| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 2 | Echinacoside Protects Against MPP+-Induced Neuronal Apoptosis via ROS/ATF3/CHOP Pathway Regulation显示文摘Echinacoside(ECH) is protective in a mouse model of Parkinson's disease(PD) induced by 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion(MPP^+). To investigate the mechanisms involved, SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells were treated with MPP^+or a combination of MPP^+and ECH,and the expression of ATF3(activating transcription factor3), CHOP(C/EBP-homologous protein), SCNA(synuclein alpha), and GDNF(glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor) was assessed. The results showed that ECH significantly improved cell survival by inhibiting the generation of MPP^+-induced reactive oxygen species(ROS). In addition, ECH suppressed the ROS and MPP^+-induced expression of apoptotic genes(ATF3, CHOP, and SCNA). ECH markedly decreased the MPP^+-induced caspase-3 activity in a dose-dependent manner. ATF3-knockdown also decreased the CHOP and cleaved caspase-3 levels and inhibited the apoptosis induced by MPP^+.Interestingly, ECH partially restored the GDNF expression that was down-regulated by MPP^+. ECH also improved dopaminergic neuron survival during MPP^+treatment and protected these neurons against the apoptosis induced by MPTP. | 3 | First mass measurement of short-lived nuclides at HIRFL-CSR显示文摘Recent commissioning of the HIRFL-CSR has demonstrated its ability to perform direct mass measurement for short-lived nuclides. Projectile fragments produced by the 78Kr ions at 481.88 MeV/u were separated with the new radioactive beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL2), and injected into and stored in the experimental storage ring (CSRe). By operating the CSRe as an isochronous mass spectrometry, a typical mass resolution around 2.0×10?5 has been achieved. The masses for 63Ge, 65As and 67Se were measured for the first time. The measured masses are compared with theoretical predictions and the location of the proton drip-line for As isotopes is discussed. | 4 | Genome-wide Dissection of Co-selected UV-B Responsive Pathways in the UV-B Adaptation of Qingke显示文摘Qingke (Tibetan hulless barley) has long been cultivated and exposed to long-term and strong UV-B radiation on the Tibetan Plateau, which renders it an ideal species for elucidating novel UV-B responsive mechanisms in plants. Here we report a comprehensive metabolite profiling and metabolite-based genome-wide association study (mGWAS) using 196 diverse qingke and barley accessions. Our results demonstrated both constitutive and induced accumulation, and common genetic regulation, of metabolites from different branches of the phenylpropanoid pathway that are involved in UV-B protection. A total of 90 significant mGWAS loci for these metabolites were identified in barley-qingke differentiation regions, and a number of high-level metabolite trait alleles were found to be significantly enriched in qingke, suggesting co-selection of various phenylpropanoids. Upon dissecting the entire phenylpropanoid pathway, we identified some key determinants controlling natural variation of phenylpropanoid content, including three novel proteins, a flavone C-pentosyltransferase, a tyramine hydroxycinnamoyl acyltransferase, and a MYB transcription factor. | 10 | Vertical distribution of aerosol optical properties based on aircraft measurements over the Loess Plateau in China显示文摘Vertical distributions of aerosol optical properties based on aircraft measurements over the Loess Plateau were measured for the first time during a summertime aircraft campaign, 2013 in Shanxi, China. Data from four flights were analyzed. The vertical distributions of aerosol optical properties including aerosol scattering coefficients(σsc), absorption coefficients(σab),Angstr?m exponent(α), single scattering albedo(ω), backscattering ratio(βsc), aerosol mass scattering proficiency(Q sc) and aerosol surface scattering proficiency(Q sc′) were obtained. The mean statistical values of σsc were 77.45 Mm-1(at 450 nm), 50.72 Mm-1(at 550 nm), and32.02 Mm-1(at 700 nm). The mean value of σab was 7.62 Mm-1(at 550 nm). The mean values ofα, βsc and ω were 1.93, 0.15, and 0.91, respectively. Aerosol concentration decreased with altitude. Most effective diameters(ED) of aerosols were less than 0.8 μm. The vertical profiles of σsc,, α, βsc, Q sc and Q sc′ showed that the aerosol scattering properties at lower levels contributed the most to the total aerosol radiative forcing. Both α and βsc had relatively large values, suggesting that most aerosols in the observational region were small particles. The mean values of σsc, α, βsc, Q sc, Q sc′, σab and ω at different height ranges showed that most of the parameters decreased with altitude. | 13 | Self-transforming ultrathin α-Co(OH)2 nanosheet arrays from metal-organic framework modified graphene oxide with sandwichlike structure for efficient electrocatalytic oxygen evolution显示文摘Developing efficient and low-cost electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)with high electrochemical activity and durability for diverse renewable and sustainable energy technologies remains challenging.Herein,an ultrasonic-assisted and coordination modulation strategy is developed to construct sandwich-like metal-organic framework(MOF)derived hydroxide nanosheet(NS)arrays/graphene oxide(GO)composite via one-step self-transformation route.Inducing from unsteady state,the dodecahedral ZIF-67 with Co^2+in tetrahedral coordination auto-converts into defect-rich ultrathin layered hydroxides with the interlayered ion NO3-.The self-transforming a-Co(OH)2/GO nanosheet arrays from ZIF-67(Co(OH)2-GNS)change the coordination mode of Co^2+and bring about the exposure of more metal active sites,thereby enhancing the spatial utilization ratio within the framework.As monometal-based electrocatalyst,the optimized Co(OH)2-GNS exhibits remarkable OER catalytic performance evidenced by a low overpotential of 259 mV to achieve a current density of 10 mA·cm-2 in alkaline medium,even exceeding commercial RuO2.During the oxygen evolution process,electron migration can be accelerated by the interfacial/in-plane charge polarization and local electric field,corroborated by the off-axis electron holography.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations further studied the collaboration between ultrathin Co(OH)2 NS and GO,which leads to lower energy barriers of intermediate products and greatly promotes electrocatalytic property. | Mengqiu Huang Weiwei Liu Lei Wang Jiwei Liu Guanyu Chen Wenbin You Jie Zhang Lijun Yuan Xuefeng Zhang Renchao Che | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,3: | 4 |

