1Single station location method in NLOS environment: The circle fitting algorithm显示文摘This paper proposes an algorithm, called circle fitting algorithm, for locating targets by using maneuverable single station in non-line-of-sight environment. This algorithm estimates the position and scattering distance of all scatters based on the circular motion character. The pseudo-target trajectory is calculated from observation results from different observation positions. With scatters regarded as virtual observation stations, the problem of single station location can be converted into a problem of multi-station location. Finally, the traditional multi-station location algorithm is used to estimate target position. 2Kinetics of nitric acid leaching of cerium from oxidation roasted Baotou mixed rare earth concentrate显示文摘The kinetics of nitric acid leaching of cerium was investigated for the oxidation roasted Baotou mixed rare earth concentrate. The effects of leaching temperature, HNO_3 concentration, liquidesolid ratio(L/S)and stirring rate on rare earth extraction were studied. The XRD and SEM mapping analysis of the samples before and after acid leaching shows that the roasted bastnaesite is completely leached. Besides,the decomposition process of oxidizing roasting was also obtained by TGe MS and XRD. Different kinetics models were applied in this leaching process. The results of dynamic fitting show that the leaching process can be described by a new variant of the shrinking-core model. And the leaching rate is controlled by both the interfacial transfer and diffusion through the product layer. The apparent activation energy is calculated as 76.78 kJ/mol and the reaction orders with respect to HNO_3 concentrations and liquidesolid ratio are determined to be 7.609 and 2.516, respectively. 3Discrete element method study of effects of the impeller configuration and operating conditions on particle mixing in a cylindrical mixer显示文摘We employed the discrete element method to study the effects of the impeller configuration(i.e.,blade diameter,inclination angle,and blade number),rotational speed,and fill level on the flow and mixing of particles in a cylindrical mixer equipped with flat and inclined blades.The coefficient of rolling friction,coefficient of static friction,and coefficient of restitution were experimentally determined before the simulation,and simulation results of the torque and surface particle distribution were validated in experiments,particularly when using a true Young's modulus in the discrete element method.The performance of the mixer was assessed using the Lacey mixing index.The input work per unit volume was used to represent the mixing efficiency.The circumferential velocity and axial diffusion coefficient of the particles were quantitatively analyzed to reveal the effect of particle flow on the mixing.It was found that the mixing performance and efficiency of a three-blade mixer are better than those of two-and four-blade mixers.For pitched blades,a three-fiat-blade mixer has better mixing performance than a three-45°-blade own-pumping or a three-45°-blade up-pumping mixer,but the mixing efficiency of the three-45°-blade up-pumping mixer is the best among these three mixers.As the rotational speed increases,the mixing performance improves but the mixing efficiency hardly changes.When the fill level is 0.4 times the cylinder diameter,the 160D two-flat-blade mixer has good mixing performance with high mixing efficiency.The circumferential velocity has the greatest effect on mixing performance for side-by-side initial loading.Yuyun Bao Tianchi Li Dengfei Wang Ziqi Cai Zhengming Gao 2020Particuology2020,18,2:6
4Differential regulation of the anthocyanin profile in purple kiwifruit(Actinidia species)显示文摘Anthocyanins are a group of secondary metabolites that colour fruit and flowers orange,red,purple or blue depending on a number of factors,such as the basic structure,co-pigmentation,metal ion complexation and vacuolar pH.The biosynthesis of anthocyanin is regulated at the transcriptional level by a group of transcription factors,the MYB–bHLH–WD40(MBW)complex.In this study,the purple colouration in several kiwifruit(Actinidia)species was identified and characterised as red cyanidin-based and blue delphinidin-based anthocyanins.The differential pigmentation in the skin and flesh can be attributed to the differential ratio of cyanidin and delphinidin derivatives accumulated in the total anthocyanin profile.The expression of anthocyanin biosynthetic genes chalcone synthase(CHS),flavonoid 3-O-glucosyltransferase(F3GT),flavonoid 3′-hydroxylase(F3′H)and flavonoid 3′5′-hydroxylase(F3′5′H)is crucial for anthocyanin accumulation.However,the balance of expression of the F3′H and F3′5′H genes appears responsible for the ratio of cyanidin and delphinidin derivatives,while a lack of