3Biocatalytic desymmetrization of 3-substituted glutaronitriles by nitrilases. A convenient chemoenzymatic access to optically active (S)-Pregabalin and (R)-Baclofen显示文摘Desymmetrization of prochiral 3-substituted glutaronitriles offers a new approach to access(S)-Pregabalin and(R)-Baclofen. A number of nitrilases from diverse sources were screened with 3-isobutylglutaronitriles(1a) or 3-(4′-chlorophenyl)glutaronitriles(1b) as the substrate. Some nitrilases were found to catalyze the desymmetric hydrolysis of 1a and 1b to form optically active 3-(cyanomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid(2a) and 3-(4′-chlorophenyl)-4-cyanobutanoic acid(2b) with high enantiomeric excesse(ee), respectively. This cannot be achieved using traditional chemical hydrolysis. Among them, AtNIT3 generated(R)-2b, whereas BjNIT6402 and HsNIT produced the opposite(S)-enantiomer with high conversions and ee values. Not only the nitrilases showed different activities and stereoselectivities toward these 3-substituted glutaronitriles, the 3-substituent of the substrates also exerted great effect on the enzyme activity and stereoselectivity.(S)-2a and(S)-2b were prepared with high yields and ee values using BjNIT6402 and HsNIT as the biocatalysts, respectively. A straightforward Curtius rearrangement of(S)-2a and(S)-2b, followed by the acidic hydrolysis, afforded(S)-Pregabalin and(R)-Baclofen. 4A holistic approach to aligning geospatial data with multidimensional similarity measuring显示文摘Semantically aligning the heterogeneous geospatial datasets(GDs)produced by different organizations demands efficient similarity matching methods.However,the strategies employed to align the schema(concept and property)and instances are usually not reusable,and the effects of unbalanced information tend to be neglected in GD alignment.To solve this problem,a holistic approach is presented in this paper to integrally align the geospatial entities(concepts,properties and instances)simultaneously.Spatial,lexical,structural and extensional similarity metrics are designed and automatically aggregated by means of approval voting.The presented approach is validated with real geographical semantic webs,Geonames and OpenStreetMap.Compared with the well-known extensional-based aligning system,the presented approach not only considers more information involved in GD alignment,but also avoids the artificial parameter setting in metric aggregation.It reduces the dependency on specific information,and makes the alignment more robust under the unbalanced distribution of various information.Li Yu Peiyuan Qiu Xiliang Liu Feng Lu Bo Wan 2018International Journal of Digital Earth2018,11,8:4

6Detecting geo-relation phrases from web texts for triplet extraction of geographic knowledge:a context-enhanced method显示文摘As an effective organization form of geographic information,a geographic knowledge graph(GeoKG)facilitates numerous geography-related analyses and services.The completeness of triplets regarding geographic knowledge determines the quality of GeoKG,thus drawing considerable attention in the related domains.Mass unstructured geographic knowledge scattered in web texts has been regarded as a potential source for enriching the triplets in GeoKGs.The crux of triplet extraction from web texts lies in the detection of key phrases indicating the correct geo-relations between geo-entities.However,the current methods for key-phrase detection are ineffective because the sparseness of the terms in the web texts describing geo-relations results in an insufficient training corpus.In this study,an unsupervised context-enhanced method is proposed to detect geo-relation key phrases from web texts for extracting triplets.External semantic knowledge is introduced to relieve the influence of the sparseness of the georelation description terms in web texts.Specifically,the contexts of geo-entities are fused with category semantic knowledge and word semantic knowledge.Subsequently,an enhanced corpus is generated using frequency-based statistics.Finally,the geo-relation key phrases are detected from the enhanced contexts using the statistical lexical features from the enhanced corpus.Experiments are conducted with real web texts.In comparison with the well-known frequency-based methods,the proposed method improves the precision of detecting the key phrases of the geo-relation description by approximately 20%.Moreover,compared with the well-defined geo-relation properties in DBpedia,the proposed method provides quintuple key-phrases for indicating the geo-relations between geo-entities,which facilitate the generation of new triplets from web texts.Peiyuan Qiu Li Yu Jialiang Gao Feng Lu 2019Big Earth Data2019,3,3:1
7An Integrated Structure Analysis Method of Active Surface Antenna by Using the Simplified Actuator显示文摘The main surface of a large reflector antenna is composed of thousands of panels,which are inevitably deformed under natural load,leading to a great deterioration of electrical performance of the antenna.The active surface technique is an effective method to compensate antenna deformation error and has been widely used.The actuator is a complex component,it has not been established in the antenna structure analysis model,which limits the theoretical analysis ability of the active surface technology.To solve this problem,an integrated structure analysis method of active surface antenna by using the simplified actuator is proposed.First,according to the supporting characteristics and adjusting function of the actuator,the complex actuator is simplified a simple structure of support beams,support truss and adjustment beam.Second,the finite element model of the active surface antenna including the simplified actuator is established.Then,the relationship between the adjustment value(load)of adjustment beam and the deformation of the antenna structure is deduced,and the integrated analysis method for realizing the active adjustment of panels is established.Finally,the model and adjustment analysis method of the active surface antenna in this paper is applied to an 8 m antenna,and satisfactory structural analysis results are obtained,which shows the effectiveness and universality of the method,and provides a reference for the modeling and adjustment analysis of the active surface antenna.You Ban Peiyuan Chai Qian Xu Shufei Feng 2023Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2023,23,7:1
