Cenozoic sedimentary records and geochronological constraints of differential uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau显示文摘Geological mapping data (1:250000) in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its adjacent regions reveal the sediment sequences, distribution and tectonic evolution of the 92 Tertiary remnant basins. Southern Tibet and the Yecheng area in Xinjiang, located at southern and northwestern margins of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, respectively, were parts of the Neo-Tethys remnant sea in the Paleogene. In southern Tibet, both the subabyssal and abyssal sequences occur at the Gyangze, Saga, Guoyala, and Sangmai areas. The deep-water facies successions outcrop in the west, whereas the shallow-water facies sequences in the east, indicating the east to the west retreat of the Neo-Tethys Ocean. The retreat of the Neo-Tethys Ocean in the east was contributed to the earlier tectonic uplift of the eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The uplift process of the Plateau from the Late Cretaceous to Pliocene is described as follows: During the Late Cretaceous, tectonic uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau occurred in the northeastern part and the configuration of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was characterized by rise in the northeast and depression in the west. In the Paleocene-Eocene interval, the Tengchong-Baingoin and Kuyake-Golmud areas experienced local tectonic uplifting, the West Kunlun uplift zone broadened easterly, the Qilian uplift zone broadened southerly, and the Songpan-Garzê uplift zone shrank easterly. The Oligocene configuration of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was characterized by mountain chains rising along its margins and sedimentary basins in the central part because of tectonic uplifts of the Gangdisê and the Himalaya blocks. Meanwhile, the Kunlun-Altyn-Qilian uplift zones have also broadened southerly and northerly. In contrast, the great uplift zones of the Gangdisê, the Himalaya, the Karakorum, and the Kunlun blocks characterize the paleogeographic contours of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau during the Miocene-Pliocene. Additionally, the thermochronological data on tectonic uplift events in southern Tibet, West Kunlun Mountains, Altyn Tagh, eastern Tibet, and western Sichuan all suggest that the most intense deformation occurred at 13-8 Ma and since 5 Ma, respectively, corresponding to two great uplift periods in Neogene. As a result, turnover of paleogeographic configuration of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau occurred during the Neogene, experiencing a change from high contours in the east in the pre-Oligocene to high contours in the west at the end-Pliocene. The uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau during the Cenozoic was episodic, and the uplifts of various blocks within the Plateau were spatially and chronologically different. | ZHANG KeXin WANG GuoCan CAO Kai LIU Chao XIANG ShuYuan HONG HanLie KOU XiaoHu XU YaDong CHEN FenNing MENG YanNing CHEN RuiMing | 2008 | Science China Earth Sciences2008,51,11: | 31
Bimetallic nickel molybdate supported Pt catalyst for efficient removal of formaldehyde at low temperature显示文摘Efficient removal of formaldehyde from indoor environments is of significance for human health. In this work,a typical binary transition metal oxide that could provide various oxidation states,β-NiMoO4,was employed as a support to immobilize the active Pt component(Pt/NiMoO4)for catalytic formaldehyde elimination at low ambient temperature(15℃).The results showed that the hydrothermal preparation temperature and time had a noticeable impact on the morphology and catalytic activity of the samples. The catalyst prepared with hydrothermal temperature of 150℃for 4 hr(Pt-150-4)exhibited superior catalytic activity and stability mainly due to its distinctly porous structure, relative abundance of adsorbed surface hydroxyls/water,and high oxidation ability, which resulted from the interaction of Pt with Ni and Mo of the bimetallic NiMoO4 support. Our results might shed light on the rational design of multifunctional catalysts for removal of indoor air pollutants at low ambient temperature. | Gang Huang Zhaoxiong Yan Shuyuan Liu Tingting Luo Liang An Zhihua Xu | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,1: | 6

