2Mass-transport Deposits of the Upper Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation, Songliao Terrestrial Basin, Northeast China: Depositional Characteristics, Recognition Criteria and External Geometry显示文摘Extensive mass transport deposits(MTDs), which form a significant component of the stratigraphic record in ancient and modern deep water systems, mostly distributed in the continental margin of ocean basins worldwide. To date, no large-scale MTDs have been found in Chinese terrestrial basins. Based on integrated analysis of the seismic, drilling, core and logging data, this article report MTDs have been found in Songliao terrestrial basin(SLTB), Northeast China. During the depositional period of the Upper Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation, slope break of lacustrine basins was an ideal discharge place for gravity depositions. Regional sedimentary study of MTDs reveals that Cretaceous-age MTDs in SLTB were deposited in slope-break environments by slide, slump and debris flow, and MTDs were mixed with little turbidite simultaneously. Besides the massive aspect, key features of MTDs are the common presence of deformational structures or softsedimentary deformation, floating shale clasts, boudins, microfaults, distortion beddings, rotated sand debris. Detailed mapping of two three-dimensional(3-D) seismic surveys acquired in Yingtai(YT) and Haituozi(HTZ) areas reveals that MTDs are characterized by chaotic, mounded, and transparent seismic reflection. Growth fault, slope gully and geomorphology of the slope break greatly influenced the sedimentary process and external geometry of MTDs, and as a consequence, MTDs in SLTB exhibit classic fan-like geometry and some special(non-fan-like) external geometry. Furthermore, fanlike MTDs can be divided into three subcategories, including isolated fan, mother-son fan and stacked fan. Non-fan-like MTDs can be divided into two subcategories, strip-like MTDs and faulted-pit MTDs. A new sedimentary model has been built for MTDs in SLTB. 3Hierarchical composite of biomass derived magnetic carbon framework and phytic acid doped polyanilne with prominent electromagnetic wave absorption capacity显示文摘To solve the electromagnetic pollution,herein,a CoFe_(2)O_(4)/C/PANI composite was developed by a green route,which was constructed with spinel of metal oxide,graphitized carbon and conductive polymer composites.Benefiting from the designable interfaces and increased dipoles,the microwave dielectric response capability can be boosted significantly and resulted in the enhanced microwave absorbing performance.As revealed by the reflection loss curve,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin) reached-51.81 dB at 12.4 GHz under a matched thickness of 2.57 mm.At 2.5 mm,the effective absorbing band covered 8.88 GHz,suggesting the desirable wideband feature.In our case,the method of utilization of a novel green way to fabricate multiple-component EM absorber can be a promising candidate for high-performance EM absorber.Tianqi Hou Zirui Jia Ailing Feng Zehua Zhou Xuehua Liu Hualiang Lv Guanglei Wu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,9:8
4Spontaneous apoptosis of cells in therapeutic stem cell preparation exert immunomodulatory effects through release of phosphatidylserine显示文摘Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)-mediated immunomodulation has been harnessed for the treatment of human diseases,but its underlying mechanism has not been fully understood.Dead cells,including apoptotic cells have immunomodulatory properties.It has been repeatedly reported that the proportion of nonviable MSCs in a MSC therapeutic preparation varied from 5-50%in the ongoing clinical trials.It is conceivable that the nonviable cells in a MSC therapeutic preparation may play a role in the therapeutic effects of MSCs.We found that the MSC therapeutic preparation in the present study had about 5%dead MSCs(DMSCs),characterized by apoptotic cells.Namely,1×10^(6) MSCs in the preparation contained about 5×10^(4) DMSCs.We found that the treatment with even 5×10^(4) DMSCs alone had the equal therapeutic effects as with 1×10^(6) MSCs.This protective effect of the dead MSCs alone was confirmed in four mouse models,including concanavalin A(ConA)-and carbon tetrachloride(CCI4)-induced acute liver injury,LPS-induced lung injury and spinal cord injury.We also found that the infused MSCs died by apoptosis in vivo.Furthermore,the therapeutic effect was attributed to the elevated level of phosphatidylserine(PS)upon the injection of MSCs or DMSCs.The direct administration of PS liposomes(PSLs)mimic apoptotic cell fragments also exerted the protective effects as MSCs and DMSCs.The Mer tyrosine kinase(MerTK)deficiency or the knockout of chemokine receptor C-C motif chemokine receptor 2(CCR2)reversed these protective effects of MSCs or DMSCs.These results revealed that DMSCs alone in the therapeutic stem cell preparation or the apoptotic cells induced in vivo may exert the same immunomodulatory property as the'living MSCs preparation'through releasing PS,which was further recognized by MerTK and participated in modulating immune cells.Xuemei He Weiqi Hong Jingyun Yang Hong Lei Tianqi Lu Cai He Zhenfei Bi Xiangyu Pan Yu Liu Lunzhi Dai Wei Wang Canhua Huang Hongxin Deng Xiawei Wei 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,8:6

