1A wearable noncontact free-rotating hybrid nanogenerator for self-powered electronics显示文摘Self-powerability is a new trend in the development of portable devices.Harvesting biomechanical energy to power personal information electronics is of great significance.In this work,we report a wearable noncontact freerotating hybrid nanogenerator(WRG),which is constituted by a triboelectric nanogenerator and an electromagnetic generator.A continuous output over 2 seconds can be achieved during one instantaneous incentive by external force,which is improved by two orders of magnitude compared to other wearable nanogenerators due to its unique mechanical energy storage design.The WRG can be integrated into shoes to generate an output energy of 14.68 mJ in each stepping,which meets the power requirements of most personal information electronics.The wireless sensor,GPS,and smartphone can be powered by the WRG continuously.The WRG is expected to be applied in self-powered information electronics extensively in the future.Dongjie Jiang Han Ouyang Bojing Shi Yang Zou Puchuan Tan Xuecheng Qu Shengyu Chao Yuan Xi Chaochao Zhao Yubo Fan Zhou Li 2020InfoMat2020,2,6:8
2Thermal Conduction and Insulation Modification in Asphalt-Based Composites显示文摘The relationship between thermal conductivity and properties of mixing particles is required for quantitative study of heat transfer processes in asphalt-based materials. In this paper, we measured the e?ective ther- mal conductivity of asphalt-based materials with thermal conduction (graphite) and insulation (cenosphere) powders modification. By taking account of the particle shape, volume fraction, the thermal conductivity of filling particles and base asphalt, we present a new differential effective medium formula to predict the thermal conductivity modification in asphalt-based composite. Our theoretical predications are in good agreement with the experiment data. 4BICC1 drives pancreatic cancer progression by inducing VEGF-independent angiogenesis显示文摘VEGF inhibitors are one of the most successful antiangiogenic drugs in the treatment of many solid tumors.Nevertheless,pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD)cells can reinstate tumor angiogenesis via activation of VEGF-independent pathways,thereby conferring resistance to VEGF inhibitors.Bioinformatic analysis showed that BICC1 was one of the top genes involved in the specific angiogenesis process of PAAD.The analysis of our own cohort confirmed that BICC1 was overexpressed in human PAAD tissues and was correlated to increased microvessel density and tumor growth,and worse prognosis.In cells and mice with xenograft tumors,BICC1 facilitated angiogenesis in pancreatic cancer in a VEGF-independent manner.Mechanistically,as an RNA binding protein,BICC1 bounds to the 3’UTR of Lipocalin-2(LCN2)mRNA and post-transcriptionally up-regulated LCN2 expression in PAAD cells.When its level is elevated,LCN2 binds to its receptor 24p3R,which directly phosphorylates JAK2 and activates JAK2/STAT3 signal,leading to increased production of an angiogenic factor CXCL1.Blocking of the BICC1/LCN2 signalling reduced the microvessel density and tumor volume of PAAD cell grafts in mice,and increased the tumor suppressive effect of gemcitabine.In conclusion,BICC1 plays a pivotal role in the process of VEGF-independent angiogenesis in pancreatic cancer,leading to resistance to VEGF inhibitors.BICC1/LCN2 signaling may serve as a promising anti-angiogenic therapeutic target for pancreatic cancer patients.Chongbiao Huang Hui Li Yang Xu Chao Xu Huizhi Sun Zengxun Li Yi Ge Hongwei Wang Tiansuo Zhao Song Gao Xiuchao Wang Shengyu Yang Peiqing Sun Zhe Liu Jing Liu Antao Chang Jihui Hao 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,8:1
5Maternal organic selenium supplementation during gestation enhances muscle fiber area and muscle fiber maturation of offspring in porcine model显示文摘Background:Organic selenium supplementation during gestation improves the antioxidant status and reproduc-tive performance of sows and increases the antioxidative capacity of the intestines of their offspring.This study was conducted to investigate the effect of maternal basel diet(control)supplemented with an organic Se,2-hydroxy-4-methylselenobutanoic acid(HMSeBA),or inorganic sodium selenite(Na_(2)SeO_(3))during gestation on the antioxidant status and development of muscle in newborn and weaned piglets.Newborn piglets before colostrum intake and weaned piglets were selected for longissimus dorsi(LD)muscle collection