2Magnetic properties of perpendicularly orientated L1_0 FePt nanoparticles显示文摘L10 FePt films were deposited on MgO (001) substrates heated to 700°C by magnetron sputtering.Assisted by the misfit of lattice between film and substrate,strong (001) texture was formed.The film at nominal thickness t N=5 nm was composed of nanoparticles with a size of~70 nm,and showed a high coercivity of~105 kOe at 4.2 K.At t N=~50 nm,as the film changed from discontinuous to continuous,the coercivity dropped about one order of magnitude.Micromagnetic simulation implies that the magnetization reversal is a vortex-like nuclear type.The ideal coercivity of a separated single-domain L10 FePt nanoparticle with a size of 70 nm×70 nm×5 nm is~121 kOe.This tells us that the experimental coercivity has nearly reached the limit of ideal single crystalline nanoparticles.MO XiaoJing XIANG Hui LI GuoQing CHEN Peng XIONG ZuHong WANG JunZhong ISHIO ShunJi SMTO Hitoshi SHIMA ToshiYuki TAKANASHI KoKi 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,8:3
3The characteristics of recycling gas drilling technology显示文摘Recycling gas drilling is a new drilling technology. This paper can be divided into three parts, with the purpose of introducing and analyzing the characteristics of this new technology. First, the major equipment characteristic of this technology was introduced. Secondly, compared with conventional gas drilling, Angel's model was used to analyze the wellbore flow characteristics. Due to the closed loop and the effect of back pressure caused by the equipment, the gas flow rate decreases dramatically during drilling. Apart from this, it is also found that the kinetic energy at the casing shoe is always smaller than that at the top of the collar. The proposing of the drilling limit concept points out the basic difference between the two gas drilling technologies. Lastly, according to the results of the theoretical analysis, gas supplement operations for the wellbore must be conducted. 5Genetically engineered bacterial-like particles induced specific cellular and humoral immunity as effective tick-borne encephalitis virus vaccine显示文摘Tick-borne encephalitis(TBE)is a natural focal disease with fatal encephalitis induced by tick-borne encephalitis virus(TBEV),seriously threatening human and public health.Protection of TBE depends on vaccination with inactivated vaccine,which requires high cost and multiple immunizations.Here,we construct genetically engineered bacterial-like particles(BLPs)as an effective TBEV vaccine with simplified immunizations and improved immune efficacy.The TBEV BLPs involve the combination of the gram-positive enhancer matrix from Lactococcus lactis,and TBEV envelope(E)protein expressed by genetically engineered recombinant baculovirus.The prepared TBEV BLPs can effectively stimulate the activation of dendritic cells to present the TBEV E proteins to T and B cells,leading to strong and durable cellular and humoral immune responses in mice.Surprisingly,the serum levels of specific IgG antibodies in mice remain about 10^(6)at 6 months after the secondary immunization.Overall,the TBEV BLPs can be used as a potent vaccine candidate,laying the foundation for developing novel TBEV genetically engineered vaccines.Mengyao Zhang Hongli Jin Yuanyuan Li Cuicui Jiao Pei Huang Yujie Bai Zhiyuan Gong Haili Zhang Shunjie Liu Hualei Wang 2023Aggregate2023,4,3:1
6Silibinin relieves UVB-induced apoptosis of human skin cells by inhibiting the YAP-p73 pathway显示文摘Excessive exposure to UVB induces skin diseases.Silibinin,a flavonolignan used for treating liver diseases,is found to be effective against UVB-caused skin epidermal and dermal cell damage.In this study we investigated the molecular mechanisms underlying.Human nonmalignant immortalized keratinocyte HaCaT cells and neonatal human foreskin fibroblasts HFFs were exposed to UVB irradiation.We showed that pre-treatment with silibinin dose-dependently decreased UVB-induced apoptosis of HaCaT cells.Furthermore,we showed that silibinin treatment inhibited nuclear translocation of YAP after UVB irradiation.Molecular docking analysis and DARTS assay confirmed the direct interaction of silibinin with YAP.Silencing YAP by siRNA had no influence on the survival of HaCaT cells,whereas inhibiting classical YAP-TEAD signaling pathway by siRNA targeting TEAD1 or its pharmaceutical inhibitor verteporfin further augmented UVB-induced apoptosis,suggesting that YAP-TEAD pathway was prosurvival,which did not participate in the protective effect of silibinin.We then explored the pro-apoptotic YAP-p73 pathway.p73 was upregulated in UVB-irradiated cells,but reduced by silibinin cotreatment.The mRNA and protein levels of p73 target genes(PML,p21 and Bax)were all increased by UVB but decreased by silibinin co-treatment.Inhibiting p73 by using siRNA reduced UVB-induced apoptosis,suggesting that downregulation of p73 was responsible for the cytoprotective effect of silibinin.In HFFs,the upregulated YAP-p73 pathway by UVB irradiation was also suppressed by silibinin.Collectively,YAP-p73 pathway is a major cause of the death of UVB-exposed epidermal HaCaT cells and dermal HFFs.Silibinin directly inhibits YAP-p73 pathway,exerting the protective action on UVB-irradiated skin cells.Wei-wei Liu Fang Wang Can Li Xiao-yu Song Wuxiyar Otkur Yu-ying Zhu Toshihiko Hayashi Kazunori Mizuno Shunji Hattori Hitomi Fujisaki Takashi Ikejima 2022Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2022,43,8:1

