| 1 | A closed-loop process for recycling LiNi_xCo_yMn_((1-x-y))O_2 from mixed cathode materials of lithium-ion batteries显示文摘With the rapid development of consumer electronics and electric vehicles(EV), a large number of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) have been generated worldwide. Thus, effective recycling technologies to recapture a significant amount of valuable metals contained in spent LIBs are highly desirable to prevent the environmental pollution and resource depletion. In this work, a novel recycling technology to regenerate a LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2 cathode material from spent LIBs with different cathode chemistries has been developed. By dismantling, crushing,leaching and impurity removing, the LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2(selected as an example of LiNi_xCo_yMn_(1-x-y)O_2) powder can be directly prepared from the purified leaching solution via co-precipitation followed by solid-state synthesis. For comparison purposes, a fresh-synthesized sample with the same composition has also been prepared using the commercial raw materials via the same method. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electrochemical measurements have been carried out to characterize these samples. The electrochemical test result suggests that the re-synthesized sample delivers cycle performance and low rate capability which are comparable to those of the freshsynthesized sample. | 2 | Wide-steering-angle high-resolution optical phased array显示文摘Optical phased array(OPA)technology is considered a promising solution for solid-state beam steering to supersede the traditional mechanical beam steering.As a key component of the LIDAR system for long-range detection,OPAs featuring a wide steering angle and high resolution without beam aliasing are highly desired.However,a wide steering range requires a waveguide pitch less than half of the wavelength,which is easily subjected to cross talk.Besides,high resolution requires a large aperture,and it is normally achieved by a high count number of waveguides,which complicates the control system.To solve the mentioned issues,we design two high-performance 128-channel OPAs fabricated on a multilayered SiN-on-SOI platform.Attributed to the nonuniform antenna pitch,only 128 waveguides are used to achieve a 4 mm wide aperture.Besides,by virtue of innovative dual-level silicon nitride(Si_(3)N_(4))waveguide grating antennas,the fishbone antenna OPA achieves a 100°×19.4°field of view(FOV)with divergence of 0.021°×0.029°,and the chain antenna OPA realizes a 140°×19.23°FOV with divergence of 0.021°×0.1°.To our best knowledge,140°is the widest lateral steering range in two-dimensional OPA,and 0.029°is the smallest longitudinal divergence.Finally,we embed the OPA into a frequency-modulated continuous-wave system to achieve 100 m distance measurement.The reflected signal from 100 m distance is well detected with 26 dBm input transmitter power,which proves that OPA serves as a promising candidate for transceiving optical signal in a LIDAR system. | YINGZHI LI BAISONG CHEN QUANXIN NA QIJIE XIE MIN TAO LANXUAN ZHANG ZIHAO ZHI YUXUAN LI XIAOBIN LIU XIANSHU LUO GUOQIANG LO FENGLI GAO XUEYAN LI JUNFENG SONG | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,12: | 7 |
| 3 | A Self-certified Cross-Cluster Asymmetric Group Key Agreement for Wireless Sensor Networks显示文摘Wireless sensor networks have some obvious characteristics, such as communication range is limited, computing power is limited and energy is limited. Group key agreement in this environment requires a cross-cluster, computation and communication overhead are lightweight and highly safe group key agreement protocol. Aiming at these demands, the paper proposes a Self-certified cross-cluster Asymmetric group key agreement(SC-AGKA). To establish a lightweight and efficient group communication channel among sensor nodes. According to the cluster head as the bridge node to realize the sensor nodes in different cluster have the same group key information, and negotiate a pair of asymmetric group keys to realize the cross cluster secure communication. The group communication adopts asymmetric encryption mechanism. It realizes the group security communication mechanism of message sender unconstraint. The asymmetric group key agreement has the key self-certified, which does not need additional rounds to verify the correctness of group key. | 4 | Enhancement of Bio-based para-Xylene Selectivity in Catalytic Fast Pyrolysis of Cellulose Using a Surface-modified Mg/P/HZSM-5 Catalyst显示文摘With the growing consumption of oil, the production of /?-xylene(PX) from renewable biomass has gained significant attention recently. This work demonstrated that cellulose, a main component in lignocellulosic biomass, was directly converted into PX over the Mg/P surface-modified zeolites. The catalysts modified by the incorporation of P2O5 and MgO into HZSM-5(HZ) promoted the isomerization of zw-/o-xylenes to p-xylene. The PX selectivity was greatly enhanced using the modified zeolites due to the deactivation of external surface and the adjustment of pore entrance. In addition, the addition of methanol to cellulose was beneficial to increase the selectivity of xylenes due to the alkylation reactions and the Diels-Alder reactions between cellulose-derived furans and methanol-derived olefins. The highest PX yield of 10.7%(molar fraction) with a high PX selectivity in xylenes(97.1%) was obtained over the 10%Mg/5%P/HZ catalyst. | 5 | A Hybrid Compression Framework for Large Scale Trajectory Data in Road Networks显示文摘A Hybrid compression framework of trajectory data(HCFT) is proposed for effective compression of tra jectory data with road network limited. It's different from the present researches which mainly focus on compression of single tra jectory, and further takes data redundancy raised by the similarity of movement pattern of moving objects into consideration. HCFT divides the redundancy of tra jectory data into Single tra jectory redundancy(STR) and Multiple tra jectories redundancy(MTR) and compresses them in a hybrid way(i.e. synchronous compression for STR at first and then asynchronous compression for MTR). We propose an asynchronous extraction algorithm for MTR based on frequent Road track subsequence(RTS), which replaces similar movement route by RTS, with the complexity of calculation significantly reduced. HCFT can not only gain higher compression ratio,but also ensure effectiveness of compressed tra jectory. | 6 | A Specific-Targeting Asymmetric Group Key Agreement for Cloud Computing显示文摘When the information is exchanged and transmitted among the group members in mobile cloud environment, the group members may distribute different security domains. The information exchanged among group members may have different secret levels in this environment. When a person has some secret information, he only wants to share these information with some people who have the appropriate level of security permissions, other than all the members in the group. Aiming at these needs,we propose a flexible Asymmetric group key agreement(AGKA) protocol that information exchange and transmission are specific-targeting. The paper adopts bilinear mapping and two-way anonymous authentication technology to hide personal identity authentication information, and uses storage and computing migration technology to reduce the resource consumption of mobile terminal, and also proposes the secret key factor oriented extraction and combinations technology to achieve multi-level three-dimensional complex space security information exchange requirements and meet the lightweight computing. | 17 | Ribosome biogenesis gene DEF/UTP25 is essential for liver homeostasis and regeneration显示文摘Hepatocytes are responsible for diverse metabolic activities in a liver. Proper ribosome biogenesis is essential to sustain the function of hepatocytes. There are approximately 200 factors involved in ribosome biogenesis;however, few studies have focused on the role of these factors in maintaining liver homeostasis. The digestive organ expansion factor(def) gene encodes a nucleolar protein Def that participates in ribosome biogenesis. In addition, Def forms a complex with cysteine protease Calpain3(Capn3) and recruits Capn3 to the nucleolus to cleave protein targets. However, the function of Def has not been characterized in the mammalian digestive organs. In this report, we show that conditional knockout of the mouse def gene in hepatocytes causes cell morphology abnormality and constant infiltration of inflammatory cells in the liver. As age increases, the def conditional knockout liver displays multiple tissue damage foci and biliary hyperplasia. Moreover, partial hepatectomy leads to sudden acute death to the def conditional knockout mice and this phenotype is rescued by intragastric injection of the anti-inflammation drug dexamethasone one day before hepatectomy.