and analysis.Results:The results showed that maternal HMSeBA supplementation increased the muscle area and content of Se in the LD muscle of newborn piglets,improved gene expression of selenoproteins,and decreased oxidative status in the LD muscle of both newborn and weaned piglets compared with the control.The expression of muscle development-related genes of newborn piglets in the HMSeBA group was lower than in the control group,whereas the expression of MRF4 in weaned piglets was higher in the HMSeBA group than in the control and Na_(2)SeO_(3)groups.In addition,HMSeBA supplementation decreased the mRNA expressions of myosin heavy chains(MyHC)IIx and MyHC IIb and the percentage of MyHC IIb;increased the expression of PGC-1αin the LD muscle of newborn piglets;increased the gene expression of MyHC IIa;and decreased the protein expression of slow MyHC and the activity of malate dehydrogenase in the LD muscle of weaned piglets compared with the control group.Conclusions:Maternal HMSeBA supplementation during gestation can improve the antioxidative capacity of the muscle of their offspring and promote the maturity of muscle fibres in weaned offspring.Yan Lin Hui Yan Lei Cao Daolin Mou Dajiang Ding Binting Qin Lianqiang Che Zhengfeng Fang Shengyu Xu Yong Zhuo Jian Li Jianping Wang Chao Huang Yuanfeng Zou Lixia Li De Wu Bin Feng 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,2:0
6Piezoelectric wearable atrial fibrillation prediction wristband enabled by machine learning and hydrogel affinity显示文摘Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a common and serious disease.Its diagnosis usually requires 12-lead electrocardiogram,which is heavy and inconvenient.At the same time,the venue for diagnosis is also limited to the hospital.With the development of the concept of intelligent medical,a wearable,portable,and reliable diagnostic method is needed to improve the patient’s comfort and alleviate the patient’s pain.Here,we reported a wearable atrial fibrillation prediction wristband(AFPW)which can provide longterm monitoring and AF diagnosis.AFPW uses polyvinylidene fluoride piezoelectric film as sensing material and hydrogel as skin bonding material,of which the structure and design have been optimized and improved.The hydrogel skin bonding layer has good stability and skin affinity,which can greatly improve the user experience.AFPW has enhanced signal,strong signal-tonoise ratio,and wireless transmission function.After a sample library of 385 normal people/patients is analyzed and tested by linear discriminant analysis,the diagnostic success rate of atrial fibrillation is 91%.All these excellent performances demonstrate the great application potential of AFPW in wearable device diagnosis and intelligent medical treatment.Yuan Xi Sijing Cheng Shengyu Chao Yiran Hu Minsi Cai Yang Zou Zhuo Liu Wei Hua Puchuan Tan Yubo Fan Zhou Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,9:0
7A workfow to Predict the Present-day in-situ Stress Field in Tectonically Stable Regions显示文摘Knowledge of the present-day in-situ stress distribution is greatly import-ant for better understanding of conventional and unconventional hydro-carbon reservoirs in many aspects,e.g,reservoir management,wellbore stability asssment,etc.In tectonically stable regions,the present-day in-situ stress field in terms of stress distribution is 1argely controlled by lithological changes,which can be predicted through|a numerical simulation method incorporating specific mechanical properties of the subsurface reservoir.In this study,a workflow was presented to predict the present-day in-situ stress field based on the finite element method(FEM).Sequentially,it consists of:i)building a three-dimensional(3D)geometric framework,i)creating a 3D petrophysical parameter field,11)integrating the geometric framework with petrophysical parameters,iv)setting up a 3D heterogeneous geomechanical model,and finally,v)calculating the present-day in-situ stress distribution and calibrating the prediction with measured stress data,e.g.,results from the extended leak-off tests(XLOTs).The approach was sucessfully applied to the Block W in Ordos Basin of central China.The results indicated that the workflow and models presented in this study could be used as an effective tool to provide insights into stress perturbations in subsurface reservoirs and geological references for subsequent analysis.Wei Ju Ke Xu Jian Shen Chao Li Guozhang Li Haoran Xu Shengyu Wang 2019Journal of Environmental & Earth Sciences2019,1,2:0
