1Geochemical baseline determination and contamination of heavy metals in the urban topsoil of Fuxin City,China显示文摘Urban topsoil is the most frequent interface between human society and natural environment.The accumulation of heavy metals in the urban topsoil has a direct effect on residents'life and health.The geochemical baseline of heavy metals is an objective description of the general level of heavy metals in the urban topsoil.Meanwhile,the determination of geochemical baseline is necessary for regional environmental management,especially in coal cities prone to heavy metal pollution.Heavy metal pollution has become an environmental problem in Fuxin City,China for a long time.To establish the geochemical baseline of heavy metals in the topsoil of Fuxin City and to evaluate the ecological risk of the topsoil,we collected 75 topsoil samples(0–20 cm)and analyzed the concentrations of Cu,Ni,Zn,Pb,Cr,Cd,Hg and As through X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,atomic absorption spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry.We determined the geochemical baseline of heavy metals in the topsoil of Fuxin City by using iteration removal,box-whisker plot,cumulative frequency curve and reference metal normalization;evaluated the contamination risk and ecological risk of the topsoil by using the baseline factor index,Nemerow index and Hakanson potential ecological risk index;and identified the source category of heavy metals in the topsoil by using a pedigree clustering heatmap.Results showed that the geochemical baseline values were 42.86,89.34,92.23,60.55,145.21,0.09,0.08 and 4.17 mg/kg for Cu,Ni,Zn,Pb,Cr,Cd,Hg and As,respectively.The results of Nemerow index and Hakanson potential ecological risk index indicated that the urban topsoil in the study area was slightly contaminated and suffering low potential ecological risk.The main contaminated areas dominated in the middle part and northeast part of the study area,especially in the western Haizhou Strip Mine.The result of baseline factor index indicated that Hg and Cd were the major pollution elements.Using a pedigree clustering heatmap,we divided the sources of these heavy metals into three types:type I for Ni and Cr,largely represented the enrichment of heavy metals from natural sources;type II for Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd and As,mainly represented the enrichment of heavy metals from anthropogenic sources;and type III for Hg,represented the form of both natural and anthropogenic inputs.ZHANG Hua YU Miao XU Hongjia WEN Huan FAN Haiyan WANG Tianyi LIU Jiangang 2020Journal of Arid Land2020,12,6:5

4Intellectual property protection for deep semantic segmentation models显示文摘Deep neural networks have achieved great success in varieties of artificial intelligent fields. Since training a good deep model is often challenging and costly, such deep models are of great value and even the key commercial intellectual properties. Recently, deep model intellectual property protection has drawn great attention from both academia and industry, and numerous works have been proposed. However, most of them focus on the classification task. In this paper, we present the first attempt at protecting deep semantic segmentation models from potential infringements. In details, we design a new hybrid intellectual property protection framework by combining the trigger-set based and passport based watermarking simultaneously. Within it, the trigger-set based watermarking mechanism aims to force the network output copyright watermarks for a pre-defined trigger image set, which enables black-box remote ownership verification. And the passport based watermarking mechanism is to eliminate the ambiguity attack risk of trigger-set based watermarking by adding an extra passport layer into the target model. 9Fine-mapping of SRT7 for short roots and identification of its candidate in rice显示文摘Three allelic short root mutants were identified by screening mutants with defective root elongation of the rice japonica cultivar Nipponbare mutant library generated via 60 Co γ-ray irradiation mutagenesis. These mutants, designated srt7-1 (short root 7-1), srt7-2 and srt7-3, respectively, had an extremely short seminal root, adventitious roots and lateral roots. Histological observation revealed the cell length of srt7 mutant roots was significantly shorter than that of wild-type roots. Genetic analysis indicated the short root phenotype was controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene. The SRT7 gene was mapped to a 20-kb interval between the markers STS6 and STS7 on chromosome 4 by a map-based cloning method. Sequencing of the six predicted genes in this region found that all of the three allelic mutants contained a 1-bp or 2-bp deletion in the same gene encoding a putative mem- brane-bound endo-1,4-β-glucanase. The SRT7 gene was expressed ubiquitously, with higher levels of transcript accumulation in roots at different developmental stages. However, no difference was found in the SRT7 transcription level between the mutant and wild type. 11Mesh model building and migration and accumulation simulation of 3D hydrocarbon carrier system显示文摘Migration and accumulation simulation of oil and gas in carrier systems has always been a difficult subject in the quantitative study of petroleum geology. In view of the fact that the traditional geological modeling technology can not establish the interrelation of carriers in three dimensional space, we have proposed a hybrid-dimensional mesh modeling technology consisting of body(stratum), surfaces(faults and unconformities), lines and points, which provides an important research method for the description of geometry of sand bodies, faults and unconformities, the 3 D geological modeling of complex tectonic areas, and the simulation of hydrocarbon migration and accumulation. Furthermore, we have advanced a 3 D hydrocarbon migration pathway tracking method based on the hybrid-dimensional mesh of the carrier system. The application of this technology in western Luliang Uplift of Junggar Basin shows that the technology can effectively characterize the transport effect of fault planes, unconformities and sand bodies, indicate the hydrocarbon migration pathways, simulate the process of oil accumulation, reservoir adjustment and secondary reservoir formation, predict the hydrocarbon distribution. 14Variability of Prorocentrum donghaiense response to allelopathic action from Alexandrium pacificum in laboratory culture显示文摘The dinoflagellates Alexandrium pacificum and Prorocentrum donghaiense are two well-known harmful algal blooms(HABs)-forming species,both were usually found in the same sea areas in form of HABs in China.To date,there is no mechanistic model that can fully explain the occurrence of P.donghaiense blooms with A.pacificum.We found that different strains of P.donghaiense had different intrinsic growth rates of 0.107-0.215/d,and these strains exhibited different responses to the allelopathic action from A.pacificum.Some strains of P.donghaiense could grow well despite some degrees of inhibition in a short period,suggesting the two algal species P.donghaiense and A.pacificum could coexist,even if A.pacificum was allelopathic.Our findings may advance the understanding of phenotypes in P.donghaiense and provide a potential mechanism involved in the coexistence of P.donghaiense and A.pacificum in the same area.Hongjia HUANG Chuqiao GAN Jiahui HUANG Chen ZOU Hongye LI Jiesheng LIU Weidong YANG 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,4:0

17An Opinion Spam Detection Method Based on Multi-Filters Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘With the continuous development of e-commerce,consumers show increasing interest in posting comments on consumption experience and quality of commodities.Meanwhile,people make purchasing decisions relying on other comments much more than ever before.So the reliability of commodity comments has a significant impact on ensuring consumers’equity and building a fair internet-trade-environment.However,some unscrupulous online-sellers write fake praiseful reviews for themselves and malicious comments for their business counterparts to maximize their profits.Those improper ways of self-profiting have severely ruined the entire online shopping industry.Aiming to detect and prevent these deceptive comments effectively,we construct a model of Multi-Filters Convolutional Neural Network(MFCNN)for opinion spam detection.MFCNN is designed with a fixed-length sequence input and an improved activation function to avoid the gradient vanishing problem in spam opinion detection.Moreover,convolution filters with different widths are used in MFCNN to represent the sentences and documents.Our experimental results show that MFCNN outperforms current state-of-the-art methods on standard spam detection benchmarks.Ye Wang Bixin Liu Hongjia Wu Shan Zhao Zhiping Cai Donghui Li Cheang Chak Fong 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,10:0