Bi Nanoparticles Anchored in N-Doped Porous Carbon as Anode of High Energy Density Lithium Ion Battery显示文摘A novel bismuth–carbon composite, in which bismuth nanoparticles were anchored in a nitrogen-doped carbon matrix(Bi@NC), is proposed as anode for high volumetric energy density lithium ion batteries(LIBs).Bi@NC composite was synthesized via carbonization of Zn-containing zeolitic imidazolate(ZIF-8) and replacement of Zn with Bi, resulting in the N-doped carbon that was hierarchically porous and anchored with Bi nanoparticles. The matrix provides a highly electronic conductive network that facilitates the lithiation/delithiation of Bi.Additionally, it restrains aggregation of Bi nanoparticles and serves as a buffer layer to alleviate the mechanical strain of Bi nanoparticles upon Li insertion/extraction.With these contributions, Bi@NC exhibits excellent cycling stability and rate capacity compared to bare Bi nanoparticles or their simple composites with carbon. This study provides a new approach for fabricating high volumetric energy density LIBs. | Yaotang Zhong Bin Li Shumin Li Shuyuan Xu Zhenghui Pan Qiming Huang Lidan Xing Chunsheng Wang Weishan Li | 2018 | Nano-Micro Letters2018,10,4: | 3

Study of CH_(4)and CO_(2)competitive adsorption on shale in Yibin,Sichuan Province of China显示文摘Shale gas is an unconventional gas source with substantial development potential. In this study,Longmaxi Formation shale from the Silurian system in Yibin,Sichuan Province was collected for characterizing total organic carbon(TOC),clay mineral content, and other reservoir properties. The pore structure of shale was analyzed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy and low-temperature N_(2) adsorption–desorption method.Isothermal adsorption experiments for CH_(4)and CO_(2)mixtures in shale samples were performed. The second Virial coefficient was used to calculate for the compressibility factor of the gas mixture. The influencing factors of gas adsorption capacity of shale were analyzed. Finally, the CH_(4)and CO_(2)adsorption capacities and selection of shale samples were investigated.Under low pressure, the total gas mixture capacity of shale samples was positively correlated with pressure. When the pressure increased to a certain extent, the growth trend of gas mixture adsorption capacity of shale samples decreased. The mixed gas adsorption volume is high at 50℃ for all the proportion.Given the same temperature and pressure, the CO_(2)adsorption of shale samples is higher than the CH_(4)adsorption.In competitive adsorption, shale prefers to adsorb CO_(2).Therefore,CO_(2)is easier to be adsorbed by shale and this causes CH_(4)to be released from the adsorption site. | Yue Ma Changtao Yue Shuyuan Li Xinyi Xu Yue Niu | 2019 | Carbon Resources Conversion2019,2,1: | 2

Petroleum coke derived porous carbon/NiCoP with efficient reviving catalytic and adsorptive activity as sulfur host for high performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Sulfur-host material with abundant pore structure and high catalysis plays an important role in development of high-energy-density lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.Herein,we implanted NiCoP nanoparticles into the N,S co-doped porous carbon derived from petroleum coke(PCPC)to fabricate the sulfur-host of PCPC/NiCoP composites. The high specific surface area of PCPC provides abundant adsorption sites for capturing LiPSs and the NiCoP nanoparticles to improve the polarity and boost the LiPSs conversion kinetics of PCPC.The Li-S cells fabricated with PCPC/NiCoP as sulfur-host deliver high discharge capacity of 1,462.7 mAh·g^(-1)under the current density of 0.1 C and exhibit ultralong lifespan over 800 cycles under the current density of 1,2,and even 5 C.Additionally, the prepared composites cathodes deliver an outstanding discharge capacity of 932.5 and 826.4 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.5 and 1 C with a high sulfur loading of over 3.90 mg·cm^(-2),and remain stable about 60 cycles.Furthermore, the promoted adsorption-conversion process of polysulfides by introducing NiCoP nanoparticles into PCPC was investigated by experimental and theoretical calculation studies. This work offers a new light for tacking the obstacles of porous carbon-based sulfur-host and propelling the development of petroleum coke-based porous carbon for high performance Li-S batteries. | Bo Zhang Lu Wang Bin Wang Yanjun Zhai Shuyuan Zeng Meng Zhang Yitai Qian Liqiang Xu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,5: | 1