6A novel evolving model for power grids显示文摘In this paper,a novel power grid evolving model,which can well describe the evolving property of power grids,is presented. Based on the BA model,motivated by the fact that in real power grids,connectivity of node not only depends on its degree,but also is influenced by many uncertain factors,so we introduce the subconnection factor K for each node. Using the mean-field theory,we get the analytical expression of power-law degree distribution with the exponent γ∈ (3,∞ ). 7Music/voice separation based on the multi-repeating structure of Mel cepstrum coefficient显示文摘For the poor adaptability of the original repeating pattern,an improved music separation method of multi-repeating structure of Mel cepstrum coefficient(MFCC) is proposed.Firstly,the MFCC coefficient matrix(39-dimensional data) of the music signal was extracted.Then the cosine characteristic was applied to the count of similarity matrix of MFCC,and the fragments with consistent similarity are putted together.Next different repeating patterns are built for different groups.Thereby the spectrums of the background music and vocal were separated combined with ideal binary masking(IBM),and the corresponding time domain signals were obtained by inverse Fourier transform.Fnally,the improved method was tested on the music database of different types and length,and the separation results were compared with repeating method of Rafii and the non-negative matrix factorization based on flexible framework method of Ozerov.The experimental results showed that the separation performance of improved method was improved about 3 dB,and the performance of music with melody changed larger was significantly improved.Experiments verified that the improved method was an effective music separation algorithm and more stability.ZHANG Tianqi XU Xin WU Wangjun LIU Yu 2015Chinese Journal of Acoustics2015,34,4:4
8Three-Phase Heterojunction NiMo-Based Nano-Needle for Water Splitting at Industrial Alkaline Condition显示文摘Constructing heterojunction is an effective strategy to develop high-performance non-preciousmetal-based catalysts for electrochemical water splitting(WS).Herein,we design and prepare an N-doped-carbon-encapsulated Ni/MoO_(2) nano-needle with three-phase heterojunction(Ni/MoO_(2)@CN)for accelerating the WS under industrial alkaline condition.Density functional theory calculations reveal that the electrons are redistributed at the three-phase heterojunction interface,which optimizes the adsorption energy of H-and O-containing intermediates to obtain the best ΔG_(H*) for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and decrease the ΔG value of ratedetermining step for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),thus enhancing the HER/OER catalytic activity.Electrochemical results confirm that Ni/MoO_(2)@CN exhibits good activity for HER(ƞ_(-10)=33 mV,ƞ_(-1000)=267 mV)and OER(ƞ_(10)=250 mV,ƞ_(1000)=420 mV).It shows a low potential of 1.86 V at 1000 mA cm^(−2) for WS in 6.0 M KOH solution at 60℃ and can steadily operate for 330 h.This good HER/OER performance can be attributed to the three-phase heterojunction with high intrinsic activity and the self-supporting nano-needle with more active sites,faster mass diffusion,and bubbles release.This work provides a unique idea for designing high efficiency catalytic materials for WS.Guangfu Qian Jinli Chen Tianqi Yu Jiacheng Liu Lin Luo Shibin Yin 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,1:4
