1Evolution Characteristics of Government-Industry-University Cooperative Innovation Network of Electronic Information Industry in Liaoning Province, China显示文摘It is important to optimize the cooperative innovation network for the improvement of economic competence and innovative power. Based on the patent information services platform, we obtain invention patent data for the electronic information industry in Liaoning from 1985 to 2015. This paper analyzes the cooperative innovation network structure, its spatiotemporal evolution and the triple helix relationship of government-industry-university(GIU) by using the social network analysis method and the triple helix theory as well as UCINet, ArcGIS and NetDraw. The empirical results show that: 1) the number of the subjects of the electronic information industry GIU cooperative innovation network in Liaoning demonstrates a gradual increase from 1985 to 2015, with the same trend in concentration. In terms of its subject and its centrality, the universities have a higher position, and the industries have a lower position,while the status of the government is still unclear. 2) The cooperative innovation network presents a core-periphery structure, and the polarization effect of innovation subjects tends to be obvious. There is certain distance-decay regularity in the cooperative innovation network, and a strong geographical proximity to cooperative innovation. 3) The compactness shows a downward trend as a whole. In terms of the extent of participation, the industries are better than the government but worse than the universities. 2Definition and sturcture characteristics of pores in mylonitized organic-rich shales显示文摘Gas shales with a high gas content were drilled in the Lower Cambrian Lujiaping Formation in the northeastern Sichuan Basin,close to the Chengkou Fault in the Dabashan arc-like thrust fold belt.The equivalent vitrinite reflectance values of organic matters are over 4.0%Ro.The pore structures of the shales were investigated based on microscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)observations,and low temperature N2 adsorption analysis.The study suggests that cleavages,comprising clay minerals mixed up with organic matter and other insoluble residues,were developed in the rock layers.The clay minerals are directionally arranged,displaying a mylonitized texture.Abundant nanometer-size organic matter and clay mineral particles are well mixed in the cleavage domains,which developed the mylonitized pore system that consists of nanometer-size intergranular pore spaces,aggregate pore spaces in clay mineral flakes and pore network.This mylonitized pore system has high specific surface area,high methane adsorption capacity,and high capillary pressure,which collectively contributes to the preservation of shale gas in such a complex tectonic area.The discovery of the mylonitized pore structure in organic-rich shales may reveal a new mechanism of shale gas enrichment in complex tectonic areas with over-mature organic matter in the northeastern part of Sichuan Basin.MA Yong ZHONG NingNing HAN Hui LI DaHua ZHANG Yi CHENG LiJun 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,12:5
3Interactions between bubble and particles of key minerals of diasporic bauxite through the extended DLVO theory显示文摘The flotation of diasporic bauxite is to separate diaspore(valuable mineral)from aluminosilicate minerals(gangue minerals,mainly including kaolinite,illite and pyrophyllite),and the microscopic interaction force between the two types of minerals and air bubbles determines the separation efficiency.In this paper,based on the extended Derjaguin-Landau-Verwey-Overbeek(DLVO)theory,the van der Waals,electrostatic and hydrophobic interaction between particles of the four minerals mentioned above and air bubbles in collectorless solution were calculated first,and then diaspore and kaolinite were taken as examples to analyze the influence of various factors such as electrolyte concentration,mineral particle size,air bubble size,collector type(dodecylamine hydrochloride(DAH)and sodium oleate(NaOL))and concentration,and pulp pH on the interactions between the particles of valuable mineral and gangue minerals and air bubbles.The results showed that the total extended DLVO interactions between the four minerals and air bubbles were repulsive in most cases in collectorless solution.The increase in electrolyte concentration reduced the interaction force or even changed the direction of the force under certain circumstances.The addition of DAH and NaOL can reduce the adhesion energy barrier of kaolinitebubble and diaspore-bubble respectively.Each type of minerals exhibited a specific interface interaction response with air bubbles in each collector with different pH values.The research results have theoretical guiding significance for the optimization and directional control of diasporic bauxite flotation conditions.Ningning Zhang Tian Pang Rui Han Songjiang Chen Zhen Li Yuexian Yu Zhongyu Shi Lijun Liu Jinzhou Qu Anning Zhou 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,1:3

