3Endovascular treatment with or without intravenous alteplase for acute ischaemic stroke due to basilar artery occlusion显示文摘Background and purpose It remains controversial if endovascular treatment(EVT)can improve the outcome of patients with acute basilar artery occlusion(BAO).This study aims to compare the functional outcomes between EVT with and without intravenous thrombolysis(IVT)first in patients who had acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)due to BAO.Methods Patients who had AIS with BAO who underwent EVT within 24 hours of onset were enrolled in this multicentre cohort study,and the efficacy and safety were compared between IVT+EVT and direct EVT.The primary outcome was 90-day functional independence.All outcomes were assessed with adjusted OR(aOR)from the multivariable logistic regression.In addition,a meta-analysis was performed on all recently published pivotal studies on functional independence after EVT in patients with BAO.Results Of 310 enrolled patients with BAO,241(78%)were treated with direct EVT and 69(22%)with IVT+EVT.Direct EVT was associated with a worse functional outcome(aOR,0.46(95%CI 0.24 to 0.85),p=0.01).IVT+EVT was associated with a lower percentage of patients who needed≥3 passes of stent retriever(10.14%vs 20.75%).The meta-analysis regression revealed a potential positive correlation between bridging with IVT first and functional independence(r=0.14(95%CI 0.05 to 0.24),p<0.01).Conclusions This study showed that compared with direct EVT,EVT with IVT first was associated with better functional outcomes in patients with BAO treated within 24 hours of onset.The meta-analysis demonstrated similar favourable efficacy of IVT first followed by EVT in patients with BAO.Ximing Nie David Wang Yuehua Pu Yufei Wei Qixuan Lu Hongyi Yan Xin Liu Lina Zheng Jingyi Liu Xinxuan Yang Yarong Ding Dacheng Liu Wanying Duan Zhe Zhang Zhonghua Yang Miao Wen Weibin Gu Xinyi Hou Xinyi Leng Yuesong Pan Zhongrong Miao Liping Liu 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,3:10

6Tunable Schottky barrier width and enormously enhanced photoresponsivity in Sb doped SnS2 monolayer显示文摘Doping, which is the intentional introducti on of impurities into a material, can improve the metal-semiconductor interface by reducing Schottky barrier width. Here, we prese nt high-quality two-dime nsional SnS2 nano sheets with well-controlled Sb dopi ng concen tration via direct vapor growth approach and following micromechanical cleavage process. X-ray photoelectro n spectroscopy (XPS) measureme nt dem on strates that Sb contents of the doped samples are approximately 0.22%, 0.34% and 1.21%, respectively, and doping in duces the upward shift of the Fermi level with respect to the pristi ne SnS2. Tran smissio n electro n microscopy (TEM) characterizatio n exhibits that Sb-doped SnS2 nano sheets have a high-quality hexagonal symmetry structure and Sb element is uniformly distributed in the nano sheets. The phototra nsistors based on the Sb-doped SnS2 mono layers show n-type behavior with high mobility which is one order of magn itude higher than that of pristi ne SnS2 phototra nsistors. The photorespo nsivity and exter nal quantum efficiency (EQE) of Sb-S nS2 mono layers phototra nsistors are approximately three orders of magnitude higher than that of pristine SnS2 phototransistor. 7High-performance asymmetric electrodes photodiode based on Sb/WSe2 heterostructure显示文摘Two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals (vdWs) metal-semiconductor heterostructures with atomically sharp interface and matched work functions have recently attracted great attention due to their unique electronic and optoelectronic properties. Here we report the vapor phase epitaxial growth of large-scale vertical Sb/WSe2 metal-semiconductor vdWs heterostructures with uniform stacking orientation. Compared with the growth on S1O2/S1 substrate, the thick ness of Sb nan osheet on WSe2 can be reduced effectively to mono layer. We con struct Sb-WSe2-Au asymmetric electrodes photodiode based on the Sb/WSe2 heterostructures. Electrical transport measurements indicate that the photodiode show obvious rectifying effect. Optoelectronic characterizations show prominent photoresponse with a high photoresposivity of 364 mA/W, a fast response time of less than 8 ms, a large open-circuit voltage of 0.27 V and a maximum electrical power output of 0.11 nW. 8A Second-Order Sliding Mode Controller of Quad-Rotor UAV Based on PID Sliding Mode Surface with Unbalanced Load显示文摘Quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is a typical multiple-input-multiple-output underactuated system with couplings and nonlinearity.Usually,the flying environment is very complex,so that it is impossible for the UAV to avoid effects derived