Effects of inlet benzene concentration from 10 to 300 g/m 3 , rutile mass fraction from about 20 to 50% and photoluminescence (PL) intensity of TiO 2 nanoparticles on degradation degree are examined under the conditions of 70% relative humidity, 38 g/cm 2 catalyst loading, 24 mW/cm 2 UV irradiation of 254 nm and 5.7 s residence time in the reactor. | 16 | Isolation and Characterization of Fucoidans from Five Brown Algae and Evaluation of Their Antioxidant Activity显示文摘In this study, we evaluated the chemical property and antioxidant activity of fucoidans isolated from brown algae, Laminaria japonica(LJF), Lessonia nigrescens(LNF), Lessonia trabeculata(LTF), Ascophyllum mackaii(AMF), and Ecklonia maxima(EMF). LJF was less in sulfate content(14.16%) and more in galactose and mannose content(1.08 and 0.68) than the documented early. EMF contained 20%–30% of sulfate and fucose, 0.97 in molar ratio which was lower than that of sulfate to other four fucoidans(1.21–1.41). AMF(162 kDa) and EMF(150 kDa) were the first two largest in molecular weight, which were followed by LJP(126 kDa), LNF(113 kDa) and LTF(105 kDa). The fucoidans isolated these algae showed a wide range of antioxidant activity in vitro. It was found that the reducing power of the isolated fucoidans was positively correlated with their sulfate content and molecular weight. In addition, LNF and LTF at low concentrations exhibited high superoxide and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity. | 17 | Distribution of Helium Resources in Weihe Basin,Central China:Insight from 3D Magnetic Inversion显示文摘There is promising indication of helium-rich natural gas in Weihe Basin.However,the lack of a detailed investigation on the origin and the spatial distribution of helium source rocks(mainly Yanshanian granites)limits the helium potentiality evaluation in Weihe Basin(WB).We performed three-dimensional(3 D)inversions of magnetic data in Weihe Basin and its adjacent areas to figure out the crustal thermal structure and the temporal-spatial distribution of deep granite in the basin.Based on this,we have proposed a geological model of helium accumulation and predicted the potential area of helium distribution.The results of 3 D magnetic inversion indicate that the granites in the deep Weihe Basin are mostly located at the central and southern parts of the basin,which are connected spatially with the granites in the North Qinling Orogenic Belt.These granites were all derived from largescale intra-continental orogeny in the Qinling area during the mid-Mesozoic,providing a good material basis for crust-derived helium in the basin.The local uplift of the Curie surface makes the thermal fluid more actively,which contributes to helium accumulation.The faults developed in the WB are the migration pathway of crust-derived helium and the upward migration of the mantle-derived helium.The wells with high percentage helium are mostly located near the Weihe fault and the areas on the south of it.The Wugong-Xi’an-Lantian area in the central and the Lintong-Weinan-Tongguan area in the eastern Weihe Basin are the most promising helium distribution areas.Furthermore,the region from the north of Taibai Mountain to Baoji City in the western Weihe Basin may also be another potential area of Helium resource. | Xuliang Feng Bingqiang Yuan Yuhong Li Chunguan Zhang Lijun Song | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022,33,4: | 3 |

Despite the rapid progress in PCE, the device stability is a key issue that impedes the commercialization of PSCs. Recently, all-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites have attracted much attention due to their better stability compared with their organic-inorganic counterpart. In this progress report, we summarize the properties of CsPb(IxBr1-x)3 and their applications in solar cells. The current challenges and corresponding solutions are discussed. | 20 | Effects of parental empathy and emotion regulation on social competence and emotional/behavioral problems of school‐age children显示文摘Importance Parents take the lead in parent–child interactions and their emotion regulation ability and empathy during parenting may be associated with children’s emotional/behavioral problems.However,the specific mechanisms underlying these associations remain unclear.Objective The present study aimed to explore the effect of parental empathy and emotional regulation on social competence and emotional/behavioral problems in school‐age children.Methods A questionnaire‐based survey was conducted with 274 parents of 8–11‐year‐old children using Achenbach’s Child Behavior Checklist,the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,and the Questionnaire of Cognitive and Affective Empathy.Results Children with emotional/behavioral problems(n=37)had relatively lower social competence than children in a matched control group(n=37).Compared with the parents of children in the control group,parents of children with emotional/behavioral problems had significantly lower cognitive empathy scores,mainly manifested by low perspective‐taking and online simulation abilities.Mediation analysis showed that parental cognitive empathy had an indirect effect on children’s emotional/behavioral problems through children’s social competence.Interpretation Parental empathy may have a subtle influence on the social competence of school‐aged children,which further affects the severity of children’s emotional/behavioral problems. | Kun Meng Yizhe Yuan Yali Wang Jianning Liang Lijun Wang Jianfei Shen Yanyu Wang | 2020 | Pediatric Investigation2020,4,2: | 2 |
