| 2 | First mass measurement of short-lived nuclides at HIRFL-CSR显示文摘Recent commissioning of the HIRFL-CSR has demonstrated its ability to perform direct mass measurement for short-lived nuclides. Projectile fragments produced by the 78Kr ions at 481.88 MeV/u were separated with the new radioactive beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL2), and injected into and stored in the experimental storage ring (CSRe). By operating the CSRe as an isochronous mass spectrometry, a typical mass resolution around 2.0×10?5 has been achieved. The masses for 63Ge, 65As and 67Se were measured for the first time. The measured masses are compared with theoretical predictions and the location of the proton drip-line for As isotopes is discussed. | 4 | Spatio-temporal Pattern and Spatial Heterogeneity of Ecotones Based oh Land Use Types of Southeastern Da Hinggan Mountains in China显示文摘Ecotones have received great attention due to its critical function in energy flux, species harbor, global carbon sequestration, and land-atmosphere interaction. This study investigated land use pattern and spatial heterogeneity of the ecotones among agricultural land, forest land, and grassland of the southeastern Da Hinggan Mountains in the northeastern China. The change of these delineated ecotones under different slopes and aridity conditions was analyzed by two landscape indices, edge density(ED) and core area percentage of landscape(CPL), to explore the inter-linkage between spatial structure of ecotones and socioeconomic development and land management. Specifically, the ecotones such as agriculture-forest(AF) ecotone, forest-grassland(FG) ecotone, and agriculture-forestgrassland(AFG) ecotone moved from the arid southeast to the humid northwest. The flat area with small slope is more edge-fragmented than the steep area since the ED decreases as the slope increases. | 6 | Comparison and Analysis of Agricultural and Forest Land Changes in Typical Agricultural Regions of Northern Mid-latitudes显示文摘The northeastern China, the United States, and the western Europe are important agricultural regions both on the global and regional scales. The western Europe has a longer history of agricultural land development than the eastern United States. These two regions have changed from the deforestation and reclamation phase in the past to the current land abandonment and reforestation phase. Compared with the two regions, large-scale land exploitation has only been practiced in the northeastern China during the last century. After a short high-intensity deforestation and reclamation period, agricultural and forest lands are basically in a dynamic steady state. By comparing domestic and international agro-forestry development and considering the ecological environment and socio-economic benefits that can be derived from agro-forestry, this paper suggests that large area of reforestation would be inevitable in future though persistent and large agricultural demand in coming decades even more. And local reforestation at slope farmland with ecological vulnerability should be imperative at present to avoid severer damage. | 7 | A MODIS Time Series Data Based Algorithm for Mapping Forest Fire Burned Area显示文摘Burned area mapping is an essential step in the forest fire research to investigate the relationship between forest fire and climate change and the effect of forest fire on carbon budgets. This study proposed an algorithm to map forest fire burned area using the Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiameter (MODIS) time series data in Heilongjiang Province, China. The algorithm is divided into two steps: Firstly, the′core′pixels were extracted to represent the most possible burned pixels based on the comparison of the temporal change of Global Environmental Monitoring Index (GEMI), Burned Area Index (BAI) and MODIS active fire products between pre- and post-fires. Secondly, a 15-km distance was set to extract the entire burned areas near the′core′pixels as more relaxed conditions were used to identify the fire pixels for reducing the omission error as much as possible. The algorithm comprehensively considered the thermal characteristics and the spectral change between pre-and post-fires, which are represented by the MODIS fire products and the spectral index, respectively. Tahe, Mohe and Huma counties of Heilongjiang Province, China were chosen as the study area for burned area mapping and a time series of burned maps were produced from 2000 to 2011. | 9 | Autophagosome activity in macrophage for atherosclerotic plaques in ApoE^-/-mice enhanced by Tiaozhi Tongmai Granules显示文摘Objective:Atherosclerosis is the fundamental pathophysiologic component of cardiovascular disease,and Tiaozhi Tongmai Granules show great efficiency in the treatment of the disease.However,the mechanism of Tiaozhi Tongmai Granules is still unclear.In this study,we have combined experiments with network pharmacology to explore the antiatherosclerosis mechanism of Tiaozhi Tongmai Granules.Method:120 male ApoE/mice were randomly divided into three groups:the model group,Chinese herb group and Atorvastatin group.The model group,Atorvastatin group and Chinese herb group were fed with a high-fat diet,a high-fat diet plus atorvastatin(5.1 mg/kg/d)and a high-fat diet plus Tiaozhi Tongmai Granules(16.5 g/kg/d)for 16 weeks,respectively.Atherogenesis was identified by H&E staining.The colocalization of neutral lipid stain BODIPY and microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC3)and the colocalization of BODIPY and lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1(LAMP1)within ApoE/mice aortic plaques were