from disturbances and uncertainties.In order to improve the reliability of flight control,we established the dynamic model of quad-rotor UAV by Newton-Euler equation in unbalanced load conditions.Considering external disturbances in the attitude,a second-order sliding mode controller was designed with PID sliding mode surface and Extended State Observer(ESO).The simulation experiments have got good control performance,illustrating the effectiveness of our controller.Meanwhile,the controller was implemented in a quadrotor UAV,which carried a pan-tilt camera for aerial photography.The actual flight experiments proved that this paper dealt with the high stabilization flight control problem for the quad-rotor UAV,which laid a good foundation for autonomous flight of the UAV.KANG Bing MIAO Yan LIU Fu DUAN Jilu WANG Ke JIANG Shoukun 2021Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2021,34,2:5
9Spectral sensitivity of the compound eyes of Anomala corpulenta motschulsky(Coleoptera:Scarabaeoidea)显示文摘The scarab beetle, Anomala corpulenta Motschulsky(Coleoptera: Scarabaeoidea), is a widespread and destructive pest in China. Vision is one of the most important means of acquiring information about the external environment. In order to contribute to the understanding of the perception of visual stimuli in this species, the light sensitivity and spectral responses of the scarab beetle, A. corpulenta, were measured by using an electroretinogram(ERG) technique. In total, 14 monochromatic light intensities, between 340 and 605 nm, were applied to the compound eyes of A. corpulenta under varying levels of adaptation to dark and light conditions. The results showed that all light stimuli induced an ERG response, with varied amplitudes. The spectral sensitivity curve of dark-adapted eyes showed one major peak(~400 nm; near-ultraviolet), a secondary peak(from 498 to 562 nm; yellow-green) and the third peakat 460 nm. By contrast, in light-adapted eyes, only a near-UV peak was observed. From these results, we conclude that the compound eye of A. corpulenta is likely to have at least three spectral types of photoreceptor. Significance of differences were also recorded in the responses of male and female compound eyes, as well as diurnally and nocturnally. The amplitude of ERG in response to white-light stimuli varied with the light intensity: The stronger the luminance, the higher the ERG value. 11Antimicrobial peptide LL-37 forms complex with bacterial DNA to facilitate blood translocation of bacterial DNA and aggravate ulcerative colitis显示文摘Bacterial DNA(bacDNA) is frequently found in serum of patient with ulcerative colitis(UC) and Crohn's disease, even blood bacterial culture is negative. How bacDNA evades immune elimination and is translocated into blood remain unclear. Here, we showed that bacDNA avoids elimination and disables bacteriakilling function of antimicrobial peptide LL-37(Cramp in mice) by forming complex with LL-37, which is inducible after culture with bacteria or bacterial products. Elevated LL-37-bacDNA complex was found in plasma and lesions of patients with UC. LL-37-bacDNA promoted inflammation by inducing Th1, Th2 and Th17 differentiation and activating toll-like receptor-9(TLR9). The complex also increased paracellular permeability, which possibly combines its inflammatory effects to promote local damage and bacDNA translocation into blood. Cramp-bacDNA aggravated mouse colitis severity while interference with the complex ameliorated the disease. The study identifies that inflammatogenic bacDNA utilizes LL-37 as a vehicle for blood translocation and to evade immune elimination. 12Gallic Acid: A Potential Anti-Cancer Agent显示文摘Cancer is one of the most devastating diseases worldwide and definitive therapeutics for treating cancer are not yet available despite extensive research efforts. The key challenges include limiting factors connected with traditional chemotherapeutics, primarily drug resistance, low response rates, and adverse side-effects. Therefore, there is a high demand for novel anti-cancer drugs that are both potent and safe for cancer prevention and treatment. Gallic acid(GA), a natural botanic phenolic compound, can mediate various therapeutic properties that are involved in anti-inflammation, anti-obesity, and anti-cancer activities. More recently, GA has been shown to exert anti-cancer activities via several biological pathways that include migration, metastasis, apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, angiogenesis, and oncogene expression. This review discusses two aspects, one is the anti-cancer potential of GA against different types of cancer and the underlying molecular mechanisms, the other is the bibliometric analysis of GA in cancer and tumor research. The results indicated that lung cancer, prostate cancer, stomach cancer, and colon adenocarcinoma may become a hot topic in further research. 