| 1 | Effect of processing parameters on the densification of an additively manufactured 2024 Al alloy显示文摘Understanding the densification behaviours and formation mechanisms of defects are essential to fabricate high quality and high strength aluminium components using selective laser melting(SLM) technology. In this work, the effects of laser power and scanning speed on the densification, defects evolution and their formation mechanisms in a SLMed 2024 aluminium(Al) alloy were investigated in consideration of the corresponding laser energy input, melting mode transition and microstructural evolution. The results showed that optimizing the processing parameters effectively reduced the porosity level below1% by avoiding the lack of fusion and keyhole melting mode, and minimizing the gas pores. However,optimization of the processing parameters could not eliminate the columnar structure associated with the SLMed 2024 Al alloy, which contributed to the hot-tearing cracks in the SLMed parts. It was found that the dependence of porosity formation on SLM processing parameters was contrary to the crack density. | 2 | Performance and capacity fading reason of LiMn_2O_4/graphite batteries after storing at high temperature显示文摘Spinel LiMn2O4 was synthesized by a solid-state method. A 204468-size battery was fabricated and stored at 55°C. The structure and morphology of the LiMn2O4 cathode were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique. Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) was used to analyze the surface component of the carbon anode. The discharge capacities of LiMn2O4 stored for 0, 24, 48, and 96 h are 106, 98, 96, and 92 mAh?g?1, respectively. The cyclic performance is improved after storage. The capacity retentions of LiMn2O4 stored for 0, 24, 48, and 96 h are 83.8%, 85.8%, 86.9%, and 88.6% after 180 cycles. The intensity of all the LiMn2O4 diffraction peaks is weakened. Mn is detected from the carbon electrode when the battery is stored for 96 h. Cyclic voltammograms and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to examine the surface state of the electrode after storage. | 3 | 离体猪胃模型应用于内镜模拟手术培训的初步探讨显示文摘目的对离体猪胃模型应用于内镜模拟手术培训进行初步探讨。方法对消化科专科医师进行为期6个月的培训,共操作胃ESD 6例及POEM3例,此培训在北京平谷医院动物实验基地进行。进行基础理论知识学习、记录ESD总体操作时间、创面范围、操作部位、操作速度(创面面积/时间)、POEM总体操作时间、隧道长度,并应用李克特量表调查问卷检测学员培训前后的变化。数据应用SPSS25.0统计软件进行分析。结果在胃窦及胃体部位进行ESD操作时间无明显差异,且操作时间与创面大小比较差异不具有统计学意义。POEM成功1例。随着培训次数的增加,学员的操作速度逐渐提高。通过李克特量表调查问卷,发现在对适应症及禁忌症的把握、操作器械的熟悉情况、操作过程的熟悉情况、操作并发症的处理、操作的自信心程度方面均有所提高。结论离体猪胃模型应用于内镜黏膜下剥离术的模拟培训是可行的。 | 陈倩倩 熊英 张荣贵 柴宁莉 令狐恩强 HUANG Qiyang | 2019 | 现代消化及介入诊疗2019,24,1: | 6 |

| 5 | A paper-based microfluidic platform with shapememory-polymer-actuated fluid valves for automated multi-step immunoassays显示文摘Smart fluid manipulation with automatically controlled paper valves will enable automated and multi-step immunoassays on paper-based microfluidic devices.In this work,we present an integrated paper-based microfluidic platform with shape-memory polymer(SMP)-actuated fluid valves capable of automated colorimetric enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISAs).A single-layer microfluidic paper-based analytical device(μPAD)was designed to store all the reagents on the chip,and sequentially transfer reagents to a paper test zone following a specific ELISA protocol through automatic fluidic flow control by the multiple SMP-actuated valves.The actuation of a paper valve was based on the thermally responsive,duel-state shape transformation of a SMP sheet attached to the root of a paper cantilever beam for driving a hydrophilic paper bridge to connect and disconnect two paper channels.A portable colorimetric reader was developed to control the on-chip valve operations,quantify the colorimetric signal output,display the assay result,and wirelessly transmit the data to a smart phone for the application of telemedicine.Reliable operations of the paper valve and the entireμPAD were demonstrated with success rates of 97%and 93%,respectively.A detection mechanism for valve malfunction was designed and confirmed effective to identify any mal-operation of individual valves,thus rendering our platform reliable in real assays.For device calibration,we conducted direct ELISAs of rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline(PBS),and achieved a low limit of detection(LOD)of 27 pM(comparable to that of standard and paper-based ELISAs).In order to demonstrate the clinical application of our multi-step immunoassay platform,we also conducted sandwich ELISAs to quantify the protein level of an inflammatory cytokine,namely tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,in surgically injured laryngeal tissues of rats.The protein levels of TNF-αwere shown similar between the conventional andμPAD ELISAs. | Hao Fu Pengfei Song Qiyang Wu Chen Zhao Peng Pan Xiao Li Nicole YKLi-Jessen Xinyu Liu | 2019 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2019,5,1: | 2 |

| 11 | Experimental Study on the Improvement of Yaw Stability by Coordination Control between the Caudal Fin and Anal Fin显示文摘Due to the unique locomotion,the head-shaking problem of biomimetic robotic fish inevitably occurs during rectilinear locomotion,which strongly hinders its practical applications.In this paper,we experimentally study this problem by proposing the method of coordination control between the caudal fin and anal fin.First,an untethered biomimetic robotic fish,equipped with an anal fin,a caudal fin and two pectoral fins,is developed as the experimental platform.Second,a Central Pattern Generator(CPG)-based controller is used to coordinate the motions of the anal fin and caudal fin.Third,extensive experiments are conducted to explore different combinations of the flapping frequencies,the flapping amplitudes,and the phase differences between the anal fin and caudal fin.Notably,through proper control of the anal fin,the amplitude of the yaw motion can be as small as 4.32°,which sees a 65%improvement compared to the scenario without anal fin,and a 57%improvement compared to that with a stationary anal fin.This paper provides a novel way to alleviate the head-shaking problem for biomimetic robotic fish,and first test this method on an untethered,freely swimming robotic platform,which can shed light on the development of underwater robotics. | Jiang Ding Changzhen Zheng Chaocheng Song Qiyang Zuo Yaohui Xu Bingbing Dong Jiaxu Cui Kai He Fengran Xie | 2022 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2022,19,5: | 1 |