tested using fluorescence confocal microscopy and the Pearson’s coefficients were calculated.To further explore the anti-atherosclerosis mechanism of Tiaozhi Tongmai Granules,the network pharmacology was used to construct the herb-compound-target network.Results:The size of the aortic lipid plaque in the Chinese herb group and Atorvastatin group were smaller compared with the model group on the 16th week.Compared with the model group on the 16th week,the BODIPY and LC3 colocalization rate,the BODIPY and LAMP1 colocalization rate of the Chinese herb group and Atorvastatin group all presented significant increase in the aortic plaque(P<.001),showing that Tiaozhi Tongmai Granules could enhance autophagosome activity in the macrophage.In the herb-compound-target network,17 active compounds and 27 targets were obtained through literature searching and using LHRI&DAVID Bioinformatics.It was found that 23 targets were correlated with the macrophage.Some of them participated in macrophage inflammatory response,and the other targets could promote/inhibit phagocytosis of the macrophage.It was hypothesized that the active compounds of Tiaozhi Tongmai Granules were acting on these targets and having y the biological effects.Conclusions:In the progression stage of atherosclerosis,Tiaozhi Tongmai Granules can still make the macrophage have higher autophagosome activity,and play a role of anti-atherogenesis. | Chenglong Zheng Qing Sun Lu Zhang Shuwen Guo Min Zheng Yan Tang Jiangong Wu Jiani Wu Wenchen Liu Zhaoduo Su Xi Chen | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2015,2,3: | 2 |

| 17 | Diagnostic and classification value of immune-related lncRNAs in dilated cardiomyopathy显示文摘Background:Various physiological mechanisms are linked to dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)development,including oxidative stress,immune irregularities,inflammation,fibrosis,and genetic changes.However,precise molecular drivers of DCM,especially regarding abnormal immune responses,remain unclear.This study investigates immune-related long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)in DCM’s diagnostic and therapeutic potential.Methods:GSE141910,GSE135055,and GSE165303 datasets were acquired from the GEO database.LASSO,SVM-RFE,and random forest algorithms identified DCM-associated immune-related lncRNAs.Diagnostic capabilities were assessed by Nomogram and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.Multivariate linear regression explored lncRNA correlations with ejection fraction.Single-sample gene set enrichment analysis(ssGSEA)gauged immune cell infiltration/functions.Functional enrichment analyses were performed using Gene set variation analysis(GSVA),gene ontology(GO),and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG).Consensus clustering categorized DCM cases.Results:Ten immune-related lncRNAs emerged:C10orf71-AS1,FHAD1-AS1,SCIRT,FNDC1-AS1,MELTFAS1,LOC101928834,GDNF-AS1,DCXR-DT,C3orf36,and LOC107985323.These lncRNAs,tied to immunomodulation,showed promising DCM diagnostic accuracy.Adjusted for confounders,they independently correlated with ejection fraction.Using lncRNA expression,DCM patients were grouped into subtypes.Subtype C1 displayed a higher level of immune cell infiltration and immune checkpoint expression compared to subtype C2,emphasizing the variations in the immune microenvironment.Conclusion:This study identifies ten immune-related lncRNAs for further exploration in DCM diagnosis and subtyping.Based on expression patterns,we propose two potential DCM subtypes.Notably,findings are preliminary and hypothesis-generating,demanding validation and further investigation.This research provides insights into DCM diagnosis and classification. | CONGCHEN BAI QIHANG KONG HAO TANG SHUWEN ZHANG JUNTENG ZHOU XIAOJING LIU | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,11: | 0 |

| 20 | cyy-287,a novel pyrimidine-2,4-diamine derivative,inhibits tumor growth of EGFR-driven non-small cell lung cancer via the ERK pathway显示文摘In recent decades,EGFR-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)have been proven to be an effective therapy for EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).However,resistance to EGFR-TKIs limits their clinical application.In the present study,we investigate the antitumor effect and underlying mechanism of a novel pyrimidine-2,4-diamine derivative,cyy-287,in NSCLC.We find that cyy-287 has a high affinity for lung tissue and inhibits the proliferation of NSCLC cells.Interestingly,the significant suppression of migration and induction of apoptosis by cyy-287 are only observed in EGFR-driven but not in EGFR-wild-type(wt)cells.According to the RNA sequencing and KEGG enrichment analysis results,cyy-287 markedly inhibits the MAPK pathway in EGFR-driven PC9 cells,and western blot analysis results further indicate that cyy-287 selectively blocks the ERK pathway in EGFR-driven cells.Meanwhile,apoptosis induced by cyy-287 could be partially reversed by ERK pathway inhibition.Further experiment indicates that cyy-287 inhibits the EGFR pathway in both EGFR-driven and EGFR-overexpressing cells.Interestingly,it only induces apoptosis in EGFR-driven cells,not in EGFR-overexpressing cells.The growth of EGFR-driven cells is suppressed by cyy-287 in vivo,with fewer side effects.Our results suggest that cyy-287 may be a potential therapeutic drug with promising antitumor effects against NSCLC. | Qianwen Zhang Huijing Huang Shuwen Zheng Yelin Tang Xiaodan Zhang Qianqian Zhu Zefeng Ni Xiaohui Zheng Kun Wang Lehao Huang Yunjie Zhao Zhiguo Liu Jianchang Qian | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,10: | 0 |
