1Self-transforming ultrathin α-Co(OH)2 nanosheet arrays from metal-organic framework modified graphene oxide with sandwichlike structure for efficient electrocatalytic oxygen evolution显示文摘Developing efficient and low-cost electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)with high electrochemical activity and durability for diverse renewable and sustainable energy technologies remains challenging.Herein,an ultrasonic-assisted and coordination modulation strategy is developed to construct sandwich-like metal-organic framework(MOF)derived hydroxide nanosheet(NS)arrays/graphene oxide(GO)composite via one-step self-transformation route.Inducing from unsteady state,the dodecahedral ZIF-67 with Co^2+in tetrahedral coordination auto-converts into defect-rich ultrathin layered hydroxides with the interlayered ion NO3-.The self-transforming a-Co(OH)2/GO nanosheet arrays from ZIF-67(Co(OH)2-GNS)change the coordination mode of Co^2+and bring about the exposure of more metal active sites,thereby enhancing the spatial utilization ratio within the framework.As monometal-based electrocatalyst,the optimized Co(OH)2-GNS exhibits remarkable OER catalytic performance evidenced by a low overpotential of 259 mV to achieve a current density of 10 mA·cm-2 in alkaline medium,even exceeding commercial RuO2.During the oxygen evolution process,electron migration can be accelerated by the interfacial/in-plane charge polarization and local electric field,corroborated by the off-axis electron holography.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations further studied the collaboration between ultrathin Co(OH)2 NS and GO,which leads to lower energy barriers of intermediate products and greatly promotes electrocatalytic property.Mengqiu Huang Weiwei Liu Lei Wang Jiwei Liu Guanyu Chen Wenbin You Jie Zhang Lijun Yuan Xuefeng Zhang Renchao Che 2020Nano Research2020,13,3:4

3Engineering the electronic structure on MXenes via multidimensional component interlayer insertion for enhanced electromagnetic shielding显示文摘MXene-based functional electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding films are highly desirable for mod-ern integrated electronic and telecommunication systems in aerospace,military,artificial intelligence,and smart and wearable electronics field.In this work,3D freestanding Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/CNTs/Ni film assembled by 1D multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/Ni and 2D Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene sheets was synthesized by a facile vacuum filtration process.By electrostatic incorporation,hexagonal nickel plates embed on the CNTs and then the CNTs/Ni insert into the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)layers to form magnetized Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-based functional film with a compact and laminated structure.Due to the outstanding electron migration capacity in the highly conductive Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)sheet and multiple internal reflections from porous and segregated structures,the op-timized Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/CNTs/Ni composite films show excellent EMI shielding effectiveness of 67.4 dB with elec-trical conductivity of 744 S cm^(-1).Surprisingly,a magnetization compensation strategy is built to boost the EMI shielding effectiveness with decreased conductivity.Meanwhile,the visual magnetic coupling phenomenon and charge distribution in the heterogeneous interfaces could be observed in the recon-structed electron holography images.Those encouraging results shed light on novel magnetized MXene-based functional films for high-performance EMI shielding.Mengqiu Huang Lei Wang Biao Zhao Guanyu Chen Renchao Che 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,7:2
4cGAS guards against chromosome endto-end fusions during mitosis and facilitates replicative senescence显示文摘As a sensor of cytosolic DNA, the role of cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS) in innate immune response is well established, yet how its functions in different biological conditions remain to be elucidated. Here, we identify cGAS as an essential regulator in inhibiting mitotic DNA double-strand break (DSB) repair and protecting short telomeres from end-to-end fusion independent of the canonical cGAS-STING pathway. cGAS associates with telomeric/subtelomeric DNA during mitosis when TRF1/TRF2/POT1 are deficient on telomeres. Depletion of cGAS leads to mitotic chromosome end-to-end fusions predominantly occurring between short telomeres. Mechanistically, cGAS interacts with CDK1 and positions them to chromosome ends. Thus, CDK1 inhibits mitotic non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) by blocking the recruitment of RNF8. cGAS-deficient human primary cells are defective in entering replicative senescence and display chromosome end-to-end fusions, genome instability and prolonged growth arrest. 