6Pore Characteristics and Factors Controlling Lacustrine Shales from the Upper Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation of the Songliao Basin,Northeast China:A Study Combining SEM,Low-temperature Gas Adsorption and MICP Experiments显示文摘To investigate pore characteristics and the factors controlling lacustrine shales,geochemical,mineralogical and petrophysical experiments were performed on 23 shale samples from the Qingshankou Formation of the Songliao Basin,China.A comparison of mercury injection capillary pressure(MICP)and low-temperature N2 adsorption pore-size distribution showed that MICP has a higher pore-size distribution(PSD)line in its overlapping pore diameter range,which may be elevated by the higher pressure of MICP.Therefore,in the overlapping range,low-temperature N2 adsorption data were preferred in pore characterization.Negative correlations were observed between pore volumes and TOC content,indicating organic matter pores are not well-developed in the studied samples.This may be related to their low grade of maturity and type I kerogens.There existed negative relationships between pore volumes and S1,which illustrated that liquid hydrocarbons occupied some pore space.Micropore volume had a better correlation with S1 than mesopore and macropore volumes,which suggests that liquid hydrocarbons preferentially occur in micropores.No obvious relationships between pore volumes and quartz or feldspar were observed,while pore volumes increased with the increasing clay mineral content.These relationships indicate that intraparticle pores in clay minerals represent the principal pore type.HAN Hui DAI Jie GUO Chen ZHONG Ningning PANG Peng DING Zhengang CHEN Jianping HUANG Zhenkai GAO Yuan LUO Jinyu LI Qirui ZHANG Zhaokun 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,2:2

8Flexible multilayer lead-free film capacitor with high energy storage performances via heterostructure engineering显示文摘The immense potential of flexible energy storage materials applied in wearable electronic devices hasstimulated a lot of science researches on manufacturing technology and performance optimization.Herein, an all-inorganic flexible ferroelectric film with multilayer heterostructure is prepared based onMn doped Bi0.5Na0.5TiO_(3)eBiNi0.5Zr0.5O_(3) (Mn:BNT-BNZ) and Bi0.5Na0.5TiO_(3)eBiZn0.5Zr0.5O_(3) (BNT-BZZ)relaxor ferroelectrics. A win-win situation of breakdown strength and polarization is achieved in theMn:BNT-BNZ/BNT-BZZ multilayer film with the stacking period N - 3, of which energy density and ef-ficiency reach 80.4 J/cm3 and 62.0% respectively. It is proposed that the excellent energy storage per-formances are attributed to the synergistic effect of the electric field amplification effect, interfaceblocking effect and the polarization coupling effect based on the multilayer heterostructure. Moreover,the flexible ferroelectric film exhibits outstanding temperature (25e205 - C), frequency (0.5e5 kHz)stability and antifatigue property (1 108 cycles), and can well maintain stable performance at differenttensile/compressive bending radii (10e5 mm) and even after 104 bending cycles with a fixed bendingradius of 3 mm. 9Effects of Dihydromyricetin Extracted from Ampelopsis grossedentata on Visceral Organ Indexes and Intestinal Digestive Enzyme Activities of Chickens显示文摘To provide a reference basis for reasonable development and utilization of Ampelopsis grossedentata resource and its application in production,we added 0.025%,0.05% and 0.1% dihydromyricetin(DMY)extracted from A.grossedentata into the basal diets of Yaoshan chickens,and studied the effects of DMY on visceral organ indexes and digestive enzyme activities of 40-day-old healthy Yaoshan chickens.Supplementation of DMY in basal diets influenced visceral organ weight,organ index,length and digestive enzyme activity of small intestine of chickens.Among them,0.05% DMY was the most appropriate volume for supplementation.Compared with control group(without DMY),0.05% DMY reduced lung weight and index(P>0.05),significantly reduced liver weight(P<0.05),extremely reduced stomach weight and stomach index(P<0.01),increased activity of amylase in small intestine(P>0.05),significantly increased length of small intestine and activity of protease(P<0.05).Supplementation of 0.05% DMY reduced the visceral organ weight and organ index,enhanced digestion and absorption ability of gastrointestinal tract,thereby improving feed utilization rate and promoting the growth of chickens.Dai Qing Yu Jianping Yu Lina Han Ningning Xu Yuan Zhao Hui 2016Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2016,8,3:1

11DNMT3A inhibits E2F1-induced arterial marker expression and impairs angiogenesis in human umbilical artery endothelial cells显示文摘Arterial marker genes EphrinB2 and HEY2 are essential for cardiovascular development and post-natal neovascularization.Our previous study confirmed.that E2F1 could activate the transcription of EphrinB2 and HEY2 in human mesenchymal stem cells;however,the detailed mechanism has not been resolved yet.In this study,we focused on the interaction between E2F1 and DNMT3A,a de novo DNA methyltransferase,on regulating the expression of EphrinB2 and HEY2,and explored the potential mechanisms.Gain-and loss-of-function experiments implicated the positive effect of E2F1 on the expression of EphrinB2 and HEY2 and tube formation in human umbilical artery endothelial cells.Accumulation of DNMT3A decreased the levels of EphrinB2 and HEY2,and impaired tube formation induced by E2F1,while inhibiting DNMT3A by RNA interference aug-mented their expression and angiogenesis in E2F 1-trasfected cells.We then asked whether the low expressions of EphrinB2 