2Porous nanostructured ZnCo2O4 derived from MOF-74:High-performance anode materials for lithium ion batteries显示文摘Nanostructured metal oxides derived from metal organic frameworks have been shown to be promising materials for application in high energy density lithium ion batteries. In this work, porous nanostructured ZnCo_2O_4 and Co_3O_4 were synthesized by a facile and cost-effective approach via the calcination of MOF-74 precursors and tested as anode materials for lithium ion batteries. Compared with Co_3O_4, the electrochemical properties of the obtained porous nanostructured ZnCo_2O_4 exhibit higher specific capacity, more excellent cycling stability and better rate capability. It demonstrates a reversible capacity of 1243.2 m Ah/g after 80 cycles at 100 m A/g and an excellent rate performance with high average discharge specific capacities of 1586.8, 994.6, 759.6 and 509.2 m Ah/g at 200, 400, 600 and 800 m A/g, respectively.The satisfactory electrochemical performances suggest that this porous nanostructured ZnCo_2O_4 is potentially promising for application as an efficient anode material for lithium ion batteries.Mengjuan Du Dan He Yongbing Lou Jinxi Chen 2017Journal of Energy Chemistry2017,26,4:4
3Model evaluations for winter orographic clouds with observations显示文摘The Real-Time Four-Dimensional Data Assimilation (RT-FDDA) system is used for orographic snowpack enhancement.The model has three nested domains with the grid spacing of 18,6 and 2 km.To evaluate the simulations of winter orographic clouds and precipitation,comparisons are made between model simulations and observations to determine how the model simulates the cloud distribution,cloud height,cloud vertical profiles and snow precipitation.The simulated results of the 02:00 UTC cycling with 2-km resolution are used in the comparison.The observations include SNOTEL,ceilometer,sounding and satellite data,from the ground to air.The verification of these observations indicates that the Weather Research and Forecast (WRF) RT-FDDA system provides good simulations.It is better to use data within the forecast period of 2-16 h simulations.Although the horizontal wind component near the ground has some bias,and the simulated clouds are a little higher and have a little more coverage than observed,the simulated precipitation is a little weaker than observed.The results of the comparison show that the WRF RT-FDDA model provides good simulations and can be used in orographic cloud seeding.LOU XiaoFeng BREED Dan 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,1:4
4A case report of localized gastric amyloidosis显示文摘AIM: To elucidate the clinical and laboratory features of localized gastric amyloidosis via a rare report along with a review of related literatures.METHODS: The clinical manifestations, laboratory results and surgical treatment of a female patient with localized gastric amyloidosis in our hospital were summarized. The relevant literatures were reviewed on the etiology, clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of this disease.RESULTS: The patient was lack of specific clinical manifestations and positive laboratory results. Prior to the treatment, she was suspected to be of malignization from gastric ulcer by both gastroscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography, which was denied by the gastric biopsy.The patient was treated with subtotal gastrectomy and clearance of perigastric lymph nodes. The postoperative pathological diagnosis determined the lesion to be the deposition of amyloid materials in the gastric mucosa,submucosa and blood vessel walls with intestinal metaplasia and atrophy of the gastric glands, in which no malignant tumor was found. Congo red staining with prior potassium permanganate incubation confirmed the AA type of amyloid in this case. Multiple biopsies from esophagus, remnant stomach, duodenum, colon and bone marrow in the followup survey showed no amyloidal deposition in these tissues and organs. Up to the present, no signs of recurrence have been found in this patient.CONCLUSION: Localized gastric amyloidosis, being rare in incidence, should be considered in the differentiation of gastric tumors, in which biopsy is the only means to confirm the diagnosis. Currently, surgical resection of pathological tissue and circumambient lymph nodes may be a preferable therapeutic strategy for the localized amyloidosis to prevent possible complications. 