Lithofacies paleogeography and exploration significance of Sinian Doushantuo depositional stage in the middle-upper Yangtze region, Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘In recent years, natural gas exploration in the Sinian Dengying Formation and shale gas exploration in Doushantuo Formation have made major breakthroughs in the Sichuan Basin and its adjacent areas. However, the sedimentary background of the Doushantuo Formation hasn't been studied systematically. The lithofacies paleogeographic pattern, sedimentary environment, sedimentary evolution and distribution of source rocks during the depositional stage of Doushantuo Formation were systematically analyzed by using a large amount of outcrop data, and a small amount of drilling and seismic data.(1) The sedimentary sequence and stratigraphic distribution of the Sinian Doushantuo Formation in the middle-upper Yangtze region were controlled by paleouplifts and marginal sags. The Doushantuo Formation in the paleouplift region was overlayed with thin thickness, including shore facies, mixed continental shelf facies and atypical carbonate platform facies. The marginal sag had complete strata and large thickness, and developed deep water shelf facies and restricted basin facies.(2) The Doushantuo Formation is divided into four members from bottom to top, and the sedimentary sequence is a complete sedimentary cycle of transgression–high position–regression. The first member is atypical carbonate gentle slope deposit in the early stage of the transgression, the second member is shore-mixed shelf deposit in the extensive transgression period, and the third member is atypical restricted–open sea platform deposit of the high position of the transgression.(3) The second member has organic-rich black shale developed with stable distribution and large thickness, which is an important source rock interval and major shale gas interval. The third member is characterized by microbial carbonate rock and has good storage conditions which is conducive to the accumulation of natural gas, phosphate and other mineral resources, so it is a new area worthy of attention. The Qinling trough and western Hubei trough are favorable areas for exploration of natural gas(including shale gas) and mineral resources such as phosphate and manganese ore. | WANG Zecheng LIU Jingjiang JIANG Hua HUANG Shipeng WANG Kun XU Zhengyu JIANG Qingchun SHI Shuyuan REN Mengyi WANG Tianyu | 2019 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2019,46,1: | 0
Hydrocarbon accumulation in deep ancient carbonate-evaporite assemblages显示文摘The Ediacaran–Ordovician strata within three major marine basins(Tarim,Sichuan, and Ordos)in China are analyzed.Based on previous studies focusing on the characteristics of the Neoproterozoic–Cambrian strata within the three major basins(East Siberian,Oman, and Officer in Australia)overseas, the carbonate–evaporite assemblages in the target interval are divided into three types:intercalated carbonate and gypsum salt, interbedded carbonate and gypsum salt, and coexisted carbonate, gypsum salt and clastic rock. Moreover, the concept and definition of the carbonate-evaporite assemblage are clarified. The results indicate that the oil and gas in the carbonate-evaporite assemblage are originated from two types of source rocks:shale and argillaceous carbonate, and confirmed the capability of gypsum salt in the saline environment to drive the source rock hydrocarbon generation. The dolomite reservoirs are classified in two types:gypseous dolomite flat, and grain shoalµbial mound. This study clarifies that the penecontemporaneous or epigenic leaching of atmospheric fresh water mainly controlled the large-scale development of reservoirs.Afterwards, burial dissolution transformed and reworked the reservoirs. The hydrocarbon accumulation in carbonate-evaporite assemblage can be categorized into eight sub-models under three models(sub-evaporite hydrocarbon accumulation,supra-evaporite hydrocarbon accumulation, and inter-evaporite hydrocarbon accumulation). As a result, the Cambrian strata in the Tazhong Uplift North Slope,Maigaiti Slope and Mazatag Front Uplift Zone of the Tarim Basin, the Cambrian strata in the eastern-southern area of the Sichuan Basin, and the inter-evaporite Ma-4 Member of Ordovician in the Ordos Basin,China, are defined as favorable targets for future exploration. | SHI Shuyuan HU Suyun LIU Wei WANG Tongshan ZHOU Gang XU Anna HUANG Qingyu XU Zhaohui HAO Bin WANG Kun JIANG Hua MA Kui BAI Zhuangzhuang | 2024 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2024,51,1: | 0

