2Phylogenetic position of Ephedra rhytidosperma,a species endemic to China:Evidence from chloroplast and ribosomal DNA sequences显示文摘The chloroplast genes matK and rbcL, ribo- somal gene 18S and ITS regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA from Ephedra rhytidosperma, a species endemic to China, were sequenced and its phylogenetic position was investi- gated. Independent and combined phylogenetic analyses for the DNA sequences from 16 taxa representing 15 species of the genus Ephedra were performed using the maximum par- simony (MP), neighbor-joining (NJ), minimum evolution (ME) and maximum likelihood (ML) methods. The results indicate that E. rhytidosperma is closely related to E. equiset- ina. 5Phylogenetic relationships and divergence times of the family Araucariaceae based on the DNA sequences of eight genes显示文摘Araucariaceae is one of the most primitive families of the living conifers, and its phylogenetic rela-tionships and divergence times are critically important issues. The DNA sequences of 8 genes, i.e., nuclear ribosomal 18S and 26S rRNA, chloroplast 16S rRNA, rbcL, matK and rps4, and mitochondrial coxI and atp1, obtained from this study and GenBank were used for constructing the molecular phylogenetic trees of Araucariaceae, indicating that the phylogenetic relationships among the three genera of this family should be ((Wollemia, Agathis), Araucaria). On the basis of the fossil calibrations of Wol-lemia and the two tribes Araucaria and Eutacta of the genus Araucaria, the divergence time of Arauca-riaceae was estimated to be (308 ± 53) million years ago, that is, the origin of the family was in the Late Carboniferous rather than Triassic as a traditional view. With the same gene combination, the diver-gence times of the genera Araucaria and Agathis were (246 ± 47) and (61 ± 15) Ma, respectively. 6Radiation protection designs of the linac for the HEPS显示文摘Purpose The high-energy photon source(HEPS)is the first fourth-generation light source under construction in China.It is designed to operate at an average current of 200 mA stored beam current with a top-up model at 6 GeV energy.Considering the linac radiation shielding design,a suitable beam loss scenario,optimized thickness for the bulk shielding and detailed structure design for dumps should be proposed.In this paper,the beam loss scenarios were determined and categorized as normal;the dose limits were presented;using these scenarios and the dose limits,the thickness of the linac tunnel was calculated and detailed designs of the main beam dumps were established.The material selection and size setting of the low-power electron beam dump were discussed.Method The Monte Carlo code is a good choice to simulate the radiation analysis.And the iSHIELD11 was used to verify the simulation calculations.Result and conclusion The designs of the linac bulk shield and dumps satisfied the requirements of radiation protection.Qiongyao Liu Zhongjian Ma Qingbiao Wu Haoyu Shi Gang Zhang Huijie Zhang Pingcheng Liu Qingbin Wang 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,4:0
