1Geochemistry and regional distribution of ophiolites and associated volcanics in Mianlüe suture, Qinling-Dabie Mountains显示文摘Systematic studies of the ophiolites and associated volcanics stretching more than 1500 km from the Derni-Nanping-Pipasi-Kangxian area in the west to the Qingshuihe area of the south Dabie Mountains in the east indicate the existence of a suture zone (the Mianl黣 suture) and a vanished paleo-ocean basin (the Mianl黣 paleo-ocean basin) in the region. From west to east, ophiolitic mlange associations distribute discontinuously along the suture. Rock assem-blages include ophiolite, island arc and oceanic island rock series. The Mianl黣 paleo-ocean basin experienced its major formation and expending episode during the Carboniferous-Permian period. 2Northernmost paleo-tethyan oceanic basin in Tibet:Geo-chronological evidence from ^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar age dating of Dur'ngoi ophiolite显示文摘Whole rock 40Ar/39Ar age dating has been conducted on a basalt sample from Dur’ngoi ophiolite, Qinghai Province, which was reported to be the northernmost pa-leo-tethyan oceanic basin in Tibet. 5Effects of plant species coexistence on soil enzyme activities and soil microbial community structure under Cd and Pb combined pollution显示文摘The relationship between plant species coexistence and soil microbial communities under heavy metal pollution has attracted much attention in ecology.However,whether plant species coexistence could offset the impacts of heavy metal combined pollution on soil microbial community structure and soil enzymes activities is not well studied.The modified ecological dose model and PCR-RAPD method were used to assess the effects of two plant species coexistence on soil microbial community and enzymes activities subjected to Cd and Pb combined stress.The results indicated that monoculture and mixed culture would increased microbe populations under Cd and Pb combined stress,and the order of sensitivity of microbial community responding to heavy metal stress was:actinomycetes > bacteria > fungi.The respirations were significantly higher in planted soil than that in unplanted soil.The plant species coexistence could enhance soil enzyme activities under Cd and Pb combined.Furthermore,planted soil would be helpful to enhance soil genetic polymorphisms,but Cd and Pb pollution would cause a decrease on soil genetic polymorphisms.Mixed culture would increase the ecological dose 50%(ED50) values,and the ED50 values for soil enzyme activities decreased with increasing culture time.The dehydrogenase was most sensitive to metal addition and easily loses activity under low dose of heavy metal.However,it was difficult to fully inhibit the phoshpatase activity,and urease responded similarly with phosphatase.Yang Gao Pei Zhou Liang Mao Yueer Zhi Chunhua Zhang Wanjun Shi 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,7:19
6Effects of laser energy density on forming accuracy and tensile strength of selective laser sintering resin coated sands显示文摘Baozhu sand particles with size between 75 μm and 150 μm were coated by resin with the ratio of 1.5 wt.% of sands. Laser sintering experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of laser energy density(E = P/v), with different laser power(P) and scanning velocity(v), on the dimensional accuracy and tensile strength of sintered parts. The experimental results indicate that with the constant scanning velocity, the tensile strength of sintered samples increases with an increase in laser energy density; while the dimensional accuracy apparently decreases when the laser energy density is larger than 0.032 J·mm-2. When the laser energy density is 0.024 J·mm-2, the tensile strength shows no obvious change; but when the laser energy density is larger than 0.024 J·mm-2, the sample strength is featured by the initial increase and subsequent decrease with simultaneous increase of both laser power and scanning velocity. In this study, the optimal energy density range for laser sintering is 0.024-0.032 J·mm-2. Moreover, samples with the best tensile strength and dimensional accuracy can be obtained when P = 30-40 W and v = 1.5-2.0 m·s-1. 7Plant diversity reduces the effect of multiple heavy metal pollution on soil enzyme activities and microbial community structure显示文摘It is unclear whether certain plant species and plant diversity could reduce the impacts of multiple heavy metal pollution on soil microbial structure and soil enzyme activities. