1Study on the efficiency and regional disparity of green technology innovation in China's industrial companies显示文摘This paper first constructed a system to evaluate the innovation efficiency of industrial companies within China's Mainland.Then,a principal component analysis(PCA) was performed to these indicators for dimensionality reduction,so as to figure out the technology innovation efficiency in these two phases,respectively.Finally,the overall efficiency of industrial companies in different regions was estimated and factorized via data envelopment analysis(DEA).The results showed that:(1)the efficiency of green technology innovation of industrial companies in China was relatively low as a whole,which mainly resulted from pure technical efficiency(PTE).Further,this huge gap continues to expand in these regions.And both PTE and scale efficiency(SE) in central and western regions leave much to be expected.(2)In the first phase of green technology development,when environmental factors were concerned,the efficiency was much lower than that without environmental considerations.Besides,the central and western regions were facing increasingly severe environmental problems,and there was a wide disparity in technology development efficiency among eastern,central,and western regions.(3)In the second phase of green technology commercialization,there were still more rooms for improvement in raising the efficiency of green technology innovation,and the efficiency in eastern,central,and western regions was ranked from highest to lowest.(4)Liaoning,Hebei,Heilongjiang,Xinjiang,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Yunnan,and Qinghai should focus on improving their technology;Jilin,Jiangxi,Anhui,and Guangxi should make their efforts to reduce resource redundancy;whereas Ningxia and Gansu should try to solve the above two issues.Liangwen Luo Shengrong Liang 2016Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2016,16,4:16
2Precise localization of small pulmonary nodules using Pre-VATS with Xper-CT in combination with real-time fluoroscopy-guided coil:report of 15 patients显示文摘Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the value of precise localization of nodules using pre-video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS) Xper–CT in combination with real-time fluoroscopy-guided coil in the resection of pulmonary nodules using VATS. Materials and Methods: Precise localization of nodules using Xper-CT in combination with real-time fluoroscopy-guided coil and wedge resection using VATS were conducted on 15 patients with 17 small pulmonary nodules(diameter 0.5–1.5 cm) from April 2015 to January 2016. The value of localization was evaluated in terms of procedure time, type of coils, associated complications of localization, and VATS success rate. Results: The success rate of coil localization was found to be 100% in the primary stage(as shown by the CT scan), and the average procedure time was 30–45 min(35.6 ± 3.05 min). No deaths or major complications occurred. Minor complications included five incidents of pneumothorax(the morbidity was 29.4%, 5/17; no patient required chest tube drainage). The dislocation of coil was found in one patient. The results of pathological examination of 17 small pulmonary nodules revealed 11 primary lung cancers, 1 mesenchymal tumor, 3 nonspecific chronic inflammations, 1 hamartoma, and 1 tuberculosis. Two patients with primary lung cancer underwent lobectomy with mediastinal lymph node dissection. Conclusion: The preoperative precise localization of small pulmonary nodules using Xper-CT-guided coil is an effective and safe technique. It helps in the resection of nodules using VATS. 4Motion Error Compensation of Multi-legged Walking Robots显示文摘Existing errors in the structure and kinematic parameters of multi-legged walking robots,the motion trajectory of robot will diverge from the ideal sports requirements in movement.Since the existing error compensation is usually used for control compensation of manipulator arm,the error compensation of multi-legged robots has seldom been explored.In order to reduce the kinematic error of robots,a motion error compensation method based on the feedforward for multi-legged mobile robots is proposed to improve motion precision of a mobile robot.The locus error of a robot body is measured,when robot moves along a given track.Error of driven joint variables is obtained by error calculation model in terms of the locus error of robot body.Error value is used to compensate driven joint variables and modify control model of robot,which can drive the robots following control model modified.The model of the relation between robot's locus errors and kinematic variables errors is set up to achieve the kinematic error compensation.On the basis of the inverse kinematics of a multi-legged walking robot,the relation between error of the motion trajectory and driven joint variables of robots is discussed.Moreover,the equation set is obtained,which expresses relation among error of driven joint variables,structure parameters and error of robot's locus.Take MiniQuad as an example,when the robot MiniQuad moves following beeline tread,motion error compensation is studied.The actual locus errors of the robot body are measured before and after compensation in the test.According to the test,variations of the actual coordinate value of the robot centroid in x-direction and z-direction are reduced more than one time.The kinematic errors of robot body are reduced effectively by the use of the motion error compensation method based on the feedforward.WANG Liangwen CHEN Xuedong WANG Xinjie TANG Weigang SUN Yi PAN Chunmei 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,4:6
