| 3 | Therapies for children with cerebral palsy A Web of Science-based literature analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To identify global research trends in three therapies for children with cerebral palsy. DATA RETRIEVAL: We performed a bibliometric analysis of studies on therapies for children with cerebral palsy from 2002 to 2011 retrieved from Web of Science. SELECTION CRITERIA: Inclusion criteria: (a) peer-reviewed published articles on botulinum toxin, constraint-induced movement therapy, or acupuncture for children with cerebral palsy indexed in Web of Science; (b) original research articles, reviews, meeting abstracts, proceedings papers, book chapters, editorial material, and news items; and (c) publication between 2002 and 2011. Exclusion criteria: (a) articles that required manual searching or telephone access; (b) documents that were not published in the public domain; and (c) a number of corrected papers from the total number of articles. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: (1) Number of publications on the three therapies; (2) annual publication output, distribution by journals, distribution by institution, and top-cited articles on botulinum toxin; (3) annual publication output, distribution by journal, distribution by institution, and top-cited articles on constraint-induced movement therapy; (4) annual publication, distribution by journal, distribution by institution, and top-cited articles on acupuncture. RESULTS: This analysis, based on Web of Science articles, identified several research trends in studies published over the past 10 years of three therapies for children with cerebral palsy. More articles on botulinum toxin for treating children with cerebral palsy were published than the articles regarding constraint-induced movement therapy or acupuncture. The numbers of publications increased over the 10-year study period. Most papers appeared in journals with a focus on neurology, such as Developmental Medicine and Child Neurology and Journal of Child Neurology.Research institutes publishing on botulinum toxin treatments for this population are mostly in the Netherlands, the United States of America, and Australia; those publishing on constraint-induced movement therapy are mostly in Australia and the United States of America; and those publishing on acupuncture are mostly in China, Sweden and the United States of America.CONCLUSION: Analysis of literature and research trends indicated that there was no one specific therapy to cure cerebral palsy. | 13 | The class B heat shock factor HSFB1 regulates heat tolerance in grapevine显示文摘Grape is a widely cultivated crop with high economic value.Most cultivars derived from mild or cooler climates may not withstand increasing heat stress.Therefore,dissecting the mechanisms of heat tolerance in grapes is of particular significance.Here,we performed comparative transcriptome analysis of Vitis davidii‘Tangwei’(heat tolerant)and Vitis vinifera‘Jingxiu’(heat sensitive)grapevines after exposure to 25°C,40°C,or 45°C for 2 h.More differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were detected in‘Tangwei’than in‘Jingxiu’in response to heat stress,and the number of DEGs increased with increasing treatment temperatures.We identified a class B Heat Shock Factor,HSFB1,which was significantly upregulated in‘Tangwei’,but not in‘Jingxiu’,at high temperature.VdHSFB1 from‘Tangwei’and VvHSFB1 from‘Jingxiu’differ in only one amino acid,and both showed similar transcriptional repression activities.Overexpression and RNA interference of HSFB1 in grape indicated that HSFB1 positively regulates the heat tolerance.Moreover,the heat tolerance of HSFB1-overexpressing plants was positively correlated to HSFB1 expression level.The activity of the VdHSFB1 promoter is higher than that of VvHSFB1 under both normal and high temperatures.Promoter analysis showed that more TATA-box and AT∼TATA-box cis-elements are present in the VdHSFB1 promoter than the VvHSFB1 promoter.The promoter sequence variations between VdHSFB1 and VvHSFB1 likely determine the HSFB1 expression levels that inf luence heat tolerance of the two grape germplasms with contrasting thermotolerance.Collectively,we validated the role of HSFB1 in heat tolerance,and the knowledge gained will advance our ability to breed heat-tolerant grape cultivars. | Haiyang Chen Xinna Liu Shenchang Li Ling Yuan Huayuan Mu Yi Wang Yang Li Wei Duan Peige Fan Zhenchang Liang Lijun Wang | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,3: | 0 |
| 14 | Alloy-induced reduction and anisotropy change of lattice thermal conductivity in Ruddlesden–Popper phase halide perovskites显示文摘The effective modulation of the thermal conductivity of halide perovskites is of great importance in optimizing their optoelectronic device performance.Based on first-principles lattice dynamics calculations,we found that alloying at the B and X sites can significantly modulate the thermal transport properties of 2D Ruddlesden−Popper(RP)phase halide perovskites,achieving a range of lattice thermal conductivity values from the lowest(κ_(c)=0.05 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1)@Cs_(4)AgBiI_(8))to the highest(κ_(a/b)=0.95 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1)@Cs4NaBiCl_(4)I_(4)).Compared with the pure RP-phase halide perovskites and three-dimensional halide perovskite alloys,the two-dimensional halide perovskite introduces more phonon branches through alloying,resulting in stronger phonon branch coupling,which effectively scatters phonons and reduces thermal conductivity.Alloying can also dramatically regulate the thermal transport anisotropy of RP-phase halide perovskites,with the anisotropy ratio ranging from 1.22 to 4.13.Subsequently,analysis of the phonon transport modes in these structures revealed that the lower phonon velocity and shorter phonon lifetime were the main reasons for their low thermal conductivity.This work further reduces the lattice thermal conductivity of 2D pure RP-phase halide perovskites by alloying methods and provides a strong support for theoretical guidance by gaining insight into the interesting phonon transport phenomena in these compounds. | Huimin Mu Kun Zhou Fuyu Tian Yansong Zhou Guoqi Zhao Yuhao Fu Lijun Zhang | 2023 | Frontiers of physics2023,18,6: | 0 |