and HEY2 induced by DNMT3A are related to the methylation status of their promoters.Surprisingly,the methylation status of the CpG islands in the promoter region was not significantly affected by overexpression of exogenous DNMT3A.Furthermore,the inter-action between E2F1 and DNMT3A was confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation.DNMT3A could inhibit the transcription of EphrinB2 and HEY2 promoters by affecting the binding of E2F1 to its recognition sequences as revealed by luciferase reporter assay and chromatin immunoprecipita-tion.These results identified a novel mechanism underlying the cooperation of DNMT3A with E2F1 on regulating target gene expression,and revealed their roles in the angiogenic process.Kaiyue Su Ningning Lin Shouqiang Xie Yabo Han Zaiming Yang Hongmin Zhang Hongpeng He Sa Zhou Wenjian Ma Tongcun Zhang Nan Wang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,11:1
12Intrinsically stretchable polymer semiconductor based electronic skin for multiple perceptions of force,temperature,and visible light显示文摘As a stretchable seamless device,electronic skin(E-skin)has drawn enormous interest due to its skin-like sensing capability.Besides the basic perception of force and temperature,multiple perception that is beyond existing functions of human skin is becoming an important direction for E-skin developments.However,the present E-skins for multiple perceptions mainly rely on different sensing materials and heterogeneous integration,resulting in a complex device structure.Additionally,their stretchability is usually achieved by the complicated microstructure design of rigid materials.Here,we report an intrinsically stretchable polymer semiconductor based E-skin with a simple structure for multiple perceptions of force,temperature,and visible light.The E-skin is on the basis of poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)nanofibers percolated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)composite polymer semiconductor,which is fabricated by a facile solution method.The E-skin shows reliable sensing capabilities when it is used to perceive strain,pressure,temperature,and visible light.Based on the E-skin,an intelligent robotic hand sensing and controlling system is further demonstrated.Compared with conventional E-skins for multiple perceptions,this E-skin only has a simple monolayer sensing membrane without the need of combining different sensing materials,heterogeneous integration,and complicated microstructure design.Such a strategy of utilizing intrinsically stretchable polymer semiconductor to create simple structured E-skin for multiple perceptions will promote the development of E-skins in a broad application scenario,such as artificial robotic skins,virtual reality,intelligent gloves,and biointegrated electronics.Dongjuan Liu Pengcheng Zhu Fukang Zhang Peishuo Li Wenhao Huang Chang Li Ningning Han Shuairong Mu Hao Zhou Yanchao Mao 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0

14Bimetallic CoNiSe_(2)/C nanosphere anodes derived from Ni-Co-metal-organic framework precursor towards higher lithium storage capacity显示文摘Through uncomplicated carbonation process,a carbon-embedded CoNiSe_(2)/C nanosphere was synthesized from Ni-Co-MOF (metal-organic framework) precursor whose controllable structure and synergistic effect of bimetallic Ni/Co brought CoNiSe_(2)/C anodes with high specific surface area (172.79 m^(2)/g) and outstanding electrochemical performance.CoNiSe_(2)/C anodes obtained reversible discharge capacities of850.9 mAh/g at 0.1 A/g after cycling for 100 cycles.In addition,CoNiSe_(2)/C exhibits excellent cycle stability and reversibility in the rate test at a current density of 0.1–2.0 A/g.When the current density returns to 0.5 A/g for 150 cycles,its discharge ratio the capacity is 330.8 m Ah/g.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) tests suggested that CoNiSe_(2)/C anodes had a lower charge transfer impedance of 130.02Ωafter 30 cycles.In-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests confirmed the alloying mechanism of CoNiSe_(2)/C which realized higher lithium storage capacity.This work affords substantial evidence for the extension of bimetallic selenides in secondary batteries,promoting the development of bimetallic selenides in anode materials for LIBs.Weifan Zhang Lei Wang Guochun Ding Yuejia Yang Guang Yang Jing Xu Ningning Xu Lingling Xie Qing Han Limin Zhu Xiaoyu Cao Jianmin Ma 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,2:0

16Aβ-Carotene Ketolase Gene NfcrtO from Subaerial Cyanobacteria Confers Drought Tolerance in Rice显示文摘Nostoc flagelliforme is a terrestrial cyanobacterium that can resist many types of stressors,including drought,ultraviolet radiation,and extreme temperatures.In this study,we identified the drought tolerance gene NfcrtO,which encodes aβ-carotene ketolase,through screening the transcriptome of N.flagelliforme under water loss stress.Prokaryotic expression of NfcrtO under 0.6 mol/L sorbitol or under 0.3 mol/L NaCl stress significantly increased the growth rate of Escherichia coli.When NfcrtO was heterologously expressed in rice,the seedling height and root length of NfcrtO-overexpressing rice plants were significantly higher than those of the wild type(WT)plants grown on½Murashige and Skoog solid medium with 120 mmol/L mannitol at the seedling stage.Transcriptome analysis revealed