1Theoretical Research and Experimental Validation of Elastic Dynamic Load Spectra on Bogie Frame of High-speed Train显示文摘When a train runs at high speeds, the external exciting frequencies approach the natural frequencies of bogie critical components, thereby inducing strong elastic vibrations. The present international reliability test evaluation standard and design criteria of bogie frames are all based on the quasi-static deformation hypothesis. Structural fatigue damage generated by structural elastic vibrations has not yet been included. In this paper, theoretical research and experimental validation are done on elastic dynamic load spectra on bogie frame of high-speed train. The construction of the load series that correspond to elastic dynamic deformation modes is studied. The simplified form of the load series is obtained. A theory of simplified dynamic load–time histories is then deduced. Measured data from the Beijing–Shanghai Dedicated Passenger Line are introduced to derive the simplified dynamic load–time histories. The simplified dynamic discrete load spectra of bogie frame are established. Based on the damage consistency criterion and a genetic algorithm, damage consistency calibration of the simplified dynamic load spectra is finally performed. The computed result proves that the simplified load series is reasonable. The calibrated damage that corresponds to the elastic dynamic discrete load spectra can cover the actual damage at the operating conditions. The calibrated damage satisfies the safety requirement of damage consistency criterion for bogie frame. 3Metamorphism of the East Sector of the Southern Qinling Orogenic Belt and Its Geological Significance显示文摘The east sector of the southern Qinling belt is, lithologically, composed mainly of metapelites,quartzites, marbles and small amount of metabasites and gneisses, whose protoliths are the Silurian, Devonian andless commonly the Sinian and Upper Palaeozoic. They have been subjected at least to two epochs of metamorphism.The early epoch belongs to progressive metamorphism which is centered on high amphibolite-granulite facies in theFuping area and changed outwards into low amphibolite facies (staurolite-kyanite zone), epidote amphibolite facies(garnet zone) and greenschist facies (chlorite and biotite zones), the metamorphic age of which is about 220-260 Ma.This early-epoch metamorphism belongs to different pressure types: the rocks from greenschist to low amphibolitefacies belong to the typical medium-pressure type which shows geothermal gradients of about 17-20℃/km and wasprobably produced by a crustal thickening process related to continental collision, and the high amphibolite-granulitefacies belongs to the low-pressure type which shows geothermal gradients of about 25-38℃/km and was probablyaffected by some magmatic heats. Based on the basic characteristics of the P-T paths of the different facies calculatedfrom the garnet zonations, it can be deduced that the metamorphism of medium-pressure facies series took place dur-ing an imbricated thickening process, rather than during the uplifting process after thickening. 4Discovery of granulite from the Fuping area in southern Qinling Mountains and its geological significance显示文摘Two-pyroxene-bearing granulites were discovered for the first time in the Hercynian-Indosinian metamorphic belt of the southern Qinling Mountains. The granulites occur in the lower part of the Fuping complex and are dominated by intermediate-acidic rocks intercalated with a small amount of bands and lenses of basic granulites. The main metamorphic minerals include orthopyroxene, clinopyroxene, biotite, plagioclase and quartz, and orthopyroxenes are often retrogressively transformed into amphiboles. The metamorphic conditions have been estimated to be %T%=720-780℃ and %P%=0.6 GPa. The granulite-bearing Fuping complex probably belongs to early Proterozoic in age. 5An Improved Approach to Test Diagnosability of Bounded Petri Nets显示文摘For bounded Petri nets, Cabasino et al. propose a diagnosability test method that is based on the analysis of a modified basis reachability graph and a basis reachability diagnoser. However, its complexity is exponential in the number of nodes of the basis reachability diagnoser. In order to reduce the complexity of their method, this paper presents a new diagnosability test approach for bounded Petri nets. We present the concept of an extended basis reachability graph and prove that our approach is of polynomial complexity in the number of nodes of extended basis reachability graphs. 6Study on establishment of standardized load spectrum on bogie frames of high-speed trains显示文摘Establishing structural load spectrum under actual operating conditions is a major problem in structural fatigue life analysis. This study introduces the load measuring method for the bogie frame structure. The load-measuring frame based on quasi-static can measure different load systems synchronously. The t-test method is employed to evaluate the least test time of deducing the parent distribution. In order to fit the load spectrum distribution accurately, the kernel density estimation method is employed which is based on the sample characteristics. The expansion factor method is used to deduce the maximum load. The formula of standardized load spectrum derives from the deduced maximum load, the linear factor between operating condition length and cumulative frequency and the parent distribution of each load system. The damage consistency criterion is performed by solving the objective function with constraint conditions. The calibrated damage provides a suitable representation of the real damage under actual operating conditions. 7Design and Optimization of a Full-Generation System for Marine LNG Cold Energy Cascade Utilization显示文摘This paper took a 100,000 DWT LNG fuel powered ship as the research object.Based on the idea of'temperature matching,cascade utilization'and combined with the application conditions of the ship,a horizontal three-level nested Rankine cycle full-generation system which combined the high-temperature waste heat of the main engine flue gas with the low-temperature cold energy of LNG was proposed in this paper.Furthermore,based on the analysis and selection of the parameters which had high sensitivity to the system performance,the parameters of the proposed system were optimized by using the genetic algorithm.After optimization,the exergy efficiency of the marine LNG gasification cold energy cascade utilization power generation system can reach 48.06%,and the thermal efficiency can reach 35.56%.In addition,this paper took LNG net power generation as the performance index,and compared it with the typical LNG cold energy utilization power generation system in this field.The results showed that the unit mass flow LNG power generation of the system proposed in this paper was the largest,reaching 457.41 k W.SUN Xiaofei YAO Shouguang XU Jinjin FENG Guozeng YAN Likun 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,3:3
8Computation of an Emptiable Minimal Siphon in a Subclass of Petri Nets Using Mixed-Integer Programming显示文摘Deadlock resolution strategies based on siphon control are widely investigated.Their computational efficiency largely depends on siphon computation.Mixed-integer programming(MIP)can be utilized for the computation of an emptiable siphon in a Petri net(PN).Based on it,deadlock resolution strategies can be designed without requiring complete siphon enumeration that has exponential complexity.Due to this reason,various MIP methods are proposed for various subclasses of PNs.This work proposes an innovative MIP method to compute an emptiable minimal siphon(EMS)for a subclass of PNs named S^(4)PR.In particular,many particular structural characteristics of EMS in S4 PR are formalized as constraints,which greatly reduces the solution space.Experimental results show that the proposed MIP method has higher computational efficiency.Furthermore,the proposed method allows one to determine the liveness of an ordinary S^(4)PR.Shouguang Wang Wenli Duo Xin Guo Xiaoning Jiang Dan You Kamel Barkaoui MengChu Zhou 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,1:2

15Computation of Minimal Siphons in Petri Nets Using Problem Partitioning Approaches显示文摘A large amount of research has shown the vitality of siphon enumeration in the analysis and control of deadlocks in various resource-allocation systems modeled by Petri nets(PNs).In this paper,we propose an algorithm for the enumeration of minimal siphons in PN based on problem decomposition.The proposed algorithm is an improved version of the global partitioning minimal-siphon enumeration(GPMSE)proposed by Cordone et al.(2005)in IEEE Transactions on Systems,Man,and Cybernetics-Part A:Systems and Humans,which is widely used in the literature to compute minimal siphons.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm consumes lower computational time and memory compared with GPMSE,which becomes more evident when the size of the handled net grows.Dan You Oussama Karoui Shouguang Wang 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,2:1
