1A review of high-temperature selective absorbing coatings for solar thermal applications显示文摘Solar selective absorbing coatings directly harvest solar energy in the form of heat.The higher temperatures are required to drive higher power-cycle efficiencies in favor of lower costs of energy.According to different dielectrics,high temperature coatings can mainly be divided to double cermet solar selective coatings,transition metal nitride multilayer coatings and transition metal oxide multilayer coatings.This paper assesses the photothermal conversion efficiency and thermal stability,and discusses the challenges and strategies of improving both thermal and optical properties.Double cermet layers can stabilize nanocrystalline structures by alloying,while transition metal nitride/oxide layers generally choose the reliable materials with superior mechanical properties and thermal stability.The purpose of this review is to get the optimized systems,and propose further research directions at higher temperature,such as all-ceramic absorbing coatings.Ke Xu Miao Du Lei Hao Jing Mi Qinghe Yu Shijie Li 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,1:8
2Genome-wide analysis of expression quantitative trait loci(eQTLs)reveals the regulatory architecture of gene expression variation in the storage roots of sweet potato显示文摘Dissecting the genetic regulation of gene expression is critical for understanding phenotypic variation and species evolution.However,our understanding of the transcriptional variability in sweet potato remains limited.Here,we analyzed two publicly available datasets to explore the landscape of transcriptomic variations and its genetic basis in the storage roots of sweet potato.The comprehensive analysis identified a total of 724,438 high-confidence single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and 26,026 expressed genes.Expression quantitative trait locus(eQTL)analysis revealed 4408 eQTLs regulating the expression of 3646 genes,including 2261 local eQTLs and 2147 distant eQTLs.Two distant eQTL hotspots were found with target genes significantly enriched in specific functional classifications.By combining the information from regulatory network analyses,eQTLs and association mapping,we found that IbMYB1-2 acts as a master regulator and is the major gene responsible for the activation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in the storage roots of sweet potato.Our study provides the first insight into the genetic architecture of genome-wide expression variation in sweet potato and can be used to investigate the potential effects of genetic variants on key agronomic traits in sweet potato.Lei Zhang Yicheng Yu Tianye Shi Meng Kou Jian Sun Tao Xu Qiang Li Shaoyuan Wu Qinghe Cao Wenqian Hou Zongyun Li 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:2
3Overexpression of phosphatidylserine synthase IbPSS1 affords cellular Na+homeostasis and salt tolerance by activating plasma membrane Na^(+)/H^(+)antiport activity in sweet potato roots显示文摘Phosphatidylserine synthase(PSS)-mediated phosphatidylserine(PS)synthesis is crucial for plant development.However,little is known about the contribution of PSS to Na^(+)homeostasis regulation and salt tolerance in plants.Here,we cloned the IbPSS1 gene,which encodes an ortholog of Arabidopsis AtPSS1,from sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.).The transient expression of IbPSS1 in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves increased PS abundance.We then established an efficient Agrobacterium rhizogenes-mediated in vivo root transgenic system for sweet potato.Overexpression of IbPSS1 through this system markedly decreased cellular Na^(+)accumulation in salinized transgenic roots(TRs)compared with adventitious roots.The overexpression of IbPSS1 enhanced salt-induced Na^(+)/H^(+)antiport activity and increased plasma membrane(PM)Ca^(2+)-permeable channel sensitivity to NaCl and H2O2 in the TRs.We confirmed the important role of IbPSS1 in improving salt tolerance in transgenic sweet potato lines obtained from an Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation system.Similarly,compared with the wild-type(WT)plants,the transgenic lines presented decreased Na^(+)accumulation,enhanced Na^(+)exclusion,and increased PM Ca^(2+)-permeable channel sensitivity to NaCl and H2O2 in the roots.Exogenous application of lysophosphatidylserine triggered similar shifts in Na^(+)accumulation and Na^(+)and Ca^(2+)fluxes in the salinized roots of WT.Overall,this study provides an efficient and reliable transgenic method for functional genomic studies of sweet potato.Our results revealed that IbPSS1 contributes to the salt tolerance of sweet potato by enabling Na^(+)homeostasis and Na^(+)exclusion in the roots,and the latter process is possibly controlled by PS reinforcing Ca^(2+)signaling in the roots.Yicheng Yu Ying Xuan Xiaofeng Bian Lei Zhang Zhiyuan Pan Meng Kou Qinghe Cao Zhonghou Tang Qiang Li Daifu Ma Zongyun Li Jian Sun 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:2
4Consensus algorithm for multiple quadrotor systems under fixed and switching topologies显示文摘The distributed leadless consensus problem for multiple quadrotor systems under fixed and switching topologies is investigated. The objective is to design protocols achieving consensus for networked quadrotors' positions and attitudes. Because the model of a quadrotor is a strong high-order nonlinear coupling system,the approach of feedback linearization is employed to transform the model into a group of four linear subsystems among which there is no coupling. Then, a consensus algorithm is proposed which consists of a local feedback controller and interactions from the finite neighbors under fixed undirected topologies. Especially,the problem of choosing the parameters in the consensus algorithm is also addressed, enlightened by the results of the robust control theory. Furthermore, it is proved that the proposed algorithm also guarantees the consensus under undirected switching topologies. 9Robust distributed control of robot formations with parameter uncertainty显示文摘This paper discusses robot formations in a distributed framework. The most important contribution is the incorporation of robustness into robot formation systems. When robots carry out tasks in a poor environment, the parameters in their models fluctuate around the nominal values, which may destroy the stability of the formation system. By modeling the group of robots as an interconnected system, we aim to develop a set of robust distributed controllers such that the overall system is robust to external disturbance as well as parameter uncertainty. Based on the graph rigidity theory, we also consider the rotation of a formation that plays an important role in real-time applications. 