1Contemporary crustal deformation of the Chinese continent and tectonic block model显示文摘We obtain the preliminary result of crustal deformation velocity field for the Chinese con-tinent by analyzing GPS data from the Crustal Motion Observation Network of China (CMONOC), particularly the data from the regional networks of CMONOC observed in 1999 and 2001. We de-lineate 9 tectonically active blocks and 2 broadly distributed deformation zones out of a denseGPS velocity field, and derive block motion Euler poles for the blocks and their relative motionrates. Our result reveals that there are 3 categories of deformation patterns in the Chinese conti-nent. The first category, associated with the interior of the Tibetan Plateau and the Tianshan oro-genic belt, shows broadly distributed deformation within the regions. The third category, associatedwith the Tarim Basin and the region east of the north-south seismic belt of China, shows block-likemotion, with deformation accommodated along the block boundaries only. The second category, mainly associated with the borderland of the Tibetan Plateau, such as the Qaidam, Qilian, Xining(in eastern Qinghai), and the Diamond-shaped (in western Sichuan and Yunnan) blocks, has thedeformation pattern between the first and the third, i.e. these regions appear to deform block-like,but with smaller sizes and less strength for the blocks. Based on the analysis of the lithosphericstructures and the deformation patterns of the regions above, we come to the inference that thedeformation modes of the Chinese continental crust are mainly controlled by the crustal structure.The crust of the eastern China and the Tarim Basin is mechanically strong, and its deformationtakes the form of relative motion between rigid blocks. On the other hand, the northward indentation of the Indian plate into the Asia continent has created the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the Tianshan Mountains, thickened their crust, and raised the temperature in the crust. The lower crust thus has become ductile, evidenced in low seismic velocity and high electric conductivity observed. The brittle part of the crust, driven by the visco-plastic flow of the lower crust, deforms extensively at all scales. The regions of the second category located at the borderland of the Tibetan Plateau are at the transition zone between the regions of the first and the third categories in terms of the crustal structure. 2Relationship between structure and function of JWA in the modulation of cell differentiation显示文摘To elucidate the structure characteristic, regulation of expression and the potential function of JWA——anovel rctinoic acid responsible and cytoskeleton associate gene, a rat JWA homologue gene and a 621-bp JWA promoter fragment were cloned and analyzed. Using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), JWA mRNA expression in NIH3T3, K562 and human primary acute promyelocytic leukaemia (APL) cells have been investigated after treatment with all trans retinoic acid (ATRA), N-4-hydroxyphenyl-retinamide (4HPR), arsenic trioxide (As2O3), Phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (TPA) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). The results showed that there is a complete TPA responsive element (TRE) existed in the promoter of JWA at -437 to -443 bp; rat JWA homologue gene showed that there are four nucleotides different from human JWA within coding region. 3Role of JWA in acute promye-locytic leukemia cell differentiation and apoptosis triggered by retinoic acid,12-tetradecanoylphorbol-13- acetate and arsenic trioxide显示文摘JWA, a cytoskeleton associated gene, was primarily found to be regulated by all trans-retinoic acid (ATRA), 13 cis-retinoic acid (13 cis-RA) and 12-tetradecano-ylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA). Our previous data showed that JWA might be involved in both cellular differentiation and apoptosis induced by several chemicals. In this study, we addressed the possible mechanism of JWA in the regulation of cell differentiation and apoptosis in NB4, a human acute promyelocytic leukemia cell line. CD11b/CD33 expression and cell cycle were analyzed for detecting of cell differentiation and apoptosis. Both reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot assays were used for understanding the expressions of JWA. 6Humanin attenuates Alzheimer-like cognitive deficits and pathological changes induced by amyloid β-peptide in rats显示文摘Amyloid β-peptide(Aβ) has been implicated as a key molecule in the neurodegenerative cascades of Alzheimer 's disease(AD). Humanin(HN) is a secretory peptide that inhibits the neurotoxicity of Aβ. However, the mechanism(s) by which HN exerts its neuroprotection against Aβ-induced ADlike pathological changes and memory deficits are yet to be completely defined. In the present study,we provided evidence that treatment of rats with HN increases the number of dendritic branches and the density of dendritic spines, and upregulates pre- and post-synaptic protein levels; these effects lead to enhanced long-term potentiation and amelioration of the memory deficits induced by Aβ1-42. HN also attenuated Aβ1-42-induced tau hyperphosphorylation,apparently by inhibiting the phosphorylation of Tyr307 on the inhibitory protein phosphatase-2A(PP2A)catalytic subunit and thereby activating PP2 A. HN also inhibited apoptosis and reduced the oxidativestress induced by Aβ1-42. 9Effect of microenvironmental quantitative regulation on growth of Korean pine trees planted under secondary forest显示文摘Korean pine(Pinus koraiensis) and broadleaved mixed forest in Northeast China has been changed regressively into secondary forest with almost no conifers.Planting Korean pine trees under the canopy of secondary forest is a feasible approach for recovering Korean pine and broadleaved mixed forest.For establishing an effective growth promotion method for under-canopy planted young Korean pine trees,two stands were selected as the experiment plots,Stand A(planted in 1989) and Stand B(planted in 1982),and an experiment of microenvironment regulation was conducted relying mainly on Opening degree(K=1,K=1.5,K=2,CK) in 2004.The results were shown that the adjustment had promoted growth of diameter and height of Korean pine planted in Stand A and Stand B,and had a significant influence on the growth rate of basal diameter,diameter at breast height and height in the two growth stands.The four years periodic increment of mean diameter and height of Korean pine planted in 1989 and in 1982 after regulation in K=1 level were 63.4%(D0) and 82.7%(H),64.8%(D1.3) and 69.7%(H) higher than that of control respectively.Quantitative regulation had significant influence on specific leaf area of Korean pine planted in 1989,and the current year specific leaf area(SLA) was lager than perennial year SLA.Quality indexes of natural pruning capacity,normal form quotient and crown size was not significantly changed but shown a positive tendency.The regulation scheme of Opening degree K=1 might be proper for adjusting the microenvironment of Korean pine trees planted under the canopy of secondary forest when the Korean pine trees were in the growth period of 15 to 26 years old in the experiment region.CONG Jian Shen Hai-Long YANG Wen-Hua FAN Shao-Hui ZHANG Qun 2011Journal of Forestry Research2011,22,2:5