9Traditional Chinese Medicines alleviated myocardial ischemia by regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Chinese medicines on Qi stagnation and blood stasis in rats with myocardial ischemia.METHODS:Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=10)as follows:(a)sham operation(Sham),(b)myocardial ischemia(Model),(c)treatment that regulates Qi(Qi),(d)treatment that promotes blood circulation(Blood),(e)treatment that both regulates Qi and promotes blood circulation(QB).The rat model was established via activities restriction for 6 h followed by tail clamp stimulation for 5 mins every day for 7 d and occlusion left coronary anterior descending artery.Afterwards rats were treated with medicines that regulate Qi and/or promote blood circulation via gavage for 14 d.Behavioral parameters were evaluated using open field and elevated plus-maze tests.The tongue color and sublingual vein were visually examined.Blood flow perfusion of tongue and auricle were detected using PIMⅡ.The mesenteric microcirculation was examined via capillaroscopy,and hemodynamics was assessed using a polygraph system.Serum homocysteine(Hcy),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB)levels and endothelin-1(ET-1)were measured.Hematoxylin and eosin staining and transmission electron microscopy were employed to detect the myocardial morphology and ultrastructure,respectively.RESULTS:Compared with findings in Sham group,rats in model group had coarse hair,dark mucosa of the lips and claw,low activity,and increased anxiety.Compared with findings in Model group,rats in the three treatment groups exhibited a lighter tongue color without an extended and varicose sublingual vein.There were significant increases of auricle blood flow perfusion in the Qi group and tongue bottom blood flow perfusion in the QB group.Compared with findings in Model rats,rats in Blood group exhibited improved mesenteric microcirculation associated with increased mesenteric blood flow and a larger arteriole diameter.Moreover,compared with findings in Model rats,Qi and QB rats exhibited increased left ventricular±dp/dtmax,decreased serum CKMB,Hcy,ET-1 levels,and reduced myocardial ultrastructural damage.CONCLUSION:Myocardial ischemia damage was suppressed by Traditional Chinese Medicines that regulate Qi and promote blood circulation.Wang Chen Wang Xiaoreng Tao Tianqi Song Dandan Wang Jianli Wang You Liu Xiuhua Wu Xudong 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6:4
10Fabrication of gelatin methacryloyl hydrogel microneedles for transdermal delivery of metformin in diabetic rats显示文摘Injection therapy for diabetes has poor patient compliance,and the pain occurring at the site of subcutaneous injections causes significant inconvenience to diabetic patients.In this work,to demonstrate the benefits of an alternative drug delivery technique that overcomes these issues,methacrylated gelatin hydrogel-forming microneedles integrated with metformin were developed to adjust blood glucose levels in diabetic rats.Gelatin methacryloyl microneedles(GelMA-MNs)with different degrees of substitution were successfully prepared by a micro-molding method.The resultant GelMA-MNs exhibited excellent mechanical properties and moisture resistance.Metformin,an anti-diabetic drug,was further encapsulated into the GelMA-MNs,and its release rate could be controlled by the three-dimensional cross-linked network of microneedles,thereby exhibiting sustained drug release behaviors in vitro and implying a better therapeutic effect compared with that of subcutaneous injection in diabetic rats.The drug release period could be significantly prolonged by improving the cross-link density of GelMA-MNs.The results of hypoglycemic effect evaluation show that the application of GelMA-MNs for transdermal delivery in diabetic rats has promising benefits for diabetes treatment.Zhiyong Zeng Guohua Jiang Tianqi Liu Gao Song Yanfang Sun Xueya Zhang Yanting Jing Mingjia Feng Yufei Shi 2021Bio-Design and Manufacturing2021,4,4:4
11A nanotheranostic agent based on Nd^(3+)-doped YVO_(4) with blood-brain-barrier permeability for NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging/magnetic resonance imaging and boosted sonodynamic therapy of orthotopic glioma显示文摘The specific diagnosis and treatment of gliomas is a primary challenge in clinic due to their high invasiveness and blood-brain barrier(BBB)obstruction.It is highly desirable to find a multifunctional agent with good BBB penetration for precise theranostics.Herein,we design and construct a core-shell structured nanotheranostic agent(YVO_(4):Nd^(3+)-HMME@MnO_(2)-LF,marked as YHM)with YVO_(4)∶Nd^(3+) particles as the core and MnO_(2) nanosheets as the shell.Sonosensitizer hematoporphyrinmonomethyl ether(HMME)and lactoferrin(LF)were further loaded and modified on the surface,giving it a good ability to cross the BBB,near-infrared fluorescence imaging in the second window(NIR-Ⅱ)/magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)bimodality,and highly efficient sonodynamic therapy(SDT)of orthotopic gliomas.The YVO_(4):Nd^(3+)(25%)core exhibited good NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence properties,enabling YHM to act as promising probes for NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging of vessels and orthotopic gliomas.MnO_(2) shell can not only provide O2 in the tumor microenvironments(TME)to significantly improve the healing efficacy of SDT,but also release Mn^(2+) ions to achieve T1-weight MRI in situ.Non-invasive SDT can effectively restrain tumor growth.This work not only demonstrates that multifunctional YHM is promising for diagnosis and treatment of orthotopic glioma,but also provides insights into exploring the theranostic agents based on rare earth-doped yttrium vanadate nanoparticles.Zhijia Lv Longhai Jin Yue Cao Hao Zhang Dongzhi Xue Na Yin Tianqi Zhang Yinghui Wang Jianhua Liu Xiaogang Liu Hongjie Zhang 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,6:3