15Preparation of Al2O3/Y2O3 composite coating for deuterium permeation reduction显示文摘A tritium permeation barrier is required in fusion blankets for the reduction of fuel loss and radiological hazard.In this study,an Al2O3/Y2O3 composite coating was prepared on 316 L stainless steel by radiofrequency magnetron sputtering in order to improve the tritium permeation resistance.The microstructure and the phase composition of the Al2O3/Y2O3 composite coating are observed by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and grazing incidence X-ray diffraction.Moreover,Auger electron spectroscopy was used to characterize the depth profiles of Al,Y and O elements.The results clearly indicate that the Al2O3/Y2O3 composite coating is fully dense and the total thickness is approximately 340 nm.The Al2O3/Y2O3 coating consists of an amorphous Al2O3 and the cubic Y2O3,in which Al,Y and O elements are homogeneously distributed in the vertical base direction.Furthermore,the deuterium permeation property of the Al2O3/Y2O3 composite coating was measured by the gas phase permeation method.The results show that the introduction of an interface and the existence of a tiny amount of micro-defects improve the deuterium resistance of the Al2O3/Y2O3 coating,and its deuterium permeation reduction factor is 536-750 at 873-973 K.Therefore,it is concluded that the Al2O3/Y2O3 co mposite coating as deuterium permeation barrier can significa ntly enha nce the deuterium permeation resistance property.Weijing Wang Qinghe Yu Xiaopeng Liu Zheng Lu 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,11:1

17The Formation of SO_(2) and Emission Reduction Solutions in the Preparation of a Hydrogenation Catalyst Support显示文摘The key reason for SO_(2) formation during the production of a residue hydrogenation catalyst support was identified and subsequent emission reduction solutions were then investigated and verified systematically.The results demonstrated that carbon-containing organic materials,including sesbania powder and cellulose,did not completely decompose over the temperature range of 350−600℃during the heating stage of the calcination process,but rather underwent a condensation reaction within the same temperature range to form carbon-containing species with a lower ratio of hydrogen to carbon and a higher condensation degree,which promoted the decomposition of sulfate to form SO_(2).Systematic experimental work revealed that three different measures,i.e.,applying the staged calcination method,reducing the heating rate,and increasing the air flow rate,during the calcination process could all achieve the effect of reducing SO_(2) emissions.Hu Anpeng Wang Zhen Yang Qinghe Hu Dawei Gong Yu Jia Yanzi Dai Qiaoling Pu Ning 2024China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2024,26,1:0
18Thermal properties of high temperature vacuum receivers used for parabolic trough solar thermal power system显示文摘The receiver's emittance and vacuum pressure are the two of great significance issues on the heat-loss which is the main factor reducing the efficiency of the parabolic though systems. In this paper, the thermal steady-state equilibrium method was used to test the receivers heat-loss. The receivers with increasing emittance were tested to study the variation of heat-loss. Meanwhile, the variable vacuum pressure in the annulus that affects the efficiency of the system was investigated. The influence of vacuumizing rate and getters on the vacuum pressure and heat-loss were discussed. The result shows that the emittance and vacuum pressure affect the receiver's heat-loss dramatically, and the emittance is the major influence factor on the thermal properties. The receiver with 0.08 emittance and 10^(-3) Pa vacuum pressure has a satisfactory heat-loss of 215.6 W/m at 400 ℃.The analysis further reveals that the synergistic effect of both emittance and vacuum pressure on the heat-loss can be reflected by the packaging temperature of the glass tube, and a fitting formula has been established to estimate the receivers' heat-loss according to the packaging temperature of the glass tube.Qinghe Yu Jing Mi Yufan Lang Miao Du Shijie Li Hailing Yang Lei Hao Xiaopeng Liu Lijun Jiang 2017Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2017,27,4:0

20Deep Learning Models Based on Weakly Supervised Learning and Clustering Visualization for Disease Diagnosis显示文摘The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has severely disrupted both human life and the health care system.Timely diagnosis and treatment have become increasingly important;however,the distribution and size of lesions vary widely among individuals,making it challenging to accurately diagnose the disease.This study proposed a deep-learning disease diagnosismodel based onweakly supervised learning and clustering visualization(W_CVNet)that fused classification with segmentation.First,the data were preprocessed.An optimizable weakly supervised segmentation preprocessing method(O-WSSPM)was used to remove redundant data and solve the category imbalance problem.Second,a deep-learning fusion method was used for feature extraction and classification recognition.A dual asymmetric complementary bilinear feature extraction method(D-CBM)was used to fully extract complementary features,which solved the problem of insufficient feature extraction by a single deep learning network.Third,an unsupervised learning method based on Fuzzy C-Means(FCM)clustering was used to segment and visualize COVID-19 lesions enabling physicians to accurately assess lesion distribution and disease severity.In this study,5-fold cross-validation methods were used,and the results showed that the network had an average classification accuracy of 85.8%,outperforming six recent advanced classification models.W_CVNet can effectively help physicians with automated aid in diagnosis to determine if the disease is present and,in the case of COVID-19 patients,to further predict the area of the lesion.Jingyao Liu Qinghe Feng Jiashi Zhao Yu Miao Wei He Weili Shi Zhengang Jiang 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,76,9:0
