| 1 | 肝细胞肝癌自发破裂出血:87例回顾性分析(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to review the management of ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in a single teaching hospital over 13-year period; to determine the prognostic factor of in-hospital mortality and evaluate the safety and efficacy of liver resection. Methods: A retrospective collection of medical records of 87 patients with spontaneous ruptured HCC was carried out. The 28 patients underwent emergency intervention including transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) and laparotomy with/without liver resection. Conservative treatment was performed in 59 patients and 16 of which underwent delayed hepatectomy or TACE. Results: The overall in-hospital mortality and median survival time was 54% and 22 days respectively. Albumin level (OR = 0.874, 95% CI: 0.778-0.973, P = 0.024), number of tumors (OR = 5.011, 95% CI: 1.015-24.750, P = 0.048) and laparotomy (OR = 0.069, 95% CI: 0.012-0.406, P = 0.003) were all independent factors affecting overall in-hospital mortality, but for patients undergone laparotomy, only total bilirubin level (OR = 1.138, 95% CI: 1.024-1.264, P = 0.016) was independent factor affecting overall in-hospital mortality. Age, total bilirubin level, maximum tumor size, number of tumors, portal vein tumor thrombosis and extra-hepatic metastasis were all significantly different between groups with laparotomy and without. There were no significant differences between emergency and delayed liver resection groups in in-hospital mortality (0 vs. 0), median survival time (788 vs. 750 days respectively) as well as 1-year and 3-year survival rates (66.7%, 44.4% vs. 70%, 30%, respectively) (P = 0.763, log-rank test). Conclusion: Both underlying chronic liver disease and tumor stage can affect the in-hospital mortality, but for patients undergone laparotomy, only total bilirubin level is independent factor. Surgeons are more prone to choose patients with younger age, better liver function and earlier tumor stage to do surgery. | 2 | Mapping the knowledge of international Chinese medicines treatment on type 2 diabetes:A biblimetrical study显示文摘Objective:To uncover and identify the hot topic and frontier of Chinese medicines treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:Web of Science TM was searched for published articles for Chinese medicines treatment of T2DM ranging from January 1st,2002 to July 6th,2016.Knowledge maps of the international Chinese medicines treatment of T2DM are visualized by using document cooccurrence analysis and word frequency analysis(Institution and Journal),co-citation clustering analysis(Co-reference),keyword co-occurrence clustering analysis with CiteSpac III,a tool of scientometrics.Results:Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico is the institution with the highest number of published papers that had been cited in this field,while China has four institutions among the top 10.The journal of the highest frequency of co-cited journal was Diabetes Care,a core one in the field.Keywords co-occurrence network was composed of 185 nodes,541 lines,and divided into 10 clusters.Co-citation network of co-reference was composed of 407 nodes,1199 lines,and divided into 20 clusters.Using Chinese medicine to improve insulin resistance and Chinese medicine research on blood glucose control are the hot topics.The frontier contains two aspects:new drugs development and application of intestinal insulin treatment and development and use of traditional Chinese medicine antidiabetic plants.Conclusion:Institutions from China still plays a major role in TCM-focused T2DM studies.The effect of TCM herbs on insulin resistance is the hot topic of the domain.Developing new TCM herbal medicine that regulates incretin effect is the domain frontier.Research on the Chinese medicines treatment of T2DM needs more high-quality evidence to support,and its mechanism requires further exploration. | Jiahui Hu Kangle Shi Qinggang Meng | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2016,3,4: | 1 |
| 3 | 肝细胞肝癌经肝动脉化疗栓塞后破裂:2例报告及系统回顾(英文)显示文摘Objective: Rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) following transarterial embolization/chemoembolization (TAE/TACE) is a rare but life-threatening complication. The aim of the study was to explore the incidence, risk factors, clinical characteristics, treatment, and outcomes of this complication. Methods: We described two cases and reviewed all cases of ruptured HCC after TAE/TACE reported in the literature. Results: Our search yielded 32 cases of ruptured HCC after TAE/TACE. The overall incidences were 0.45% per patient and 0.21% per session. The mean age of the patients was 57.4 years (range 28-90 years, n=26, No. of cases with available information). Males accounted for 81% of cases (21/26). The 50% of the cases had histories of primary hypertension, diabetes or peripheral artery disease (6/12). Mean diameter of the tumors was 11.4 cm (range 3-20 cm, n=27). The 100% of cases had superficial or exophytic tumors (23/23). Portal vein thrombosis was presented in 61.5% of patients (8/13). The median interval between TAE/TACE and rupture was 2 days (range 0 hour-30 days, n=31). Management choices included emergency TAE, surgery, and conservative treatment. The overall median survival time was 7 days (n=19). Conclusion: Rupture of HCC following TAE/TACE is relatively rare but potentially life-threatening. The management is difficult and prognosis is poor. | 4 | Potential indicators predict progress after surgical resection of gastrointestinal stromal tumors显示文摘In order to find out the potential indicators predicting prognosis of malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)after surgical resection,we collected clinical records of 80 patients with malignant GISTs.Tumor location,size,mitotic index,necrosis were compared with the prognosis of malignant GISTs by Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test.After a median follow-up of 844 days(52–2145),we found that as National Institutes of Health suggested,tumors with intermediate risk had more favorable prognosis than that with high risk.Their 3-year survival rate were 65.3% and 41.3%,respectively(P<0.001).Moreover,tumor size and mitotic index were associated with free survival.The 3-year survival rate for patients with tumor size≤10 cm and>10 cm were 62.3% and 41.8%,respectively(P=0.002),Tumors with mitotic index≤5/50 HPF had a higher 3-year survival rate than tumors with mitotic index>5/50 HPF(67.1% versus 40.7%,P=0.005).The presence of necrosis was directly related to the malignant behavior.The 3-year survival rate for presence and absence necrosis were 50.8% and 64.8%(P=0.008).From the present study,we can conclude that besides tumors size and mitotic index,tumor location and necrosis also influence on the long-term survival of patient with malignant GISTs after surgical resection. | Qinggang Hu Shanglong Liu Jianwei Jiang Chen Zhang Xiaowei Liu Qichang Zheng | 2012 | Frontiers of Medicine2012,6,3: | 1 |
| 5 | Optimal design of coded aperture used for Z-Pinch driven fusion neutron imaging显示文摘Currently,the neutron yield of Z-Pinch is lower than that of laser driven fusion.In the neutron imaging for this facility,the signal to noise ratio(SNR)has a significant influence on the expected spatial resolution of the reconstructed fusion core,especially in the condition of low neutron yield.In this paper,mathematical model is purposed to describe the dependence of aperture parameters on the imaging SNR.The investigation shows that the imaging SNR is closely related to the size of contrast boundary on the point spread function.According to this,a novel non-uniform redundancy penumbra apertures array is designed.In addition,the imaging performances of this novel coded aperture,penumbra aperture and ring aperture are evaluated and compared by Monte Carlo method.The comparison shows that this novel aperture has significant advantage compared to the penumbra aperture which is commonly used for neutron imaging with low yield.The encouraging results can provide reference for the optimal design of the coded aperture used in the neutron imaging for Z-pinch driven fusion with low neutron yield. | JIA QingGang HU HuaSi ZHENG XiangYang ZHANG FengNa WANG DongMing HU Guang ZHANG TianKui WU YueLei | 2015 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2015,58,7: | 0 |

| 8 | Amino acids industry knowledge service platform显示文摘Purpose: This paper introduces an amino acids industry knowledge service platform, which integrates industry data, science literature, and technology knowledge from patents.Design/methodology/approach: From the perspective of knowledge organization, the amino acids industry knowledge service platform comprises a basic data layer, a knowledge representation layer, and a knowledge service layer. The platform integrates heterogeneous information sources by means of a multi-dimensional integration index. It enables users to find technology knowledge from patents by employing the semantic Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ).Findings: This paper constructs an integrated amino acids industry database, which offers a general service oriented to the public, and a technical innovation knowledge base, which offers a value-added service oriented to enterprises.Research limitations: The technical innovation knowledge base only includes parts of amino acids technology knowledge, making it suitable to meet certain specific needs. Practical implications: Semantic annotation of technical innovation knowledge from patents requires manual work by domain experts.Originality/value: The amino acids industry knowledge service platform offers not only an integrated search service for amino acids industry information, but also a deep tech mining service for technical innovation knowledge of amino acids. | 9 | Regulating adsorption ability toward polysulfides in a porous carbon/Cu_(3)P hybrid for an ultrastable high-temperature lithium-sulfur battery显示文摘Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)can work at high temperatures,but they suffer from poor cycle life stability due to the“shuttle effect”of polysulfides.In this study,pollen-derived porous carbon/cuprous phosphide(PC/Cu_(3)P)hybrids were rationally synthesized using a one-step carbonization method using pollen as the source material,acting as the sulfur host for LSBs.In the hybrid,polar Cu_(3)P can markedly inhibit the“shuttle effect”by regulating the adsorption ability toward polysulfides,as confirmed by theoretical calculations and experimental tests.As an example,the camellia pollen porous carbon(CPC)/Cu_(3)P/S electrode shows a high capacity of 1205.6 mAh g^(−1) at 0.1 C,an ultralow capacity decay rate of 0.038%per cycle after 1000 cycles at 1 C,and a rather high initial Coulombic efficiency of 98.5%.The CPC/Cu_(3)P LSBs can work well at high temperatures,having a high capacity of 545.9 mAh g^(−1) at 1 C even at 150℃.The strategy of the PC/Cu_(3)P hybrid proposed in this study is expected to be an ideal cathode for ultrastable high-temperature LSBs.We believe that this strategy is universal and worthy of in-depth development for the next generation energy storage devices. | Yichuan Guo Rabia Khatoon Jianguo Lu Qinggang He Xiang Gao Xiaopeng Yang Xun Hu Yang Wu Jiale Lian Zhoupeng Li Zhizhen Ye | 2021 | Carbon Energy2021,3,6: | 0 |
