| 2 | Physical and mental health conditions of young college students with different Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutions in Zhejiang Province of China显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) constitutions of youths in colleges,and their physical and mental health conditions of different TCM constitutions, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the TCM way to improve young people's physical and mental health.METHODS: The Standard TCM Constitutions' Classification and Determination Questionnaire was used to measure the body health condition, and the Symptom Checklist 90 Questionnaire and the Questionnaire of the National Student Physical Health Standards were used to determine mental and physical health conditions respectively in 1421 young participants validly answering the questionnaires in Zhejiang Province.RESULTS: The participants had a mean age of 19.96years(SD = 0.95 years) with the majority of females(55.10%). One fourth of the 1421 participants were the Ping-he constitution and others were the tendency constitutions. Participants with Ping-he module(which has characteristics of moderate posture,rosy, energetic and is a healthy condition in TCM)were healthier than those with tendency constitutions in physical and mental health, with 65.81 ±7.83(men) and 77.99 ± 7.24(women) scores in the physical test and around 1.25 scores in the mental health test. College students with combined biased constitutions were more likely suffer force, sensitive, depression and anxiety.CONCLUSION: Most of college students have a tendency or biased constitution which could be more likely to suffer suboptimal health status and diseases. | 5 | Dynamic Resource Allocation in TDD-Based Heterogeneous Cloud Radio Access Networks显示文摘To fulfill the explosive growth of network capacity, fifth generation(5G) standard has captured the attention and imagination of researchers and engineers around the world. In particular, heterogeneous cloud radio access network(H-CRAN), as a promising network paradigm in 5G system, is a hot research topic in recent years. However, the densely deployment of RRHs in H-CRAN leads to downlink/uplink traffic asymmetry and severe inter-cell interference which could seriously impair the network throughput and resource utilization. To simultaneously solve these two problems, we proposed a dynamic resource allocation(DRA) scheme for H-CRAN in TDD mode. Firstly, we design a clustering algorithm to group the RRHs into different sets. Secondly, we adopt coordinated multipoint technology to eliminate the interference in each set. Finally, we formulate the joint frame structure, power and subcarrier selection problem as a mixed strategy noncooperative game. | 8 | Energy aware hierarchical cluster-based routing protocol for WSNs显示文摘Wireless sensor networks(WSNs) are emerging as essential and popular ways of providing pervasive computing environments for various applications. Unbalanced energy consumption is an inherent problem in WSNs, characterized by multi-hop routing and a many-to-one traffic pattern. This uneven energy dissipation can significantly reduce network lifetime. In multi-hop sensor networks, information obtained by the monitoring nodes need to be routed to the sinks, the energy consumption rate per unit information transmission depends on the choice of the next hop node. In an energy-aware routing approach, most proposed algorithms aim at minimizing the total energy consumption or maximizing network lifetime. In this paper, we propose a novel energy aware hierarchical cluster-based(NEAHC) routing protocol with two goals: minimizing the total energy consumption and ensuring fairness of energy consumption between nodes. We model the relay node choosing problem as a nonlinear programming problem and use the property of convex function to find the optimal solution. | 9 | Predictive value of hypothermic machine perfusion parameters combined perfusate biomarkers in deceased donor kidney transplantation显示文摘Background:Delayed graft function(DGF)is the main cause of renal function failure after kidney transplantation.This study aims at investigating the value of hypothermic machine perfusion(HMP)parameters combined with perfusate biomarkers on predicting DGF and the time of renal function recovery after deceased donor(DD)kidney transplantation.Methods:HMP parameters,perfusate biomarkers and baseline characteristics of 113 DD kidney transplantations from January 1,2019 to August 31,2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University were retrospectively analyzed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:In this study,the DGF incidence was 17.7%(20/113);The multivariate logistic regression results showed that terminal resistance(OR:1.879,95%CI 1.145-3.56)and glutathione S-transferase(GST)(OR=1.62,95%CI 1.23-2.46)were risk factors for DGF;The Cox model analysis indicated that terminal resistance was an independent hazard factor for renal function recovery time(HR=0.823,95%CI 0.735-0.981).The model combining terminal resistance and GST(AUC=0.888,95%CI:0.842-0.933)significantly improved the DGF predictability compared with the use of terminal resistance(AUC=0.756,95%CI 0.693-0.818)or GST alone(AUC=0.729,95%CI 0.591-0.806).Conclusion:According to the factors analyzed in this study,the combination of HMP parameters and perfusate biomarkers displays a potent DGF predictive value. | Yuxi Qiao Chenguang Ding Yang Li Xiaohui Tian Puxun Tian Xiaoming Ding Heli Xiang Jin Zheng Wujun Xue | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,2: | 1 |