7Constructing P-CoMoO_(4)@NiCoP heterostructure nanoarrays on Ni foam as efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water splitting显示文摘Improving catalytic activity and durabilty through the structural and compositional development of bifunctional electrocatalysts with low cost,high activity and stability is a challenging issue in electrochemical water splitting.Herein,we report the fabrication of heterostructured P-CoMoO_(4)@NiCoP on a Ni foam substrate through interface engineering,by adjusting its composition and architecture.Benefitting from the tailored electronic structure and exposed active sites,the heterostructured P-CoMoO_(4)@NiCoP/NF arrays can be coordinated to boost the overall water splitting.In addition,the superhydrophilic and superaerophobic properties of P-CoMoO_(4)@NiCoP/NF make it conducive to water dissociation and bubble separation in the electrocatalytic process.The heterostructured PCoMoO_(4)@NiCoP/NF exhibits excellent bifunctional electrocatalysis activity with a low overpotential of 66 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) for HER and 252 mV at 100 mA cm^(-2) for OER.Only 1.62 V potential is required to deliver 20 mA cm^(-2) in a two-electrode electrolysis system,providing a decent overall water splitting performance.The rational construction of the heterostructure makes it possible to regulate the electronic structures and active sites of the electrocatalysts to promote their catalytic activity.Ning You Shuai Cao Mengqiu Huang Xiaoming Fan Kun Shi Haijian Huang Zhangxian Chen Zeheng Yang Weixin Zhang 2023Nano Materials Science2023,5,3:0

9Construction and validation of prognostic model based on autophagy-related lncRNAs in gastric cancer显示文摘Gastric cancer(GC)is one of the most common cancer worldwide.Although emerging evidence indicates that autophagy-related long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in the progression of GC,the prognosis of GC based on autophagy is still deficient.The Cancer Genome of Atlas stomach adenocarcinoma(TCGA-STAD)dataset was downloaded and separated into a training set and a testing set randomly.Then,24 autophagy-related lncRNAs were found strongly associated with the survival of the TCGA-STAD dataset.11 lncRNAs were selected to build the risk score model through the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression.Every patient got a risk score(RS),and patients were separated into a high-risk group and a low-risk group due to the median RS.The multivariate Cox analysis showed that the RS could be an independent prognosis predictor.The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and the Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve indicated the model had an excellent prediction effect.Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis revealed that the mRNAs in the prognostic network were mainly involved in the autophagy and ubiquitin-like protein ligase binding.Gene Set Enrichment Analysis(GSEA)analysis uncovered that the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in the high-risk group partially participated in the ECM receptor interaction and other signaling pathways.Our results indicated that the risk score model based on the autophagy-related lncRNAs performed well in the prediction of prognosis for patients with GC.MENGQIU CHENG WEI CAO GUODONG CAO XIN XU BO CHEN 2022BIOCELL2022,46,1:0
10Identification of differential mRNA and lncRNA expression in AcMNPV-infected Sf9 cells显示文摘Sf9Sf9 are the ovarian cells of Spodoptera frugiperda that is the host of Autographa californica multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus(AcMNPV),and hence can serve as an effective test vehicle to understand the AcMNPV infection mechanism.In this study,through high-throughput sequencing technology using samples collected from Sf9 cells at different time points after AcMNPV infection,3463 pieces of time-series differentially expressed RNA(1,200 mRNA and 2,263 lncRNA)are identified and justified by experimental verification of randomly selected samples from them,proving the validity of the bioinformatical analysis on this topic.Functional enrichment analysis and target prediction are performed on those differentially expressed RNA,from which the major functional enrichment distribution of those differentially expressed mRNA is derived.It has been found that the differential genes are mainly in the cellular anatomical entity and intracellular in terms of the cellular component,and in the binding and catalytic activity in terms of the molecular function.Also,the differential mRNA are mainly concentrated in global and overview maps,signal transduction,infectious diseases,and viral,etc.Moreover,those mRNA targeted by lncRNA are predicted.The correlation between those differentially expressed lncRNA and mRNA indicates that lncRNA is very likely playing an important role in the interaction between virus and host.Aided by an advanced co-expression analysis approach,the“hub”RNA is also identified.The study in this work pave the way for further analyzing and understanding how AcMNPV escapes from the host’s immunity,manipulates the host to realize the selfmultiplication,and realizes the timely conversion between its two particle forms,laying the foundation for uncovering the host’s immune response process.TIEJUN ZHAO RIQIANG DENG MENGQIU CHEN XUNZHANG WANG 2022BIOCELL2022,46,7:0
