18对部分负荷工况下尾水管旋转涡带的试验分析和数值计算显示文摘常以尾水管旋转涡带为特征的水轮机压力脉动,会限制水轮机的运行工况范围。为了弄清相关的流动现象,并且开发出能够准确预测水轮机压力脉动行为的工具,福伊特西门子水力发电技术公司开展了一项包括理论和试验两方面的研究计划。在测量过程中,建立了一个庞大的数据库。通过改变物理参数和确定所研究的工况参数的特性,就可以描述随压力脉动而来的现象。此外,该数据库也用于试验结果与理论计算结果的比较和相关性分析。利用与时间相关的三维N-S方程对部分负荷工况下的尾水管流动做了数值模拟。计算结果在信号的主频方面与试验数据吻合得很好,但也要注意到幅值的发散。实测的和计算的压力信号都是由周期信号和随机信号叠加而成,在某种程度上,应该认为压力信号的物理特征是这些变化的原因。在研究过程中,建立了一个理论模型,它为转轮和尾水管设计方案的发展作出了规定。该模型在数学上证明控制并改善压力脉动问题是可能达到的。Thomas SCHERER 孙光伟(译) 王正伟(校) 2005国外大电机2005,,4:0