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used to analyze the genetic diversity and microbial similarity in planted and unplanted soil under combined cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) pollution. A metal hyper- accumulator, Brassica juncea, and a common plant, Festuca arundinacea Schreb, were used in this research. The results showed that microorganism quantity in planted soil significantly increased, compared with that in unplanted soil with Cd and Pb pollution. The order of microbial community sensitivity in response to Cd and Pb stress was as follows: actinomycetes 〉 bacteria 〉 fungi. Respiration, phosphatase, urease and dehydrogenase activity were significantly inhibited due to Cd and Pb stress. Compared with unplanted soil, planted soils have frequently been reported to have higher rates of microbial activity due to the presence of additional surfaces for microbial colonization and organic compounds released by the plant roots. Two coexisting plants could increase microbe population and the activity of phosphatases, dehydrogenases and, in particular, ureases. Soil enzyme activity was higher in B. juncea phytoremediated soil than in F. arundinacea planted soil in this study. Heavy metal pollution decreased the richness of the soil microbial community, but plant diversity increased DNA sequence diversity and maintained DNA sequence diversity at highlevels. 8A smart safe rechargeable zinc ion battery based on sol-gel transition electrolytes显示文摘Thermal runaway has been a long-standing safety issue impeding the development of high-energydensity batteries. Physical safety designs such as employing circuit-breakers and fuses to batteries are limited by small operating voltage windows and no resumption of original working condition when it is cooled down. Here we report a smart thermoresponsive polymer electrolyte that can be incorporated inside batteries to prevent thermal runaway via a fast and reversible sol-gel transition, and successfully combine this smart electrolyte with a rechargeable Zn/a-MnO_2 battery system. At high temperature, battery operation is inhibited as a result of the increased internal resistance caused by the gelation of liquid electrolyte. After cooling down, the electrolyte is spontaneously reversed to sol state and the electrochemical performance of the battery is restored. 10Gravity and magnetic field and tectonic structure character in the southern Yellow Sea显示文摘The research of the geophysical survey in the cast of the southern Yellow Sea (SYS) (122°-125°E) in 1999 reveals that the SYS has a structure of three-uplifts and two-basins. The structure can be well concordant with the gravity and magnetic anomalies. In the basins, most of the gravity and magnetic anomalies are low and gentle. As well in the uplifts, the gravity anomalies are high positive ones,but the magnetic anomalies are plus and minus variant ones.Seismic data show that the mid-uplift is a Cenozoic one. The Paleozoic is under the Q+N strata, the thickness of which is less than 1 km, with no Palaeogene. The Wunansha uplift area and the Sunan uplift area have good continuity, which indicates that they belong to the same geological unit. The basin in the northern part of SYS, which developed in the late Cretaceous period, is a Cenozoic one mainly made up of Cenozoic sediment. On the contrary, the basin in the southern part is the seaward extension of Subei basin and is a medial Cenozoic sediment basin mainly made up of Cenozoic sediment. 11Biochemical Mechanism of Chlorantraniliprole Resistance in the Diamondback Moth, Plutella xylostella Linnaeus显示文摘The insecticide chlorantraniliprole exhibits good efficacy and plays an important role in controlling the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella Linnaeus. However, resistance to chlorantraniliprole has been observed recently in some field populations. At present study, diamondback moths with resistance to chlorantraniliprole(resistant ratio(RR) was 82.18) for biochemical assays were selected. The assays were performed to determine potential resistance mechanisms. The results showed that the selected resistant moths(GDLZ-R) and susceptible moth could be synergized by known metabolic inhibitors such as piperonyl butoxide(PBO), triphenyl phosphate(TPP) and diethyl-maleate(DEM) at different levels(1.68-5.50-fold and 2.20-2.89-fold, respectively), and DEM showed the maximum synergism in both strains. In enzymes assays, a high level of glutathione-S-transferase(GST) was observed in the resistant moth, in contrast, moths that are susceptible to the insecticide had only 1/3 the GST activity of the resistant moths. The analysis of short-term exposure of chlorantraniliprole on biochemical response in the resistant strain also showed that GST activity was significantly elevated after exposure to a sub-lethal concentration of chlorantraniliprole(about 1/3 LC50, 12 mg L-1) 12 and 24 h, respectively. 