| 1 | 含氟牙膏对离体脱矿恒牙再矿化作用的实验研究显示文摘目的评价含氟牙膏促进离体脱矿恒牙再矿化的作用。方法选取和制作牙体硬度170KHN左右的16颗离体年轻脱矿恒牙标本,随机分成A、B两组(P>0.05)。A组用无氟Crest牙膏作再矿化处理,B组用含氟的Crest牙膏作再矿化处理,同时将A、B组标本浸泡于人唾液中。用微硬度测量仪测定并记录每个牙标本的硬度。结果A组脱矿牙的硬度平均值为151.9±38.3,而再矿化后牙齿的硬度平均值为143.4±18.8,两组比较P>0.05。B组脱矿牙的硬度平均值为160.1±16.5,而再矿化后牙齿的硬度平均值为200.5±21.3,两组比较P<0.05。再矿化后AB两组的硬度值比较P<0.001。结论含氟牙膏对离体脱矿恒牙有较明显的再矿化作用。 | 陈宏 丁熙 张秀华 ZHANG Wu LI Yi-min Sean S. | 2 | 两种充填方式对不同光固化复合树脂充填体内孔隙的影响显示文摘目的探讨光固化复合树脂的稠度及充填方式对充填体内孔隙的影响,以期为复合树脂的临床应用提供参考。方法6位操作者将3种复合树脂(树脂A:Prodigy;树脂B:TetricEvoCeram;树脂C:TetricCeramHB)以器械充填和注射充填的方式充填入模拟I类洞中,将充填体纵向片切成0.5mm厚的切片,测定切片内孔隙数量;并测试未进行充填的复合树脂内的固有孔隙数量。结果未充填的复合树脂内固有孔隙数量极少(≤5个);稠度居中的树脂B的孔隙数量[器械充填和注射充填分别为(1137.1±365.0)和(566.1±206.4)个]远多于稠度最大的树脂C[分别为(193.1±35.8)和(156.3±33.0)个]和稠度最小的树脂A[分别为(241.0±116.1)和(195.8±28.7)个,P〈0.05)。树脂B器械充填的孔隙数量明显多于注射充填(P〈0.05),而树脂A和C两种充填方式的孔隙数量差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论复合树脂充填体内的孔隙基本是在充填过程中形成的,孔隙数量与复合树脂稠度无线性关系;并非所有复合树脂用注射充填均能显著减少充填体内孔隙数量。 | 赵信义 张武 Sean Lee Clyde Roggenkamp 陆梅 李一鸣 | 2010 | 中华口腔医学杂志2010,45,1: | 7 |
| 3 | Therapeutic effect of Guijiajiao (Colla Carapacis et Plastri) on bone regeneration in rats and zebrafish显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of Guijiajiao(Colla Carapacis et Plastri, CCP), the glue of tortoise shell, on bone regeneration in zebrafish and male Wistar rats.METHODS: In this study, we applied in vitro and in vivo models, tissue section analysis, and quantitative polymerase chain reaction to assess the effects of CCP on bone repair. MG-63 cells were used in alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity and mineralization assays. Zebrafish and male Wistar rats were used to evaluate the effects of CCP on bone repair in vivo.RESULTS: A simple preparation of CCP promoted osteogenesis in vivo and in vitro, and promoted MG-63 cell proliferation as well as ALP activity and mineralization. In addition, CCP activated Akt and extracellular signaling-regulated kinase pathways and significantly increased the expression of ossification-related genes and proteins such as runt-related transcription factor-2, osteocalcin, and osteopontin. | 11 | 亚甲基蓝/光化学法辅助治疗慢性牙周炎对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的影响显示文摘目的研究亚甲基蓝/光化学法辅助治疗慢性牙周炎对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,Pg)检出率的变化。方法经伦理委员会同意后,本研究拟筛选出45例慢性牙周炎患者(每位患者经过详细牙周检查及X线检查后确认为牙周炎,有4个以上≥5 mm的牙周袋并分布在2个以上口腔区域),随机分3组:其中A组在SRP之后接受1次PERIOWAVE光化学治疗,B组在SRP后接受1次PERIOWAVE治疗以及在6周后再一次接受光化学治疗,而SRP组仅接受SRP治疗,各组患者取治疗前后相同4个位点龈下菌斑,聚合酶链式反应(Poly-merase chain reaction,PCR)检测Pg,观察Pg菌的检出率,采用卡方检验,并计算χ2值。结果 SRP组、A组、B组3组各组治疗后均较治疗前检出率降低(P<0.001),A组与SRP组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义[A组:40%(24/60),SRP组:45%(27/60),χ2=1.4815,P>0.05],B组与SRP治疗后比较检出率降低[SRP组:45%(27/60),B组:20%(12/60)χ2=8.547,P<0.01];B组与A组治疗后比较检出率降低[A组:40%(24/60),B组:20%(12/60),χ2=5.7143,P<0.05]。结论亚甲基蓝/光化学法辅助治疗慢性牙周炎后牙龈卟啉单胞菌的检出率较治疗前降低;结合临床试验结果,尚可认为2次激光疗效较1次激光好。 | 吴琬 王莹 张秀华 余方友 李一鸣 LEE SEAN KIM JAY | 2011 | 中国微生态学杂志2011,23,1: | 1 |