5miRNA-181 regulates embryo implantation in mice through targeting leukemia inhibitory factor显示文摘Embryo implantation is a crucial step in mammalian reproduction.However,little is known regarding the physiological roles of microRNAs in the regulation of embryo implantation.Here we show that a minimum uterine expression of miR-181 is essential for the onset of embryo implantation.Both transient and prolonged transgenic expression of miR-181 led to impaired implantation,which can be rescued by exogenous administration of leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF).Mechanistically,miR-181 is able to directly target LIF and downregulate LIF expression,thereby inhibiting embryo implantation.We also show that miR-181 expression is regu-lated by the transcriptional factor Emx2,and the Emx2–miR-181 axis plays an importantrole in regulating embryo implantation.Taken together,these results reveal a novel function of miR-181 in embryo implantation through the regulation of LIF,and also indicate a potential link between miR-181 dysregulation and human embryo implantation defects.Bo Chu Liangwen Zhong Shuang Dou Jun Wang Jianmin Li Mingwei Wang Qinghua Shi Yide Mei Mian Wu 2015Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2015,7,1:5
6Enhanced osteogenesis and therapy of osteoporosis using simvastatin loaded hybrid system显示文摘Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a common chronic dynamic bone disorder,caused by estrogen deficiency.To address this issue,we constructed a controlled drug-release system composed of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)brush modified mesoporous hydroxyapatite(MHA-SIM-P)loaded with simvastatin(SIM)using an ovariectomised(OVX)rat model.Quantitative alkaline phosphatase activity assay,alizarin red staining and RT-PCR were tested to evaluate the osteogenic ability in vitro.The results showed that the MHA-SIM-P nanoparticles significantly improved the osteogenic differentiation of OVX bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)in vitro.In osteoporotic animal model,the therapeutic efficiency for bone defect was evaluated byμCT analysis,tartrateresistant acid phosphatase,haematoxylin and eosin staining,which showed improved bone formation and less osteoclastic response in OVX rats after surgery for 3 and 6 weeks.This polymer brush modified MHA system provided a sustained release system of hydrophobic SIM to inhibit osteoporosis together with MHA nanoparticle promoting the osteogenesis.Thus,this novel strategy exhibited great potential for promoting osteogenic ability and treating local osteoporotic defects.Tao Wu Jing Sun Lei Tan Qi Yan Lei Li Liangwen Chen Xiangmei Liu Shi Bin 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,2:5
7Wave-current bottom shear stresses and sediment re-suspension in the mouth bar of the Modaomen Estuary during the dry season显示文摘On the basis of the measurement data pertaining to waves, current, and sediment in February 2012 in the mouth bar of the Modaomen Estuary, the Soulsby formulae with an iterative method are applied to calculating bottom shear stresses(BSS) and their effect on a sediment re-suspension. Swell- induced BSS have been found to be the most important part of the BSS. In this study, the correlation coefficient between a wavecurrent shear stress and SSC is 0.86, and that between current shear stresses and SSC is only 0.40. The peaks of the SSC are consistent with the height and the BSS of the swell. The swell is the main mechanism for the sediment re-suspension, and the tidal current effect on sediment re-suspension is small. The peaks of the SSC are centered on the high tidal level, and the flood tide enhances the wave shear stresses and the SSC near the bottom. The critical shear stress for sediment re-suspension at the observation station is between 0.20 and 0.30 N/m2. 8Visual Quality of Q-value-guided LASIK in the Treatment of High Myopia显示文摘Purpose:To compare visual performance and patient satisfaction following Q-value-guided customized laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and standard LASIK in the treatment of high myopia.Methods:A total of 116 patients with high myopia (-6.00 to-9.50D;astigmatism from-0.00 to-2.00D) were treated using Z-217 excimer laser.(Bausch & Lomb)..Sixty-six patients (132 eyes) receiving Q-value-guided customized LASIK were assigned into the experimental group,.and 50 cases (100 eyes) receiving standard LASIK were used as normal controls.All subjects were followed up for > 6 months to monitor for night vision problems measure postoperative quality of life.Results:.In the experimental group,.night vision acuity decreased in 3 cases (4.5%),and glare was reported in 13 patients (19%) during the 6-month follow up period.In the control group,.night vision problems were noted in 9 cases (18%),.and glare occurred in 21 patients (42%).These differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).According to the postoperative questionnaire,satisfaction with visual performance and quality of life was reported in 73% of the experimental group,and 52% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:.Patients with high myopia surgically treated by Q-value-guided LASIK had better night-time visual performance and a higher degree of satisfaction compared with subjects receiving standard LASIK.Hua Zheng Liangwen Song 2011Eye Science2011,26,4:4