12Study on the physiological indices of Pinus sibirica and Pinus koraiensis seedlings under cold stress显示文摘Although Pinus sibirica and Pinus koraiensis are resistant to cold or low temperatures in the cold temperate regions of the northern hemisphere,the former has a stronger cold resistance.Research has been limited to the comparison of physiological responses of the two species to cold stress.In this study,5-year-old seedlings of P.sibirica and P.koraiensis were subjected to six temperature treatments,[20℃(control),0℃,-20℃,-40℃,-60℃,and-80℃],under different stress periods(6,12,24,and 48 h).The results showed that differences in each physiological index were significant between P.sibirica and P.koraiensis,except for the permeability of cell membranes,reactive oxygen species,proline and soluble proteins.An ANOVA test indicated that there were extreme differences among the temperatures for each index,stress time and temperature 9 time for most indices.All indices showed a similar trend for P.sibirica and P.koraiensis with decreasing temperature or the extension of stress time.Soluble sugars and proline increased at 0 to-20℃and then remained unchanged with temperature decline.Other indices showed an increase from 20 to-20℃,stable from-20 to-40℃and a decrease from-40 to-80℃.All the indices increased and then declined along with the prolonged cold stress time,except for the control.From 0 to-40℃,the permeability of cell membranes,relative conductivity,reactive oxygen species and malonaldehyde of P.koraiensis seedlings were higher than in P.sibirica,but superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase activity and soluble sugars,proline,and soluble proteins content emerged as opposite.This study compared the physiological mechanism responses to cold stress between P.sibirica and P.koraiensis to provide the basis for the introduction,distribution,and genetic improvement of these coniferous species.Fang Wang Deyang Liang Xiaona Pei Qinhui Zhang Peng Zhang Jianqiu Zhang Zhimin Lu Yuchun Yang Guifeng Liu Xiyang Zhao 2019Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,4:12
13Soil Aggregate Stability and Iron and Aluminium Oxide Contents Under Different Fertiliser Treatments in a Long-Term Solar Greenhouse Experiment显示文摘Soil in greenhouses is likely to suffer a gradual decline in aggregate stability. Determination of the effects of different fertiliser practices on soil aggregate stability is important for taking advantage of solar greenhouses. Soil aggregate stability and iron(Fe) and aluminium(Al) oxide contents were investigated in a 26-year long-term fertilisation experiment in greenhouse in Shenyang, China,under eight fertiliser treatments: manure(M), fertiliser N(FN), fertiliser N with manure(MN), fertiliser P(FP), fertiliser P with manure(MP), fertiliser NP(FNP), fertiliser NP with manure(MNP), and control without any fertiliser(CK). A wet sieving method was used to determine aggregate size distribution and water-stable aggregates(WSA), mean weight diameter and geometric mean diameter as the indices of soil aggregate stability. Different fertiliser treatments had a statistically significant influence on aggregate stability and Fe and Al oxide contents. Long-term application of inorganic fertilisers had no obvious effects on the mass proportion of aggregates. By contrast, manure application significantly increased the mass proportion of macroaggregates at the expense of microaggregates. All treatments, with the exception of FNP, significantly increased the stability of macroaggregates but decreased that of microaggregates when compared with CK. Aggregation under MP and MN was better than that under M and MNP; however,no significant differences were found among inorganic fertiliser treatments(i.e., FN, FP, and FNP). 