| 2 | Entinostat,a classⅠselective histone deacetylase inhibitor,plus exemestane for Chinese patients with hormone receptor-positive advanced breast cancer:A multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,phase 3 trial显示文摘Entinostat plus exemestane in hormone receptor-positive(HR+)advanced breast cancer(ABC)previously showed encouraging outcomes.This multicenter phase 3 trial evaluated the efficacy and safety of entinostat plus exemestane in Chinese patients with HR+ABC that relapsed/progressed after≥1 endocrine therapy.Patients were randomized(2:1)to oral exemestane 25 mg/day plus entinostat(n=235)or placebo(n=119)5 mg/week in 28-day cycles.The primary endpoint was the independent radiographic committee(IRC)-assessed progression-free survival(PFS).The median age was 52(range,28—75)years and 222(62.7%)patients were postmenopausal.CDK4/6 inhibitors and fulvestrant were previously used in 23(6.5%)and 92(26.0%)patients,respectively.The baseline characteristics were comparable between the entinostat and placebo groups.The median PFS was 6.32(95%CI,5.30—9.11)and 3.72(95%CI,1.91—5.49)months in the entinostat and placebo groups(HR,0.76;95%CI,0.58—0.98;P=0.046),respectively.Grade≥3 adverse events(AEs)occurred in 154(65.5%)patients in the entinostat group versus 23(19.3%)in the placebo group,and the most common grade≥3 treatment-related AEs were neutropenia[103(43.8%)],thrombocytopenia[20(8.5%)],and leucopenia[15(6.4%)].Entinostat plus exemestane significantly improved PFS compared with exemestane,with generally manageable toxicities in HR+ABC(ClinicalTrials.gov#NCT03538171). | Binghe Xu Qingyuan Zhang Xichun Hu Qing Li Tao Sun Wei Li Quchang Ouyang Jingfen Wang Zhongsheng Tong Min Yan Huiping Li Xiaohua Zeng Changping Shan Xian Wang Xi Yan Jian Zhang Yue Zhang Jiani Wang Liang Zhang Ying Lin Jifeng Feng Qianjun Chen Jian Huang Lu Zhang Lisong Yang Ying Tian Hongyan Shang | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,5: | 3 |
| 3 | Efficient benzaldehyde photosynthesis coupling photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Photosynthesis of organic compounds in coupling with promoted hydrogen evolution under mild conditions of light irradiation is considered as one of the most efficient and promising approach to obtain high purity hydrogen and value-added chemicals concurrently by utilizing green solar energy.Here,we report the synthesis of Ni S nanoparticle-modified Cd S nanorod composites(Ni S/Cd S)as an efficient bifunctional catalyst for the highly selective photocatalytic synthesis of high-value-added product benzaldehyde(BAD)from aqueous solution of benzyl alcohol(BA)under oxygen-free conditions,in accompanying with the efficient hydrogen evolution.The synergetic catalytic effect between Ni S and Cd S is proposed to play an important role in elevating the photo-redox performance.The composition-optimized 30%Ni S/Cd S catalyst affords an extraordinarily high H;generation rate of 207.8μmol h^(-1)and a simultaneous BAD generation rate of 163.8μmol h^(-1)under visible light irradiation,which are respectively 139 and 950 times higher than those of Cd S without Ni S modification.To our knowledge,these are the highest photocatalytic production rates of both H_(2)and aldehyde ever reported on the concurrent photocatalytic of aldehyde synthesis and hydrogen evolution in green aqueous solution.This work provides a highly efficient photosynthesis strategy for the concurrent productions of high-value-added fine chemicals and hydrogen. | Juanjuan Luo Min Wang Lisong Chen Jianlin Shi | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,3: | 2 |

| 9 | CH_4 oxidation to oxygenates with N_2O over iron-containing Y zeolites:Effect of preparation显示文摘Developing effective iron-incorporated zeolites and determining their active centers for the direct oxidation of CH_4 to oxygenates have remained challenging topics so far.In this paper,we successfully prepare the highly-dispersed iron supported Y zeolites by a facile solid-state ion-exchange method with ferrocene,which was conducted under water-free conditions followed by a series of calcination.Moreover,extra-framework dinuclear Fe^(2+)complexes are identified as so-called activeα-iron sites on zeolites.ICP-OES,N_2 adsorption–desorption test,X-ray diffraction,solid-state^(27)Al NMR,N_2O titration,TEM,EPR and^(57)Fe M?ssbauer spectra were carried out to characterize properties of sample structure,acid sites,as well as the supported iron species.Characterization results indicate that high-temperature treatments have no effect on the typical structure feature of zeolites.Compared with catalysts synthesized by conventional impregnation,the samples prepared by the facile approach possess abundant dinuclear Fe^(2+)complexes but no Fe_2O_3 bulks and show weak acidity.These lead to a higher oxygenate selectivity in CH_4 oxidation to oxygenates.Remarkably,the oxygenate(HCHO and CH_3OH)selectivity of 6.5% at 375°C can be eventually obtained. | Jing Zhu Lisong Fan Lina Song Fengqiu Chen Dangguo Cheng | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,10: | 1 |

| 20 | Microwave-Absorbing Properties of La_(1-x)Sr_xMn_ (1-y)Fe_yO_3显示文摘The experiment samples of La 1-xSrxMn 1-yFeyO3(x=0.15, 0.20, 0.23; y=0.10, 0.12, 0.14, 0.16) were prepared by sol-gel process, and the loss tangent and absorption coefficient in the range of 2~18 GHz were measured by HP8722 net analyzing apparatus. It is found that changing the content of Sr or Fe would effect the microwave absorbing. When the thickness of La 1-xSrxMn 1-yFeyO3 is 2 mm and x=0.20, y=0.14, the capability of microwave absorbing is the best one. There are two absorption peaks; the maximum is 34 dB and effective band width with 10 dB and more reaches 6.2 GHz. When the frequency between 2~12.5 GHz dielectric loss is considered as the major loss from the loss angle picture. When the frequency gets to near 12.5 GHz the loss angle tangent increases or decreases suddenly. When the frequency between 12.5~18 GHz magnetic loss is be considered as the major loss.
