland marshes accounted for the main loss of total wetlands from 1978 to 2000.From 2000 through 2008,riverine and lacustrine wetlands constituted the main wetland loss.Fortunately however,the rate of wetland loss decreased from 5523 to 831 km 2 /a.(iii) The change ratio of lost natural wetlands (including inland and coastal wetlands) to non-wetlands has decreased slightly over the past 30 years.From 1978 to 1990,nearly all natural wetlands (98%) lost were transformed into non-wetlands.However,the ratio declined to 86% from 1990 to 2000,and to 77% from 2000 to 2008.(iv) All Chinese provinces were divided into three groups according to patterns of wetland changes,which could relate to the driving forces of such changes.Tibet was completely different from other provinces,as it was one representative example in which there was a net wetland increase,because of global warming and decreased human activity since 1990.Increased economic development caused considerable wetland loss in most eastern provinces,and artificial wetlands increased.NIU ZhenGuo ZHANG HaiYing WANG XianWei YAO WenBo ZHOU DeMin ZHAO KuiYi ZHAO Hui LI NaNa HUANG HuaBing LI CongCong YANG Jun LIU CaiXia LIU Shuang WANG Lin LI Zhan YANG ZhenZhong QIAO Fei ZHENG YaoMin CHEN YanLei SHENG YongWei GAO XiaoHong ZHU WeiHong WANG WenQing WANG Hong WENG YongLing ZHUANG DaFang LIU JiYuan LUO ZhiCai CHENG Xiao GUO ZiQi GONG Peng 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:51
2China's wetland change (1990-2000) determined by remote sensing显示文摘Two wetland maps for the entire China have been produced based on Landsat data acquired around 1990 and 2000. Wetlands in China have been divided into 3 broad categories with 15 sub-categories except rice fields. In 1990, the total wetland area in China was 355208 km2 whereas in 2000 it dropped to 304849 km2 with a net loss of 50360 km2. During an approximate 10-year period, inland wetland reduced from 318326 to 257922 km2, coastal wetland dropped from 14335 to 12015 km2, while artificial wetland increased from 22546 to 34911 km2. The greatest natural wetland loss occurred in Heilongjiang, Inner Mon- golia, and Jilin with a total loss of over 57000 km2 of wetland. In western China, over 13000 km2 of wetlands were newly formed in Xinjiang, Tibet, and Qinghai. About 12000 km2 of artificial wetlands were also added for fish farm and reservoir constructions. The newly formed wetlands in western China were caused primarily by climate warming over that region whereas the newly created artificial wetlands were caused by economic developments. 4Efficient separation of phenols from coal tar with aqueous solution of amines by liquid-liquid extraction显示文摘In this paper,a method of extracting phenols from coal tar by amines aqueous solution was proposed.The effects of various amines on the extraction properties of phenols in coal tar were researched from the views of molecular structure.The parameters such as molar ratio,concentration,extraction time and temperature for the extraction of coal tar by the monoethanolamine and ethylenediamine aqueous solution were examined.The results show that the organic amine with more amino groups,hydroxyl structure and strong electronegativity exhibited better extraction performance.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction yields of phenols in coal tar by the monoethanolamine or ethylenediamine aqueous solution are above 80%,and the recovery yields of amines reach 99%.Furthermore,the probable geometries of complexes formed by the combination of phenols and organic amines were calculated by density function theory.In addition,several thermodynamic models were evaluated through comparing the relative deviation of simulation results by ASPEN PLUS to the experimental ones,which provide feasibility thermodynamic models for the simulation of extraction process.The present work affords a mild,efficient and green approach for the extraction of phenols from coal tar by an aqueous solution of amines in industry application.Yonglin Li He'an Luo Qiuhong Ai Kuiyi You Fei Zhao Wenlong Xiao 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,7:1