that NfcrtO was involved in osmotic stress,antioxidant,and other stress-related pathways.Additionally,the survival rate of the NfcrtO-overexpression lines was significantly higher than that of the WT line under both hydroponic stress(24%PEG and 100 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2))and soil drought treatment at the seedling stage.Physiological traits,including the activity levels of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase,total antioxidant capacity,and the contents of proline,trehalose,and soluble sugar,were significantly improved in the NfcrtO-overexpression lines relative to those in the WT line under 20%PEG treatment.Furthermore,when water was withheld at the booting stage,the grain yield per plant of NfcrtO-overexpression lines was significantly higher than that of the WT line.Yeast two-hybrid analysis identified interactions between NfcrtO and Dna J protein,E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase,and pyrophosphate-energized vacuolar membrane proton pump.Thus,heterologous expression of NfcrtO in rice could significantly improve the tolerance of rice to osmotic stress,potentially facilitating the development of new rice varieties.GAO Ningning YE Shuifeng ZHANG Yu ZHOU Liguo MA Xiaosong YU Hanxi LI Tianfei HAN Jing LIU Zaochang LUO Lijun 2024Rice science2024,31,1:0

18Existence and implications of hop-17(21)-enes in the lower Cretaceous of the Saihantala Sag, Erlian Basin, China显示文摘C31- to C35-hop-17(21)-enes are identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis to exist as double isomers in most samples of the Aershan Formation and members 1 and 2 of the Tenggeer Formation from well SH3. Comprehensive organic geochemistry and organic petrology study indicates that algae and bacteria are the main biological source of lower Cretaceous sediments in the Saihantala Sag, and this is in accordance with the existence of hop-17(21)-enes. The similar distributions of hop-17(21)-enes and hopanes of these samples indicate that hop-17(21)-enes were transformed into hopanes through hydrogenation during diagenesis processes. The existence of hop-17(21)-enes means that not only the formation of organic matter is related to an anoxic environment and a biological source of algae and bacteria, but also hop-17(21)-enes are direct indicators of hydrocarbon rock at an immature to low-maturity stage. 19Simulating the obstacle avoidance behavior day and night based on the visible-infrared MoS_(2)/Ge heterojunction field-effect phototransistor显示文摘The contradiction between the high number of visually handicapped people and the scarcity of guide dogs has stimulated the demand for electronic guide dogs(EGDs).Here,we demonstrate an EGD by leveraging piezoresistors on a MoS_(2)/Ge heterostructure for simultaneous pressure-sensing and optical-sensing functions.The device has excellent gating capability and exhibits large positive and negative photoresponses under visible(532 nm,182 A/W)and infrared(1550 nm,37 A/W)illumination.These characteristics allow the device to efficiently classify different obstacles at all times of day using pressure and light signals.The device reaches nearly 100%accuracy after 48 training sessions when used to classify frequent scenes.The device adopts passive and active detection modes during the day and night,respectively,which improves the battery life of the EGD.This work provides a significant reference for the future design of EGDs,which may help a greater number of visually impaired people by reducing the cost of such devices.Zhao Han Bo Wang Jie You Qiancui Zhang Yichi Zhang Tian Miao Ningning Zhang Dongdong Lin Zuimin Jiang Renxu Jia Jincheng Zhang Hui Guo Huiyong Hu Liming Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:0
20Real-time observation of frequency Bloch oscillations with fibre loop modulation显示文摘Bloch oscillations(BOs)were initially predicted for electrons in a solid lattice to which a static electric field is applied.The observation of BOs in solids remains challenging due to the collision scattering and barrier tunnelling of electrons.Nevertheless,analogies of electron BOs for photons,acoustic phonons and cold atoms have been experimentally demonstrated in various lattice systems.Recently,BOs in the frequency dimension have been proposed and studied by using an optical micro-resonator,which provides a unique approach to controlling the light frequency.However,the finite resonator lifetime and intrinsic loss hinder the effect from being observed practically.Here,we experimentally demonstrate BOs in a synthetic frequency lattice by employing a fibre-loop circuit with detuned phase modulation.We show that a detuning between the modulation period and the fibre-loop roundtrip time acts as an effective vector potential and hence a constant effective force that can yield BOs in the modulation-induced frequency lattices.With a dispersive Fourier transformation,the pulse spectrum can be mapped into the time dimension,and its transient evolution can be precisely measured.This study offers a promising approach to realising BOs in synthetic dimensions and may find applications in frequency manipulations in optical fibre communication systems.Hao Chen NingNing Yang Chengzhi Qin Wenwan Li Bing Wang Tianwen Han Chi Zhang Weiwei Liu Kai Wang Hua Long Xinliang Zhang Peixiang Lu 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,3:0