56G Mobile Network Requirements and Technical Feasibility Study显示文摘The sixth generation(6G)mobile network is envisaged to be commercially deployed around 2030,which will profoundly change people's lifestyles and accelerate the digitalization of society.To ensure that the requirements of 6G can be achieved,it is essential to establish a set of key performance indicators(KPIs).This paper comprehensively assesses the KPIs not only from the service requirements but also from the technical feasibility points of view.Specifically,theoretical derivations of KPIs have been clarified,and numerical evaluations have been conducted with reasonable technical assumptions.Evaluation results show that some KPIs defined from the service requirements can be improved through advanced technologies while some are still challenging for practical implementations,such as Tbps-level peak data rate and 0.1 ms user plane latency.In addition,it is also necessary to comply with multiple KPIs for some cases.Furthermore,based on the technical analysis,the potential enabling technologies are outlined and foreseeable implementation challenges as well as possible solutions are presented,which promotes a more reasonable design for 6G mobile network.Yuhong Huang Jing Jin Mengting Lou Jing Dong Dan Wu Liang Xia Sen Wang Xiaozhou Zhang 2022China Communications2022,19,6:2
6Diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of severe acute hepatitis of unknown etiology in children显示文摘Background Severe acute hepatitis of unknown etiology in children has recently exhibited a global trend of concentrated occurrence.This review aimed to summarize the current available information regarding the outbreak of severe acute hepatitis and introduce our hospital’s previous experiences with the diagnosis and treatment of severe acute hepatitis for reference.Data sources Websites including the UK Health Security Agency,European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control,CDC,WHO,and databases including PubMed/Medline,Cochrane Library,Embase and Web of Science were searched for articles on severe acute hepatitis in children.Results As of May 26,2022,a total of 650 cases have been reported in 33 countries;at least 38(6%)children required liver transplantation,and nine(1%)died.Cases are predominantly aged between 3 and 5 years old,and there are no epidemiological links among them.The common manifestations are jaundice,vomiting and pale stools.Adenovirus tested positive in most cases,and SARS-CoV-2 and other viruses were detected in a few cases,but virus particles were not found in liver tissue.Adenovirus immunohistochemistry showed immunoreactivity in the intrasinusoidal lumen from some liver samples.The hierarchical treatment includes symptomatic and supportive therapy,management of coagulation disorders and hepatic encephalopathy,artifcial liver support,and liver transplantation(approximately 6%–10%of cases require liver transplant).Conclusions The etiology of this severe acute hepatitis in children is not clear.The clinical features are severe acute hepatitis with signifcantly elevated liver enzymes.Clinicians need to be alert to children with hepatitis.Ying‑Hu Chen Jin‑Gan Lou Zi‑Hao Yang Qing‑Jiang Chen Chun‑Zhen Hua Sheng Ye Chen‑Mei Zhang Jie Chen Zong‑Wei Huang Jin‑Dan Yu Zhi‑Gang Gao Qiang Shu 2022World Journal of Pediatrics2022,18,8:2

9Species Composition and Diversity of Macrobenthos in the Intertidal Zone of Xiangshan Bay,China显示文摘Xiangshan bay is a narrow semi-closed bay and situated on the northwestern coast of the East China Sea. Over past decades, it has become to a major bay with intensive human activities, dense urbanized area, and poor water quality. The aim of this paper was to reveal the ecological status through the elucidation of the species composition, abundance, biomass and diversity of macrobenthos in this bay. Six intertidal sections were surveyed from January 2007 to November 2008 quarterly. Sections TG, HD and XH are located in the three inner bays, sections QJ and WS are located near the thermal power plants, and section XX is located at the outer part of Xiangshan Bay. Great variations in macrobenthos community were indentified, and the species composition of the community in the present study showed the dominance in the order of molluscs(bivalves and gastropods), crustaceans and others, and only few Polychaeta were recorded. Only three dominant species, Littorina brevicula, Ilyplax tansuiensis, and Cerithidea cingulata were collected in all the sections, and a total of 19 dominant species were recorded only in one section. Two-way ANOVA analyses of abundance indicated that there were significant differences among sections or seasons. Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H') had its maximum(2.45) in section QJ, and minimum(1.76) in section TG. Multiple irregular k-dominance plots clearly showed that the study area was polluted and the macrobenthos community was under stress. 13Consensus on potential biomarkers developed for use in clinical tests for schizophrenia显示文摘Background Schizophrenia is a serious mental illness affecting approximately 20 million individuals globally.Both genetic and environmental factors contribute to the illness.If left undiagnosed and untreated,schizophrenia results in impaired social function,repeated hospital admissions,reduced quality of life and decreased life expectancy.Clinical diagnosis largely relies on subjective evidence,including self-reported experiences,and reported behavioural abnormalities followed by psychiatric evaluation.In addition,psychoses may occur along with other conditions,and the symptoms are often episodic and transient,posing a significant challenge to the precision of diagnosis.Therefore,objective,specific tests using biomarkers are urgently needed for differential diagnosis of schizophrenia in clinical practice.Aims We aimed to provide evidence-based and consensus-based recommendations,with a summary of laboratory measurements that could potentially be used as biomarkers for schizophrenia,and to discuss directions for future research.Methods We searched publications within the last 10 years with the following keywords:‘schizophrenia’,‘gene’,‘inflammation’,‘neurotransmitter’,‘protein marker’,‘gut microbiota’,‘pharmacogenomics’and‘biomarker’.A draft of the consensus was discussed and agreed on by all authors at a round table session.Results We summarised the characteristics of candidate diagnostic markers for schizophrenia,including genetic,inflammatory,neurotransmitter,peripheral protein,pharmacogenomic and gut microbiota markers.We also proposed a novel laboratory process for diagnosing schizophrenia in clinical practice based on the evidence summarised in this paper.Conclusions Further efforts are needed to identify schizophrenia-specific genetic and epigenetic markers for precise diagnosis,differential diagnosis and ethnicity-specific markers for the Chinese population.The development of novel laboratory techniques is making it possible to use these biomarkers clinically to diagnose disease.Ping Lin Junyu Sun Xiaoyan Lou Dan Li Yun Shi Zhenhua Li Peijun Ma Ping Li Shuzi Chen Weifeng Jin Shuai Liu Qing Chen Qiong Gao Lili Zhu Jie Xu Mengyuan Zhu Mengxia Wang Kangyi Liang Ling Zhao Huabin Xu Ke Dong Qingtian Li Xunjia Cheng Jinghong Chen Xiaokui Guo 2022General Psychiatry2022,35,1:1

15Performance Analysis of Sparse Array based Massive MIMO via Joint Convex Optimization显示文摘Massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)technology enables higher data rate transmission in the future mobile communications.However,exploiting a large number of antenna elements at base station(BS)makes effective implementation of massive MIMO challenging,due to the size and weight limits of the masssive MIMO that are located on each BS.Therefore,in order to miniaturize the massive MIMO,it is crucial to reduce the number of antenna elements via effective methods such as sparse array synthesis.In this paper,a multiple-pattern synthesis is considered towards convex optimization(CO).The joint convex optimization(JCO)based synthesis is proposed to construct a codebook for beamforming.Then,a criterion containing multiple constraints is developed,in which the sparse array is required to fullfill all constraints.Finally,extensive evaluations are performed under realistic simulation settings.The results show that with the same number of antenna elements,sparse array using the proposed JCO-based synthesis outperforms not only the uniform array,but also the sparse array with the existing CO-based synthesis method.Furthermore,with a half of the number of antenna elements that on the uniform array,the performance of the JCO-based sparse array approaches to that of the uniform array.Mengting Lou Jing Jin Hanning Wang Dan Wu Liang Xia Qixing Wang Yifei Yuan Jiangzhou Wang 2022China Communications2022,19,3:1