The Antidiabetic Effect and Mechanism of JinXiaoXiaoKe Decoction in Type 2 Diabetic Goto-Kakizaki Rats显示文摘Background:Modern research and clinical practice have proved that Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the treatment of diabetes.JinXiaoXiaoKe decoction(JXXKD)is a prescription for treating diabetes used in ancient China and still has a good clinical effect today. However, the mechanism of JXXKD against T2DM is unclear. Objective:The purpose of this study is to screen the targets through network pharmacology, and to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of JXXKD on diabetic rats. Methods:The JXXKD’s active components, related targets and T2DM targets were obtained from the public database, and Venny 2.1 was used to determine the common targets of JXXKD in the treatment of T2DM,and PPI,GO and KEGG analysis were performed. The core components and targets are verified by molecular docking. The diabetic Goto-Kakizaki rat model was established by high-sugar and high-fat diet,Wistar rats were used as a blank control group. The diabetic rats were randomized into three groups and administered saline(MO),metformin(MET),or JXXKD once a day for 4 weeks.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),Fasting serum insulin(FINS),and HOMA-IR were detected,hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue;and qPCR was used to detect the expression of relevant genes screened by network pharmacology.Results:93 active components and 296 targets of JXXKD were identified,of which 156 overlapped with T2DM-related targets.PPI network showed that APP,AKT1,ANXA1,RXRA,C3,EGFR,ESR1,RELA,IL6,and MAPK8 were the top 10 relevant targets.GO analysis showed the common targets are mainly involved in oxidative stress, lipid metabolism, and nutrient levels, while KEGG analysis showed these targets may regulate lipids and atheroscle-rosis,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway, and TNF signaling pathway.Molecular docking suggested a satisfactory potential for key components to bind to these significant targets. The animal experiments showed that JXXKD significantly improved the symptoms of polyuria, decreased the protein levels of FBG and HOMA-IR,improved liver fat deposition, and decreased the gene expressions of Foxo 1,Pparg and Akt in diabetic rats. Conclusion:The mechanism of JXXKD treat T2DM may be achieved by modulating the expression of FOXO1,PPARG,and AKT,regulating the glucose and lipids metabolism. | Miao Lin Lei Wang Lihua Wan Jiadong Xu Yu Li Lingyong Cao Shuyuan Lin | 2023 | Clinical Complementary Medicine and Pharmacology2023,3,1: | 0
C9orf72 poly-GA proteins impair neuromuscular transmission显示文摘Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS) is a devastating motoneuron disease,in which lower motoneurons lose control of skeletal muscles.Degeneration of neuromuscular junctions(NMJs) occurs at the initial stage of ALS.Dipeptide repeat proteins(DPRs) from G4C2repeat-associated non-ATG(RAN) translation are known to cause C9orf72-associated ALS(C9-ALS).However,DPR inclusion burdens are weakly correlated with neurodegenerative areas in C9-ALS patients, indicating that DPRs may exert cell non-autonomous effects,in addition to the known intracellular pathological mechanisms. Here,we report that poly-GA,the most abundant form of DPR in C9-ALS,is released from cells.Local administration of poly-GA proteins in peripheral synaptic regions causes muscle weakness and impaired neuromuscular transmission in vivo. The NMJ structure cannot be maintained,as evidenced by the fragmentation of postsynaptic acetylcholine receptor(AChR) clusters and distortion of presynaptic nerve terminals.Mechanistic study demonstrated that extracellular poly-GA sequesters soluble Agrin ligands and inhibits Agrin-MuSK signaling. Our findings provide a novel cell non-autonomous mechanism by which poly-GA impairs NMJs in C9-ALS.Thus,targeting NMJs could be an early therapeutic intervention for C9-ALS. | Wen-Yo Tu Wentao Xu Jianmin Zhang Shuyuan Qi Lei Bai Chengyong Shen Kejing Zhang | 2023 | Zoological Research2023,44,2: | 0
Decision-making models on perceptual uncertainty with distributional reinforcement learning显示文摘Decision-making for autonomous vehicles in the presence of obstacle occlusions is difficult because the lack of accurate information affects the judgment.Existing methods may lead to overly conservative strategies and timeconsuming computations that cannot be balanced with efficiency. We propose to use distributional reinforcement learning to hedge the risk of strategies, optimize the worse cases, and improve the efficiency of the algorithm so that the agent learns better actions.A batch of smaller values is used to replace the average value to optimize the worse case, and combined with frame stacking,we call it Efficient-Fully parameterized Quantile Function(EFQF).This model is used to evaluate signal-free intersection crossing scenarios and makes more efficient moves and reduces the collision rate compared to conventional reinforcement learning algorithms in the presence of perceived occlusion. The model also has robustness in the case of data loss compared to the method with embedded long and short term memory. | Shuyuan Xu Qiao Liu Yuhui Hu Mengtian Xu Jiachen Hao | 2023 | Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation2023,2,2: | 0