11PuHox52 promotes coordinated uptake of nitrate,phosphate, and iron under nitrogen deficiency in Populus ussuriensis显示文摘It is of great importance to better understand how trees regulate nitrogen(N) uptake under N deficiency conditions which severely challenge afforestation practices, yet the underlying molecular mechanisms have not been well elucidated. Here,we functionally characterized PuHox52, a Populus ussuriensis HD-ZIP transcription factor, whose overexpression greatly enhanced nutrient uptake and plant growth under N deficiency. We first conducted an RNA sequencing experiment to obtain root transcriptome using PuHox52-overexpression lines of P. ussuriensis under low N treatment. We then performed multiple genetic and phenotypic analyses to identify key target genes of PuHox52 and validated how they acted against N deficiency under PuHox52 regulation.PuHox52 was specifically induced in roots by N deficiency, and overexpression of PuHox52promoted N uptake, plant growth, and root development. We demonstrated that several nitrate-responsive genes(PuNRT1.1, PuNRT2.4,PuCLC-b, PuNIA2, PuNIR1, and PuNLP1),phosphate-responsive genes(PuPHL1A and PuPHL1B), and an iron transporter gene(PuIRT1) were substantiated to be direct targets of PuHox52. Among them, PuNRT1.1, PuPHL1A/B, and PuIRT1 were upregulated to relatively higher levels during PuHox52-mediated responses against N deficiency in PuHox52-overexpression lines compared to WT. 13Radiation Spectral Analysis of 3D Dust Molecular Clusters(PAHs)and Peptoids under Ionization and Electric Field in ISM显示文摘Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),PANHs,and peptoids dust spectral calculations from the interstellar medium(ISM)are important for dust observations and theory.Our goal is to calculate the radiation spectrum of spherical PAHs dust clusters in a vacuum containing ionized and applied in the presence of an electric field.We propose a new simple computational model to calculate the size of three-dimensional spherical dust clusters formed by different initial dust structures.By the Vienna Ab-initio Simulation Package code,the density functional theory with the generalized approximation was used to calculate the electron density gradient and obtain the radiation spectrum of dust.When the radius of spherical dust clusters is~[0.009-0.042]μm,the dust radiation spectrum agrees well with the Z=0.02 mMMP stellar spectra,and the PAHs radiation spectrum of NGC 4676 at wavelengths of(0-5]μm and(5-10]μm,respectively.In the ionized state,the N-PAH,C_(10)H_(9)N,2(C_(4)H_(4))^(1+),and peptoids 4(CHON),(C_(8)H_(10)N_(2)O_(5))^(1+)dust clusters at 3.3μm,while the 2(C_(22)H_(21)N_(3)O_(2))^(1+),4(CHON)dust clusters at 5.2μm have obvious peaks.There is a characteristic of part of PAHs and peptoids clusters radiation at the nearinfrared wavelength of 2μm.However,especially after applying an electric field to the dust,the emission spectrum of the dust increases significantly in the radiation wavelength range[3-10]μm.Consequently,the dust clusters of PAHs,PANHs,and peptoids of the radius size~[0.009-0.042]μm are likely to exist in the ISM.Ruiqing Wu Chunhua Zhu Guoliang Lü Xiaojiao Zhang Xizhen Lu Jinlong Yu Wujin Chen Mengqiu Long 2024Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2024,24,1:0
14Spatiotemporal variation of cyanobacterial harmful algal blooms in China based on literature and media information显示文摘Cyanobacterial harmful algal blooms(CyanoHABs)in inland waters are now among the most pressing environmental issues worldwide,especially in China.Satellite remote sensing has limitations in monitoring CyanoHABs in small water bodies due to spatial and temporal resolution limitations.While literature and news media have the potential to supplement satellite remote sensing in monitoring CyanoHABs,they have currently not received sufficient attention.In this study,we combined information on the distributions of CyanoHABs from literature and media for the first time to comprehensively assess the spatiotemporal variation in CyanoHABs in China.We collected,cleaned,validated,and organized data from literature and media on CyanoHABs in China,resulting in the establishment of a comprehensive database on CyanoHABs in China's inland waters(ChinaCyanoDB)covering 198 water bodies,525 records for 1950-2021.The majority of water bodies with CyanoHABs(CyanoWaters)are located in the eastern China,mainly concentrated in the middle and lower Yangtze region,with a clear upward trend in their number over the last four decades.The ChinaCyanoDB and analytical results can provide valuable data support for monitoring and managing CyanoHABs in China while the database construction method may also be applied to other countries and regions.Yichen Du Chen Wang Mengqiu Wang Huan Zhao Kai Yan Yunchang Mu Wenzhi Zhang Fangfang Zhang Shenglei Wanga Junsheng Li 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