13Synthesis of MnO2/N-doped ultramicroporous carbon nanospheres for high-performance supercapacitor electrodes显示文摘We demonstrate a simple and highly efficient strategy to synthesize MnO_2/nitrogen-doped ultramicroporous carbon nanospheres(MnO_2/N-UCNs) for supercapacitor application.MnO_2/N-UCNs were fabricated via a template-free polymerization of resorcinol/formaldehyde on the surface of phloroglucinol/terephthalaldehyde colloids in the presence of hexamethylenetetramine,followed by carbonization and then a redox reaction between carbons and KMnO_4.As-prepared MnO_2/N-UCNs exhibits regular ultramicropores,high surface area,nitrogen heteroatom,and high content of MnO_2.A typical MnO_2/N-UCNs with 57 wt.%MnO_2 doping content(denoted as MnO_2(57%)/N-UCNs) makes the most use of the synergistic effect between carbons and metal oxides.MnO_2(57%)/N-UCNs as a supercapacitor electrode exhibits excellent electrochemical performance such as a high specific capacitance(401 F/g at 1.0 A/g) and excellent charge/discharge stability(86.3%of the initial capacitance after 10,000 cycles at 2.0 A/g) in 1.0 mol/L Na_2SO_4 electrolyte.The well-designed and high-performance MnO_2/N-UCNs highlight the great potential for advanced supercapacitor applications.Wen-Jing Lu Shi-Ze Huang Ling Miao Ming-Xian Liu Da-Zhang Zhu Liang-Chun Li Hui Duan Zi-Jie Xu Li-Hua Gan 2017Chinese Chemical Letters2017,28,6:3
14UWB Channel Modeling and Simulation with Continuous Frequency Response显示文摘Ultra-wideband(UWB)technology is a prospective technology for high-rate transmission and accurate localization in the future communication systems.State-of-art channel modeling approaches usually divide the UWB channel into several sub-band channels and model them independently.By considering frequency-dependent channel parameters,a novel analytical UWB channel model with continuous frequency response is proposed.The composite effect of all frequency components within the UWB channel on the channel impulse response(CIR)of delay domain is derived based on the continuous channel transfer function(CTF)of frequency domain.On this basis,a closed-form simulation model for UWB channels and geometry-based parameter calculation method are developed,which can guarantee the continuity of channel characteristics on the frequency domain and greatly reduce the simulation complexity.Finally,the proposed method is applied to generate UWB channel with 2 GHz bandwidth at sub-6GHz and millimeter wave(mmWave)bands,respectively.The channel measurements are also carried out to validate the proposed method.The simulated CIR and power gain are shown to be in good agreement with the measurement data.Moreover,the comparison results of power gain and Doppler power spectral density(DPSD)show that the proposed UWB channel model Received:Apr.23,2022 Revised:Jun.09,2022 Editor:Wei Fan achieves a good balance between the simulation accuracy and efficiency.Kai Mao Qiuming Zhu Xijuan Ye Ruirui Feng Fuqiao Duan Yang Miao Maozhong Song 2022China Communications2022,19,11:3
15Parametric sensitivity analysis of precipitation and temperature based on multi-uncertainty quantification methods in the Weather Research and Forecasting model显示文摘Sensitivity analysis(SA) has been widely used to screen out a small number of sensitive parameters for model outputs from all adjustable parameters in weather and climate models, helping to improve model predictions by tuning the parameters. However, most parametric SA studies have focused on a single SA method and a single model output evaluation function, which makes the screened sensitive parameters less comprehensive. In addition, qualitative SA methods are often used because simulations using complex weather and climate models are time-consuming. Unlike previous SA studies, this research has systematically evaluated the sensitivity of parameters that affect precipitation and temperature simulations in the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF) model using both qualitative and quantitative global SA methods. In the SA studies, multiple model output evaluation functions were used to conduct various SA experiments for precipitation and temperature. The results showed that five parameters(P3, P5, P7, P10, and P16) had the greatest effect on precipitation simulation results and that two parameters(P7 and P10) had the greatest effect for temperature. Using quantitative SA, the two-way interactive effect between P7 and P10 was also found to be important, especially for precipitation. The microphysics scheme had more sensitive parameters for precipitation, and P10(the multiplier for saturated soil water content) was the most sensitive parameter for both precipitation and temperature. From the ensemble simulations, preliminary results indicated that the precipitation and temperature simulation accuracies could be improved by tuning the respective sensitive parameter values, especially for simulations of moderate and heavy rain.DI ZhenHua 2017Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,5:3