12Comparison and Analysis of Agricultural and Forest Land Changes in Typical Agricultural Regions of Northern Mid-latitudes显示文摘The northeastern China, the United States, and the western Europe are important agricultural regions both on the global and regional scales. The western Europe has a longer history of agricultural land development than the eastern United States. These two regions have changed from the deforestation and reclamation phase in the past to the current land abandonment and reforestation phase. Compared with the two regions, large-scale land exploitation has only been practiced in the northeastern China during the last century. After a short high-intensity deforestation and reclamation period, agricultural and forest lands are basically in a dynamic steady state. By comparing domestic and international agro-forestry development and considering the ecological environment and socio-economic benefits that can be derived from agro-forestry, this paper suggests that large area of reforestation would be inevitable in future though persistent and large agricultural demand in coming decades even more. And local reforestation at slope farmland with ecological vulnerability should be imperative at present to avoid severer damage. 13MicroRNA-7-5p Inhibits Migration,Invasion and Metastasis of Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma by Inhibiting MyD88显示文摘Background and Aims:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is a malignant tumor derived from intrahepatic bile duct epithelial cells.Accumulating studies report that microRNAs are widely involved in tumor migration and metastasis by regulation of target genes.miR-7-5p has been confirmed to inhibit tumor metastasis and to be related to prognosis for several malignant tumors.Our study investigated the underlying functions of miR-7-5p in ICC.Methods:The expression of miR-7-5p in ICC tissues but also in ICC cell lines was analyzed by real-time PCR.By analyzing the relationship between the clinicopathological parameters of 60 ICC patients and the expression level of miR-7-5p,the effect of miR-7-5p on the prognosis was clarified.After transfected with miR-7-5p mimics or miR-7-5p inhibitor,cell counting kit-8 assay was applied to evaluate the cells proliferation,flow cytometry was applied to analyze the cells apoptosis,wound healing assay and transwell chamber assay were applied to analyze the cell invasion and migration.A luciferase reporter assay was identified the relationship of miR-7-5p and myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88).Western blotting was used to analyze the proteins expression.And immunochemistry was performed to determine the expression of MYD88 in ICC tissues.Results:Our data showed the expression of miR-7-5p was down-regulated not only in ICC tissues but also in ICC cell lines compared with normal controls.Low expression of miR-7-5p was notably associated with poor prognosis in ICC patients.miR-7-5p negatively regulated cell proliferation,migration,invasion and apoptosis in ICC cells.We further verified that MyD88 was a novel target of miR-7-5p and was significantly overexpressed in ICC tissues.Overexpression of MyD88 counteracted the effects of miR-7-5p in ICC cells.Conclusions:The present findings suggest that miR-7-5p plays a pivotal role in ICC invasion by regulating MyD88.Ampliative insight into the key factors of ICC invasion may result in the development of new treatment options for ICC.Yi Tang Zhenyong Tang Jianrong Yang Tianqi Liu Yuntian Tang 2021Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,6:3

