| 1 | 地震对地下洞室的破坏显示文摘本文扼要概括世界上一些地震对地下洞室影响的定性资料。资料中搜集了世界85次地震对地下洞室影响的192份报道,并把这些资料汇编成了数据库,用以确定地震可能影响地下工程的一些有意义的因素。其主要参数有:(1)破坏程度;(2)复盖层;(3)主要的岩石类型;(4)支衬形式(即内衬砌或坑道支撑);(5)地理位置;(6)相应地震的震级和震中距。本文的一个重要贡献是在峰值地面加速度、复盖层厚度与破坏程度之间相关关系的研究方面取得的新进展。这种关系为大量动力分析之前初步评价拟建地下建筑的稳定性创造了条件,而且还可以根据本文提供的定性资料迅速地评价现有地下设施的抗震性。 | Sunil Sharma Willian R.Judd 雷谦荣 | 1992 | 地下空间1992，12，4： | 21 |
| 2 | Association of NFKB1 gene polymorphism (rs28362491) with levels of inflammatory biomarkers and susceptibility to diabetic nephropathy in Asian Indians显示文摘AIM To investigate the association of NFKB1 gene-94 ATTG insertion/deletion(rs28362491) polymorphism with inflammatory markers and risk of diabetic nephropathy in Asian Indians.METHODS A total of 300 subjects were recruited(100 each), normoglycemic,(NG); type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) without any complications(DM) and T2 DM with diabetic nephropathy [DM-chronic renal disease(CRD)]. Analysis was carried out by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism and ELISA. Pearson's correlation, analysis of variance and logistic regression wereused for statistical analysis.RESULTS The allelic frequencies of-94 ATTG insertion/deletion were 0.655/0.345(NG), 0.62/0.38(DM) and 0.775/0.225(DM-CRD). | 4 | Composition and diversity of five major forest types in moist temperate climate of the western Himalayas显示文摘The present study was undertaken in five major forest types (dominated by Quercus semecarpifolia, Quercus floribunda, Acer acuminatum, Abies pindrow and Aesculus indica, respectively) between 2400 and 2850 m a.s.l. in a moist temperate forest of the Mandal-Chopta area in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand, India. The aim was to assess the variation in composition and diversity in different vegetation layers, i.e., herb, shrub and tree, among these five forest types. Diversity indices, such as the Shannon-Wiener diversity index, density, total basal cover, Simpson’s concentration of dominance index, Simpson’s diversity index, Pielou’s equitability, species richness, species heterogeneity and β-diversity, were calculated to understand community structures. | 5 | In vitro evaluation of antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of methanolic extract of Jasminum humile Leaves显示文摘Objective:To evaluate in vitro antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of methanolic extract of Jasminum humile(J.humile) leaves extract.Method:Methanolic extract of J.humile was evaluated for its antimicrobial activity by using agar well diffusion method & their possible antioxidant assay by two complementary test systems,namely DPPH and hydrogen peroxide scavenging activity.These various antioxidant activities were compared to standard antioxidants such as ascorbic acid for both the tests.Results:In the DPPH & hydrogen peroxide scavenging activity,the IC50 value of methanol extract was 70.43μg/mL & 60.79μg/mL respectively. | 6 | 浸泡和冷预处理对喜马拉雅长叶松不同种源种子萌发的作用(英文)显示文摘对喜马拉雅长叶松种子进行24小时GA3和H2O2浸泡预处理和15d的2-3℃低温预处理后,研究了在20℃,25℃和30℃萌发条件下,21个不同种源的喜马拉雅长叶松种子的萌发情况。结果表明,H2O2(1%v/v)和GA3(10mg/L)浸泡预处理,种子萌发率分别是82.39%和78.19%,而未经预处理的种子平均萌发率为70.79%。GA3和H2O2浸泡预处理分别使种子萌发时间缩短了8d和10d。在超过21天的20℃萌发条件下,湿冷处理提高了种子萌发率和缩短了萌发时间;而在25℃和30℃萌发条件下,总的萌发率未受到影响。喜马拉雅长叶松种子因缺少休眠而表现出很好的萌发,但是因为越来越多的造林项目需要大量的种子,播种预处理有利于提高种子萌发率和萌发速率,有助于满足种子需求。 | Sunil Kumar Ghildiyal Chandra Mohan Sharma Vinod Prasad Khanduri | 2009 | Journal of Forestry Research2009，20，4： | 3 |
