The results are as follows:The horizontal distribution of zooplankton biomass and the abundance of copepods, chaetognaths and siphonophores arecurred in the continent area northwest of Taiwan and the south-centre section of the East China Sea continent, which are the mix front of different waters. Zooplankton in the water area inside of Ryukyu Islands presented low abundance and high diversity. There are clear seasonal variations in zooplankton biomass and abundance in the study area. | 8 | INFLUENCE OF COLD ROLLING TECHNOLOGY ON TEXTURE EVOLUTION OF IF STEEL显示文摘Two kinds of cold rolling experiments, single cold rolling and double cold rolling, were carried out on one titanium stabilized interstitial free (IF) steel that has been warm rolled at ferrite temperature. The main aim was to investigate the evolution of rolling and annealing textures from the well known behavior observed under single cold rolling condition to the less understood double cold rolling by using orientation distribution function (ODF). In the twice cold rolled samples, the annealing texture comprises only single {111}(110-112) r-fibre texture when it subjected to moderate reduction in the first round of rolling. Accordingly both the once cold rolled sample and the twice cold rolled sample with heavy reduction in the first round of rolling have much complex texture components. | 10 | Effectiveness of the flipped classroom on the development of self-directed learning in nursing education:a meta-analysis显示文摘Objectives: To examine the best practice evidence of the effectiveness of the flipped classroom(FC) as a burgeoning teaching model on the development of self-directed learning in nursing education.Data sources: The relevant randomized controlled trial(RCT) and non-RCT comparative studies were searched from multiple electronic databases including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL), Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL), Wanfang Data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), and Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP) from inception to June 2017.Review methods: The data were independently assessed and extracted for eligibility by two reviewers. The quality of included studies was assessed by another two reviewers using a standardized form and evaluated by using the Cochrane Collaboration's risk of bias tool. The self-directed learning scores(continuous outcomes) were analyzed by using the 95% confidence intervals(Cls) with the standard deviation average(SMD) or weighted mean difference(WMD). The heterogeneity was assessed using Cochran's I^2 statistic.Results: A total of 12 studies, which encompassed 1440 nursing students(intervention group = 685, control group = 755), were eligible for inclusion in this review. Of 12 included studies, the quality level of one included study was A and of the others was B. The pooled effect size showed that compared with traditional teaching models, the FC could improve nursing students' selfdirected learning skill, as measured by the Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale(SDLRS), Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale for Nursing Education(SDLRSNE), Self-Regulated Learning Scale(SRL), Autonomous Learning Competencies scale(ALC), and Competencies of Autonomous Learning of Nursing Students(CALNS). | 12 | cGAS-STING signaling and function in metabolism and kidney diseases显示文摘The cyclic GMP-AMP synthase(cGAS)-stimulator of interferon genes(STING)signaling pathway senses the presence of cytosolic DNA and,in turn,triggers downstream signaling to induce the expression of inflammatory and type I interferon genes in immune cells.Whereas the innate immune function of the cGAS-STING pathway is well studied over the past years,emerging evidence suggests that this signaling pathway may have additional functions beyond innate immune surveillance.Consistent with this notion,dysregulation of the cGAS-STING signaling pathway in adipocytes,hepatocytes,and renal proximal tubule epithelial cells are associated with metabolic dysfunction,impaired energy homeostasis,and kidney diseases.In this review,we summarize current understanding of the cGAS-STING pathway in several metabolic diseases such as obesity,insulin resistance,alcoholic and nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases,as well as acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease.We also review the interaction between the cGAS-STING pathway and lipid metabolism.Lastly,we discuss potential mechanisms by which cGAS-STING signaling regulates metabolism and point toward future avenues of research targeting the cGAS-STING pathway as possible means to treat common metabolic disorders. | Juli Bai Feng Liu | 2021 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2021,13,10: | 2 |

The results are shown as follows: the effective elastic thickness of the plate and compensation depth in the southern Okinawa Trough is obviously greater than those in the middle Okinawa Trough.