9Determination of Total Flavonoids in Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr. et Maxim.) Harms by Enzymolysis and Its Technological Optimization显示文摘In order to optimize the ultrasonic extraction technique for the total flavonoid of leaf yellows plus, the contents of 21 leaf yellows plus total flavonoid from four regions in Heilongjiang Province were comparatively analyzed. The ultrasonic extraction technology was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method, and the total flavonoid content of 21 kinds of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr. et Maxim.) Harms from different producing areas were analyzed by cluster analysis. The optimal process conditions were determined as ultrasonic time 30 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 12 and ultrasonic power 250 W, and the average yield of the total flavonoid was 1.453 mg·g^ (-1). 13Organic near-infrared photodetectors with photoconductivityenhanced performance显示文摘Organic near-infrared(NIR)photodetectors with essential applications in medical diagnostics,night vision,remote sensing,and optical communications have attracted intensive research interest.Compared with most conventional inorganic counterparts,organic semiconductors usually have higher absorption coefficients,and their thin active layer could be sufficient to absorb most incident light for effective photogeneration.However,due to the relatively poor charge mobility of organic materials,it remains challenging to inhibit the photogenerated exciton recombination and effectively extract carriers to their respective electrodes.Herein,this challenge was addressed by increasing matrix conductivities of a ternary active layer(D–A–D structure NIR absorber[2TT-oC6B]:poly(N,N′-bis-4-butylphenyl-N,N′-bisphenyl)benzidin[PolyTPD]:[6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester[PCBM]=1:1:1)upon in situ incident light illumination,significantly accelerating charge transport through percolated interpenetrating paths.The greatly enhanced photoconductivity under illumination is intrinsically related to the unique donor–acceptor molecular structures of PolyTPD and 2TT-oC6B,whereas stable intermolecular interaction has been verified by systematic molecular dynamics simulation.In addition,an ultrafast charge transfer time of 0.56 ps from the NIR aggregation-induced luminogens of 2TT-oC6B absorber to PolyTPD and PCBM measured by femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy is beneficial for effective exciton dissociation.The solution-processed organic NIR photodetector exhibits a fast response time of 83μs and a linear dynamic range value of 111 dB under illumination of 830 nm.Therefore,our work has opened up a pioneering window to enhance photoconductivity through in situ photoirradiation and benefit NIR photodetectors as well as other optoelectronic devices.Siwei Zhang Zhenlong Li Jingzhou Li Bingzhe Wang Fang Chen Xubiao Li Shunjie Liu Jacky W.Y.Lam Guichuan Xing Jiangyu Li Zheng Zhao Feiyu Kang Guodan Wei Ben Zhong Tang 2023Aggregate2023,4,5:0
14The second polar body contributes to the fate asymmetry in the mouse embryo显示文摘The polar bodies(PBs)are extruded microcells during oocyte meiosis and generally regarded as inessentials for embryonic development.Therefore,PBs have been widely used as important materials for pre-implantation genetic diagnosis in human.Here we report that the second PB(PB2)in the mouse zygote may play roles in cell-fate specification and post-implantation development.A subset of mRNAs encoding pluripotency-related factors are enriched in PB2.Nascent proteins may be synthesized in PB2 after fertilization and transport from PB2 to the zygote before the two-cell stage.The PB2-attached blastomere(pbB)at the two-cell stage,compared to the other blastomere(npbB),likely contributes more descendants to the inner cell mass(ICM)lineage in the blastocyst.Removal of PB2 from the zygote or transient blockage of material exchange between PB2 and the zygote by nocodazole treatment appears to cause a loss of the ICM fate bias of pbB.PB2 removal or nocodazole treatment also results in abnormal post-implantation development.Injection of PB2 lysate into pbB of PB2-removed two-cell-stage embryos may reset the cell-fate preference and rescue post-implantation development.Our data collectively suggest that PB2 would demarcate the earliest cell-fate asymmetry of the mouse zygote and be required for post-implantation development.Hongbin Jin Yang Han Huasong Wang J.Xiao He Li Weimin Shen Lin Zhang Luxi Chen Shunji Jia Ping Yuan Hui Chen Anming Meng 2022National Science Review2022,9,7:0