15Simulation of the characteristics of low-energy proton induced single event upset显示文摘Monte Carlo simulation results are reported on the single event upset(SEU) triggered by the direct ionization effect of low-energy proton. The SEU cross-sections on the 45 nm static random access memory(SRAM) were compared with previous research work, which not only validated the simulation approach used herein, but also exposed the existence of saturated cross-section and the multiple bit upsets(MBUs) when the incident energy was less than 1 MeV. Additionally, it was observed that the saturated cross-section and MBUs are involved with energy loss and critical charge. 17Nanoparticle‑Loaded Polarized‑Macrophages for Enhanced Tumor Targeting and Cell‑Chemotherapy显示文摘Cell therapy is a promising strategy for cancer therapy.However,its therapeutic efficiency remains limited due to the complex and immunosuppressive nature of tumor microenvironments.In this study,the“cell-chemotherapy”strategy was presented to enhance antitumor efficacy.M1-type macrophages,which are therapeutic immune cells with both of immunotherapeutic ability and targeting ability,carried sorafenib(SF)-loaded lipid nanoparticles(M1/SLNPs)were developed.M1-type macrophages were used both as therapeutic tool to provide immunotherapy and as delivery vessel to target deliver SF to tumor tissues for chemotherapy simultaneously.M1-type macrophages were obtained by polarizing macrophages using lipopolysaccharide,and M1/SLNPs were obtained by incubating M1-type macrophages with SLNP.Tumor accumulation of M1/SLNP was increased compared with SLNP(p<0.01),which proved M1/SLNP could enhance tumor targeting of SF.An increased ratio of M1-type macrophages to M2-type macrophages,and the CD3^+CD4^+T cells and CD3^+CD8^+T cell quantities in tumor tissues after treatment with M1/SLNP indicated M1/SLNP could relieve the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironments.The tumor volumes in the M1/SLNP group were significantly smaller than those in the SLNP group(p<0.01),indicating M1/SLNP exhibited enhanced antitumor efficacy.Consequently,M1/SLNP showed great potential as a novel cellchemotherapeutic strategy combining both cell therapy and targeting chemotherapy.Teng Hou Tianqi Wang Weiwei Mu Rui Yang Shuang Liang Zipeng Zhang Shunli Fu Tong Gao Yongjun Liu Na Zhang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,1:1
18Ammonia promotes the proliferation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells by regulating the Akt/mTOR/S6k pathway显示文摘Ammonia plays an important role in cellular metabolism.However,ammonia is considered a toxic product.In bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells,multipotent stem cells with high expression of glutamine synthetase(GS)in bone marrow,ammonia and glutamate can be converted to glutamine via glutamine synthetase activity to support the proliferation of MSCs.As a major nutritional amino acid for biosynthesis,glutamine can activate the Akt/mTOR/S6k pathway to stimulate cell proliferation.The activation of mTOR can promote cell entry into S phase,thereby enhancing DNA synthesis and cell proliferation.Our studies demonstrated that mesenchymal stem cells can convert the toxic waste product ammonia into nutritional glutamine via GS activity.Then,the Akt/mTOR/S6k pathway is activated to promote bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell proliferation.These results suggest a new therapeutic strategy and potential target for the treatment of diseases involving hyperammonemia.Yu Liu Xiangxian Zhang Wei Wang Ting Liu Jun Ren Siyuan Chen Tianqi Lu Yan Tie Xia Yuan Fei Mo Jingyun Yang Yuquan Wei Xiawei Wei 2022Bone Research2022,10,4:1
19A path planning algorithm for autonomous flying vehicles in cross-countryenvironments with a novel TF-RRT^(*) method显示文摘Autonomous flying vehicles(AFVs)are promising future vehicles,which have high obstacle avoidance ability.To plan a feasible path in a wide range of cross-country environments for the AFV,a triggered forward optimal rapidly-exploring random tree(TF-RRT^(*))method is proposed.Firstly,an improved sampling and tree growth mechanism is built.Sampling and tree growth are allowed only in the forward region close to the target point,which significantly improves the planning speed;Secondly,the driving modes(ground-driving mode or air-driving mode)of the AFV are added to the sampling process as a planned state for uniform planning the driving path and driving mode;Thirdly,according to the dynamics and energy consumption models of the AFV,comprehensive indicators with energy consumption and efficiency are established for path optimal procedures,so as to select driving mode and plan driving path reasonably according to the demand.The proposed method is verified by simulations with an actual cross-country environment.Results show that the computation time is decreased by 71.08%compared with Informed-RRT^(*)algorithm,and the path length of the proposed method decreased by 13.01%compared with RRT^(*)-Connect algorithm.Tianqi Qie Weida Wang Chao Yang Ying Li Wenjie Liu Changle Xiang 2022Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation2022,1,3:1