CHS,F3GT and MYB110 expression is responsible for a lack of total anthocyanins.The transcriptional regulation of the F3′H and F3′5′H promoters by the R2R3 MYB transcription factor MYB110 is markedly different in tobacco transient assays.When kiwifruit MYB10 or MYB110 are over-expressed in Actinidia chinensis both cyanidin-based and delphinidin-based anthocyanins are elevated,but F3′H and F3′5′H genes are not strongly correlated with MYB expression.These results suggest that the core kiwifruit anthocyanin pathway genes are dependent on characterised MYB transcription factors,while other regulatory proteins are more directly responsible for the expression of the F3′H and F3′5′H genes.Yongyan Peng Kui Lin-Wang Janine M.Cooney Tianchi Wang Richard V.Espley Andrew C.Allan 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:6

8Cytocompatibility of High Nitrogen Nickel-Free Stainless Steel for Orthopedic Implants显示文摘Cytocompatibility of high nitrogen nickel-free stainless steel(HNS) with different nitrogen content was evaluated and compared with a conventional austenitic stainless steel 317L.The MTT assay(3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) was performed on MG63 osteoblasts to assess the cytotoxicity.The expression of selected marker typical of differentiated osteoblasts,such as alkaline phosphatase activity(AKP),was also monitored in MG63 cells cultured on the tested materials.As a result,HNS had higher cell growth than 317L;meanwhile the cytocompatibility was increased with increasing nitrogen content.Furthermore,HNS enhanced osteoblasts differentiation,as confirmed by AKP activity.Overall these facts indicated that HNS had higher cytocompatibility than 317L and the nitrogen content contributed to the higher cytocompatibility of HNS.The influence of nitrogen on surface energy further explained the cytocompatibility of HNS.Tianchi Ma Peng Wan Yuyan Cui Guirong Zhang Jiqiang Li Jihui Liu Yibin Ren Ke Yangg Li Lu 2012Journal of Materials Science & Technology2012,28,7:2
9Highly transmitted silver nanowires-SWCNTs conductive flexible film by nested density structure and aluminum-doped zinc oxide capping layer for flexible amorphous silicon solar cells显示文摘Indium tin oxide(ITO)is widely used in transparent conductive films(TCFs);however,several disadvan-tages,such as high cost and toxicity of indium,limit its applications.Therefore,it is necessary to develop other materials that can replace ITO.Silver nanowires or single walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)have attracted considerable interest owing to their unique electrical,optical,and thermal stabilities,and thus,they are ideal for transparent electrodes for flexible or stretchable devices.In this study,we develop a novel architecture of composite TCFs on a polyethylene naphthalate(PEN)flexible substrate.Herein,the silver nanowires-SWCNTs films with nested density structure were fabricated through ultrasonic spraying technology by varying the spraying width.For achieving enhanced transmittance,we combined the larger irregular grids and holes with fewer nanowires stacked in the longitudinal direction,more optical chan-nels,and good carrier transport.Thereafter,aluminum-doped zinc oxide(AZO)was used as capping to the structure for enhancing the optical properties of the TCFs.The silver nanowires-SWCNTs/AZO(ASA)bilayer was obtained in the optimized architecture,which showed superior optoelectronic performance to that shown by commercial ITO with a high optical transmittance of 92%at the wavelength of 550 nm and low sheet resistance of 17/sq.In the specially structured conductive film,the significant improvement in the transmittance and uniformity of the sheet resistance was attributed to the effective nanowire junc-tion contact compared to that in ordinary structure of silver nanowires,which reduced the mean density of small clusters of nanowires.Compared with the silver nanowires-SWCNTs films,the ASA bilayer film exhibited excellent resistance to boiling,mechanical bending(10,000 cycles),and CO_(2)plasma.Moreover,the sheet resistance of ASA changed slightly after the tape tests,thereby illustrating a strong adhesion to the PEN substrate after the enclosure of AZO.Meanwhile,the AZO capping layer can enhance the op-tical transmittance between 600 and 1500 nm.In addition,the amorphous silicon photovoltaic devices with flexible ASA TCFs exhibited a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 8.67%.After bending for 3000 times,the PCE was decreased to 8.20%,thereby demonstrating the potential of developed films to replace traditional ITO.Shunliang Gao Xiaohui Zhao Qi Fu Tianchi Zhang Jun Zhu Fuhua Hou Jian Ni Chengjun Zhu Tiantian Li Yanlai Wang Vignesh Murugadoss Gaber A.M.Mersal Mohamed M.Ibrahim Zeinhom M.El-Bahy Mina Huang Zhanhu Guo 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,31:2