9Ultrasound-assisted co-precipitation synthesis of mesoporous Co_(3)O_(4)–CeO_(2)composite oxides for highly selective catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane显示文摘The one-step highly selective oxidation of cyclohexane into cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol as the essential intermediates of nylon-6 and nylon-66 is considerably challenging.Therefore,an efficient and low-cost catalyst must be urgently developed to improve the efficiency of this process.In this study,a Co_(3)O_(4)–CeO2 composite oxide catalyst was successfully prepared through ultrasound-assisted co-precipitation.This catalyst exhibited a higher selectivity to KA-oil,which was benefited from the synergistic effects between Co^(3+))/Co^(2+))and Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)redox pairs,than bulk CeO2 and/or Co_(3)O_(4).Under the optimum reaction conditions,89.6%selectivity to KA-oil with a cyclohexane conversion of 5.8%was achieved over Co_(3)O_(4)–CeO2.Its catalytic performance remained unchanged after five runs.Using the synergistic effects between the redox pairs of different transition metals,this study provides a feasible strategy to design high-performance catalysts for the selective oxidation of alkanes.Shangjun Fu Kuiyi You Zhenpan Chen Taobo Liu Qiong Wang Fangfang Zhao Qiuhong Ai Pingle Liu He’an Luo 2022Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,8:1

15Studies on Wetland Biodiversity in China显示文摘This paper briefly summarizes the history of wetland research, the evolvement of wetland science, and their impacts on the understanding of wetland biodiversity in China. A marsh is the key type and basic component of a wetland. Defining the marsh and wetland plants is the basis for understanding the wetland and its biodiversity. The comprehensive multiple factorial classification principles and the multiple developmental models of the wetland are two innovative feats achieved by Chinese scientists, and their application has further promoted ecological research. The CAS Wetland Research Center has made historic contributions to the study of the wetland and its biodiversity in China. 17Mesoporous silicon sulfonic acid as a highly efficient and stable catalyst for the selective hydroamination of cyclohexene with cyclohexylamine to dicyclohexylamine in the vapor phase显示文摘In this work,a new mesoporous silicon sulfonic acid catalyst derived from silicic acid has been successfully prepared by the chemical bonding method.The physicochemical properties of mesoporous silicon sulfonic acid catalysts have been systematically characterized using various techniques.The results demonstrate that sulfonic acid groups have been grafted on silicic acid by forming a new chemical bond(Si-O-S).The mesoporous silicon sulfonic acid exhibits excellent catalytic performance and stability in the vapor phase hydroamination reaction of cyclohexene with cyclohexylamine.Cyclohexene conversion of 61% and 97% selectivity to dicyclohexylamine was maintained after running the reaction for over 350 h at 280℃.The developed mesoporous silicon sulfonic acid catalyst shows advantages of low cost,superior acid site accessibility,and long term reactivity stability.Moreover,a possible catalytic hydroamination reaction mechanism over silicon sulfonic acid was suggested.It has been demonstrated that the sulfonic acid groups of the catalyst play an important role in the hydroamination.The present work provides a simple,efficient,and environmentally friendly method for the hydroamination of cyclohexene to valuable dicyclohexylamine,which also shows important industrial application prospects.Jingbin Wen Kuiyi You Minjuan Chen Jian Jian Fangfang Zhao Pingle Liu Qiuhong Ai He’an Luo 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,3:0
18A highly efficient La-modified ZnAl-LDO catalyst and its performance in the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from methyl carbamate and methanol显示文摘In this paper,the highly efficient ZnAlLa layered double oxide(ZnAlLa-LDO)catalyst was evaluated and used in methyl carbamate(MC)alcoholysis synthesis of dimethyl carbonate.Under optimal conditions,the MC conversion was 33.5% and the dimethyl carbonate(DMC)selectivity was up to 92,4% at 443 K and in 9 h.The prepared catalysts were well characterized to investigate the effect on the catalytic performance and reaction catalysis mechanism.The experimental results show that the addition of La adjusted the structure and chemical properties of ZnAl composite oxide and that the synergistic effect among Zn,Al and La play a key role in adjusting the acid-base properties and stability of the catalyst,which definitely improved the DMC selectivity and catalytic stability.Based on the proposed reaction mechanism,two kinetic models of the catalytic reaction were established and modified:LangmuirHinshelwood and power-rate law kinetic model.The good agreement between kinetic models and experimental data showed that the power-rate law kinetic model based on the elementary reactions is a suitable model for providing a theoretical basis.The pre-exponential factor and activation energy of the main reaction are 5.77×10^(7)and 77.60 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively.Mingxue Yin Bo Jia Kuiyi You Bo Jin Yangqiang Huang Xiao Luo Zhiwu Liang 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,61,9:0
