| 3 | Ag-catalyzed GaSb nanowires for flexible near-infrared photodetectors显示文摘High-quality narrow bandgap semiconductors nanowires(NWs)challenge the flexible near-infrared(NIR)photodetectors in next-generation imaging,data communication,environmental monitoring,and bioimaging applications.In this work,complementary metal oxide semiconductor-compatible metal of Ag is deposited on glass as the growth catalyst for the surfactantassisted chemical vapor deposition of GaSb NWs.The uniform morphology,balance stoichiometry,high-quality crystallinity,and phase purity of as-prepared NWs are checked by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction.The electrical properties of as-prepared NWs are studied by constructing back-gated field-effect-transistors,displaying a high I_(on)/I_(off) ratio of 10^(4) and high peak hole mobility of 400 cm^(2)/(V·s).Benefiting from the excellent electrical and mechanical flexibility properties,the as-fabricated NW flexible NIR photodetector exhibits high sensitivity and excellent photoresponse,with responsivity as high as 618 A/W and detectivity as high as 6.7×10^(10) Jones.Furthermore,there is no obvious decline in NIR photodetection behavior,even after parallel and perpendicular folding with 1200 cycles. | Zixu Sa Fengjing Liu Dong Liu Mingxu Wang Jie Zhang Yanxue Yin Zhiyong Pang Xinming Zhuang Peng Wang Zaixing Yang | 2022 | Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,11: | 1 |

| 7 | Method for generating non-circular gear with addendum modification and its application in transplanting mechanism显示文摘With a focus on the design of tooth profiles of non-circular gears with addendum modifications that conform to the given complex transmission ratio curves and based on a series of discrete point sets on the pitch curves,the criteria for tooth profile distortion and undercut in non-circular gears were proposed.With the constraint of no tooth profile distortion and undercut,the addendum modification coefficient was introduced into the calculation of the distorted and undercut segments of the tooth profile of a non-circular gear,and the addendum modification coefficient of each contact point of the non-circular gear was obtained.Based on the generating principle for gear shaping with gear cutters,a theoretical model for calculating the tooth profile of non-circular gears with addendum modification was derived.The cutting and radial feeding motions of the pinion cutter were ignored,and only the meshing motion was considered.The involute tooth profiles of the pinion cutter enveloped the tooth profile of the non-circular gear.3D automatic non-circular gear model generation software was developed,which was a secondary development product of the software UG.A non-circular gear in a rice potted seedling transplanting mechanism was designed,and the transplanter was developed and tested.The test results showed that the designed tooth profile of non-circular gear achieved the variable transmission ratios required by the transplanting mechanism.When the transplanting efficiencies were 140 plants/min,160 plants/min and 180 plants/min,the transplanter completed the rice potted seedling transplanting operation with high quality. | Maile Zhou Yuchao Yang Mingxu Wei Daqing Yin | 2020 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,6: | 0 |

| 9 | A highly efficient La-modified ZnAl-LDO catalyst and its performance in the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from methyl carbamate and methanol显示文摘In this paper,the highly efficient ZnAlLa layered double oxide(ZnAlLa-LDO)catalyst was evaluated and used in methyl carbamate(MC)alcoholysis synthesis of dimethyl carbonate.Under optimal conditions,the MC conversion was 33.5% and the dimethyl carbonate(DMC)selectivity was up to 92,4% at 443 K and in 9 h.The prepared catalysts were well characterized to investigate the effect on the catalytic performance and reaction catalysis mechanism.The experimental results show that the addition of La adjusted the structure and chemical properties of ZnAl composite oxide and that the synergistic effect among Zn,Al and La play a key role in adjusting the acid-base properties and stability of the catalyst,which definitely improved the DMC selectivity and catalytic stability.Based on the proposed reaction mechanism,two kinetic models of the catalytic reaction were established and modified:LangmuirHinshelwood and power-rate law kinetic model.The good agreement between kinetic models and experimental data showed that the power-rate law kinetic model based on the elementary reactions is a suitable model for providing a theoretical basis.The pre-exponential factor and activation energy of the main reaction are 5.77×10^(7)and 77.60 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively. | Mingxue Yin Bo Jia Kuiyi You Bo Jin Yangqiang Huang Xiao Luo Zhiwu Liang | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,61,9: | 0 |