10Method for predicting economic peak yield for a single well of coalbed methane显示文摘The development of coalbed methane (CBM) in China poses great difficulties because of high investments, low produc- tion and high risks. So a study of the economic effect of a single well at its preliminary stage is helpful for commercial exploitation of CBM. Affected by wellbore flow pressure, initial reservoir pressure, relative permeability, Langmuir pressure and other factors, the trend of declining production of a single CBM well agrees, by and large, with a hyperbolic pattern of decline. Based on Arps’s equation, nearly 200 wells production with different peak yields and initial rates of were simulated. Given the present cost of drill- ing, gas production and engineering on the ground, the gross investment for the development of a single coalbed methane well was estimated for the Fanzhuang block in central China. Considering the current industrial policies for CBM, we established an eco- nomic assessment model and analyzed economic peaks. The results show the economic benefits with or without government subsi- dies at different peak yields of a single CBM well. The results of the evaluation can be directly applied in the Fanzhuang block. 15Distribution control and formation mechanism of gas inclusions in directionally solidified Al2O3-Er3Al5O12-ZrO2 ternary eutectic ceramic by laser floating zone melting显示文摘Distribution control and formation mechanism of gas inclusions formed in directionally solidified Al2O3-Er3Al5O12-ZrO2 eutectic ceramic rods are explored during laser floating zone melting. In atmospheric environment, highly-dense bubble-free eutectic rods are well fabricated at low solidification rate(<25μm/s). Gas inclusions form intermittently when the solidification rate is in the range of 25-50 μm/s,but produce continuously at higher solidification rates(100-200 μm/s). The gas inclusions exhibit an elongated finger-like pattern along the growth direction, which of the maximum value of diameter first increases and then decreases with increasing the solidification rate. Meanwhile, the volume fraction of gas inclusions increased gradually with the solidification rate. 16Theory, technology and prospects of conventional and unconventional natural gas显示文摘The development of natural gas in China has entered a golden and leap-forward stage, which is a necessary bridge to clean energy. This in-depth study on the status quo, theory, technology and prospect of natural gas development shows:(1) The global remaining proven recoverable reserves of natural gas are 186×1012 m3, and the reserves-production ratio is 52.4, indicating a solid resource base for long-term and rapid development.(2) Ten formation and distribution laws of conventional and unconventional natural gas reservoirs have been proposed. In terms of exploration geology, the theory of conventional 'monolithic' giant gas fields with different gas sources, and an unconventional gas accumulation theory with continuous distribution of 'sweet areas' in different lithologic reservoirs have been established; in terms of development geology, a development theory of conventional structural gas reservoirs is oriented to 'controlling water intrusion', while a development theory of unconventional gas is concentrated on man-made gas reservoirs.(3) With the geological resources(excluding hydrates) of 210×1012 m3 and the total proven rate of the resources less than 2% at present, the natural gas in China will see a constant increase in reserve and production; by 2030, the proven geological reserves of natural gas are expected to reach about(6 000-7 000)×108 m3, the production of conventional and unconventional natural gas each will reach about 1 000×108 m3, and the gas consumption will reach 5 500×108 m3. 18A distributed approach for lidar-based relative state estimation of multi-UAV in GPS-denied environments显示文摘In this paper,we present a distributed framework for the lidar-based relative state estimator which achieves highly accurate,real-time trajectory estimation of multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)in GPS-denied environments.The system builds atop a factor graph,and only on-board sensors and computing power are utilized.Benefiting from the keyframe strategy,each UAV performs relative state estimation individually and broadcasts very partial information without exchanging raw data.The complete system runs in real-time and is evaluated with three experiments in different environments.Experimental results show that the proposed distributed approach offers comparable performance with a centralized method in terms of accuracy and real-time performance.The flight test demonstrates that the proposed relative state estimation framework is able to be used for aggressive flights over 5 m/s.Hongming SHEN Qun ZONG Hanchen LU Xuewei ZHANG Bailing TIAN Lei HE 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,1:3
19Control Efficacy of 45% Propamocarb·Denamidone SC against Potato Late Blight显示文摘The effects of different doses of 45% propamocarb·fenamidone SC on potato late blight were studied in the paper. The results showed that the overall control effect of 45% propamocarb·fenamidone SC against potato late blight on the 14 th day after the third spraying were 67. 64%- 83. 78%. The yield of potato reached 19 972. 5- 23 302. 5 kg / hm2,with higher marketable tuber rate and lower rotten tuber rate. With the increase in fungicide dose,the difference in control effect against late blight was significant,but the yield-increasing effect on potatoes was not significant.