However, most works omit the fact that different parts in an image may have distinct prediction requirements, based on which different prediction models can be used in the predicting process, and then it can further improve predicting quality especially under resources-limited environment. In this paper, a hybrid prediction scheme is proposed for the visual feedbacks in a typical TI scenario with mixed visuo-haptic interactions, in which haptic traffic needs sufficient wireless resources to meet its stringent communication requirement, leaving less radio resources for the visual feedback. First, the minimum required number of radio resources for haptic traffic is derived based on the haptic communication requirements, and wireless resources are allocated to the haptic and visual traffics afterwards. Then, a grouping strategy is designed based on the deep neural network(DNN) to allocate different parts from an image feedback into two groups to use different prediction models, which jointly considers the prediction deviation thresholds, latency and reliability requirements, and the bit sizes of different image parts. Therefore, how to provide high quality video service for passengers in typical public transportation scenarios is an essential problem. This paper proposes a quality of experience(QoE)-based video segments caching(QoE-VSC) strategy to guarantee the smooth watching experience of passengers. Consequently, this paper considers a jointly caching scenario where the bus provides the beginning segments of a video, and the road side unit(RSU) offers the remaining for passengers. To evaluate the effectiveness, QoE hit ratio is defined to represent the probability that the bus and RSUs jointly provide passengers with desirable video segments successfully. Furthermore, since passenger volume change will lead to different video preferences, a deep reinforcement learning(DRL) network is trained to generate the segment replacing policy on the video segments cached by the bus server. And the training target of DRL is to maximize the QoE hit ratio, thus enabling more passengers to get the required video. | 16 | Resource allocation scheme based on game theory in heterogeneous networks显示文摘As an effective solution for indoor coverage and service offloading from the conventional cellular networks, femtocells have attracted a lot of attention in recent years. This study investigates the resource block(RB) and power allocation in heterogeneous networks(Het Nets). Specifically, the concern here is to maximize the signal to interference-plus-noise ratio(SINR) of macrocell and energy efficiency of femtocell while providing the finite interference. In this paper, the system model is divided to two layers, in which the macro base station and clusters constitute the first layer network; femtocells in cluster make up the second layer network. Because of the different model structures, different game theories are used in different layers. Stackelberg game is used in the first layer, and non-cooperation game is used in the second layer. Meanwhile RB and power levels stand for the actions that are associated with each player in the game. The problem of resource allocation is formulated as a mixed integer programming problem. In order to minimize the complexity of the proposed algorithm, the resource allocation task is decomposed into two sub problems: a RB allocation and a power allocation. | 18 | Dynamic hierarchical collaborative caching scheme in ultra-dense networks显示文摘Pushing popular contents to the edge of the network can meet the growing demand for data traffic, reduce latency and relieve the pressure of the backhaul. However, considering the limited storage space of the base stations, it is impossible to cache all the contents, especially in ultra-dense network(UDN). Furthermore, the uneven distribution of mobile users results in load imbalance among small base stations(SBSs) in both time and space, which also affects the caching strategy. To overcome these shortcoming, the impact of the changing load imbalance in UDN was investigated, and then a dynamic hierarchical collaborative caching(DHCC) scheme was proposed to optimize latency and caching hit rate. The storage of the SBS is logically divided into the independent caching layer and the collaborative caching layer. The independent caching layer caches the most popular contents for local users’ interest, and the collaborative caching layer caches contents as much as possible for the benefit of content diversity in the region. Different SBSs have respective storage space layer division ratios, according to their real-time traffic load. For SBSs with heavy load, the independent caching layers are allocated with more space. Otherwise, the collaborative caching layers could store more contents with larger space.