15Effect of Phosphor Addition on Intergranular Exchange Coupling of Co-Pt Thin Films显示文摘In this paper, ternary Co-Pt-P thin films were prepared by magnetron sputtering with platinum and home-made Co-P chips pasted on the cobalt target. The structure and magnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. With increasing phosphor content, the coercivities of Co-12 at.% Pt-P films increase from 1034 to 1525 Oe owing to the exchange decoupling among magnetic grains. The decrease of inter-granular exchange coupling was confirmed by delta-M curve measurement and magnetic force microscopy (MFM). Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) with nano- beam composition analysis shows that phosphor segregated at cobalt-based grain boundaries is responsible for the exchange decoupling. 16Fgf8^(P2A-3×GFP/+):A New Genetic Mouse Model for Specifically Labeling and Sorting Cochlear Inner Hair Cells显示文摘The cochlear auditory epithelium contains two types of sound receptors,inner hair cells(IHCs)and outer hair cells(OHCs).Mouse models for labelling juvenile and adult IHCs or OHCs exist;however,labelling for embryonic and perinatal IHCs or OHCs are lacking.Here,we generated a new knock-in Fgf8^(P2A-3×GFP/+)(Fgf8^(GFP)/+)strain,in which the expression of a series of three GFP fragments is controlled by endogenous Fgf8 cis-regulatory elements.After confirming that GFP expression accurately reflects the expression of Fgf8,we successfully obtained both embryonic and neonatal IHCs with high purity,highlighting the power of Fgf8^(GFP)/+.Furthermore,our fate-mapping analysis revealed,unexpectedly,that IHCs are also derived from inner ear progenitors expressing Insm1,which is currently regarded as an OHC marker.Thus,besides serving as a highly favorable tool for sorting early IHCs,Fgf8^(GFP)/+will facilitate the isolation of pure early OHCs by excluding IHCs from the entire hair cell pool.Yi Pan Shuting Li Shunji He Guangqin Wang Chao Li Zhiyong Liu Mingliang Xiang 2023Neuroscience Bulletin2023,39,12:0
17A time-coded multi-concentration microfluidic chemical waveform generator for high-throughput probing suspension single-cell signaling显示文摘The cellular response to the complex extracellular microenvironment is highly dynamic in time and type of extracellular matrix.Accurately reconstructing this process and analyzing the changes in receptor conformation on the cell membrane surface and intracellular or intercellular signaling has been a major challenge in analytical chemistry and biophysical methodology.In this paper,a time-coded multiconcentration microfluidic chemical waveform generator was developed for the dynamic signaling probing with single-cell array of high temporal resolution,high throughput,and multi-concentration combination stimulation.Based on innovative microchannel structure,sophisticated external control methods and multiplexing technology,the system not only allowed for temporally sequential permutations of the four concentrations of stimuli(time code),but also generated pulsed and continuous waveforms at different frequencies in a highly controllable manner.Furthermore,the single-cell trap array was set up to efficiently capture cells in suspension,dramatically increasing throughput and reducing experiment preparation time.The maximum frequency of the platform was 1 Hz,and one cell could be stimulated at multiple frequencies.To show the ability of the system to investigate rapid biochemical events in high throughput,pulse stimulation and continuous stimulation of different frequencies and different time codes,combined with four concentrations of histamine(HA),were generated for probing G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR)signaling in He La cells.Then,statistical analysis was performed for the mean peak height and mean peak area of the cellular response.We believe that the time-coded multi-concentration microfluidic chemical waveform generator will provide a novel strategy for analytical chemistry,biophysics,cell signaling,and individualized medicine applications.Yiran Guo Peng Chen Zhaolong Gao Yiwei Li Shunji Li Xiaojun Feng Bi-Feng Liu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:0

19Comparative study of the adsorption performance of NH_(2)-functionalized metal organic frameworks with activated carbon composites for the treatment of phenolic wastewaters显示文摘To better understand the role of the-NH_(2)group in adsorption process of phenolic wastewaters,NH_(2)-functionalized MIL-53(Al)composites with activated carbon(NH_(2)-M(Al)@(B)AC)were prepared.The results showed that the-NH_(2)group could increase the mesopore volume for composites,which promotes mass transfer and full utilization of active sites,because hierarchical mesopore structure makes the adsorbent easier to enter the internal adsorption sites.Furthermore,the introduction of the-NH_(2)group can improve the adsorption capacity,decrease the activation energy,and enhance the interaction between the adsorbent and p-nitrophenol,demonstrating that the-NH_(2)group plays a crucial role in the adsorption of p-nitrophenol.The density functional theory calculation results show that the H-bond interaction between the-NH_(2)group in the adsorbent and the-NO_(2)in the p-nitrophenol(adsorption energy of -35.5 kJ·mol^(-1)),and base-acid interaction between the primary-NH_(2)group in the adsorbent and the acidic-OH group in the p-nitrophenol(adsorption energy of -27.3 kJ·mol^(-1))are predominant mechanisms for adsorption in terms of the NH_(2)-functionalized adsorbent.Both NH_(2)-functionalized M(Al)@AC and M(Al)@BAC composites exhibited higher p-nitrophenol adsorption capacity than corresponding nonfunctionalized composites.Among the composites,the NH_(2)-M(Al)@BAC had the highest p-nitrophenol adsorption capacity of 474 mg·g^(-1).Bolong Jiang Shunjie Shi Yanyan Cui Jiayou Li Nan Jiang Yanguang Chen 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,63,11:0