8Recent advances in flexible alkaline zinc-based batteries:Materials,structures,and perspectives显示文摘The development of wearable electronic systems has generated increasing demand for flexible power sources.Alkaline zinc(Zn)-based batteries,as one of the most mature energy storage technologies,have been considered as a promising power source owing to their exceptional safety,low costs,and outstanding electrochemical performance.However,the conventional alkaline Zn-based battery systems face many challenges associated with electrodes and electrolytes,causing low capacity,poor cycle life,and inferior mechanical performance.Recent advances in materials and structure design have enabled the revisitation of the alkaline Zn-based battery technology for applications in flexible electronics.Herein,we summarize the up-to-date works in flexible alkaline Zn-based batteries and analyze the strategies employed to improve battery performance.Firstly,we introduce the three most reported cathode materials(including Ag-based,Ni-based,and Co-based materials)for flexible alkaline Zn-based batteries.Then,challenges and modifications in battery anodes are investigated.Thirdly,the recently advanced gel electrolytes are introduced from their properties,functions as well as advanced fabrications.Finally,recent works and the advantages of sandwich-type,fiber-type and thin film-type flexible batteries are summarized and compared.This review provides insights and guidance for the design of high-performance flexible Zn-based batteries for next-generation electronics.Yanzhe Zhu Peiyuan Guan Renbo Zhu Shuo Zhang Ziheng Feng Mengyao Li Tao Wan Long Hu Yunjian Liu Qin Li Juan Yu Dewei Chu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,12:0
9Prediction of Lubricant Physicochemical Properties Based on Gaussian Copula Data Expansion显示文摘The composition of base oils affects the performance of lubricants made from them.This paper proposes a hybrid model based on gradient-boosted decision tree(GBDT)to analyze the effect of different ratios of KN4010,PAO40,and PriEco3000 component in a composite base oil system on the performance of lubricants.The study was conducted under small laboratory sample conditions,and a data expansion method using the Gaussian Copula function was proposed to improve the prediction ability of the hybrid model.The study also compared four optimization algorithms,sticky mushroom algorithm(SMA),genetic algorithm(GA),whale optimization algorithm(WOA),and seagull optimization algorithm(SOA),to predict the kinematic viscosity at 40℃,kinematic viscosity at 100℃,viscosity index,and oxidation induction time performance of the lubricant.The results showed that the Gaussian Copula function data expansion method improved the prediction ability of the hybrid model in the case of small samples.The SOA-GBDT hybrid model had the fastest convergence speed for the samples and the best prediction effect,with determination coefficients(R^(2))for the four indicators of lubricants reaching 0.98,0.99,0.96 and 0.96,respectively.Thus,this model can significantly reduce the model’s prediction error and has good prediction ability.Feng Xin Yang Rui Xie Peiyuan Xia Yanqiu 2024China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2024,26,1:0
10A 16-parameter GEO Broadcast Ephemeris显示文摘Currently,the broadcast ephemerides used in GEOs are same as those of the MEOs and IGSOs in the BeiDou navigation constellation.However,a trade-off strategy,i.e.an orbital inclination of 5°rotation,is needed in the fitting algorithm to solve the ephemeris parameters as well as the user satellite position computation for GEOs.Based on the standard broadcast ephemerides,the representations of both the orbit and its perturbation were revised according to the second class of nonsingular orbital elements.In this research,a 16-parameter broadcast ephemeris is presented specifically for GEOs,and user satellite position computation formulas were derived correspondingly.Fit simulations show that the root of mean squares(RMS)of user range error(URE)with two hour and three hour data sets are better than 0.05 m and 0.1 m,respectively.Zhongkai ZHANG Lan DU Li LIU Feng HE Yu LU Peiyuan ZHOU 2018Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2018,1,1:0
11Efficient enzymatic synthesis of(S)-1-(30-bromo-20-methoxyphenyl)ethanol,the key building block of lusutrombopag显示文摘(S)-1-(30-Bromo-20-methoxyphenyl)ethanol((S)-1b)is the key precursor for the synthesis of Lusutrombopag.The bioreduction of 1-(30-bromo-20-methoxyphenyl)ethanone(1a)offers an attractive method to access this important compound.Through screening the available carbonyl reductases,we obtained a carbonyl reductase from Novosphingobium aromaticivorans(CBR),which could completely convert 100 g/L of 1a to(S)-1b.Furthermore,a carbonyl reductase from Novosphingobium sp.Leaf2(NoCR)was identified to completely convert 200 g/L of 1a to(S)-1b with excellent enantioselectivity(>99%ee)and 77%isolated yield using FDH/formate system for NADH regeneration.The K_(m) and k_(cat) of recombinant NoCR towards 1a were 0.66 mmol/L and 7.5 s-1,and the catalytic efficiency k_(cat)/K_(m) was 11.3 mmol/s.L.Meanwhile,NoCR showed high catalytic activity and stereoselectivity towards acetophenone derivatives with halogen or methoxy substitution on the benzene ring,indicating that NoCR is a valuable biocatalyst with potential practical applications.Yunfeng Cui Yangyang Ji Xi Chen Jianjiong Li Jinhui Feng Qing Zhao Peiyuan Yao Qiaqing Wu Dunming Zhu 2023Green Synthesis and Catalysis2023,4,3:0
