1Primary structure of helix C to helix G of a new retinal protein in H.sp.xz515显示文摘The gene fragment encoding the retinal protein from helix C to helix G in a new strain of halobacteria, H.sp.xz515 has been amplified by PCR method. The nucleotide sequence of this fragment has been determined. The deduced amino acid sequence has been compared with halobium br and other two br-like proteins, ar-1 and ar-2. Results show that those amino acid residues in br, essential for proton pumping and binding to retinal, are conserved. 2Staged angioplasty versus regular carotid artery stenting in patients with carotid artery stenosis at high risk of hyperperfusion:a randomised clinical trial显示文摘Background and purpose Hyperperfusion(HP)is a devastating complication associated with carotid artery stenting(CAS)or endarterectomy.The efficacy and safety of staged angioplasty(SAP)in patients with CAS at high risk of HP remains unclear.We sought to determine whether SAP is superior to regular CAS in patients with high risk of HP.Methods A randomised,multicentre open-label clinical trial with blinded outcome assessment(STEP)was conducted.Patients with severe carotid stenosis at high risk of HP were randomly assigned(1:1)to the SAP or regular CAS group.The primary endpoint was hyperperfusion syndrome(HPS)and intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH)within 30 days after the procedure.Results From November 2014 to January 2017,a total of 64 patients were enrolled in 11 centres.33 patients were allocated to the SAP group and 31 to the regular CAS group.At 30 days,the rate of primary endpoint was 0.0%(0/33)in the SAP group and 9.7%(3/31)in the regular CAS group(absolute risk reduction(ARR),9.7%;95%CI−20.1% to 0.7%;p=0.11).As one of the secondary endpoints,the incidence of HP phenomenon(HPP)was lower in the SAP group than the regular CAS group(0.0%vs 22.6%,ARR,−22.6%;95% CI−36.8%to−10.2%;p=0.04).Conclusion The rate of HPS and ICH was not significantly lower in SAP group;the extended secondary endpoint of HPP,however,significantly reduced,which suggested that SAP may be a safe and effective carotid revascularisation procedure to prevent HP.Dapeng Mo Baixue Jia Huaizhang Shi Yaxuan Sun Qingan Liu Chengzhe Fan Jianping Deng Jinglin Yuan Wei Wu Changchun Jiang Guilian Zhang Hanjun Du Ning Ma Feng Gao Xuan Sun Ligang Song Lian Liu Guangge Peng Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang Zhongrong Miao the STEP Study Group 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:3

6Improvement of refrigerant capacity of La_(0.67)Ca_(0.33)MnO_(3) single crystal with a few percent Fe doping显示文摘Large low-field-induced magnetic entropy changes, ΔSM, are observed in La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 and La0.67-Ca0.33Mn0.96Fe0.04O3 single crystals. The peaks of ΔSM broadened asymmetrically to high temperatures under higher magnetic fields for two materials should be attributed to the first-order magnetic phase transition at Tc. A small amount of iron doping results in an increase in the refrigerant capacity of the material though the magnetic entropy change decreases. 7Deep Learning-Based Program-Wide Binary Code Similarity for Smart Contracts显示文摘Recently,security issues of smart contracts are arising great attention due to the enormous financial loss caused by vulnerability attacks.There is an increasing need to detect similar codes for hunting vulnerability with the increase of critical security issues in smart contracts.Binary similarity detection that quantitatively measures the given code diffing has been widely adopted to facilitate critical security analysis.However,due to the difference between common programs and smart contract,such as diversity of bytecode generation and highly code homogeneity,directly adopting existing graph matching and machine learning based techniques to smart contracts suffers from low accuracy,poor scalability and the limitation of binary similarity on function level.Therefore,this paper investigates graph neural network to detect smart contract binary code similarity at the program level,where we conduct instruction-level normalization to reduce the noise code for smart contract pre-processing and construct contract control flow graphs to represent smart contracts.In particular,two improved Graph Convolutional Network(GCN)and Message Passing Neural Network(MPNN)models are explored to encode the contract graphs into quantitatively vectors,which can capture the semantic information and the program-wide control flow information with temporal orders.Then we can efficiently accomplish the similarity detection by measuring the distance between two targeted contract embeddings.To evaluate the effectiveness and efficient of our proposed method,extensive experiments are performed on two real-world datasets,i.e.,smart contracts from Ethereum and Enterprise Operation System(EOS)blockchain-based platforms.The results show that our proposed approach outperforms three state-of-the-art methods by a large margin,achieving a great improvement up to 6.1%and 17.06%in accuracy.Yuan Zhuang Baobao Wang Jianguo Sun Haoyang Liu Shuqi Yang Qingan Da 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,1:0