16Enhancement of potassium resistance of Ce-Ti oxide catalyst for NH_(3)-SCR reaction by modification with holmium显示文摘Alkali metal K in exhaust gas has a deactivation effect on NH_(3)-SCR catalysts.In this work,it is discovered that the addition of Ho on CeTi catalyst can remarkably strengthen its K tolerance.The conclusions of Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),NH_(3) temperature programmed desorption(NH_(3)-TPD)and H_(2)temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR)analyses demonstrate that the enhancement of K resistance mainly originates from its stronger surface acidity and redox capability,the higher concentration of Ce^(3+)species and surface chemisorbed oxygen.In situ DRIFT analysis reveals that the introduction of Ho on CeTi can remarkably improve the adsorption of NH_(3) and NO_(x) species on catalyst surface,accompanied by the intensified reactivity of ad-NH_(3) species,which should also administer to improve the K resistance.Chaopeng Duan Ruitang Guo Yuanzhen Liu Guilin Wu Yufang Miao Jingwen Gu Weiguo Pan 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,1:3
17Molecular Epidemiological Characteristics of Gastroenteritis Outbreaks Caused by Norovirus GII.4 Sydney[P31]Strains—China,October 2016–December 2020显示文摘Introduction:Human noroviruses are the leading cause of acute viral gastroenteritis(AGE)worldwide in all age groups.GII.4 strains have been the predominant genotype circulating globally over the last 2 decades and since 2012.GII.4 Sydney viruses have emerged and caused the majority of AGE outbreaks worldwide.Methods:Data from norovirus outbreaks from the laboratory-based surveillance of norovirus outbreaks in China(CaliciNet China)between October 2016–December 2020 were analyzed.Results:During October 2016–December 2020,1,954 norovirus outbreaks were reported,and positive fecal samples from 1,352(69.19%)outbreaks were genotyped.GII.4 Sydney[P31]viruses accounted for 2.1%(October 2016–August 2017),5.5%(September 2017–August 2018),3.3%(September 2018–August 2018),26.6%(September 2019–August 2020),and and 1.1%(September 2020–December 2020)of GII outbreaks,respectively.Compared to reference strains of GII.4 Sydney[P31]from 2012 to 2013,7 amino acid mutations in epitopes[A(297,372 and 373),B(333),E(414),and H(309 and 310)]and 1 in human histo-blood group antigens binding site at site II 372 were found by analyzing 9 GII.4 Sydney[P31]complete genomic sequences.Conclusions:This report identified the genomic variation of GII.4 Sydney[P31]from CaliciNet China.Continued surveillance with prompt genotyping and genetic analysis is necessary to monitor the emergence of novel GII.4 variants.Xi Zhu Yaqing He Xingyan Wei Xiangyu Kong Qing Zhang Jingxin Li Miao Jin Zhaojun Duan 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,53:3

19ROS-responsive capsules engineered from EGCG-Zinc networks improve therapeutic angiogenesis in mouse limb ischemia显示文摘The successful treatment of limb ischemia requires that promote angiogenesis along with microenvironment improvement.Zinc ions have been reported to stimulate angiogenesis,but application was limited to the toxicity concerns.We hypothesized that zinc based metal-EGCG capsule(EGCG/Zn Ps)can achieve sustained release Zn2+resulting in reduced toxicity and improve angiogenesis as well as the improvement of microenvironment by ROS scavenging of EGCG.The surface morphology,zeta potential,infrared absorbance peaks and zinc ion release profile of the EGCG/Zn Ps were measured.In vitro,EGCG/Zn showed significantly antioxidant,antiinflammatory and induced cell migration effect.In addition,EGCG/Zn Ps enabled the sustained release of zinc ions,which reduced cytotoxicity and enhanced the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in vitro and in vivo.In mouse models of limb ischemia,EGCG/Zn Ps promoted angiogenesis and cell proliferation in ischemic tissues.Moreover,EGCG/Zn Ps group exhibited the most significant recovery of limb ischemic score,limb temperature and blood flow than other groups.In conclusion,EGCG/Zn Ps is a safe and promising approach to combine the merit of Zn2+and EGCG,thus enabling the direct application to limb ischemia.Zuoguan Chen Jianwei Duan Yongpeng Diao Youlu Chen Xiaoyu Liang Huiyang Li Yuqing Miao Qing Gao Liang Gui Xiaoli Wang Jing Yang Yongjun Li 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,1:3