| 15 | A technique for enhancing tight oil recovery by multi-field reconstruction and combined displacement and imbibition显示文摘A seepage-geomechanical coupled embedded fracture flow model has been established for multi-field coupled simulation in tight oil reservoirs,revealing the patterns of change in pressure field,seepage field,and stress field after long-term water injection in tight oil reservoirs.Based on this,a technique for enhanced oil recovery(EOR)combining multi-field reconstruction and combination of displacement and imbibition in tight oil reservoirs has been proposed.The study shows that after long-term water flooding for tight oil development,the pressure diffusion range is limited,making it difficult to establish an effective displacement system.The variation in geostress exhibits diversity,with the change in horizontal minimum principal stress being greater than that in horizontal maximum principal stress,and the variation around the injection wells being more significant than that around the production wells.The deflection of geostress direction around injection wells is also large.The technology for EOR through multi-field reconstruction and combination of displacement and imbibition employs water injection wells converted to production and large-scale fracturing techniques to restructure the artificial fracture network system.Through a full lifecycle energy replenishment method of pre-fracturing energy supplementation,energy increase during fracturing,well soaking for energy storage,and combination of displacement and imbibition,it effectively addresses the issue of easy channeling of the injection medium and difficult energy replenishment after large-scale fracturing.By intensifying the imbibition effect through the coordination of multiple wells,it reconstructs the combined system of displacement and imbibition under a complex fracture network,transitioning from avoiding fractures to utilizing them,thereby improving microscopic sweep and oil displacement efficiencies.Field application in Block Yuan 284 of the Huaqing Oilfield in the Ordos Basin has demonstrated that this technology increases the recovery factor by 12 percentage points,enabling large scale and efficient development of tight oil. | LEI Zhengdong WANG Zhengmao MU Lijun PENG Huanhuan LI Xin BAI Xiaohu TAO Zhen LI Hongchang PENG Yingfeng | 2024 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2024,51,1: | 0 |

| 18 | Anisotropic phonon thermal transport in two-dimensional layered materials显示文摘Two-dimensional layered materials(2DLMs)have attracted growing attention in optoelectronic devices due to their intriguing anisotropic physical properties.Different members of 2DLMs exhibit unique anisotropic electrical,optical,and thermal properties,fundamentally related to their crystal structure.Among them,directional heat transfer plays a vital role in the thermal management of electronic devices.Here,we use density functional theory calculations to investigate the thermal transport properties of representative layered materials:β-InSe,γ-InSe,MoS2,and h-BN.We found that the lattice thermal conductivities ofβ-InSe,γ-InSe,MoS_(2),and h-BN display diverse anisotropic behaviors with anisotropy ratios of 10.4,9.4,64.9,and 107.7,respectively.The analysis of the phonon modes further indicates that the phonon group velocity is responsible for the anisotropy of thermal transport.Furthermore,the low lattice thermal conductivity of the layered InSe mainly comes from low phonon group velocity and atomic masses.Our findings provide a fundamental physical understanding of the anisotropic thermal transport in layered materials.We hope this study could inspire the advancement of 2DLMs thermal management applications in next-generation integrated electronic and optoelectronic devices. | Yuxin Cai Muhammad Faizan Huimin Mu Yilin Zhang Hongshuai Zou Hong Jian Zhao Yuhao Fu Lijun Zhang | 2023 | Frontiers of physics2023,18,4: | 0 |
| 19 | Pregnancy and Childbirth After Sertoli-Leydig Cell Tumor Resection:A Case Study and Literature Review显示文摘Objectives:To explore the clinical manifestations and pathological features in the biopsy of ovarian Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor,as well as to improve the clinical understanding of the disease.Methods:A case of pregnancy and childbirth after Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor resection was retrospectively analyzed.The patients’clinical data were collected,including the clinical manifestations,postoperative biopsy results,auxiliary examination results,immunohistochemical results,treatment,and prognosis of the patient.Results:(1)SLCT occurred unilaterally;(2)according to the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology(FIGO),the clinical staging was stage IA;according to the pathological classification of malignant tumors,it was gradeⅡ(moderately differentiated);(3)a healthy female live baby was delivered.Conclusion:Such tumors are rare low-grade malignancies and are even rarer in pregnancy.An increase in preoperative testosterone levels with positive ultrasonography results can be used to assist diagnosis;however,postoperative biopsy pathology remains the“gold standard”for the diagnosis of SLCTs.The definite diagnosis of SLCTs is of great significance for surgical planning and prognostic evaluation. | Lijun Mu Lihong Zhu | 2022 | Proceedings of Anticancer Research2022,6,4: | 0 |