9Impacts of the large amount of sand mining on riverbed morphology and tidal dynamics in lower reaches and delta of the Dongjiang River显示文摘The sand dredging and its impacts on riverbed evolution and tidal dynamic change in the lower reaches and delta of the Dongjiang River are examined in this paper. The large amount of sand, totally 3.32 billion m3 from 1980 to 2002, was mined from the riverbeds of the lower reaches and delta of the Dongjiang River. Increasing of the channel capacity, lowering of the average riverbed elevation, deepening of the water depth and decreasing of the longi- tudinal riverbed gradient are the main effects on the riverbed evolution brought by the large amount of sand dredging. Under the strong sand dredging and associated significant riverbed deformation, the notable changes of the tidal dynamic in the lower reaches and delta of the Dongjiang River occurred, including: (1) in the upper reaches of the Dongjiang River delta and lower reaches of the Dongjiang River, tidal level dropped apparently, tidal range widened, flood tidal duration became longer, amplitudes for major tidal components became bigger and tidal dynamics intensified; (2) tidal wave spread faster; and (3) the limits of the tidal level, tidal current and salt water moved upstream.JIA Liangwen LUO Zhangren YANG Qingshu OU Shuying LEI Yaping 2007Journal of Geographical Sciences2007,17,2:3
10Dynamic analysis of gene expression and determination of chemicals in agarwood in Aquilaria sinensis显示文摘Agarwood is the resinous heartwood of Aquilaria species.However,low yields and high costs of existing stimulation methods have led to the need for new techniques to produce agarwood rapidly and effectively.We developed a biological agarwood-inducing technique(Agar-Bit)that produces high yields and quality within 6 months.To better understand agarwood formation by Agar-Bit,dynamic gene expressions of key synthetases pathways of sesquiterpenes and chalcone-related enzymes at different times were determined after both Agar-Bit and the traditional burning chisel drilling(BCD)stimulation on Aquilaria sinensis trees.The qRT-PCR results show that some characteristic synthase genes were expressed at greatly different levels and times compared with the controls.For the Agar-Bit technology,main changes were after the 3rd or 5th month,while BCD expression clearly changed at the 5th month.Essential oils and total chromone contents were simultaneously determined.In the Agar-Bit group,both were higher and similar to natural levels.The Agar-Bit methodology is a new option for producing agarwood as demonstrated by genetic and chemical aspects.The differences in gene expression within 6 months for both groups indicates that the mechanisms of the two methods are different.These findings provide information on genetic variation during the process of agarwood formation.Zeqing Wu Wanzhen Liu Jing Li Liangwen Yu Li Lin 2020Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,5:3
11Impacts of human interventions on the seasonal and nodal dynamics of the M_(2)and K_(1)tidal constituents in Lingdingyang Bay of the Zhujiang River Delta,China显示文摘Natural and human-induced changes may exert considerable impacts on the seasonal and nodal dynamics of M2 and K1 tidal constituents.Therefore,quantifying the influences of these factors on tidal regime changes is essential for sustainable water resources management in coastal environments.In this study,the enhanced harmonic analysis was applied to extract the seasonal variability of the M2 and K1 tidal amplitudes and phases at three gauging stations along Lingdingyang Bay of the Zhujiang River Delta.The seasonal dynamics in terms of tidal wave celerity and amplification/damping rate were used to quantify the impacts of human-induced estuarine morphological alterations on M2 and K1 tidal hydrodynamics in inner and outer Lingdingyang Bay.The results show that both tidal amplification/damping rate and wave celerity were considerably increased from the pre-anthropogenic activity period(Pre-AAP)to the post-anthropogenic activity period(Post-AAP)excepting the tidal amplification/damping rate in outer Lingdingyang Bay,and the variations in outer Lingdingyang Bay was larger than those in inner Lingdingyang Bay.The alterations in these two parameters were more significant in flood season than in dry season in both inner and outer Lingdingyang Bay.The seasonal variability of M2 and K1 tidal amplitudes were further quantified using a regression model accounting for the 18.61-year lunar nodal modulation,where this study observes a considerable alteration in M2 constituent owing to human interventions.During the Post-AAP,the M2 amplitudes at the downstream station were larger than those that would have occurred in the absence of strong human interventions,whereas the opposite was true for the upstream station,leading to a substantial decrease in tidal amplification in outer Lingdingyang Bay.However,it is opposite in inner Lingdingyang Bay.The underlying mechanism can be primarily attributed to channel deepening and narrowing caused by human interventions,that resulted in substantial enlargement of the bay volume and reduced the effective bottom friction,leading to faster wave celerity and stronger amplified waves.Ping Zhang Qingshu Yang Haidong Pan Heng Wang Meifang Xie Huayang Cai Nanyang Chu Liangwen Jia 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,10:2

18Block-layer model for intergrowth structures显示文摘Lattice match and charge transfer between distinct block layers(BLs)play an important role in the formation of an intergrowth structure.Herein we propose a simple BL model addressing the different roles of the lattice match and the charge transfer.Inter-BL charge transfer lowers the internal energy,while lattice match minimizes the elastic energy,both of which together make the intergrowth structure stabilized.The model is able to reproduce the lattice parameters precisely for complex iron-based superconductors with intergrowth structures.The elastic energy and the charge-transfer energy are evaluated with assistance of the first-principles calculations.This work rationalizes the basic principles of BL design for intergrowth structures,which can be utilized not only for finding new superconducting materials but also for investigating other layered materials with various functionalities.Zhicheng Wang Siqi Wu Liangwen Ji Guanghan Cao 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:1