14Tracer Experimental Study of the Main Conveying Conduits of CCl_4 Pollutant in the Qiligou Water Supply Resource显示文摘The Ordovician karst groundwater in the Qiligou basin is an important water supply source. This groundwa-ter has been seriously contaminated in recent years by CCl4 from a pesticide plant located in the recharge area. The highest concentration of CCl4 in the groundwater is 3909.2 μg/L. Large scale tracer experiments were carried out to study the conveying conduits for CCl4 in the basin on May 1-6,2005. Nontoxic,edible glucose was used as a tracer and it was detected by spectrophotometric techniques. Well X-61,located near the pesticide plant in the southern recharge area of the basin,was employed for injecting the tracer. Ten wells widely located in the groundwater runoff area were used as observing and sampling wells. The results show that the migration of the pollutants is controlled by the water hydrodynamic field and by the development of karst conduits. The tracer did not enter the up-drainage wells,X-49 and X-47,near the injection point because the water levels at these wells are higher than at the injection point. The adjacent well X-62 is close to the injection site,but the tracer reached the well after eleven hours. Wells X-43,X-59,X-58,YY-1 and X-57,located in the syncline axis runoff area,are respectively 2.5,3.5,4.33,4.38 and 5.44 kilometers from the in-jection site. The time for initial appearance of tracer was 4,4,2,6 and 4 hours,respectively. The maximum runoff ve-locity (well X-58) is over two kilometers per hour,indicating that the karst conduits are well developed along the syn-cline basin axis. These conduits are the main conveying conduits for groundwater and CCl4. Closer wells were not nec-essarily the first to receive tracer. 17Targeting autophagy using small-molecule compounds to improve potential therapy of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Parkinson’s disease(PD),known as one of the most universal neurodegenerative diseases,is a serious threat to the health of the elderly.The current treatment has been demonstrated to relieve symptoms,and the discovery of new small-molecule compounds has been regarded as a promising strategy.Of note,the homeostasis of the autolysosome pathway(ALP)is closely associated with PD,and impaired autophagy may cause the death of neurons and thereby accelerating the progress of PD.Thus,pharmacological targeting autophagy with small-molecule compounds has been drawn a rising attention so far.In this review,we focus on summarizing several autophagy-associated targets,such as AMPK,m TORC1,ULK1,IMPase,LRRK2,beclin-1,TFEB,GCase,ERRα,C-Abelson,and as well as their relevant small-molecule compounds in PD models,which will shed light on a clue on exploiting more potential targeted small-molecule drugs tracking PD treatment in the near future.Kai Zhang Shiou Zhu Jiamei Li Tingting Jiang Lu Feng Junping Pei Guan Wang Liang Ouyang Bo Liu 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,10:9

19Flexible and stretchable electrodes for next generation polymer electronics: a review显示文摘Transparent conductive electrodes play a significant role in the fabrication and development of optoelectronic devices. As next generation optoelectronic devices tend towards mobile and wearable devices, the added attribute of flexibility or stretchability for these electrodes becomes increasingly important. However, mechanical requirements aside, transparent conductive electrodes must still retain high transparency and conductivity, with the metrics for these parameters being compared to the standard, indium tin oxide. In the search to replace indium tin oxide, two materials that have risen to the forefront are carbon nanotubes and silver nanowires due to their high transparency, conductivity, mechanical compliance, and ease of fabrication. 20Relationship of Resistivity with Water Content and Fissures of Unsaturated Expansive Soils显示文摘The development of fissures in expansive soils has a great effect on the stability of slope. Of the three phases of soils,the gas phase and solid phase are relatively insulated,so the average resistivity of soils can be calculated from the resistivity of the liquid phase. On this basis,the two-part model of resistivity changing with the water saturation of the expansive soil can be deduced. A 2-D resistance grid model is established based on simulating the resistance of ver-tically developed fissures. Variation in measured resistance of vertically developed fissures at different positions can be calculated from this model. Fissure development can be inversely determined from the variation in the measured resis-tance.
